Während sich die Welt zurecht über die Junta in Ägypten empört, setzt das faschistische Assad-Regime weiter Giftgas in bisher ungesehenem Ausmaß ein. Jetzt soll es bei Damaskus zu einem Einsatz mit über 500 Toten gekommen sein. Wo ist eigentlich Obamas Rote Linie?

Revolutionäre berichten von Angriffen mit 430 Toten nahe Damaskus
Betroffen seien vor allem der Bezirk Al-Ghuta Al-Scharkija, der als Hochburg des Widerstandes gegen Präsident Baschar al-Assad gilt, sowie Moadhamijat al-Scham, hiess es. Die Zahl der Verletzten wurde von den Aktivisten auf etwa 600 beziffert.
Die Organisation Syrischer Menschenrechtsbeobachter bestätigte die Angriffe unter Berufung auf eigene Informanten vor Ort, nannte jedoch keine Opferzahlen. Sie rief die Chemiewaffen-Experten auf, die bombardierten Dörfer zu besuchen.

East Ghouta, #Damascus province, 21-08-2013: These are a few of those killed in tonight's chemical weapons attacks by Assad's forces. Most of the victims are women and children. It is now known that regime forces fired 15 missiles loaded with chemical warheads at towns in East Ghouta at around 3:00 a.m. today. The chemicals used are believed to include Sarin.
The number of dead has exceeded 100 and is continuing to rise, with hundreds injured and the field hospitals in the besieged area lacking supplies of atropine and hydrocortisone required to administer to the victims, as well as suffering a severe shortage of oxygen cylinders; regime forces have prevented all supplies of medicine and medical equipment (as well as food, fuel, humanitarian aid and other essentials) from entering the region for months.
The situation is now catastrophic and tragic in every sense.

In Erinnerung...
Abu Askar al-Almani" alias Shahab Dashti Sineh Sar (rechts im Bild) war iranischer Staatsbürger.
Im Jahre 1994 kam er mit seinen Eltern nach Hamburg. Hier besuchte er die Madschid-Taiba-Moschee (vormals: Al-Quds-Moschee) am Steindamm 103 und wurde Mitglied der Islamischen Bewegung Usbekistan (IBU). Er reiste am 4. März 2009 nach Peschawar (Pakistan), um sich dort in einem sogenannten "Terrorlager" ausbilden zu lassen. In einem Brief an seine Eltern vom März 2009 erklärte Dashti, dass ihm ein gottgefälliges Leben in Deutschland nicht mehr möglich gewesen sei und dass er mit seiner Familie die höchste Stufe des Paradieses erreichen möchte, in welches auch biidnillah die Märtyrer eingehen.
"Imran al-Almani" alias Bünyamin Erdoğan (links im Bild) war Deutschtürke, zuletzt wohnte er in Wuppertal-Vohwinkel.
Im Jahr 2009 besuchte Bünyamin Erdoğan eine Koranschule in Ägypten und reiste ein Jahr später nach Waziristan.
Nach Einschätzung der deutschen Sicherheitsbehörden soll sich Bünyamin Erdoğan vor Ort der Islamischen Bewegung Usbekistan (IBU) angeschlossen haben.
Im Juli 2010 leitete die Staatsanwaltschaft ein Ermittlungsverfahren gegen ihn ein.
Shahab Dashti Sineh Sar starb zusammen mit Bünyamin Erdoğan und drei Einheimischen (darunter Abdul Aziz Taciki und Hattab Taciki) am 4. Oktober 2010 bei einem US-Drohnenangriff auf ein Haus in Mir Ali (Waziristan). Shahab Dashti wurde durch die Explosion ein Bein abgerissen.
Möge Allāh teâlâ ihre Shuhada annehmen.

صحبة الحبيب صلى الله عليه وسلم في الجنة
من دلائل محبة المسلم للنبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أن يتمنى صحبته، ليجاهد معه، ويذب عنه، وينصره، قال القاضي عياض: " ومن محبته صلى ـ الله عليه وسلم ـ نصرة سنته، والذب عن شريعته، وتمني حضور حياته فيبذل ماله ونفسه دونه " .
