After 11 years of war, after the deaths of countless of innocents and spending in excess of $640 billion, the worlds most advanced military – the USA accepted to negotiate directly with the Taliban. Women in Afghanistan are still facing increasing violence still after the fall of the Taliban, a UN report has showed. It is clear that years of Western intervention has done little for Afghan women. With incompetent puppet rulers who only serve to fulfil the orders of their western masters, the women of Afghanistan see little in the way of justice and help in their time of need.
Eight years, ten years, twenty years. Even if America set their hearts on changing women's rights in Afghanistan with 'peace talks' with the taliban and promote what they see as their golden freedom and liberalism, they would only replace one set of problems, with a whole host of another. So it's time we seek a solution for the women of Afghanistan which actually gives them rights and protection without unshedding another load of social problems. And a change that would actually put the needs of the people, and the women first – not make them the convenient smokescreen to cover up real political objectives.
This is the complete system of Islam, which enshrines rights for women in such a way that it fosters absolute honour and protection for them from all types of exploitation in society. It is a system that does not churn out empty bills but provides a comprehensive system and clear strategy to eradicate oppressive views and practices towards women and has a zero tolerance approach to any form of violence or injustice meted out against them. It is a state that gives the weight, attention, and high priority to securing the dignity and rights of women that it deserves...
The establishment of the Khilafah is the way to the true landmark victory for Afghan women.

Delegation from Hizb ut-Tahrir #Ukraine Delivers Open Letter to #Pakistan Embassy in #Kiev
On 17th June 2013, a delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir in Ukraine visited the Pakistan Embassy in Kiev and handed over them an open letter entitled: "The year-long abduction of Naveed Butt will neither delay nor prevent your end at the hands of a Khaleefah Rashid". The delegation who visited the embassy were three members from Tahrir Tahrir: Omziv Fadhil (Head of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Ukraine), Liev Battaal (party member) and Abdus-Salam Salmatov (party member).
The Tahrir's delegation did not find the ambassador in his office, therefore the representative of the diplomatic mission met them on behalf of the ambassador. During the discussion, which was in English at the request of the representative of the Embassy, the delegation explained the criminal activity of General Kayani and his service to American interests for which he ordered harassment, kidnapping and torture of the Dawah carriers from the members of Hizb ut Tahrir and in particular the spokesman for the Tahrir in Pakistan, Naveed Butt, who was kidnapped a year ago on May 11, 2012, in front of his children.
The delegation pointed to the futility of such cowardly and desperate attempts to weaken the call for the establishment of the Khilafah, for these criminal practices will only enhance the desire of the Ummah to rule of Allah سبحانه وتعالى.
Moreover, the delegation warned the embassy staff that they are here in Ukraine to represent the people of Pakistan and not the cowardly criminal regime led by General Kayani, who looks at the people as if they are the main threat to himself and his American masters.
In response to a question; do you know anything about the Hizb ut Tahrir; the representative of the diplomatic mission said that he knows about the Tahrir through the newspapers. And regarding his stance towards what he heard about, he said that only the Pakistani ambassador in Ukraine can express his position about that.
And then the delegation handed over the open letter in four languages: the Arabic, Urdu, English and Russian.
Finally the representative promised the delegation to give the letter to the Pakistani Ambassador in Ukraine, also he promised to personally relay all that he heard.

