Oj motër jabanxhike! Është normale t'ju pengon drita atyre që janë mësuar të jetojnë në errësirë, a nuk e ke parë intervenimin tënd në mesin e natës kur dikush e ndezë dritën e dhomës? Të pengon drita, sepse disa orë i kalove në errësirë. E cili është intervenimi i atyre që tërë jetën e tyre e kaluan në errësirën e devijimit dhe kur shohin dritën e imanit në mesin e shoqërisë, ikin, ose shpifin, ose bëjnë kurthe, siç ka thënë poeti: "Nëse dinë diçka të mirë - e fshehin, nëse dinë diçka të keqe - e shpërndajnë dhe nëse nuk dinë asgjë - gënjejnë". A harrove se kur diellit nuk i gjetën asnjë të metë, thanë se shkëlqimi i tij t'i vret sytë? Kthjellu! Çohu dhe mburru! Kaloi koha e nënçmimit, po i jetojmë ditët e krenarisë së ummetit! Mos u nënçmo para atyre që Allahu i nënçmoi me kufër dhe shirk, por thuaje fjalën e Ibrahimit alejhi selam: "Ne distancohemi prej juve dhe prej asaj që adhuroni, pos All-llahut, nuk besojnë tuajën, prandaj ndërmjet nesh e jush është e hapët armiqësia e urrejtja derisa ta besoni vetëm All-llahun, Një!" (Mumtehine, 4) A harrove se krenaria i takon besimtarëve, edhe nëse je e vetme në mesin e milionave të devijuar? Pasha Allahun, i mjafton besimtares sot krenaria e udhëzimit që Allahu ia dhuroi dhe me iman e begatoi, edhe pse: "...hipokritët këtë nuk e dinë". (Munafikun, 8) Sprovat janë pjesë e jetës dhe imanit, prandaj ta kesh parasysh se sprovat e mëdha vijnë tek njerëzit me iman të lartë, a harrove se më të sprovuarit ishin Pejgamberët alejhimu-selam?! A e harrove sprovën e Hadixhes? Vallahi ajo nuk u dorëzua nga Islami edhe pse shtypjet ishin të shumta. Bëhu si Aishja radijallahu anha! Nuk e dëmtuan shpifjet, i mjafton Allahu asaj që akuzohet! S'ka dyshim se maskat do të rrëzohen, fytyrat do të dalin në shesh dhe "... se pas vështirësisë është lehtësimi". (Inshirah, 6) Të jetosh e huaj në mesin e shoqërisë e cila e zgjodhi errësirën në vend të dritës, nuk është lehtë. Allahu I Lartësuar, prej miliarda njerëzve të zgjodhi të jesh pjesë e atyre që përkatësohen në Islam dhe prej atyre që përkatësohen në Islam të zgjodhi të jesh pjesë e Ehli Sunnetit. Sikur të mos kishte diçka tjetër të mirë nga ana e Allahut, pos ky udhëzim i ndershëm, do t'i mjaftonte besimtares që ta falënderojë Allahun! Kujdes, ke shumë kujdes nga kthetrat e ujqërve të uritur që vrapojnë ta fusin në kurth të pafajshmen me fjalët e zgjedhura, të ëmbla dhe edukative. Kujdes nga kjo dynja e cila të vije në pamjen e trëndafilit, i cili të mahnitë me erën dhe pamjen, por nga mahnitja e shpon dorën nga therrat në të. Xhenneti është i rrethuar me sprova dhe Xhehenemi është i rrethuar me epsh! Zgjedhe të parën dhe duro. Ne të gjithë duhet ta kalojmë rrugën e vështirë deri para dyerve të Xhennetit. Duhet ta kalojmë këtë rrugë të mbushur me bisha që të sulmojnë nga çdo anë. Duhet ta tejkalojmë situatën e armiqësisë së armiqve të Allahut, e cila nuk do të ndalet deri Ditën e Gjykimit. Rruga për te Allahu është e mbushur me sprova, e sikur mos të ishin sprovat, si do të forcoheshe imani jonë? Duhet t'i tejkalojmë të gjitha vështirësitë, të fortë, këmbëngulës dhe me trimëri, pa marrë parasysh shpifjeve, kurtheve, armiqësisë dhe bojkotit që na paraqesin ata të cilët dëshirojmë të udhëzohen. Bëhu e mëshirshme me familjen! Lute Allahun për udhëzimin e tyre edhe nëse armiqësia e tyre e ka arritur kulminacionin! Ne kemi ardhur që t'i nxjerrim njerëzit prej errësirës në dritë ose prej zjarrit në kopshtet e