وقال ابن حجر: " وقد ذهب جمهور العلماء إلى أن فضيلة الصحبة لا يعدلها عمل، لمشاهدة رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ، أما من اتفق له الذب عنه، والسبق إليه بالهجرة، أو النصرة، أو ضبط الشرع المتلقى عنه وتبليغه لمن بعده، فإنه لا يعدله أحد ممن يأتي بعده، لأنه ما مِن خصلة إلا وللذي سبق بها مثل أجر من عمل بها من بعده، فظهر فضلهم " .
وقال النووي: " وفضيلة الصحبة - ولو لحظة - لا يوازيها عمل، ولا تنال درجتها بشيء، والفضائل لا تؤخذ بالقياس، ذلك فضل الله يؤتيه من يشاء " .
فإذا كانت صحبته ـ صلى الله عيه وسلم ـ في الدنيا بهذا الشرف وهذه المنزلة، فكيف برفقته وصحبته ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ في جنات النعيم ؟! . والأسباب التي توصل إلى مرافقة النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وصحبته في الجنة كثيرة، منها:
حبه وطاعته ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ :
حُبُّ النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ من أعظم الأسباب التي تضعك على طريق مرافقته ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ في الجنة، فعن عبد الله بن مسعود - رضي الله عنه -: قال: ( جاء رجل إلى رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - فقال: يا رسول الله، كيف ترى في رجل أحب قوما ولمَّا يلحق بهم؟، فقال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - : المرء مع من أحب ) رواه مسلم .
وعن أنس ـ رضي الله عنه ـ: ( أن رجلا سأل النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عن الساعة، فقال: متى الساعة؟، فقال: وما أعددت لها؟، قال: لا شيء، إلا أني أحب الله ورسوله، فقال ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ: أنت مع من أحببت، قال أنس: فما فرحنا بشيء فرحنا بقول النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم: أنت مع من أحببت ) رواه البخاري، قال أنس: " فأنا أحب النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ، وأبا بكر، وعمر، وأرجو أن أكون معهم بحبي إياهم، وإن لم أعمل أعمالهم " .
ومحبة النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ الحقيقية التي توصل إلى صحبته في الجنة ليست مجرد كلمات يرددها اللسان، بل لا بد أن تكون محبته ـ عليه الصلاة والسلام ـ حياة تُعاش، ومنهجاً يتبع، وصدق الله إذ يقول: { قُلْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللَّهَ فَاتَّبِعُونِي يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ }(آل عمران:31) .
أما طاعته - صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ والتي هي أيضا سبيل عظيم لرفقته في الجنة، فهي مقتضى الشهادة بأن محمداً رسول الله، ولازم من لوازمها، إذ معنى الشهادة له بأنه رسول الله حقاً ـ كما يقول الشيخ محمد بن عبد الوهاب : " طاعته فيما أمر، وتصديقه فيما أخبر، واجتناب ما عنه نهى وزجر، وأن لا يُعْبد الله إلا بما شرع " .
وقال البغوي في تفسير قول الله تعالى: { وَمَنْ يُطِعْ اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَالصَّالِحِينَ وَحَسُنَ أُوْلَئِكَ رَفِيقًا }(النساء: 69) : " نزلت في ثوبان مولى رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ، وكان شديد الحب لرسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ، قليل الصبر عنه، فأتاه ذات يوم وقد تغيَّر لونه يعرف الحزن في وجهه، فقال له الرسول ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ: ما غيَّر لونك؟!، فقال: يا رسول الله، ما بي مرض ولا وجع، غير أنّي إذا لم أرك استوحشت وحشة شديدة حتى ألقاك، ثم ذكرت الآخرة فأخاف أني لا أراك، لأنك تُرفَع مع النبيين، وإني إن دخلت الجنة في منزلة أدنى من منزلتك، وإن لم أدخل الجنة لا أراك أبدًا، فنزلت هذه الآية ".
كثرة الصلاة :
مرافقة النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ في الجنة لا تُنال بالتمني، فلابد من العمل لنيلها، وإذا كان لكل إنسان أمنية في حياته يسعى من أجلها، ويحرص على بلوغها، ويضحي بكل ما لديه ليصل إليها، فقد كانت أمنية الصحابي الشاب ربيعة بن كعب الأسلمي ـ رضي الله عنه ـ مرافقة النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ في الجنة، وشتان بين أمنية وأمنية .
