"Behelligt mich nicht mit Fragen über Themen, die ich euch gegenüber nicht erwähne, denn die Völker, die euch vorangingen, gingen an ihrer Fragerei und ihrer Abweichung vom Wege ihrer Propheten zugrunde. Daher, wenn ich euch verbiete, etwas zu tun, dann haltet euch davon fern. Und wenn ich euch etwas befehle, dann befolgt es, soweit ihr könnt." (Al-Bukhari und Muslim)
