حضرت جنید بغدادی کی دعا قبول ہوی
======================
हज़रत जुनैद बग़्दादी एक दिन मस्जिद में बैठे थे कि एक शख़्स ने उन से कहा, हज़रत! आप का वाज़ सिर्फ़ शहर में काम करता है या इस के असरात जंगल में भी होते हैं? हज़रत जुनैद बग़्दादी रहमतुल्लाह ने इस बात की वज़ाहत चाही, तो वह कहने लगा... चंद आदमी जंगल के फ़ुलां मुक़ाम पर मौजूद हैं। उन्होंने नाच गानों की महफ़िल सजा रखी है और शराब पी कर मस्त हो रहे हैं।
हज़रत जुनैद बग़्दादी रहमतुल्लाह यह सुन कर मुँह लपेट कर जंगल की तरफ़ चल दीए, जब वह मतलूबा मुक़ाम पर पहुंचे, तो देखा, कुछ लोग शराब के नशे में मस्त थे। नाच गाना हो रहा था। वह लोग हज़रत जुनैद बग़्दादी रहमतुल्लाह अलैह को देखकर भागने लगे, तो आप ने फ़रमाया... भागो मत, मैं भी तुम्हारी तरह पीने वाला हूँ। मेरे लिए भी शराब लाओ। शहर में तो मैं पी नहीं सकता, इस लिए सब से छुप कर यहां आया हूँ।
हज़रत जुनैद बग़्दादी रहमतुल्लाह अलैह की बात सुन कर वह लोग रुक गए, फिर उन में से एक ने कहा... अफ़सोस! शराब तो ख़त्म हो गई है। अगर आप फ़रमाएं तो शहर से मंगवा दी जाये? हज़रत जुनैद बग़्दादी रहमतुल्लाह अलैह मुस्कुराए और बोले, क्या ऐसी सूरत नहीं कि शराब ख़ुद बख़ुद यहां आजाए?
साहिब! हम में तो ऐसा कमाल नहीं कि शराब ख़ुद बख़ुद हाज़िर हो जाये। उन में से एक ने कहा। क्या मैं तुम्हें वह बात सिखा दूं कि शराब ख़ुद बख़ुद यहां आ जाया करे और तुम इस का मज़ा लो। यह सुन कर सब लोग हैरत से एक दूसरे को देखने लगे। आख़िर एक ने कहा। ज़रूर सिखाएं। यह कमाल तो ज़रूर बताएं।
ठीक है। तुम लोग नहा धोकर, पाक साफ़ कपड़े पहन कर मेरे पास आओ। मैं तुम्हें वह कमाल सिखा दूंगा। वे लोग ग़ुस्ल करके, पाक साफ़ कपड़े पहन कर, हज़रत जुनैद बग़्दादी की ख़िदमत में हाज़िर हुए, तो हज़रत जुनैद बग़्दादी ने कहा। दो रकअत नमाज़ पढ़ो। जब वो नमाज़ में मशग़ूल हो गए, तो हज़रत जुनेद बग़्दादी ने दुआ के लिए हाथ उठा लिए।
ऐ अल्लाह! मेरा तो इतना ही काम था। मैंने उन्हें तेरे सामने खड़ा कर दिया है। अब तुझे इख़्तियार है। उन्हें हिदायत दे दे या गुमराही में रख।
हज़रत जुनैद बग़्दादी की दुआ क़बूल हुई, और इन सब की ज़िंदगी बदल गई। अल्लाह ने उन्हें हिदायत अता फ़र्मा दी थी।