عن ربيعة بن كعب الأسلمي ـ رضي الله عنه ـ قال: ( كنت أبيت مع رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ، فأتيته بوضوئه وحاجته، فقال لي: سلني؟، فقلت: أسألك مرافقتك في الجنة، قال: أو غير ذلك ؟، قلت: هو ذاك، قال: فأعني على نفسك بكثرة السجود ) رواه مسلم .
ومعنى " أسألك مرافقتك في الجنة " : سل لي ذلك وادع لي به، فمن المعلوم أن النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ لا يملك لأحد أن يُدخله الجنة .
قال ابن القيم: " وإذا أردت أن تعرف مراتب الهمم فانظر إلى همَّة ربيعة بن كعب الأسلمي ـ رضي الله عنه ـ وقد قال له رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ: ( سلني )، فقال: أسألك مرافقتك في الجنة، وكان غيره يسأله ما يملأ بطنه، أو يواري جلده " .
قال النووي: " فيه الحث على كثرة السجود والترغيب، والمراد به السجود في الصلاة، وفيه دليل لمن يقول تكثير السجود أفضل من إطالة القيام " .
وقال السيوطي: " (فأعني على نَفسك بِكَثْرَة السجود ): هو كِنَايَة عَن كَثْرَة الصَّلاة " .
حسن الخلق :
أساس هذا الدين العظيم هو مكارم الأخلاق ومحاسنها، فقد روى البيهقي أن ـ النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قال: ( إنما بعثت لأتمم مكارم الأخلاق ) . وقد وصف الله ـ عز وجل ـ نبيه ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وأثنى عليه بحسن الخلق، فقال: { وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَى خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ } (القلم:4).
قال القاضي عياض: " وأما الأخلاق المكتسبة من الأخلاق الحميدة، والآداب الشريفة التي اتفق جميع العقلاء على تفضيل صاحبها، وتعظيم المتصف بالخلق الواحد منها فضلا عما فوقه، وأثنى الشرع على جميعها، وأمر بها، ووعد السعادة الدائمة للمتخلق بها، ووصف بعضها بأنه جزء من أجزاء النبوة، وهي المسماة بحسن الخُلق، فجميعها قد كانت خلق نبينا محمد ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " .
ومن الأحاديث الواردة في حسن الخلق وبيان فضله ومنزلته، وأنه أحد أسباب رفقة النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ في الجنة ـ ما رواه الترمذي عن جابر ـ رضي الله عنه ـ أن رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قال: ( إن من أحبكم إليَّ وأقربكم مني مجلسا يوم القيامة أحاسنكم أخلاقا ) .
الصلاة على رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ :
عن عبد الله بن مسعود ـ رضي الله عنه ـ: أَن رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قال: ( إن أولى الناس بي يوم القيامة أكثرهم عليَّ صلاة ) رواه أبو داود .
قال المناوي: " (إن أولى الناس بي يوم القيامة) : أقربهم مني يوم القيامة، وأولاهم بشفاعتي، وأحقهم بالإفاضة من أنواع الخيرات ودفع المكروهات ".
وقال أبو حاتم: " في هذا الخبر دليل على أن أولى الناس برسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ في القيامة يكون أصحاب الحديث، إذ ليس من هذه الأمة قوم أكثر صلاة عليه ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ منهم " .
وقد ذكر ابن القيم في الباب الرابع من كتابه القيم جلاء الأفهام عددا من الفوائد والثمرات الحاصلة بالصلاة عليه ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ منها :
الفائدة الأولى: امتثال أمر الله تعالى .
الثانية: موافقته سبحانه في الصلاة عليه ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ، وإن اختلفت الصلاتان، فصلاتنا عليه دعاء وسؤال، وصلاة الله تعالى عليه ثناء وتشريف.
الثالثة: موافقة ملائكته فيها.
الرابعة: حصول عشر صلوات من الله على المصلي مرة.
الخامسة: أنه يرفع عشر درجات .