COMMENT: 27th Summer Universiade in #Kazan #Russia
The 27th Summer Universiade is being held in Russia from 6th to 17th of July 2013. According to the organisers, Kazan has become the capital city of world student and youth sporting contests. This Universiade will be the greatest in the history of such events. Athletes from more than 170 countries will compete for more than 350 sets of medals in 27 sports.
Comment:
For the first time the Russian government has decided to hold such a major international event in the Volga region, that densely populated with 40% of all Muslims of Russian Federation. Totally there are seven republics with dominating Muslim population in Russia, two of them, such as Tatarstan and Bashkortostan, are in the Volga region. 4.5 million of Tatars and 1.5 million of Bashkirs live in these lands.
According to recent analyzes provided by Russian experts the Volga region is assessed as not trustworthy in terms of loyalty to the Russian authoritarian system. The reason for this according to those same experts is the revival of Islam among the Tatars and Bashkirs.
In this regard, the preparation and holding of the World Universiade are connected with providing tight security by the Russian government and its security forces. Numerous officials of Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Security Service and the Russian Ministry of Defense are concentrated in Tatarstan. Against the background of this international event, the fruits of anti-Islamic policy of the Russian authorities, expressed in discrediting and humiliation of Islam and Muslims, are becoming apparent more and more. The security forces' officials visit the houses of Muslim activists, conduct searches, seize the Islamic attributes such as flags of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) from the cars belonging to the Muslims, and then subject them to administrative arrests.
Thus, an attempt to remove from the streets of Kazan any manifestations of Islam is made. The Russian authorities do not hide now their plans to oust Islam from public life of the country.
The need for a political term "Wahhabism", which should cover all those Muslims in whose loyalty the Russian authorities doubt, is imposed on the society openly. Government agencies controlling the religious life of Muslims propose to create intolerable conditions of life for the Muslims, who will be on the lists of "Wahhabists". On the 22nd of June, the Russian government made tightening in the legislation directed against the unofficial Muslim movements, increasing prison sentences for the organization and activities in the Islamic political party "Hizb ut-Tahrir" and other Islamic Jamaats. On the 1st of July the law banning Muslim activists convicted for having a religious position contrary to the position of the Russian authorities to establish and participate in public and religious organizations was amended. The Minister of Justice said that the main purpose of the bill is aimed at stopping the activities of banned Islamic organizations.

The #Bangladesh National Budget is a Tool of Deception, Lies and Empty Promises
On June 30th 2013, the Bangladesh Parliament passed the national budget of Taka 2,225 billion for the 2013-14 financial year. After the budget was proposed on June 6 by the Finance Minister, there were no discussions by the political parties in the parliament about the economic policies and strategies for development or sources of revenues and areas of expenditures. Rather these parties passed the sessions in the parliament making accusations of personal scandals against each other, totally bypassing the interests of the Ummah.
Comment:
In all budgets under the capitalist system, sources of revenue, in other words, money taken from the people is a process of zulm (oppression) while the allocation of resources is a source of corruption, without giving any priority to the people's needs. Especially, the national budget in Bangladesh has become a tool of deception, lies and empty promises. Ruling Awami League in its election manifesto in 2008 explicitly mentioned that number of poor population will be reduced from 65 million to 45 million by 2013 and number of unemployed will be reduced from 28 million to 24 million by 2013. This is the year 2013 and the Finance Minister conveniently forgot the number of poor and unemployed in his budget speech. Hiding behind statistics, he barely mentioned that the poverty ratio declined by 10 percent compared to 2005, quoting a survey of 2010. Regarding employment, he hid behind another statistic – 'man-months' instead of the number of unemployed people.
To eliminate poverty, which is again defined and changed as the World Bank wishes, the government undertakes various social safety programs. Last year, the allocated amount was Taka 1,384 million and proposed amount for the next year is Taka 2,275 million. In a recent survey by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), it was revealed that the target poor populace for these programmes, which represents 40 percent of the total population, ended up receiving only 55 percent of the benefits. The rest 45 percent of social safety net benefits ended up with the richer 60 percent, who do not fall in the poorest or most vulnerable category. So, basically all these so called social safety net programs are a source of corruption and often the resources of these programs are used as political tools by the local political thugs.
Another priority election pledge by the Awami League was declaration of a target for power generation. The government vowed in its election manifesto that power generation will be increased to 7,000MW by 2013, which in any case is very low from the existing demand point of view. On June 30, 2013, maximum power generation was 6,041MW, even after looting public money in the name of quick rentals. The zalim government has also looted money from the people by increasing the price of electricity six times in the last four and half years following the dictates of the IMF. The whole country is now boiling under the heat of summer while load shedding is happening every hour in the cities and for hours on in the rural areas. Along with the power projects, the Hasina government presented the nation with massive corruptions in the capital market, Padma Bridge and other infrastructure projects, banking sector and multi-level-marketing (MLM) companies.
The Ummah is betrayed again and again by the rulers with various words and statistics. Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (ra) narrated that Allah's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
أَلَا إِنَّ لِكُلِّ غَادِرٍ لِوَاءً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِقَدْرِ غَدْرَتِهِ أَلَا وَلَا غَدْرَ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ إِمَامِ عَامَّةٍ
"Everyone who had betrayed a trust would have a banner on the Day of Resurrection to the extent of his betrayal in the world, and that no betrayal was greater than that of the ruler of the common people, whose banner would be fixed onto his posterior." (Tirmidhi)
Allah سبحانه وتعالى has given us a system which solves the problems of people instead of deceiving them. Islam has defined the basic needs of human beings and the Khaleefah, the ruler of the Islamic State, is bound to deliver the basic necessities to the citizens. Our Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said,
«من أصبح معافى في بدنه آمنا في سربه عنده قوت يومه فقد حيزت له الدنيا، يا ابن آدم، يكفيك ما سد جوعتك ووارى عورتك، فإن كان بيت يواريك فذاك، وإن كانت دابة تركبها فبخ، فإن الخبز وماء الجر وما فوق الإزار حساب عليك»
"The son of Adam has no better right than that he would have a house wherein he may live and a piece of cloth whereby he may hide his nakedness and a piece of bread and some water." (Al-Bayhaki)
Accordingly, Hizb ut-Tahrir, in its draft constitution, states in the Article 125:
'Every individual must have all his basic needs provided for completely by the State.'
The draft constitution also states in Article 153:
'The State should provide employment for all subjects holding citizenship of the State.'
It also mentions in the Article 156:
'The State is to guarantee the living expenses of the one who has no money, no work and no relatives responsible for his financial maintenance.'
In the Islamic State, GDP and its growth will not be the target; rather the satisfying individual's basic needs will be the focus of the state. Khilafah will generate employment by putting priority on agriculture and industrial sector as well as the military. Utilizing energy resources will be the driver behind industrialization in the Khilafah state. Islam does not allow privatization of electricity. Electricity generation energy like gas, oil, coal etc are public resources. Our Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
الْمُسْلِمُونَ شُرَكَاءُ فِي ثَلَاثٍ فِي الْمَاءِ وَالْكَلَإِ وَالنَّارِ وَثَمَنُهُ حَرَامٌ
"The Muslims are partners in three things: waters, feeding pastures and fire." (Ahmad).
So, Khilafah government will not make profit, rather it will ensure benefits of electricity and energy to mass people at an affordable price.
In the Islamic ruling system the Khaleefah is accountable to the people for all his actions. He will set economic policies of the state according to Islam as he is bound to rule people on the basis of Qur'an and Sunnah. Khaleefah takes responsibility to solve people's problems. So, people must abandon the capitalist system and come forward to establish the Khilafah system, the only ruling system that Allah سبحانه وتعالى has given us.

