Ich wurde damals sehr viel kritisiert. www.koran-unterricht.de ist kostenlos! Ich war und bin der Meinung, dass der Zugang zu Bildung IMMER so einfach und günstig wie möglich sein muss! Die Seite hat im Internet große Wellen geschlagen und aus über 40 Länder weltweit wurde täglich darauf zugegriffen. 3 Serverumzüge wurden vollzogen, da der Traffic wurde monatlich über 20 GB. | "Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Apr 30 05:53AM Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand سوال کیا بینک سے متعلق تمام نوکریاں حرام هیں? جیسے که بینک کی سیکیورٹی کی نوکری... http://www.facebook.com/understandislaam/posts/909338615791562 Apr 30th 2015, 05:30 سوال کیا بینک سے متعلق تمام نوکریاں حرام هیں? جیسے که بینک کی سیکیورٹی کی نوکری، جس کا سودی لین دین سے کوءی تعلق نهیں ? الحمد للہ : جى ہاں علماء كرام نے سودى اداروں ميں چوكيدارى، يا ڈرائيورى كى ملازمت حرام ہونے كے فتوے جارى كيے ہيں؟ شيخ ابن عثيمين رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں: سودى اداروں ميں ملازمت كرنى جائز نہيں ہے، چاہے انسان ڈرائيور، يا چوكيدار ہى كيوں نہ ہو؛ اس ليے كہ اس كا سودى ادراوں ميں ملازمت كرنا ان اداروں پر رضامندى لازم كرتا ہے؛ كيونكہ جو شخص كسى چيز كا انكار كرے اور اسے برا جانے اس كے ليے اس چيز كى مصلحت ميں كام كرنا ممكن نہيں، اور جب وہ اس كى مصلحت ميں كام كرے تو وہ اس پر راضى ہوتا ہے، اور كسى حرام چيز پر راضى ہونے والا اس كا گناہ بھى حاصل كرتا ہے. ليكن جو شخص بلاواسطہ سود كو احاطہ قيد ميں لائے، اور اسے لكھے، اور ادائيگى اور وصولى كرتا ہو، يا اس طرح كا كوئى اور كام تو بلاشك وہ بلاواسطہ حرام كام ميں مشغول ہے. جابر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ سے مروى صحيح حديث ميں ثابت ہے كہ: نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے سود كھانے اور كھلانے والے اور اس كے دونوں گواہوں، اور اسے لكھنے والے پر لعنت فرمائى، اور كہا: وہ سب برابر ہيں" ديكھيں: فتاوى اسلاميۃ ( 2 / 401 ). مستقل كميٹى سے ايسے شخص كے بارہ ميں فتوى پوچھا گيا جو ايك بنك ميں رات كے وقت چوكيدارى كرتا تھا، اور معاملات كے ساتھ اس كا كوئى تعلق نہيں، كيا يہ شخص اپنى ملازمت جارى ركھے يا ترك كر دے؟ تو كميٹى كا جواب تھا: سودى لين دين كرنے والے بنكوں ميں مسلمان كے ليے چوكيدار رہنا جائز نہيں، كيونكہ يہ گناہ و معصيت اور ظلم و زيادتى ميں معاونت ہے، اور اللہ سبحانہ وتعالى نے اس سے منع كرتے ہوئے فرمايا ہے: {اور تم برائى و گناہ و معصيت اور ظلم و زيادتى ميں ايك دوسرے كا تعاون مت كرو}. اور بنكوں كى غالبا حالت يہى ہے كہ وہ سودى كاروبار كرتے ہيں، آپ كو چاہيے كہ روزى كمانے كے ليے اس طريقہ كے علاوہ كوئى اور حلال طريقہ تلاش كريں. اللہ تعالى ہى توفيق بخشنے والا ہے، اور اللہ تعالى ہمارے نبى محمد صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم اور ان كى آل اور ان كے صحابہ كرام پر اپنى رحمتوں كا نزول فرمائے. ديكھيں: فتاوى اسلاميۃ ( 2 / 401 - 402 ). واللہ اعلم .