السادسة: أنه يكتب له عشر حسنات .
السابعة: أنه يمحي عنه عشر سيئات .
الثامنة: أنه يرجى إجابة دعائه إذا قدمها أمامه، فهي تصاعد الدعاء إلى عند رب العالمين.
التاسعة: أنها سبب لشفاعته ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إذا قرنها بسؤال الوسيلة له.
العاشرة: أنها سبب لغفران الذنوب.
الحادية عشرة: أنها سبب لكفاية الله العبد ما أهمه.
الثانية عشرة: أنها سبب لقرب العبد منه ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يوم القيامة .
تربية البنات :
ورد في فضل البنات وتربيتهن أحاديث كثيرة، تبين أن تربيتهن سِتر من النار، وطريق يؤدي لرفقة النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ في الجنة والقرب منه، وكفى بذلك فضلا وشرفا .
عن عائشة ـ رضي الله عنها ـ عن النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أنه قال: ( من ابتلي من هذه البنات بشيء كن له ستراً من النار ) رواه البخاري .
وعن أنس ـ رضي الله عنه ـ قال: قال رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ: ( من عال جاريتين حتى تبلغا، جاء يوم القيامة أنا وهو - وضم أصابعه - ) رواه مسلم .
وقال ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ: ( من كن له ثلاث بنات، أو ثلاث أخوات ، فاتقى الله و أقام عليهن كان معي في الجنة هكذا، و أومأ بالسبابة و الوسطى ) أخرجه أبو يعلى وصححه الألباني .
كفالة اليتيم :
لقد كان رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ من أوائل الذين لمسوا آلام اليتيم وأحزانه، ومن ثم اهتم به اهتماماً بالغاً من حيث تربيته ورعايته ومعاملته، حتى ينشأ عضواً نافعاً، ولا يشعر بالنقص عن غيره من أفراد المجتمع، فيتحطم ويصبح عضواً هادماً في الحياة، وقد بلغ من عنايته ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ باليتيم أن بشَّرَ كافليه بأنهم رفقاؤه في الجنة، فعن سهل بن سعد ـ رضي الله عنه ـ قال: قال رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ: ( أنا وكافل اليتيم في الجنة هكذا ، وأشار بالسبابة والوسطى وفرج بينهما شيئاً ) رواه البخاري .
قال النووي: " كَافلُ اليَتيم: القَائِمُ بِأمُوره " .
وقال ابن حجر: " قال شيخنا في شرح الترمذي: لعل الحكمة في كون كافل اليتيم يشبه في دخول الجنة، أو شُبِّهت منزلته في الجنة بالقرب من النبي، أو منزلة النبي، لكون النبي شأنه أن يبعث إلى قوم لا يعقلون أمر دينهم، فيكون كافلا لهم ومعلما ومرشدا، وكذلك كافل اليتيم يقوم بكفالة من لا يعقل أمر دينه بل ولا دنياه، ويرشده ويعلمه، ويحسن أدبه فظهرت مناسبة ذلك .." .
وقال ابن بطال : " حق على من سمع هذا الحديث أن يعمل به ليكون رفيق النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ في الجنة، ولا منزلة في الآخرة أفضل من ذلك " .
وعن أبي هريرة ـ رضي الله عنه ـ قال: قال رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ : (كافل اليتيم له أو لغيره وأنا وهو كهاتين في الجنة) رواه مسلم .
قال النووي: " ( اليَتِيمُ لَهُ أَوْ لِغَيرِهِ ) مَعْنَاهُ: قَريبُه، أَو الأجْنَبيُّ مِنْهُ، فالقَريبُ مِثل أنْ تَكْفَلهُ أمُّهُ أَوْ جَدُّهُ، أَوْ أخُوهُ، أَوْ غَيرُهُمْ مِنْ قَرابته، والله أعلم " .
