    'Der frühe Vogel fängt den Wurm.'
    Diesen Spruch kennen wir alle, nur müsst ihr auch wissen, dass er sehr bedeutsam ist.
    Man soll nicht vis spät in den Mittag schlafen, man soll früh aufstehen, um alles zur rechten Zeit zu machen, z.b. das Morgengebet & das Frühstück.
    Lieber pünktlich schlafen gehen, um morgens voller Energie & Motivation den Tag zu durchstehen in shaa Allah :)
