Islam has enshrined both institutional and decisional independence for the judiciary which far exceeds what is seen in Western democracies. Islam institutionalises an independent high court called the Court of Unjust Acts (mahkamat mazalim). It is presided over by the most eminent and qualified judges (qadi muzalim) and granted extensive powers by the Shari'ah. It has the power to remove any official of state regardless of their role or rank, including, most importantly, the Khaleefah if he persists in pursuing a path that lies outside of the terms of his Bay'ah (contract of ruling). Ordinary citizens who have a complaint against the state can register it with the Court. What is unique about the Court of Unjust Acts, compared to other judicial courts, is that the Government Investigations Judge (Qadi Muzalim) has investigatory powers and does not require a plaintiff to register a complaint before launching an investigation. | "Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Apr 27 10:56AM Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand کم از کم ایک بار سوچئیے گا ضرور۔۔۔!!! یہ ایکسویں صدی ہے ہر طرف جدید ٹیکنالوجی ک... http://www.facebook.com/understandislaam/posts/907534842638606 Apr 27th 2015, 10:10 کم از کم ایک بار سوچئیے گا ضرور۔۔۔!!! یہ ایکسویں صدی ہے ہر طرف جدید ٹیکنالوجی کا دور دورہ ہے۔ ہر انسان زیادہ سے زیادہ دولت سمیٹنے کی کوشش میں ہے۔ زندگی اتنی سہل ہو گئی ہے کہ ایک Click کے فاصلے پر ہر چیز آپ کی دسترس میں ہے۔ مشینی سہولتوں نے انسان کی زندگی کو جنت کا نمونہ بنا دیا ہے۔۔۔!! لیکن پھر بھی۔۔۔!!!! ایک نفسانفسی کی سی صورتحال ہے، دِلوں میں بے چینی کا گھر ہے، چہرے پر پریشانی کے آثار ہیں، اور ہونٹوں پر گِلوں اور شکوؤں کی گونج ہے۔ ٭ آج ہم صرف اتنی سی بات پر پریشان ہو جاتے ہیں کہ اگر بجلی بند ہو گئی تو ہم اپنا پسندیدہ ٹی وی پروگرام کیسے دیکھ پائیں گے، یا پھر ہمارا موبائل کیسے چارج ہوگا۔ لیکن کیا ہم نے کبھی اُس جُھگی (جھونپڑی) کی طرف دیکھا ہے جہاں نہ لائٹ ہے، نہ پنکھا ہے، نہ اے۔سی ہے وہاں ایک دادی اماں اپنے بچوں کو پریوں کی اور جنوں کی کہانیاں سنا کر کیسے اُنکے دِلوں سے احساسِ غربت کو ختم کرنے کی کوشش کرتی ہے۔ ٭ آج ہم اِس لیے پریشان ہیں کہ ہمیں ہماری ڈگری اور ڈپلومے کے مطابق صحیح معاوضہ نہیں مل رہا، ہماری تنخواہ بہت کم ہے، اور ہم ایک نوکری چھوڑ کے دوسری پکڑ رہے ہیں، اپنے ملک کو چھوڑ کے دوسرے ملکوں میں جانے کا سوچ رہے ہیں۔ لیکن کیا ہم نے کبھی اُس قابل اور محنتی نوجوان کی طرف دیکھا ہے جس کے پاس نہ کوئی سفارش ہے اور نہ کسی "بڑے" کا حوالہ لیکن اُسکے باوجود بھی وہ کیسے اِس مہنگائی کے دور میں اپنے ملک پاکستان میں رہتے ہوئے اپنا گھر چلا رہا ہے۔ ٭ آج ہم اپنے بچوں کے بہتر مستقبل کیلئے انہیں مہنگے سے مہنگے اور اچھے سے اچھے انگلش میڈیم سکول میں داخل کرواتے ہیں، مگر بچوں کو پھر بھی وہ سکول پسند نہیں آتے۔ لیکن کیا ہم نے اپنے ہی معاشرے میں بسنے والے اُن بچوں کی طرف دیکھا ہے جو ایسے سکول میں جاتے ہیں جہاں نہ تو کوئی عمارت ہے اور نہ ہی کوئی کلاس روم، سکول کے نام پر کھلا آسمان ہے، جہاں چلچلاتی دھوپ اور اور گرم لُو میں بھی وہ بچے کتنی دلجمعی سے پڑھتے ہیں۔ ٭ آج ہم سارے دِن کی تھکاوٹ کو دور کرنے کیلئے کبھی کمپیوٹر گیمز اور کبھی دوسری کھیلوں سے اپنے آپ کو فریش کر لیتے ہیں۔ لیکن کیا ہم نے کبھی اپنے اِردگرد رہنے والے اُن غریبوں کو دیکھا ہے جو سارے دِن کی محنت کے بعد تھک ہار کے جب گھر جاتے ہیں تو وہاں اُن کیلئے کوئی کمپیوٹر اور کوئی کھیل نہیں ہوتی، اور وہ صرف اُڑتے پرندوں، چمکتے جگنوؤں، ڈوبتے سورج اور اُبھرتے ہوئے چاند کو دیکھ کر ہی لطف اندوز ہوتے ہیں۔ ٭ آج ہمارے گھروں میں ایسی مخملی خوابگاہیں، اور ایسے آرام دہ بستر ہیں جہاں لیٹتے ہی کوئی بھی پلک جھپکنے میں خوابوں کی دنیا میں پہنچ سکتا ہے۔ لیکن کیا ہم نے اُن پردیسیوں کو دیکھا ہے جن کے دِن محنت کرتے گزر جاتے ہیں اور رات وہ کسی گلی کی نکڑ پر، کسی فٹ پاتھ پر اور کسی سڑک کے کنارے ہاتھوں کا تکیہ بنا کر سو جاتے ہیں۔ کم از کم ایک بار سوچئیے گا ضرور۔۔۔!!! Das Öl der Gewürzpflanze (lat. "nigella sativa") habe eine stark immunregulatorische Wirkung. Es könne ein verrückt spielendes Abwehrsystem wieder normalisieren und optimieren. Auf diese Weise seien Besserungen bei einer Vielzahl von Krankheitsbildern zu erzielen, sogar bei Diabetes und Krebs.In unseren Breiten hatte sich in früheren Jahren schon einmal eine Tinktur aus Schwarzkümmelöl vor allem bei Lungen-, Magen- und Leberleiden bewährt. Sie wurde in der Homöopathie eingesetzt, ist zwischenzeitlich aber weitgehend in Vergessenheit geraten. Ganz anders in den USA, wo Nahrungsergänzungsprodukte schon einen riesigen Markt haben. Nach intensiven Marktforschungen hat ein großer Lebensmittelproduzent den Schwarzkümmel mit Erfolg in sein Nahrungsergänzungsprogramm aufgenommen.Jetzt hat der Münchner Immunologe Dr. Peter Schleicher dem heilkräftigen Öl auch in Deutschland zu neuem Ansehen verholfen. In seinem Institut zur Erforschung neuer Therapieverfahren chronischer Krankheiten hat er Inhaltsstoffe und Wirkungsweise von Schwarzkümmelöl analysiert. Seine Erkenntnisse decken sich mit denen der Amerikaner. Schleicher: "Mit dem Öl aus den Schwarzkümmelsamen gelangen wertvolle, mehrfach ungesättigte Fettsäuren wie Linol- und Gammalinolsäure in den Organismus. Durch sie wird die Synthese wichtiger Immunregulatorischer Substanzen ermöglicht, die die allergischen Reaktionen neutraliseren."Solche Substanzen findet man auch in Nachtkerzen- und Borretschöl. Was die Besonderheit des Schwarzkümmelöls ausmacht, erläutert Schleicher so: "Es ist die ungemein breit gefächerte Wirkung, die schon die altägyptischen Leibärzte der Pharaonen rühmten. In diesem Öl wirken verschiedene Fraktionen von Stoffen so optimal zusammen, daß seine Wirkung einzigartig genannt werden kann."Schleicher hat inzwischen die Wirkung des Öls an über 600 Patienten gestestet. Als Ergebnis nennt er eine Ausheilung allergischer Krankheiten bei rund 70 Prozent der Testpersonen. Darunter seien Pollen- und Stauballergiker sowie Neurodermitis-Fälle, Asthmapatienten und Infektanfällige. Deshalb setzt er Schwarzkümmelöl auch zur Vorbeugung gegen Erkältungskrankheiten und Grippe schwerpunktmäßig jetzt im Herbst ein. In Deutschland vertreiben inzwischen Reformhäuser, Drogerien und Apotheken das Gewürzöl in Kapselform.