لقد اشتاق وحنَّ جذع الشجرة للنبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ شوقا إليه، فكيف لا تشتاق نفوس المؤمنين لصحبته ورفقته ؟!!، ولذلك سيظل اشتياق المسلم لصحبة الحبيب ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ في الجنة،

Quran is the source of glory and happiness for the Ummah - I
Praise be to Allaah Who Revealed His Noble Book in the best style and Impressed hearts with its good wording and eloquent compositions. He Revealed it in the form of clear verses, Segmented it into Surahs and verses, Arranged it in the best way with His Extensive Wisdom and Composed it in the greatest way with the most eloquent words and sublime structure. Blessings and peace be upon the Prophet to whom the Quran was revealed to warn and remind. Allaah Revealed the Quran to his noble heart and this alleviated his hardship and expanded his breast. Also, blessings and peace be on the Prophet's family and Companions from among the Muhaajiroon and the Ansaar.
Despite technical advancement, the prosperity of industries and inventions and the new world order, the world today is failing with all its organizations, institutions and innovations to bring happiness to humankind or provide it with security and comfort. Here are the ratios of the disease of the age; anxiety and depression, increasing day after day. Here are also the ratios of poverty, ignorance, hunger, killing, suicide as well as the collapse of values, principles and morals multiplying year after year.
Villa Spaza, a Spanish scientist, said, "All the amazing discoveries of the West are neither able to prevent even one tear nor to make even one human smile..."
Alexis Carrel said, "Modern civilization does not suit us …. Although it was established through our contributions, it does not suit us. We are indeed unhappy people because we have morally and mentally deteriorated."
The same applies to some of those who are called Muslims. They have their wealth, positions and dreams, though they live in worries, anxiety and pain. What is the solution? What is the refuge? It is the Quran!
The Quran is the source of glory and happiness for the Ummah, the basis of knowledge, action and tranquility, and the spring of steadfastness at the time of conflicting ideas and changing concepts. It is the fortified dam in facing temptations, allegations and desires.
At such a time, all of us need the Quran to strengthen our faith and certainty so that we keep steadfast before such desires and challenges.
Each Muslim needs the Quran to reassure him when he feels alienated, soothe him when he is afflicted with a disaster, create hope in him when he is distressed or suffers from despair of the Mercy of Allaah and warn and frighten him when he is overcome with fancies and lusts.
O Muslims, nation of the Quran, there is neither steadfastness, nor affection for the self, nor relief for the soul, nor fulfillment of a promise nor security from a punishment nor firmness of belief nor continuity of one's good mention unless one moves with all his feelings, sentiments, heart and body to the Book of Allaah, the Noble Quran through recitation, reflection, learning and acting accordingly.
This key actually opens the locks of the heart. The Quran is the key of the hearts. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {Then do they not reflect upon the Quran, or are there locks upon [their] hearts?} [Quran 47: 24]
O Muslim, you should read the Quran with your heart first before your tongue to find:
Purity of meanings which quench your thirst from the water of eloquence, gentleness where you smell the breeze of the garden as well as words when they are strict, they are like waves of the overflowing seas and when they are lenient, they are the breaths of the life to come.
The Quran is the source of lighting the heart as well as life and remedy for souls. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {O mankind, there has to come to you instruction from your Lord and healing for what is in the breasts and guidance and mercy for the believers. Say, "In the Bounty of Allaah and in His Mercy - in that let them rejoice; it is better than what they accumulate."}
[Quran 10: 57-58]
The Quran achieves happiness for the human, spreads security and tranquility and provides glory, prosperity and safety. All this is achieved through the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet who said: "I have left among you two things you will never go astray as long as you hold fast to them: the Book of Allaah and my Sunnah." [Al-Albaani: Hasan]
Brothers and sisters, we do not need to clarify a fact which is known to friends and confirmed by enemies. We do not need to clarify this fact which the believers believed in and the opponents admitted. We do not need to assert that the Noble Quran is a sublime summit and a high peak in eloquence and fluency. The masters of eloquence failed to bring anything like the Quran. We do not need to repeat this whenever we talk about our Quran. It is enough for us in terms of glory and honor that the Quran is the Words of Allaah.
We hear many of those who try to prove the strength of eloquence and effectiveness in the Quran for the enemies. Had we been truthful with ourselves, we would have wondered: What is the effect of the Quran on our souls? What is the effect of its eloquence on our hearts? Is this not poof against us that we are away from the Quran and therefore we are weak? Where are we from the Quran; the light of our hearts, the constitution of our lives, the Favor of Allaah and His greatest Bounty over us?
