Abu Bakir (r) wurde gefragt, was denn Wohlbefinden sei, er antwortete: "Sterben können mit dem Glaubensbekenntnis auf den Lippen, die Wiedererweckung mit den Freunden Allahs zusammen, die leichte Überquerung der Brücke Sirat und der anschließende Eintritt in das #Jannah. Das ist Wohlbefinden." Ein oft zu wiederholendes Dua wäre: "Rabbena atina fid-dunya haseneten wa fil-achireti haseneten wa qina adhaben-nar" ("0h unser Herr, gib uns Schönheit (Gesundheit, Wohlbefinden und die Kraft Hayr, also gutes zu tun) auf dieser Welt, aber auch Schönheit Im Jenseits. Lohn für die guten Taten und bewahre uns vor der Strafe mit dem Feuer.") Der berühmte Sahabi Enes (r) hat überliefert, dass Rasulullah (saw) am meisten damit Dua gemacht hat. Denn diese Dua vereint alles Gute in sich. Es ist so als würde Jemand, der damit Dua macht alles Gute und alles Schöne im Diesseits und Jenseits von #Allah erbeten.