حضرت جنید بغدادی ایک دن مسجد میں بیٹھے تھے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ کہ ایک شخص نے ان سے کہا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
حضرت!۔۔۔ آپ کا وعظ صرف شہر میں کام کرتا ھے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ یا اس کے اثرات جنگل میں بھی ہوتے ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
حضرت جنید بغدادی رحمہ اللہ نے اس بات کی وضاحت چاہی تو وہ کہنے لگا۔۔۔۔۔۔
چند آدمی جنگل کے فلاں مقام پر موجود ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ انہوں نے ناچ گانوں کی محفل سجا رکھی ھے ۔۔۔۔۔ اور شراب پی کر مست ہو رھے ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
حضرت جنید بغدادی رحمہ اللہ یہ سن کر منہ لپیٹ کر جنگل کی طرف چل دئیے ۔۔۔۔۔
جب وہ مطلوبہ مقام پر پہنچے تو دیکھا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ کچھ لوگ شراب کے نشے میں مست تھے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ناچ گانا ہورہا تھا۔۔۔۔۔۔ وہ لوگ حضرت جنید بغدادی رحمہ اللہ کو دیکہ کر بھاگنے لگے ۔۔۔۔ تو آپ نے فرمایا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
بھاگومت ۔۔۔۔۔ میں بھی تمہاری طرح پینے والا ہوں ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ میرے لیے بھی شراب لاؤ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ شہر میں تو میں پی نہیں سکتا ۔۔۔۔ اس لیے سب سے چھپ کر یہاں آیا ہوں ۔۔۔۔۔۔
حضرت جنید بغدادی رحمہ اللہ کی بات سن کر وہ لوگ رک گئے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ پھر ان میں سے ایک نے کہا۔۔۔۔۔۔
افسوس!۔۔۔۔۔ شراب تو ختم ہو گئ ھے ۔۔۔۔۔ اگر آپ فرمائیں تو شہر سے منگوادی جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔
حضرت جنید بغدادی رحمہ اللہ مسکرائے اور بولے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
کیا ایسی صورت نہیں کہ شراب خودبخود یہاں آجائے۔۔۔۔۔۔
صاحب!۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ہم میں تو ایسا کمال نہیں ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ کہ شراب خود بخود حاضر ہو جائے ۔۔۔۔ ان میں سے ایک نے کہا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
کیا میں تمہیں وہ بات سکھا دوں کہ شراب خود بخود یہاں آجایاکرے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ اور تم اس کا مزہ لو۔۔۔۔۔۔
یہ سن کر سب لوگ حیرت سے ایک دوسرے کو دیکھنے لگے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آخر ایک نے کہا۔۔۔۔۔
ضرور سکھائیں ۔۔۔۔۔ یہ کمال تو ضرور بتائیں ۔۔۔۔۔
ٹھیک ھے۔۔۔۔ تم لوگ نہا دھوکر۔۔۔۔ پاک صاف کپڑے پہن کر میرے پاس آؤ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ میں تمہیں وہ کمال سکھا دوں گا۔۔۔۔۔۔
وہ لوگ غسل کرکے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ پاک صاف کپڑے پہن کر ۔۔۔۔ حضرت جنید بغدادی رحمہ اللہ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تو حضرت جنید بغدادی نے کہا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
دورکعت نماز پڑھو۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
جب وہ نماز میں مشغول ہو گئے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ تو حضرت جند بغدادی رحمہ اللہ نے دعا کے لیے ہاتھ اٹھا لیے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
اے اللہ! میرا تو اتنا ہی کام تھا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ میں نے انہیں تیرے سامنے کھڑا کردیاہے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ اب تجھے اختیار ھے ۔۔۔۔۔ انہیں ہدایت دے دے یا گمراہی میں رکھ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
حضرت جنید بغدادی رحمہ اللہ کی دعا قبول ہوئی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ اور ان سب کی زندگی بدل گئی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ اللہ نے انہیں ہدایت عطا فرمادی تھی ۔۔۔۔

शर्मिंदा कर रही है, मेरी हर ख़ता मुझे !
तसकीन दे रहा है करम आपका मुझे !!
Sharminda Kar Rahi hai, Meri Har Khata Mujhe !
Taskeen de raha hai, karam Aapka Mujhe !!
मैं हके बंदगी न अदा कर सका कभी !
लेकिन तेरे करम ने नवाजा सदा मुझे !!
Main Haq-e-Bandagi na ada kar saka kabhi !
Lekin Tere Karam ne Nawaza, Sada Mujhe !!
धब्बा ना लगने पाए गुलामी की शान पर !

السلام و علیکم ورحمتہ اللہ
صبح و شام کے اذکار
اللہ تعالیٰ کا ذکر، صبح و شام اور فجر و مغرب کے بعد کرنا چاہیے۔
1 آیۃ الکرسی اور تینوں قل (سورہ اخلاص، سورہ فلق اور سورۃ الناس) کو تین تین بار پڑھنا ہر چیز کو کفایت کرتا ہے۔ (حسن، ترمذی)۔
2 جو شخص یہ دعا صبح و شام تین تین بار پڑھتا ہے تو اس کو کوئی چیز نقصان نہ دے گی:
بِسْمِ اﷲِ الَّذِیْ لَایَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِہٖ شَیْئٌ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَ
لَا فِی السَّمَاؓءِ وَ ھُوَ السَّمِیْعُ الْعَلِیْمُ (حسن ترمذی/)۔
اللہ کے نام سے، جس کے نام (کی برکت)سے آسمان و زمین کی کوئی چیز نقصان نہیں دے سکتی اور وہ (اللہ) سننے اور جاننے والا ہے۔
اَللّٰھُمَّ عَافِنِیْ فِیْ بَدَنِیْ اَللّٰھُمَّ عَافِنِیْ فِیْ سَمْعِیْ اَللّٰھُمَّ
عَافِنِیْ فِیْ بَصَرِیْ لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّآ اَنْتَ
اے اللہ میرے جسم میں عافیت دے۔ اے اللہ میرے کانوں میں عافیت دے۔ اے اللہ میری آنکھوں میں عافیت دے۔ تیرے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں۔ (ابوداؤد:)۔
مندرجہ بالا دعا تین مرتبہ پڑھنی چاہیے۔
4 ایک بار: یَا حَیُّ یَا قَیُّوْم بِرَحْمَتِکَ اَسْتَغِیْثُ اَصْلِحْ لِیْ شَاْنِی کُلَّہٗ وَلَا تَکِلْنِیٓ اِلٰی نَفْسِی طَرْفَۃَ اَعْیُنٍ
(ترجمہ) اے ہمیشہ زندہ اور قائم رہنے والے۔ تیری رحمت سے میں مدد طلب کرتا ہوں۔ میرے ہر معاملے کو سلجھا دے اور مجھے میرے نفس کے سپرد ایک لمحے کے لئے بھی نہ کرنا۔ (ترغیب۔ صحیح۔ حدیث نمبر)۔
5 رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''جو شخص یہ دعا پڑھے اور شام سے پہلے مر جائے تو وہ جنتی ہو گا۔ اور رات کو پڑھے اور صبح سے پہلے مر جائے تو وہ بھی جنتی ہو گا۔ دعا یہ ہے:
اَللّٰھُمَّ اَنْتَ رَبِّیْ لَآاِلٰہَ اِلَّااَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِیْ وَاَنَاعَبْدُکَ وَانَاعَلٰی عَھْدِکَ وَ وَعْدِکَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ اَعُوْذُ بِکَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ اَبُوْٓئُ لَکَ بِنِعْمَتِکَ عَلَیَّ وَ اَبُوْٓئُ بِذَنْبِؑیْ فَاغْفِرْلِیْ فَاِنَّہٗ لَا یَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
اے اللہ تو ہی میرا رب ہے۔ تیرے علاوہ کوئی عبادت کے لائق نہیں۔ تو نے مجھے پیدا کیا اور میں تیرا بندہ ہوں۔ اور میں تیرے عہد و پیمانپر قائم ہوں۔ اپنے آپ پر تیری رحمت کا اقرار کرتا ہوں۔ جس قدر طاقت رکھتا ہوں۔ میں نے جو کچھ کیا ہے اس کے
شر سے تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں۔ اور اپنے گناہ کا اعتراف کرتا ہوں۔ مجھے بخش دے۔ کیونکہ تیرے سوا کوئی گناہوں کو نہیں بخش سکتا۔ (بخاری:)۔
أَستَغفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَ أَتُوبُ إِلَيهِ...
.رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :
" نیکی کی طرف راہنمائی کرنے والا ایسا ہی ہوتا ہے جیسا کہ اس نے خود ہی نیکی کرلی،اور برائی کی طرف راہنمائی کرنے والا بھی ایسا ہی ہوتا ہے جیسا کہ اس نے خود برائی کرلی "
[الترمذي:٢٦٧٠]
اَللّٰھُمَّ فَقِّھْنِیْ فِی الدِّیْنِ
اے اﷲ! مجھے دین کی سمجھ عطافرما (بخاری)