We are often in dire need of those who remind us, admonish us, soften our hearts and help us to stay always on the straight path, with neither exaggeration nor negligence.
There are moderate souls which accept, are disciplined and even become happy and demand this reminder. Contrary to this, there is another type of Muslim who is far away from the Islamic etiquettes and morals. They are even away from dedicating worship to Allaah and doing what befits the Majesty of Allaah of love, exaltation, submission and surrender. Such people need strong alerts and admonishments which put an end to their heedlessness and take them out of their deviation. There are no stronger alerts than the alerts of the Noble Quran which greatly influenced the Arabs, not only due to its inimitable style but also due to its alerts, prohibitions as well as the way of narrating stories in all its Surahs.
Have such people heard the verse in which Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {O you who have believed, do not take your fathers or your brothers as allies if they have preferred disbelief over belief. And whoever does so among you - then it is those who are the wrongdoers.} [Quran 9: 23]
Have such people read in the Quran the verse in which Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {Say, [O Muhammad], "If your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your wives, your relatives, wealth which you have obtained, commerce wherein you fear decline, and dwellings with which you are pleased are more beloved to you than Allaah and His Messenger and Jihaad in His Cause, then wait until Allaah Executes His command. And Allaah Does not Guide the defiantly disobedient people."} [Quran 9: 24]
When one of the leaders of the Quraysh heard the Messenger of Allaah reciting the verse in which Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {But if they turn away, then say, "I have warned you of a thunderbolt like the thunderbolt [that struck] 'Aad and Thamood.} [Quran 41: 13], he begged him to stop the recitation.
The Prophet strictly warned against returning to the morals of the pre-Islamic era saying: "The example of the one who helps his people with falsehood is like a camel that fell into a well and it moves its tail but can not get out." [Al-Albaani: Saheeh]
He also said: "I am seizing your waistbands and trying to pull you away from the Fire but you are trying to get away from me." [Muslim]
Why are those who are enslaved by traditions and vain pretensions and their words and deeds have become so far from Islam, not frankly told that their status is due to weakness of faith and keeping away from reflecting on the verses of the Quran? Actually, the Quranic stories and examples as well as the sayings of the Prophet have a wonderful effect on reforming and deterring the soul and putting it on the straight path. O people of the Quran, when will we realize that civilization and advancement do not contradict adherence to religion? When will we realize that the Quran is a light and guidance for the Muslims?
It is really astonishing! Why do we quickly respond to the enemies when they dictate that advancement can not be attained unless one abandons Islam? Could we not be civilized while we are praying and fasting? Could we not be civilized while we are straight and righteous?
I wonder in astonishment; is the condition of civilization and advancement to disobey Allaah and contradict His commands? If it is so, then this is the real backwardness. This is actually backwardness to the ages of ignorance, Shirk, darkness and worshipping desires and the idols of fancy! Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {Indeed, this Quran guides to that which is most suitable and gives good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a great reward.} [Quran 17: 9]
Is this the effect of ignorance about the Quran? Or is it shame to follow the truth of Islam? Or it is the effect of desires and lusts and surrender? O people of the Quran, the Quran calls to progress in all fields; all worldly and religiously matters. Nevertheless, it is the type of progress which is controlled by the noble Quranic etiquettes and divine teachings. Non-Muslim scientists and wise people wondered about the Noble Quran which preceded them to reflection and advancement by hundreds of years. This is happening at a time when many Muslims have deserted the Quran.

Ursachen für die Erbberechtigung im Islâm
Zum Erbe wird man im Islâm durch drei Verhältnisse berechtigt:
Erstes Verhältnis: die Ehe. Im Islâm wird die Ehe als islâmisch gültiger Ehevertrag definiert, auch wenn die Ehepartner danach nicht unter sich sind und kein Beischlaf stattfindet. Durch diese Ursache erben die Ehepartner voneinander, solange der Ehevertrag läuft oder noch in Vollzug ist. Wenn der Mann die Scheidung ausspricht und die Wartezeit vorüber ist, endet die Erbberechtigung zwischen beiden, außer wenn er die Scheidung auf dem Sterbebett ausspricht und man ihn verdächtigt, dass er sie vom Erbe ausschließen wollte. In diesem Fall erbt sie von ihm, auch wenn ihre Wartezeit bereits verstrichen ist, ja sogar nachdem sie – gemäß der Meinung einiger Gelehrter – einen anderen Mann geheiratet hat, um das Unrecht des verstorbenen Mannes aufzuheben.
