Hierdurch sind die Gläubigen bereits mit diesem System zufrieden, welches dieser Glaube in einzigartiger Weise bestimmt, und sie ergeben sich allen Gesetzen, Verfügungen und Details – noch bevor sie verkündet werden. Tatsächlich ist der Geist der Hingabe das erste Erfordernis des Glaubens. Durch den Geist der Hingabe lernt der Gläubige die ìslāmischen Regelungen und Gesetze mit Eifer und Freude. Sobald ein Befehl gegeben ist, neigen sich die Köpfe und nichts ist mehr erforderlich für seine Ausführung, außer ihn zu hören. Auf diese Weise war Berauschendes 19 , Wucher und Glücksspiel verboten worden und alle Gewohnheiten der Unwissenheit wurden abgeschafft – abgeschafft durch einige wenige Verse des Qur ́ān oder durch einige wenige Worte von den Lippen des Propheten ('alayhi šalātu wa-salām). Vergleiche dies mit den Mühen der weltlichen Regierungen. Auf jeder Etappe sind sie auf die Gesetzgebung, auf Verwaltungsinstitutionen, Polizei, Militärmacht, Propaganda und auf die Presse angewiesen und doch können sie höchstens kontrollieren, was öffentlich passiert und die Gesellschaft verbleibt von verbotenen und illegalen Dingen vollkommen unverändert.