Syrian Army Tightens Grip on Yabroud, Regains Control over Several Areas
The Syrian army tightened on Monday the grip on the city of Yabroud, which is considered the last foothold of the militant groups at the Lebanese borders, according to AFP.Syrian Army
Fierce clashes erupted Monday between the Syrian army and Nusra militants at Yabroud's borders, AFP quoted the opposing UK-based Syrian observatory.
The clashes are taking place mainly in Ras Maara and the Coast where the takfiris deploy.
AFP also mentioned that Yabroud is a strategic city as it is used by the militants to launch attacks against Maaloula and Saidnaya and to threaten Damascus-Homs axis.
The Syrian army regained full control over Sheikh Najjar village and Talet al-Ghali and destroyed a number of the terrorists' hideouts and gatherings in Aleppo and its countryside.
The army restored security and stability to Sheikh Najjar village and Talet al-Ghali after eliminating the terrorists' last gatherings and hideouts .
A number of terrorists were killed and wounded in the area surrounding Aleppo central prison, and the villages of Kwairis, Rasem al-Abboud, Kafr Saghir and the industrial city.
Army units eliminated all members of armed terrorist groups in al-Marjeh and Qadi Askar neighborhoods and destroyed their weapons and ammunition.
An army unit clashed with an armed terrorist group which tried to attack the citizens surrounding al-Khasrafiyeh Mosque in the old city of Aleppo, killing all its members.
Army fully controlled Ma'an village in Hamah countryside after eliminating the last gatherings for terrorists who infiltrated to the village and committed ugly massacre against civilians, mostly women and children.
Army units destroyed terrorists' gatherings and hideouts on al-Kabariyyeh-Maan crossroads in the northern-eastern countryside of Hama, killing scores of terrorists and injuring others.
A number of terrorists affiliated to Jund al-Sham (Organization of the Soldiers of as-Sham) were killed including the organization's military wing in al-Zara area and al-Hosn al-Gharbi in Homs countryside, Faisal Dawoud Oqla, and the Lebanese terrorist Jamal al-Shater.
A source at the province told SANA that the army units eliminated armed terrorist groups and destroyed a number of their hideouts and gatherings with all the weapons and ammunition inside them in the villages of al-Khaldiyeh and al-Dar al-Kabira and in al-Masabigh and al-Qarabis neighborhoods.