Zweite Verhältnis: Walâ - Sklavenbefreiung
Wenn der Besitzer seinen Sklaven in die Freiheit entlässt, entsteht zwischen ihnen ein besonderes Verhältnis, das auf Arabisch "Walâ" genannt wird. Der Besitzer erwies dem Sklaven die Gnade, ihn freizulassen und befreite ihn somit von der Sklaverei. Es handelt sich um eine rechtliche Verwandtschaftsbeziehung, die Allâh als Konsequenz der Freilassung festlegt. Dieses Walâ ähnelt der Verwandtschaftsbeziehung. Die Gemeinsamkeit zwischen Walâ und Erbe besteht darin, dass der Mann zur Existenz seines Sohnes beiträgt und ebenso der Besitzer dazu beiträgt, dass der ehemalige Sklave ein freies Leben führen kann. Der ehemalige Besitzer beerbt seinen ehemaligen Sklaven, den er freigelassen hat. Es gibt hierzu noch einige detaillierte Regeln, die wir hier aus Platzgründen nicht erwähnt haben.
Drittes Verhältnis: echtes Verwandtschaftsverhältnis
Die Verwandtschaft ist ein Verhältnis zwischen zwei Personen aufgrund einer mehr oder weniger nahen Geburt. Jeder Mensch, mit dem du durch Geburt verbunden ist, egal wie eng du verwandt bist, sei es über den Vater oder die Mutter, oder über beide, der ist dein Verwandter. Dieses Verhältnis ist die wichtigste Ursache für die Erbberechtigung.
Die Erben auf Basis der Verwandtschaft werden in drei Gruppen unterteilt:
1. Abstammung: darunter fällt der Vater, Großvater etc. des Verstorbenen in männlicher Linie, die Mutter und Großmütter des Verstorbenen, egal wie viele Generationen dazwischen liegen, von denen der Verstorbene abstammt.
2. Nachkommen: darunter fallen die Kinder des Verstorbenen und dessen Enkelkinder, egal wie viele Generationen dazwischenliegen.
3. Die Seitenlinien: darunter fallen die Geschwister des Verstorbenen, dessen Neffen und Nichten von Vollgeschwistern oder Halbgeschwistern über den Vater, die Onkel väterlicherseits, wenn sie Vollgeschwister des Vaters oder eines Vorfahren des Verstorbenen sind, und die Cousins, egal welchen Grades.
Über diese drei Ursachen für die Erbberechtigung sind sich die Gelehrten einig. Es handelt sich um Beziehungen zwischen Menschen, die auch rein logisch nachvollziehbare Ursachen für die Erbberechtigung sind. Es gibt noch andere Gründe für das Erbe, die jedoch im Fiqh umstritten sind, wie etwa die Staatskasse eines islâmischen Staates, die Verwandten, die nicht zu den koranischen Erben gehören und Andere.

Sachez, cher frère, que c'est Allah qui reçoit votre aumône, en premier, avant le pauvre. C'est pourquoi, vous devez faire aumône de ce qui est bon et de bonne qualité et le verser de bon gré ; et faites attention à ne pas verser en aumône ce qui est vil, car Allah est Bon et n'accepte que ce qui est bon, et offrez aux autres ce que vous désireriez qu'ils vous offrent :
«Ô les croyants! Dépensez des meilleures choses que vous avez gagnées et des récoltes que Nous avons fait sortir de la terre pour vous. Et ne vous tournez pas vers ce qui est vil pour en faire dépense. Ne donnez pas ce que vous-mêmes n'accepteriez qu'en fermant les yeux! Et sachez qu'Allah n'a besoin de rien et qu'Il est digne de louange» (Coran 2/267)
Ce verset désigne aussi bien l'aumône prescrite que l'aumône volontaire.
