Einer, der wahab ist, ist einer, der viele Geschenke gewährt. Allah der Allmächtige jedoch wird als der am meisten Großzügige bezeichnet, der am meisten Gebende. Unter Allahs Attribute sind al-Wahhab und al-Wahib. Letzteres Attribut bedeutet: der Geber, während das erste ein Superlativ des letzteren ist. Al-Wahhab ist der Eine; Er schenkt seine Gunst Seinen Dienern ohne egoistisch zu sein. Er gewährt auch ungefragt. Er gibt, noch bevor sie Ihn fragen. Er ist der Eine, der oft gibt. Er gibt jedem, was er braucht ohne Maß. Al-Wahhab spendet Seinen Segen an seine Diener.☝ Er hat keinen Vorteil für sich selbst.