Sayyed Nasrallah: We will Triumph in Our Battle against Takfiris
Sara Taha Moughnieh
Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah made a televised speech Sunday on the Martyr Leaders' anniversary and tackled several local and regional developments, starting with the ongoing Israeli threats and plots.
Sayyed Nasrallah on Martyr Leaders anniversaryHis eminence divided his speech into three parts, the first was about the Israeli enemy and the ongoing threat it poses on Lebanon, second was about Hezbollah's confrontations at the current phase, and third was about the resistance's challenges on several aspects.
After saluting the souls of the martyred leaders, resistance martyrs, Army martyrs, and citizens who were killed in terrorist explosions recently, his eminence indicated that "we have reached a situation in which people don't want to tackle the Palestinian cause and the enemy," pointing out that "this is what America had sought."
Sayyed Nasrallah stated that "the US Administration is seeking, along with the Zionist Administration to put an end to the Palestinian cause, and it considers that this is the best time for that because the Arab and Islamic worlds are absent today, and every country is occupied with its own problems."
Sayyed Nasrallah reminded the Lebanese in specific about the threat this enemy has constantly posed on all political, military, economic, and energy levels, and stressed that "our concern is to defend Lebanon, its glory and capabilities, and not to leave it to face its destiny..."
He pointed out that "if it weren't for the resistance, Israel would have stayed in Lebanon, reaffirming that "Israel is still the enemy and threat that we should be aware of," and that "in the past couple of weeks Israel has tried to take advantage of the situation to wage and aggression on the resistance and its environment... as its eyes are still on our land and oil and it still sees Hezbollah as the greatest danger in the region."
Hezbollah secretary general assured that "Israel does not terrify us and does not affect our morale, and it must know that the resistance is on high readiness at all times."
He further hoped that "we establish a capable state and a strong Army which would become the sole power that defends Lebanon," reassuring that "we would then relax."
Takfiri Threat :
Sayyed Nasrallah emphasized that the second threat following the Israeli enemy is Takfiri terror, considering that "Takfirism is not a threat by itself as long as it remains in the mental field, but the problem lies in their rejection to everyone they disagree with ideologically, politically, or mentally, so they tend to eliminate and proscribe him."
His eminence pointed out that this "Takfiri threat is present in the whole region in the form of armed groups adopting an elimination logic even within the Islamic field, whether against other sects or against Sunnis who disagree with them."
Sayyed Nasrallah gave the current battle between "Daesh" and "Al-Nusra Front" as an example, indicating that "over 2000 fighters from both parts have been killed, dozens of suicide attacks were committed and booby-trapped cars were blown up... knowing that the two groups shared the same ideology, but they disagreed politically, so they permitted killing each other."
"What did these armed groups do to the people in Algeria and to the "princes" of their own movements?" He asked, adding: "Let's observe Afghanistan's experience. Afghani factions fought the strongest army of the Soviets, then after its withdrawal, some Takfiri groups engaged in a battle with each other and killed more than the Soviet Army did..."
His eminence stressed that "Lebanon is a target for the Takfiri groups and part of their project, and their priority was to come to Lebanon after finishing from Syria, this is why they followed the strategy of controlling the Lebanese borders with Syria. This is their ideology, and since the Americans and Israelis are engaged with these groups, than targeting Lebanon would be certain because of the presence of the resistance, which is the greatest threat on Israel, in it."
He pointed out that "there were discussions in Lebanon in light of the explosions and suicide attacks, and some said that this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for Hezbollah's engagement in Syria. They adopted this justificatory logic which will continue even after we became partners in the same government."
Sayyed Nasrallah on Martyred Leaders anniversaryOn this point, Sayyed Nasrallah wondered: "Before going to Syria, didn't Lebanon witness a war imposed by those in the north and in some refugee camps, and didn't they target Christian regions and Army locations with booby-trapped cars? All these occurred before the incidents in Syria began."
He pointed out that "recent information have revealed that the majority of the countries that funded and facilitated foreign fighters' entrance to Syria have started portraying their fears from the security threats these individuals' victory in Syria would pose on them," and referred to several new measures made by these countries in order to prevent their citizens from traveling to Syria to engage in the fights taking place there," giving Tunisia and Saudi Arabia as examples on that.
Moreover, he addressed the Lebanese saying: "Why are all these countries allowed to be worried about the presence of their youth in the ranks of the armed groups in Syria, and we, the neighbors of Syria, whom our life and destiny are related to the developments in Syria, are not allowed to take precautionary measures for that? What have the Lebanese government done besides self disassociation which is similar to burying it's head in the sand? Don't we have the right to interfere to stop the killing, stealing and raping of women which 30,000 Lebanese have been suffering in Al-Qusayr? what if those Takfiris whom we defeated in Qusayr came to Lebanon? What if, God forbidden, they took control over all Syria? How would the picture be like then?"
Furthermore, his eminence asked: "Why do they fear an election in Syria? It is because they know where the public opinion is now."
From this point, Sayyed Nasrallah affirmed that "we will triumph in this battle and it is only a matter of time. What this battle requires on various levels is available, this is a crucial battle, but its destiny is victory."
However, his eminence stressed the importance of preventing any of the Takfiri's goals, most importantly the sectarian clash.
"Their speech in Syria and Lebanon is sectarian as they want to stir incitements. They want us as Shiites who's women and children are being targeted in explosions to make a sectarian reaction, but this did not happen in the past and will not happen in the future. Such a reaction would only serve the Takfiris," he said, praising the Lebanese Army and its intelligence's achievements, specifically the latest ones.
The Lebanese Government :
Regarding the Lebanese government which was formed on Saturday, Sayyed Nasrallah reassured that Hezbollah presented many concessions in order for this government to be formed, considering it more of a "national benefit" or a "settlement" government rather than a union government.
His eminence stressed that "Hezbollah had constantly sought partnership and it had never said it rejected forming a government which the Future Party, or the Lebanese Forces or any of the elements of March 14 are part of... We never said that we refused dialogue with March 14, we have rather expressed that we wanted a Nantional Unity Government and dialogue, and this does not mean imposing anyone's opinion on the other."
Sayyed Nasrallah assured that "who delayed the government formation for ten months were not the ministerial bags but the sides who refused to form a political government and called on forming a neutral government and isolating Hezbollah," stating that "Hezbollah's position today is stronger than any other time, whether in the internal political field, or regionally, or internationally..."
Commenting on the fears and concerns of some people because of some ministers appointed in the new government, Sayyed Nasrallah said: "I tell them that no matter who the Minister of Justice was, Omar Al-Atrash or Naim Abbas will not be released because they have confessed about their role in sending booby-trapped cars..."
In conclusion :
His eminence saluted the oppressed Bahraini people as three years have passed on their peaceful and civilized revolution despite all the oppression and arrests by the regime.
He also addressed the Lebanese, Palestinians, and all the honorable ones in the region, saying: "If you want Israel to lose any chances, and if you want to prevent sedition in the region, stop the war on Syria and take out the fighters there, and of course we would pull out then. We should all stop this war on Syria in order to preserve Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, and the nation.