En outre, Allah, exalté soit-Il, a associé le fait d'atteindre la piété au versement de l'aumône d'une chose qu'on aimait bien. Allah, le Très Haut, dit (sens du verset) :
« Vous n'atteindrez la (vraie) piété, que si vous faites largesses de ce que vous chérissez. Tout ce dont vous faites largesses, Allah le sait certainement bien» (Coran 3/92)
Dans son interprétation dudit verset, Ibn 'Abbâs a dit : «Allah, exalté soit-Il, ordonne aux croyants de faire aumône des biens qui sont de la meilleure qualité et les plus précieux, en leur interdisant de faire aumône de ce qui est médiocre et vil, car Allah est Bon et n'accepte que ce qui est bon».
C'est pourquoi les Compagnons rivalisaient pour faire aumône de ce qui leur était le plus précieux. Ainsi, il est rapporté que quand le verset : «Vous n'atteindrez la (vraie) piété, que si vous faites largesses de ce que vous chérissez» fut révélé, l'Ansar Abû Talha a dit : «Ô Messager d'Allah, le bien qui m'est le plus cher est un jardin à Bayrahâ'. J'en fais l'aumône et j'espère y trouver un bienfait dans ce bas monde et dans l'au-delà auprès d'Allah, exalté soit-Il».
Le Prophète () l'accepta et lui dit : «Fais-en aumône à tes proches parents».
Il est également rapporté que `Umar a dit : «Ô Messager d'Allah! Jamais je n'ai eu de bien plus précieux qu'une terre à Khaybar. Que m'ordonnes-tu d'en faire?" -Fais-en un legs pieux, répondit le Prophète, et fais l'aumône de ses produits.» (Boukhari et Mouslim)
De même, quand Ibn 'Umar chérissait certains de ses biens, il en faisait aumône en récitant : «Vous n'atteindrez la (vraie) piété, que si vous faites largesses de ce que vous chérissez». De même Ibn 'Umar a affranchi son esclave Nâfi`, bien que 'Abdallah ibn Dja'far lui ait proposé mille dinars pour l'acquérir. Il a été également rapporté que 'Umar avait acheté l'une des prisonnières de guerre de la bataille de Djalula qui lui avait plu. Ensuite, il récita : «Vous n'atteindrez la (vraie) piété, que si vous faites largesses de ce que vous chérissez» et il l'affranchit.
'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Azîz, pour sa part, achetait de grandes quantités de sucre et en faisait aumône. On lui demanda : « Pourquoi ne verses-tu pas plutôt en aumône la valeur de ce sucre ? » il répondit : «J'aime bien le sucre et je fais aumône de ce que j'aime.»
Al-Thawrî a rapporté qu'Umm Walad al-Rabî' ibn Khaytham a dit : «Quand un mendiant venait me demander une aumône, al-Rabî' me disait : Ô unetelle, donne au mendiant du sucre car Ar-Rabii` aime le sucre; et il récitait : 'Vous n'atteindrez la (vraie) piété, que si vous faites largesses de ce que vous chérissez'».
Al-Hasan a dit : « Vous n'obtiendrez ce que vous désirez qu'en abandonnant ce que vous chérissez, et vous ne réaliserez votre souhait qu'en endurant ce que vous détestez ».
Ô commerçants ! Ô bienfaisants ! Ne faites pas l'aumône des marchandises qui sont périmées, ne se vendent pas, ou sont de mauvaise qualité. Ô intendants des administrations de la Zakat, des ministères, des entreprises, craignez Allah et n'achetez pas ce qui est de mauvaise qualité et le moins cher. En effet, vous comparaîtrez devant votre Créateur Qui vous demandera des comptes à propos de tout ceci. Ô croyants ! Dépensez les bonnes choses que vous avez gagnées au cours du mois des bienfaits et des bénédictions et dépensez de ce qu'Il vous a confié, car les biens appartiennent à Allah, et les serviteurs en sont les dépositaires.
Vous les pauvres, en contrepartie de la bienfaisance de vos frères, invoquez Allah en leur faveur, remerciez-les et louez-les, car celui qui ne remercie pas les gens ne remercie pas Allah, exalté soit-Il.
