1 - أبو حسن الحموي | مدينة حماه | جيش حر | نتيجة الاشتباكات في مدينة مورك، وهو من كتيبة المهاجري في لواء الفاتحين
2 - زياد مصطفى العمر المسعود | 50 سنة | حي طريق حلب | تحت التعذيب في أحد فروع الأمن بعد اعتقال دام نحو ستة أشهر، وقد فارق الحياة في المشفى الوطني بعد تدهور حالته الصحية
3 - محمد فريد زاكي الدبيس | 29 سنة | بلدة كفرنبودة | تحت التعذيب في أحد فروع الأمن بعد 11 شهراً من الاعتقال، الشهيد متزوج ولديه طفلة
4 – عادل جمال | مدينة حلفايا | تحت التعذيب في أحد فروع الأمن في دمشق