Iraq Violence Kills at Least 22
Attacks in Iraq, including a series of car bombs in Baghdad, killed at least 22 people Monday, officials said, as the country struggles with its worst Car Bombviolence in six years.
In the deadliest attack, at least one car bomb exploded in the Urr neighborhood of north Baghdad, killing at least eight people and wounding at least 27.
Another car bomb hit the Karrada district in the centre of the capital, killing at least seven people, wounding at least 29 and sending a cloud of smoke into the sky.
And a car bomb detonated in Ghazaliyah in western Baghdad, killing at least one person and wounding at least four.
A series of bombings and shootings in Nineveh province in northern Iraq -- one of the most dangerous parts of the country -- killed at least six civilians and security forces and wounded four.
Attacks and clashes have killed more than 460 people so far this month and over 1,450 since the start of the year, according to AFP figures based on security and medical sources.

US diplomats given 48 hours to leave Venezuela
Venezuela has given three American diplomats from the US Embassy in Caracas 48 hours to exit the country after President Nicolas Maduro leveled accusations of conspiracy and meeting with students to incite anti-government sentiment.
Following days of opposition protests, three unnamed diplomats were declared persona non grata by Maduro during a televised address on Sunday night. On Monday Venezuela's Minister of Foreign Affairs Elias Jaua announced that the US diplomats in question were vice consuls Breann Marie McCusker and Jeffrey Elsen, and Kristofer Lee Clark, who holds the rank of second secretary at the US consulate.
Jaua said during a press conference that the three officials had assisted "groups that seek to generate violence in the country," and that they had 48 hours to leave.
As evidence, Jaua cited email correspondence from US embassy officials in recent years that supposedly call for funding from Washington to support Venezuelan student groups, AP reported.
He added that the diplomats sought contacts "for the training, the financing and the creation of youth organizations to foment violence."
"It's a group of US functionaries who are in the universities. We've been watching them having meetings in the private universities for two months. They work in visas," Maduro stated Sunday in a nationally televised broadcast.

Last Wednesday, over 10,000 people poured onto the streets of Caracas to peacefully protest their growing worries, such as the country's high murder rate and a record-breaking 56 percent inflation.
At the end of Wednesday's opposition protests, a group of students battled with security forces and pro-government militias, leaving three people dead. Maduro's government blamed the violence on Harvard-educated opposition leader Leopoldo Lopez, whom Maduro accuses of leading a US-backed "fascist" plot to oust the socialist government.
"There is a fascist group that abuses public freedoms and democracy to play politics and prepare to overthrow the government," Maduro said.
The US State Department responded Monday, calling Maduro's allegations "baseless and false."
"As we have long said, Venezuela's political future is for the Venezuelan people to decide," said State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki, according to AFP.
Protests in Caracas continued Monday, Ruptly new agency reported, as hundreds anti-government protesters marched to the offices of media regulatory body Conatel.
Lopez and opposition allies announced Monday they will reroute a protest on Tuesday away from the central plaza in Caracas to avoid clashing with a simultaneous pro-government march called for by Maduro.
Gregory Wilpert, author of "Changing Venezuela by Taking Power," says the more radical end of Maduro's opposition has decided to act now to highlight inflation and shortages in the national economy. Though he said the protests will likely have more of an impact on Maduro's image than his grip on power.
"(The protests) represent more of a challenge to his public relations, I think, than an actual challenge to his power," Wilpert told RT in an interview. "Internationally, there's been a tremendous amount of success in portraying the government as having cracked down on opposition demonstrators and making the government look bad in that sense."
He said the charges of US subterfuge must be put into proper historical perspective, at least at this early juncture.
"One has to see those accusations in the context of US history and its interference throughout Latin American countries over the past century," he said. "There's a long series of interventions, and that makes especially left governments of Latin America very suspicious of US government intentions."

