| "Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Apr 26 10:58AM Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand زبان سے نیت کرنے کا حکم س: کیانماز ادا کرتے ہوئے زبان سے نیت اس طرح کرنا کہ چار... http://www.facebook.com/understandislaam/posts/906971699361587 Apr 26th 2015, 10:20 زبان سے نیت کرنے کا حکم س: کیانماز ادا کرتے ہوئے زبان سے نیت اس طرح کرنا کہ چار رکعت نماز فرض وقت نماز ظہر واسطے اللہ تعالیٰ کے پیچھے اس امام کے اللہ اکبر، جائز ہے یا نہیں کیا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس بات کا کوئی ثبوت مروی ہے وضاحت فرمائیں۔ ج: نیت کے معنی قصد اور ارادہ ہے تمام اہل علم کا اتفق ہے کہ قصد و ارادہ دل کا فعل ہے نہ کہ زبان کا امام ابن قیم راقم ہیں کہ : '' نیت کے کسی قیام کے قصد و ُپختہ ادارے کا نام ہے اور اس کا محل دل ہے اور زبان کے ساتھ اس کا کوئی تعلق نہیں ''۔ مولانا انور شاہ شمیر ی حنفی نے بھی فیض الباری ١۱/۸ ٨پر لکھا ہے کہ فالنیۃ امر فلبی ' نیت دل کا معاملہ '' ہے۔ لہٰذا اگر نمازی نے دل سے نیت کر لی تو تمام آئمہ کے نزدیک اس کی نماز صحیح ہو گی ۔ زبان سے نیت کے اظہار کی ضرورت نہیں ہے اور نہ ہی یہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم تابعین اور تبع تابعین رحمتہ اللہ علیہم سے ثابت ہے۔ امام ابن قیم رحمتہ اللہ علیہ نے زاد المعاد ۱١/ ۲۰۱ پر لکھا ہے: '' نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب نماز کیلئے کھڑے ہوتے تو اللہ اکبر کہتے اور اس سے پہلے کچھ نہ کہتے اور نہ زبان سے نیت کرتے اور نہ یوں کہتے کہ میں چار رکعت فلاں نماز منہ طرف قبلہ کے امام یا مقتدی ہو کر پڑھتا ہوں اور نہ ادایا قضا یا فرض وقت کا نام لیا ہو یہ دس بدعات ہیں اس بارے میں ایک لفظ بھی کسی نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سند صحیح یا سند ضعیف یا مرسل سے قطعاً نقل نہیں کیا بلکہ آپ کے صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہم میں سے کسی ایک سے بھی ایسا منقول نہیں اور نہ ہی کسی تابعی نے اسے پسند کی ااور نہ آئمہ اربعہ نے ''۔ مجدد الف ثانی شیخ احمد سر ہندی حنفی لکھتے ہیں کہ : '' زبان سے نیت کرنا رسول ا للہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سند صحیح بلکہ سند ضعیف سے بھی ثابت نہیں اور صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم اور تابعین عظام رحمتہ اللہ علیہم زبان سے نیت نہیں کرتے تھے بلکہ جب اقامت کہتے تو صرف اللہ اکبر کہتے تھے زبان سے نیت بدعت ہے ''۔ ( مکتوبات دفتر اول حصہ سوم مکتوب نمبر ١٨۱۸۶ص۷۳٣) ''اگر کوئی انسان سیدنا نوح علیہ السلام کی عمر کے برابر تلاش کرتا رہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم میں سے کسی نے زبان سے نیت کی ہو تو وہ ہر گز کامیاب نہیں ہوگا سوائے سفید جھوٹ بلونے کے اگر اس میں بھلائی ہوتی تو صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم سب سے پہلے کرتے اور ہمیں بتا کر جاتے ''۔ (اغائۃ اللھفان ١۱/۱۵۸) You are receiving this email because you subscribed to this feed at https://blogtrottr.com If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe here: https://blogtrottr.com/unsubscribe/gt/nWF8Wm |
