    The Answer to the Question:
    Regarding how the decision settled for Uthman (ra) as the Khalifah for the Muslims.

    Question:
    Asalaam Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakaatuhu our honourable Sheikh
    In the narration of the book, The Institutions of State in the Khilafah, in the paragraph regarding short listing of the nominees on page 31, it says the following:
    "…Abdul Rahman discussed with the remaining five, limiting the number of candidates to two; Ali and 'Uthman…After investigating the opinions of the people, the opinion settled on 'Uthman as a Khalifah." And on page 33: "…Go and call Ali and 'Uthman for me…then he held the hand of Ali (ra)." Why did he hold Ali's hand when the choice was settled on Uthman to become the Khaleefah?

    Answer:

    Wa Alaikum us Salaam Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakaatuhu

    What became apparent to Abdul Rahman Ibn Awf is that the people wanted Ali (ra) if he was willing to rule them with the same previous Ijtihad (opinion) as that of Abu Bakr and Umar (ra) on issues during their rule. But Ali (ra) refused, while Uthman (ra) agreed; this is when the choice of Uthman was made to become the Khaleefah.

    This sentence: "Umar nominated six people and limited the Khalifah to them, whereby the Muslims were given the choice to choose a Khaleefah from amongst the six. After removing himself from the nominees, Abdul Rahman discussed with the remaining five, limiting the number of candidates to two; Ali and 'Uthman after they delegated the matter to him. After investigating the opinions of the people, the opinion settled on 'Uthman as a Khalifah." It does not mean that Uthman's appointment took place during the consultation, but after Ali refused and Uthman accepted.

    What seems to have created your confusion is thinking that the conjunction "wow" in Arabic means the immediate occurrence and order of the action. Which is not the case when the conjunction came between (investigating the people's opinion) and (the opinion was settled on Uthman as the Khalifah). The conjunction "wow" just means that something happened after another. For example if I say that Umar and Khalid came, (Umar wa Khalid) This does not mean that they came together or immediately following each other, but there could be an interval between their arrival. One could have arrived at noon and the other one in the afternoon.

    Therefore the sentence mentioned: "investigating the people's opinion" this could have been concluded at night and "the opinion was settled on Uthman as the Khalifah" was at Fajr after the prayer and after asking Ali and Uthman.

    And to make the events clearer we say the following:

    • "Abdul Rahman investigated the people's opinion", He discovered that the people wanted Ali based on his agreement to their condition, if he does not agree then Uthman, if he agrees to their condition.

    • Then Abdul Rahman said: "Go and call Ali and 'Uthman for me", he presented the condition to Ali first, but he refused. He then presented the condition to Uthman, and he agreed.

    • Then the result: "the opinion was settled on Uthman as the Khalifah".

    جواب سؤال: حول استقرار الرأي على عثمان رضي الله عنه خليفة للمسلمين.

    السؤال:

    السلام عليكم شيخنا الفاضل
    ورد في كتاب أجهزة دولة الخلافة و بالتحديد فقرة حصر المرشحين ص 31
    ...ثم ناقش عبد الرحمن الخمسة الباقين وحصرهم في اثنين علي وعثمان... وبعد ذلك استطلع رأي الناس واستقر الرأي على عثمان خليفة. وفي ص 33 ...فادع الي عليّا و عثمان...ثم أخذ بيد علي. لماذا علي وقد تعين عثمان للخلافة؟ أخوكم بوعزيزي.

    الجواب:

    وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته

    الذي تبين لعبد الرحمن بن عوف هو أن الناس يريدون علياً إذا حكم في أي قضية تعرض عليه بالحكم نفسه الذي حكم به أبو بكر وعمر إذا كانت هذه القضية قد حدث مثلها في عهدهما، فعلي لم يوافق وعثمان وافق، عندها تعين عثمان خليفة...