Reconciliation in Babbila, Damascus Countryside Augments Hope for Further Truces
Syria's army and foreign-backed militants have agreed to call a local ceasefire in Damascus's southern suburb of Babbila, augmenting hBabilaope for further truces across the country.
The truce, the latest in a series of local ceasefires in Damascus flashpoints, was struck on Monday.
The Syrian government forces and foreign-backed militants have been fighting for more than a year in and around several areas of the city.
In addition to Babbila, deals have been struck for local ceasefires in Qudsaya, Moadamiyet al-Sham, Barzeh, Beit Sahem, Yalda and Yarmuk Palestinian refugee camp.
They involve a ceasefire, a siege being lifted and food allowed to enter militant-held areas, with militants handing over heavy weapons and the government raising Syria's national flag there.

Humiliating ordeal: Snowden's lawyer 'harassed' at Heathrow Airport
Jesselyn Radack, a human rights advocate, whistleblower group member and lawyer to former NSA contractor Edward Snowden, has been detained and questioned in a strange fashion by customs staff at London's Heathrow Airport.
As she was going through customs, she was led to a separate room by a Heathrow Border Force agent who showed no interest in her documents, but seemed intent on asking her a series of questions that appeared aimed at emotional intimidation.
Speaking to Firedoglake following the weekend incident, Radack recounted the ordeal, saying it was "very hostile." The agent found out she was on her way to the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where Wikileaks founder Julian Assange continues to be holed up. A meeting of the Sam Adams Associates whistleblowers' group was to take place.
The Sam Adams group is comprised of retired CIA officers, taking their name from a CIA whistleblower during the Vietnam War. They stand for the promotion of ethics, and for the integrity and accountability of government. They give out an annual whistleblower award for particular achievements in those fields; Edward Snowden and Bradley/Chelsea Manning were its latest recipients, although Assange and Radack herself also made the cut.
"Who will you be seeing?" asked the agent. She replied with the name of the group, giving him a list of members – all prominent figures in rights advocacy and whistleblowing: "Ray McGovern, Annie Machon, Thomas Drake, Craig Murray," she replied, adding that she is also a member.
Once the agent had realized the meeting was to be held at the Ecuadorian Embassy, he went on to ask her if it was with Julian Assange. "Yes," she replied.
"Why have you gone to Russia twice in three months?" the customs agent then asked in a seemingly unrelated follow-up question, to which Radack she replied that it was her client, Edward Snowden.
More bizarre still: "Who is Edward Snowden?" Radack answered truthfully that he was a whistleblower, which was followed by a no less bizarre "Who is Bradley Manning?" with Radack answering once more – "a whistleblower."
"Where is he?" the agent asked of the jailed leaker, now known as Chelsea Manning. Radack replied – "in jail". "So he's a criminal?", he retorted. "He's a political prisoner," came the reply from Radack, who was unwilling to lose her composure and continued replying dryly to every question.
The agent then started asking her of her connection to Snowden and if she represented him, to which she said – no, but the border agent was intent on pushing ahead with the line of questioning: "But you represent Snowden?"
"Yes, I'm a human rights lawyer," Radack explained as questions with obvious answers were fired at her.
Drake, who is also one of the members of the Sam Adams Group, bore witness to the entire interrogation, recounting how the border agent had had a "threatening demeanor."
Radack later recalled how she kept her composure throughout the interrogation, but almost broke down in tears afterward, wondering how the agent knew to ask all these questions, and why.
As it turned out, she was on the so-called "inhibited persons list" – a category created by the Department of Homeland Security implying that a TSA agent has the authority not to grant that person passenger a border pass and/or allow them into the next area.
Another lawyer – Jennifer Robinson, who has also represented Snowden – appeared on the "inhibited passenger" list in April 2012. The categorization was then very fresh, having been invented only in March 2012, and pertains, among other things, to an agreement with the United Kingdom to agree to "new rules that required airlines to provide the Department of Homeland Security with details of passengers even if they weren't traveling to the United States..." Robinson's own Heathrow experience created uproar among her Australian colleagues.
Following the ordeal at Heathrow, Radack came out with a public statement denouncing the whole practice and the harassment it often entails: "The government, whether in the US, UK or elsewhere does not have the authority to monitor, harass or intimidate lawyers for representing unpopular clients."

The events come on the heels of new revelations about the extent of NSA powers in their mission to curb or somehow influence the ability of lawyers to communicate with their clients, if those clients are of interest to the United States. With the help of the Australian government, the NSA had been gathering private communications between a US law firm and clients in the Indonesian government, which happened to be in a trade dispute with Washington, the New York Times revealed in the latest document leaked by Edward Snowden.
Another similar story involving Heathrow, Snowden and the NSA involved the Guardian journalist Glenn Greenwald's partner David Miranda, who in August of 2013 was detained at the airport for nine hours in line with the UK's law on terrorism. The fleeting connection to Snowden was enough for agents to have the authority to seize all his electronic equipment in their bid to intercept any communications taking place with the whistleblower.
Radack once told RT that despite the fact that "it's a dangerous time for whistleblowers in the US," Snowden's revelations have had a big effect as "courage is contagious." She added that "I really think [Snowden] has had a wonderful effect [on] the US and the world."