xhennetit, ata udhëhiqen nga shejtani dhe besimtaret udhëhiqen nga Allahu, por: "... s'ka dyshim se pala e All-llahut është ngadhënjyese". (Maideh, 56) Oj motër! Në kohën kur nuk ke pasur çmimin e njeriut, por femrat shiteshin dhe këmbeheshin pa të holla, Islami e ngriti dhe e nderoi femrën dhe i dha një shkallë të lartë në shoqëri. I mjafton njeriut të mençur se pas Pejgamberit alejhi selam, njeriu i parë që pranoi Islamin ishte femër (Hadixheja r.a) dhe shehidi i parë për kauzën Islame ishte femër (Sumeja r.a). Ka thënë poeti: E dua Allahun, Allahun, para çdo të mire në jetë, më sprovoi Ai që e dua, Ta sheh sa jam e sinqertë. Do ta ruaj udhëzimin, me asgjë nuk e shes, do të falem dhe agjëroj, do të vendoj mbulesë. Vdisni me mllefin tuaj, thuaji armikut të përbetuar, Me mua është Allahu, Ai s'ka për të më harruar! Soll sie den Mann heiraten, der mit ihr Unzucht trieb? بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ الرحيم Frage (Nr. 104492): Ich habe eine Beziehung mit einem Mann, bei dem ich meine Unschuld verlor. Ich habe diese scheußliche Tat bereut und bitte Allāh darum, meine Reue zu akzeptieren. Dieser Mann hat mir nun auch einen Heiratsantrag gemacht, doch er ist nicht religiös, er raucht Zigaretten und Haschisch und trinkt Alkohol. Was soll ich tun, er kennt doch meine Situation? Soll ich ihn verlassen, mein Jungfernhäutchen wiederherstellen lassen und einen religiösen Mann heiraten? Außerdem war ich schwanger und habe das Baby abtreiben lassen. Allāh allein weiß, wie aufrichtig meine Reue ist… Antwort: Alles Lob gebührt Allāh. Erstens: Zina (Unzucht oder Ehebruch) ist eine gewaltige Sünde. Allāh hat es verboten, etwas zu tun, das dazu führt, und hat die Hadd-Strafe für denjenigen, der es begeht, vorgeschrieben. Er hat die Unzuchttreibenden vor der Strafe des Jenseits ausdrücklich gewarnt. So sagt Allāh (ungefähre Bedeutung): „Und nähert euch nicht der Unzucht. Gewiss, sie ist etwas Abscheuliches – und wie böse ist der Weg." (17:32). Ibn Jarīr al-Tabari (möge Allāh ihm barmherzig sein) sagte: „`Und nähert euch nicht` oh ihr Leute `der Unzucht. Gewiss, sie ist etwas Abscheuliches`, denn Zina ist eine gewaltige Sünde. `Und wie böse ist der Weg` bedeutet, dass der Weg der Zina ein übler Weg ist, weil es der Weg der Leute ist, die Allāh ungehorsam sind und die sich Seinem Befehl entgegenstellen. Was für ein schlimmer Weg ist der, der den Menschen in das Höllenfeuer führt." (Tafsīr al-Tabari, 17/438) Scheikh `Abd al-Rahmān al-Sa`di (möge Allāh ihm barmherzig sein) sagte: „Das Verbot, sich diesem auch nur anzunähern, ist nachdrücklicher als das einfache Verbot, denn es beinhaltet das Untersagen aller Dinge, die dazu führen und die es fördern, da `derjenige, der seine Herde um einen geschützten Bereich herum grasen lässt, die Grenze bald überschreiten wird` und dies gilt insbesondere bei einer Angelegenheit dieser Art, bei der das Motiv sehr stark ist. Allāh beschreibt die Zina als schrecklich, wie Er sagt: Gewiss, sie ist etwas Abscheuliches, womit gemeint ist, dass es gemäß der Scharī`ah, dem gesunden Menschenverstand und dem allgemeinen Verständnis etwas Verabscheuungswürdiges darstellt, nämlich eine Überschreitung der Grenzen Allāhs, gegenüber der Frau und ihrer Familie oder ihrem Ehemann. Es führt zu Unmoral, einem Durcheinander der Abstammungslinien sowie weiteren üblen Konsequenzen. `Und wie böse ist der Weg` bedeutet: Was für ein schlimmer Weg ist der Weg desjenigen, der es