1. Was ist Suhuur?
Suhuur wird die Mahlzeit genannt, welche man im letzten Teil der Nacht zu sich nimmt. Es ist empfohlen Suhuur hinauszuschieben (bis kurz vor eintreten des echten Fajrs).
2. Welche Vorzüge hat Suhuur?
- Im Suhuur liegt segen: „Nehmt das Suhuur-Mahl ein, denn es liegt Segen darin." (Bukhari & Muslim)
- Unterscheidung vom Fasten der Leute der Schrift: „ Der Unterschied zwischen unserem Fasten und dem Fasten der Leute der Schrift ist, die Einnahme des Suhuur." (Muslim)
- Lobpreisung für denjenigen, der Suhuur zu sich nimmt: „Suhuur ist ein Segen. Unterlasst es nicht, auch wenn ihr nur ein Schluck Wasser trinkt. ALLAH und Seine Engel lobpreisen diejenigen, Suhuur zu sich nehmen." (Ahmad – Sahih al Jami')
Iftaar
1. Die Regelungen & Vorzüge des Iftaars
- Das Fasten sobald die Sonne untergeht brechen: Der Gesandte ALLAHs (salla ALLAHu ‚aleihi wa sallam) sagte: „Es wird den Menschen immer wohl ergehen, wenn sie bei der Fälligkeit des Fastens alsbald essen." (Al Bukhari & Muslim)
- Es ist empfohlen das Fasten so zu brechen wie der Gesandte ALLAHs (salla ALLAHu 'aleihi wa sallam) es tat:
Anas (radiyALLAHu 'anhu) berichtete: „Der Prophet (salla ALLAHu ‚aleihi wa sallam) pflegte sein Fasten mit frischen Datteln vor dem Gebet zu brechen, wenn frische Datteln nicht vorhanden waren, so nahm er einige normale Datteln, und wenn normale Datteln nicht vorhanden waren, so nahm er einige Schlücke Wasser." (At Tirmidhi & Abu Dawud – Sahih al Jami')
– Das Bittgebet zum Fastenbrechen sprechen
ذَهَـبَ الظَّمَـأُ، وَابْتَلَّـتِ العُـروق، وَثَبَـتَ الأجْـرُ إِنْ شـاءَ الله
„Dhahaba Adh-Dhamaa-u, wabtallatil 'uruuq wa thabatal ajru in sha ALLAH."
„Der Durst ist gelöscht, die Adern sind feucht geworden und der Lohn ist gesichert, so ALLAH will."
Aufgaben:
- lernt das Bittgebet während des Fastenbrechens und praktiziert es. Wichtig: man spricht es nicht vor dem Essen! Sondern während/beim Fastenbrechen (wenn man schon etwas zu sich genommen hat)
- lernt und praktiziert die Sunnan, die in den Ahadith erwähnt werden und achtet darauf beim Iftaar erst das Fasten zu brechen (mit Dattel/n &/oder Wasser) und kurze Zeit danach das Gebet zu verrichten und nicht erstmal alles essen, was ihr da habt und dann erst zu beten