Qatar World Cup toll: 'Hundreds' of Indian migrant workers dead in two years
More than 450 Indian migrant workers in Qatar have died in the last two years, media revealed on Monday. Another upcoming report will show that 400 Nepalese have lost their lives scrambling to get the Gulf state ready for the 2022 World cup.
At least 237 Indian migrants lost their lives in Qatar in 2012 and another 218 in 2013 up to December 5, AFP reported on Monday, citing figures received via a Right to Information request filed at the Indian embassy in Qatar.
On average, 20 Indian migrants die per month in Qatar. August last year was the most deadly month on record, with 27 fatalities being reported.
The Indian embassy did not provide information regarding the causes of death or where they occurred. It also declined to disclose any correspondence between the diplomatic mission and the Indian government regarding the treatment of its nationals in the Gulf state.
Meanwhile, figures set to be released later this week say that 400 Nepalese workers have died at building sites since construction for the World Cup 2022 got underway in 2010, the Guardian reports. The Guardian did not state when the deaths occurred, but said that the Pravasi Nepali Co-ordination Committee, a respected human rights organization, which reached its figure using official sources in Doha, would release more information in the coming days.
There were 500,000 Indians estimated to be in Qatar at the end of 2012 – roughly 26 percent of Qatar's population. Nepalese workers comprise approximately 20 percent of Qatar's migrant workforce and 16 percent of the total population. The total death toll stemming from the country's World Cup scramble could in fact be higher, as other migrant groups are also present in the country.
As of January 2012, Bangladeshis, Pakistanis and Sri Lankans together accounted for 14 percent of the emirate's population, according to US State Department figures.
On February 11, Qatar issued detailed guidelines intended to protect the country's massive expatriate community from exploitation and stem the intensified international criticism on its human rights record.
Activists, however, believe the number of dead could swell to 4,000 by the time the 2022 World Cup kicks off.

On Thursday, FIFA said there was little it could do to alleviate the slave labor conditions migrants are toiling under in the country.
According to German paper Die Welt, however, a source identified as a "senior FIFA employee" said moving the World Cup to another country is "a serious option" despite public claims to the contrary. Last July, Theo Zwanziger, a current member of FIFA's executive committee, said the decision to award Qatar the 2022 event was a "blatant mistake."
In September, The United Nations condemned Qatar for failing to comply with an international convention banning the use of forced labor.

It has been more than a month since the terrorist group of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) was driven out of the Syrian town of Addana, but gruesome evidence of the brutal rule and executions remains here on a par with people's fears to speak openly as the memories of ISIS atrocities are still alive.
When ISIS arrived in Addana about a year ago it was heralded with glee by militants in the conservative town. Several months later it was a different story. The ISIL had started exerting its harsh order through what one militant calls "terrorism and punishment."
"ISIL came in and took over one area and announced it was an Islamic state and did whatever they wanted," a militant gunman says.
The war between ISIL and other militant groups rages against the backdrop of the civil war in Syria. Both groups of foreign backed militants are opposed to the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
"They used to leave the bodies of people they executed at the checkpoint for days," he says. "The corpses would rot. No one could avoid looking at them."
For months, reports have been emerging from northern Syria about ISIL atrocities.
In Addana, bullet holes riddle the walls at a former ISIS prison. Most of them are at the same level - the average height of a man.
At the town's courthouse, a fresh coat of white paint covers the black mark left by ISIL - known to paint buildings black as they take over Syrian towns. Executions would take place out front. In the back, freshly dug dirt marks where some of the bodies were buried in mass graves.
In early January, militant groups banded together and launched an offensive against ISIL in Addana and other areas in northern Syria.
"We had to leave the fronts with the regime," another militant said, "and fall back to fight ISIL and liberate the already liberated areas."
Still, many in Addana are too afraid to speak openly. So deep is their fear.

Syria army, militants agree to call local truce in Damascus area
Syria's army and foreign-backed militants have agreed to call a local ceasefire in Damascus's southern suburb of Babbila.
The truce, the latest in a series of local ceasefires in Damascus flashpoints, was struck on Monday.
The Syrian government forces and foreign-backed militants have been fighting for more than a year in and around several areas of the city.
In addition to Babbila, deals have been struck for local ceasefires in Qudsaya, Moadamiyet al-Sham, Barzeh, Beit Sahem, Yalda and Yarmuk Palestinian refugee camp.
They involve a ceasefire, a siege being lifted and food allowed to enter militant-held areas, with militants handing over heavy weapons and the government raising Syria's national flag there.
Syria sank into war in March 2011 when pro-reform protests turned into a massive insurgency following the intervention of Western and regional Arab states.
The unrest, which took in terrorist groups from across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, has transpired as one of the bloodiest conflicts in recent history.