    فجملة (ورشح عمر للمسلمين ستةً وحصرها فيهم ينتخبون من بينهم خليفةً، ثم ناقش عبد الرحمن بن عوف الخمسة الباقين وحصرهم في اثنين: علي وعثمان، بعد أن وكله الباقون. وبعد ذلك استطلع رأي الناس واستقر الرأي على عثمان خليفةً.)

    لا تعني أن عثمان قد تعين خليفة خلال الاستشارة، بل تعين خليفة عندما رفض علي ووافق عثمان.

    ويبدو أن الذي التبس عليك هو ظنك أن حرف العطف بين (استطلع رأي الناس)، وبين (استقر الرأي على عثمان خليفة)، ظنك أن (الواو) بينهما تفيد الترتيب وفورية الوقوع، وليس الأمر كذلك فحرف العطف الواو يفيد مجرد العطف، فإذا قلت جاء عمر وخالد، فلا يعني أنهما جاءا معاً أو فوراً الواحد تلو الآخر، بل قد يكون بينهما وقت، هذا جاء قبل الظهر، وذاك جاء بعده.
    وهكذا الجملة المذكورة (استطلع رأي الناس)، قد يكون فرغ منه ليلاً، و(استقر الرأي على عثمان خليفة) كان فجراً بعد الصلاة، وبعد سؤال علي وعثمان.

    وتوضيحاً لما جرى نقول التالي:

    • &quot;استطلع عبد الرحمن رأي الناس&quot;، فوجدهم يريدون علياً إذا وافق على شرطهم وإلا فعثمان إذا وافق على شرطهم..

    • بعدها قال عبد الرحمن: &quot;فادع إلي علياً وعثمان&quot;، فعرض على علي الشرط فلم يوافق، ثم عرضه على عثمان فوافق..

    • بعد ذلك كانت النتيجة &quot;واستقر الرأي على عثمان خليفة&quot;.
    آمل أن يكون الموضوع قد اتضح.

    ‫السلام و علیکم ورحمتہ اللہ
    صبح و شام کے اذکار

    اللہ تعالیٰ کا ذکر، صبح و شام اور فجر و مغرب کے بعد کرنا چاہیے۔
    1 آیۃ الکرسی اور تینوں قل (سورہ اخلاص، سورہ فلق اور سورۃ الناس) کو تین تین بار پڑھنا ہر چیز کو کفایت کرتا ہے۔ (حسن، ترمذی)۔
    2 جو شخص یہ دعا صبح و شام تین تین بار پڑھتا ہے تو اس کو کوئی چیز نقصان نہ دے گی:
    بِسْمِ اﷲِ الَّذِیْ لَایَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِہٖ شَیْئٌ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَ
    لَا فِی السَّمَاؓءِ وَ ھُوَ السَّمِیْعُ الْعَلِیْمُ (حسن ترمذی/)۔

    اللہ کے نام سے، جس کے نام (کی برکت)سے آسمان و زمین کی کوئی چیز نقصان نہیں دے سکتی اور وہ (اللہ) سننے اور جاننے والا ہے۔

    اَللّٰھُمَّ عَافِنِیْ فِیْ بَدَنِیْ اَللّٰھُمَّ عَافِنِیْ فِیْ سَمْعِیْ اَللّٰھُمَّ
    عَافِنِیْ فِیْ بَصَرِیْ لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّآ اَنْتَ
    اے اللہ میرے جسم میں عافیت دے۔ اے اللہ میرے کانوں میں عافیت دے۔ اے اللہ میری آنکھوں میں عافیت دے۔ تیرے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں۔ (ابوداؤد:)۔

    مندرجہ بالا دعا تین مرتبہ پڑھنی چاہیے۔
    4 ایک بار: یَا حَیُّ یَا قَیُّوْم بِرَحْمَتِکَ اَسْتَغِیْثُ اَصْلِحْ لِیْ شَاْنِی کُلَّہٗ وَلَا تَکِلْنِیٓ اِلٰی نَفْسِی طَرْفَۃَ اَعْیُنٍ
    (ترجمہ) اے ہمیشہ زندہ اور قائم رہنے والے۔ تیری رحمت سے میں مدد طلب کرتا ہوں۔ میرے ہر معاملے کو سلجھا دے اور مجھے میرے نفس کے سپرد ایک لمحے کے لئے بھی نہ کرنا۔ (ترغیب۔ صحیح۔ حدیث نمبر)۔