Der Islam wirde ganz klar über die anderen Weltanschauungen siegen, dies ist ein Versprechen Allahs, wer sagt der Sieg wird nicht kommen ist entweder ein Kafir oder einer der Juhal.
Selbst die Kufar sind sich im klaren, dass das Kalifat zurückkehren wird, die Schweiz hat bereits ein Vertrag mit dem Kalifat ausgearbeitet.
Doch fragen sollten wir uns: Was habe ich für diesen Sieg getan, diesen Sieg der die ganze Welt verändern wird ?
Möge Allah Ta'ala uns zu aktiven Mitgliedern der Ummah machen, die für den Sieg Allahs arbeiten, Amin.

Unser Alltag ist geprägt von Spaß und Sorglosigkeit, doch der Alltag in der Ummah, auf der fernen Seite der Weltkugel, ist geprägt von Vergewaltigung/Mord/Ausbeutungen/Folterung/Angst/Bomben/Krieg&vieles mehr.
Was tun wir ? Arbeiten wir wie der Prophet SallAllahhualayhiwasalam an der Khilafah, um aus diesen Alltag auszubrechen !?
Oder sind wir bloße Tastaturkrieger, die ihre Klappe aufreißen, als seien sie die Helden der Ummah und setzen keine Handlung .

Was wir mit dieser Seite bezwecken wollen ist, Zusammenhalt, Einigkeit, Gerechtigkeit, Verständnis, gegenseitiger Respekt und Frieden. Was jedoch einige von euch nicht zu verstehen scheinen. Einige von euch benehmen sich wie Untermenschen und es scheint als wollen sie die oben genannten Dinge nicht erreichen. Diese Beleidigungen untereinander hier auf der Seite sind völlig fehl am Platz. Lernt endlich miteinander sachlich zu diskutieren und lernt zu akzeptieren, dass es Menschen gibt die in einigen Punkten eure Meinung NICHT vertreten, was auch völlig in Ordnung ist deswegen muss man nicht persönlich werden. Das ist unterstes Niveau und hat hier und allgemein im Leben nichts zu suchen. Wir gehen davon aus das ihr mindestens 15 Jahre alt seid. Das Benehmen allerdings lässt auf höchstens 5 schliessen, trauriger Weise. Wir geben uns Mühe bei unserer Arbeit und erwarten eine gewisse Mitarbeit von euch. So werft ihr, die Leute die sich benehmen wie im Kindergarten, ein schlechtes Licht auf unsere Seite, für Menschen die nach der Wahrheit suchen. Wenn jemand vielleicht nicht versteht was in dieser Welt wirklich vorsich geht, dann könnt ihr, die es ja wissen, denjenigen auf nette Weise erklären worums geht anstatt das alle auf einen drauf gehen und ihn beschimpfen, so kommen wir dem Ziel, eine Einheit die für das Rechte einsteht zu werden, nämlich nicht näher. Wir verfolgen ernste Themen und sind interessiert daran aufzuklären, zu vermitteln und gemeinsam Stark zu werden. Einen Kindergarten können wir nicht gebrauchen.
Vielen Dank an die Leute die uns unterstützen und dieses Projekt ernst nehmen.