Extremist tourists: 250 jihadists reportedly return to UK
Around 250 British jihadists have returned to the UK after training and fighting in Syria, a senior Whitehall security official told the Sunday Times. Security services are monitoring the "extremist tourists", fearing they might carry out attacks at home.
Ministers have been informed that more than 400 Britons went to Syria to engage in militant activities, and "Well over half of those who traveled out have come back," the official told the Times.
Senior security officials say the number of "returnees" is now five times the previously reported figure, highlighting the growing threat of so–called 'extremist tourists' going to warzones and returning home hardened militants.
"For some, their jihad is done, others will help others travel to Syria, while others will raise funds for fighting," the Whitehall source said.
The security services are said to be closely monitoring the 250 returnees, who include several veteran hardliners who have fought in Afghanistan or Pakistan. Many others have participated in combat or received training in munitions or other skills applicable to terror operations, with some exhibiting a willingness to carry out attacks in the UK, security officials cited in the report said.
"There are a few hundred people going out there. They may be injured or killed, but our biggest worry is when they return they are radicalized, they may be militarized, they may have a network of people that train them to use weapons," London police chief Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe told the paper.
When RT contacted the British Home Office, it responded with a pre-prepared statement from Immigration and Security Minister James Brokenshire.
In the statement, Brokenshire said there "up to 200 UK nationals" fighting in Syria "who may come in to contact with extremist groups that aspire to attack Western countries."
He did not comment on Sunday's report, however, only saying that the British government "is determined to detect, disrupt and where possible prosecute all terrorist threats, whether international or home-grown."
"We know there is a risk of individuals returning to the UK after being radicalized, but they should be in no doubt that the police and intelligence agencies are working to identify and disrupt potential threats and protect national security. The police have the power to examine and detain individuals at the UK border to investigate any concerns of terrorism involvement."
It is reported that many of the militants arrive in Syria via Turkey after joining one of the several British-organized aid caravans outwardly bringing humanitarian relief to Syrian refugees. The report says that once in the country, the UK jihadists may also be given special instructions on how to carry attacks back home. The report also warns that some of the UK citizens might even be training extremists from multiple countries about conditions in Britain.
Reports of the returnees come after the details regarding the first suicide attack carried out by a British national in Syria were made available.
Abdul Waheed Majeed is believed to have driven an explosives-laden truck into a jail in Aleppo earlier this month, joining the 20 British citizens to have died fighting in the Syrian civil war.

Political commentator Mohammed Ansar told RT Majeed's attack presented a real difficulty to security officials, as he "does not fit the profile of a young British jihadi who has gone to Syria to fight."
"One of the most worrying aspects we've seen of late is that people who are out in Syria, fighters from Britain, have been calling others to come and join them, whether they are British Muslim women, to support them," he said.
"And they are setting themselves up as being effectively warlords who are out there, who are gun touting, and are really no benefit and no blessing to the people, and are going to become increasingly radicalized, and often go out there with a martyrdom mentality and often talk of not returning to this country."
MI5 director-general Andrew Parker told parliament last year that the Syrian conflict has become a magnet for British nationals looking to engage in jihad, many of whom come into contact with Al-Qaeda-linked groups.
MI5 and police reportedly thwarted an alleged terrorist plot by extremist tourists operating on British soil last autumn. The terror cell was allegedly playing a mass shooting and bombing similar to the 2008 Mumbai 2008 attack, which resulted in 168 deaths and over 300 wounded.
Overall, around 2,000 European citizens are currently believed to be fighting in Syria. In January, the Wall Street Journal reported that intelligence agents from several European countries, including the UK, Germany, France and Spain, first traveled to Damascus last summer to speak with Syrian officials on how to work together to tackle the European jihadist threat.
The agents reportedly sought to share information on at least 1,200 European jihadists who traveled to Syria to help topple the government.

Kerry arrives in Abu Dhabi for Syria, Mideast talks
US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Abu Dhabi late Monday for talks on Syria and the Middle East.
Arriving from Jakarta on the sixth day of his latest diplomatic tour, Kerry began a meeting with Abu Dhabi's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed and Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed. He is expected to join them later for dinner.
"They will discuss important regional issues of mutual concern including the ongoing situation in Syria," a senior State Department official said.
Earlier after meeting with Indonesian Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa, Kerry criticized Russia for allegedly supplying arms to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, despite committing to trying to find a political solution to end the three-year war.
The United States as well as some Arab regimes have become increasingly frustrated by the lack of progress in trying to oust Assad government and bring in a transitional government to pave the ground for the militant groups to get the power.
No date was set for a third round of peace talks and it was unclear whether they would be held at all.
Kerry also planned to brief the leaders of the United Arab Emirates on talks with Iran over nuclear issue, which are to resume Tuesday in Vienna.

15 al-Qaeda militants killed, town retaken by Iraq army
Iraqi army troops backed by police forces have killed 15 al-Qaeda-affiliated militants, regaining the control of a northern town and nearby areas, an official said.
Iraqi forces backed by helicopters launched attacks on Sulaiman Bek from three sides, forcing al-Qaeda-affiliated militants who had overrun the Salaheddin province town to retreat, local official Talib al-Bayati told.
Militants initially took part of the town and nearby areas on Thursday, only to be pushed back the following day.
But security forces then withdrew for unknown reasons, Bayati said, and the militants were again in control of part of the town on Saturday and later made further gains.
At least four civilians had been killed and eight wounded since Thursday.
Sulaiman Bek has been hit by numerous attacks over the past year, and was briefly seized by al-Qaeda-affiliated militants in late April.
Al-Qaeda militants, emboldened by the conflict in neighboring Syria, have sought to position themselves as the champions against the Iraqi government, though major Sunni tribes oppose the group's extremist ideology and are fighting against it.
Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has called for national unity among Iraqis in the war against al-Qaeda.