wagt, so eine schwere Sünde zu begehen." Zweitens: Ist die Seele erst einmal dem Fötus eingehaucht, dann ist eine Abtreibung ein zusätzliches Verbrechen zur Unzucht. Wurde die Seele dem Fötus noch nicht eingehaucht, dann ist es weniger schwerwiegend. Drittens: Wir preisen Allāh dafür, dir die Fähigkeit zur Reue gegeben zu haben, und wir hoffen, dass sie aufrichtig ist. Die Bedingungen der aufrichtigen Reue sind: die begangenen Sünden zu bedauern und die schlechte Handlung sofort aufzugeben sowie alles, was dazu führt, wie z. B. Kontakt, Unterhaltung und Treffen. Zu den Bedingungen der Reue gehört auch die feste Absicht, nicht wieder zu der Tat zurückzukehren. Du musst außerdem viele rechtschaffene Taten verrichten, wie z. B. zu beten, den Qur'ān zu lesen und zu fasten, um so deinen Glauben und deine Frömmigkeit zu stärken. Gute Taten löschen die schlechten Taten aus und aufrichtige Reue löscht das aus, was vorher kam und sie ändert schlechte Taten in gute um. Allāh sagt – nach der Erwähnung der Sünde des Schirk, nämlich der Beigesellung anderer zu Allāh, dem Mord und der Unzucht – in ungefährer Bedeutung: „außer demjenigen, der bereut, glaubt (an den islamischen Monotheismus) und rechtschaffene Werke tut; jenen wird Allāh ihre bösen Taten gegen gute eintauschen; und Allāh ist stets allvergebend und barmherzig." (25:70). Viertens: Was die Heirat mit diesem Verbrecher anbelangt, so solltest du wissen, dass die notwendige Voraussetzung für eine gültige Ehe zweier Unzuchttreibender die aufrichtige Reue der beiden ist. Es erscheint uns anhand deiner Fragestellung so, dass er seine Tat nicht bereut hat, vielmehr fügte er dem ersten Unglück noch weitere schlechte Dinge hinzu, wie das Haschisch Rauchen und den Konsum von Berauschendem. Wir denken, dass jemand wie er nicht betet. Ist das tatsächlich der Fall, dann ist es definitiv nicht erlaubt, ihn als Ehemann zu akzeptieren. Denn das Unterlassen des Gebets begründet Kufr, welcher den Menschen aus dem Islam hinausbefördert, und es ist einer muslimischen Frau nicht gestattet, einen Kāfir zu heiraten. Fünftens: Die Wiederherstellung deines Hymens ist harām, denn es ist ein Betrug an dem, der dich später heiratet. Auch ist es nicht erlaubt, deinem späteren Ehemann davon zu berichten, dass du deine Jungfräulichkeit in dieser verbotenen Beziehung verloren hast, weil es eine Zurschaustellung deiner Fehler ist und der Muslim muss seine Fehler verbergen. Du kannst stattdessen Zweideutigkeiten verwenden. Es ist bekannt, dass der Hymen auch durch etwas anderes als den Geschlechtsverkehr beschädigt werden kann. Dies kannst du so gut wie möglich ausnutzen und dich in Zweideutigkeiten zurückziehen. Siehe auch in der Antwort auf Frage #42992. Wenn es aber möglich ist, diesen Mann zur aufrichtigen Reue zu motivieren und zum regelmäßigen Gebet und wenn er tatsächliche Anzeichen von Reue zeigt und tatsächlich mit dem Gebet beginnt, dann ist nichts Falsches daran, ihn als Ehemann zu akzeptieren. Zweifellos wäre diese Lösung die leichtere und diskretere für dich, doch wie kann man jemandem wie ihm trauen? Wir bitten Allāh darum, deine Reue anzunehmen, deine Angelegenheiten zu richten und unsere und deine Fehler in dieser Welt und der nächsten zu verdecken. Und Allāh weiß es am besten. Ich suche 100% tiges Halal Fleisch, so wie die Propheten geschächtet haben. Falls ihr 100% vertrauenswürdige Leute kennt in Köln oder in der Nähe, dann gibt InschaAllāh bitte bescheid.
