Es gibt nur eine Herrschaft von Individuen, die sich über bestimmte Ideen, Gefühle und Systeme einig sind. Diese in sich geschlossene Gruppe streitet im so genannten demokratischen System darum, wessen Ansichten dominieren sollen. An des Siegers Maßstäben haben sich dann alle messen zu lassen. Das ist die Realität der kapitalistischen Demokratie. Solange es nicht die eigenen Ideen, Gefühle und Systeme sind, die regieren, wird jedes Individuum durch die Ideen anderer dominiert, bis es durch den Zusammenschluss mit Gleichgesinnten Stimmenhoheit gewinnt und sich Gehör verschafft. Dies bedeutet, dass sein persönliches Schicksal von seiner Gruppenstärke abhängt und mit dieser korrespondiert. Damit eine Person ihrer Lebensauffassung nachgehen kann, muss sie diese in einem unendlichen Kampf gegen andere durchsetzen. Daher ist die Idee der Herrschaft des Volkes im Grunde genommen ein Kampf der Individuen gegeneinander, um jeweils die Herrschaft über den anderen zu etablieren.