    5 رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا: ''جو شخص یہ دعا پڑھے اور شام سے پہلے مر جائے تو وہ جنتی ہو گا۔ اور رات کو پڑھے اور صبح سے پہلے مر جائے تو وہ بھی جنتی ہو گا۔ دعا یہ ہے:
    اَللّٰھُمَّ اَنْتَ رَبِّیْ لَآاِلٰہَ اِلَّااَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِیْ وَاَنَاعَبْدُکَ وَانَاعَلٰی عَھْدِکَ وَ وَعْدِکَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ اَعُوْذُ بِکَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ اَبُوْٓئُ لَکَ بِنِعْمَتِکَ عَلَیَّ وَ اَبُوْٓئُ بِذَنْبِؑیْ فَاغْفِرْلِیْ فَاِنَّہٗ لَا یَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
    اے اللہ تو ہی میرا رب ہے۔ تیرے علاوہ کوئی عبادت کے لائق نہیں۔ تو نے مجھے پیدا کیا اور میں تیرا بندہ ہوں۔ اور میں تیرے عہد و پیمانپر قائم ہوں۔ اپنے آپ پر تیری رحمت کا اقرار کرتا ہوں۔ جس قدر طاقت رکھتا ہوں۔ میں نے جو کچھ کیا ہے اس کے
    شر سے تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں۔ اور اپنے گناہ کا اعتراف کرتا ہوں۔ مجھے بخش دے۔ کیونکہ تیرے سوا کوئی گناہوں کو نہیں بخش سکتا۔ (بخاری:)۔

    أَستَغفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَ أَتُوبُ إِلَيهِ...

    .رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :

    Dieudonné : « La France est dirigée par un lobby sioniste »

    Au Cameroun pour se ressourcer, Dieudonné a été interrogé par la bloggeuse Mireille Tchiako. Le polémiste a renoué avec ses accusations contre le gouvernement français, Israël et a réitéré ses propos sur le lobby sioniste. Extraits.

    Depuis le début de la polémique sur la Quenelle puis sur son spectacle « Le Mur », Dieudonné a démontré plus d'une fois son talent et sa maitrise de l'ambiguïté. Au fil de ses spectacles et de ses déclarations à la presse comme dernièrement au magazine « Causeur », l'humoriste controversé sert le chaud et le froid sur les sujets sensibles. Ainsi, lorsqu'Elisabeth Levy lui demandait s'il se sentait « antisémite », le polémiste continuait à marcher sur un fil. « Je n'ai absolument aucune haine particulière vis-à-vis du peuple juif, mais aucune attirance non plus »

    Ne pas se prononcer clairement, pour ne pas froisser et perturber l'hétérogénéité de son public, c'est un peu le leitmotiv de Dieudonné depuis 10 ans, ce qui lui permet de se réfugier derrière l'humour lorsque ses détracteurs l'accusent. Toutefois, en vacances au Cameroun, le polémiste délie un peu plus sa langue. Au cours d'une interview pour le blog de Mireille Tchiako, Dieudonné a développé ses thèses sans la moindre langue de bois ni le moindre trait d'humour. Le trublion a simplement dévoilé le fond de sa pensée, sans doute libéré par les quelques 5000 km de distance.
    Au cours de cet entretien très intéressant, Dieudonné se présente et juge son travail actuel. « Je suis Dieudonné Mbala Mbala, je viens d'avoir 48 ans, le 11 février dernier. Je suis un chef de famille Mvog Atangana Mbala. Je suis un humoriste. Ca fait plus de 25 ans que je fais rire les gens en France. Je suis devenu avec le temps, humoriste le plus populaire peut-être pas par rapport aux autorités du pays qui voudrait interdire mes spectacles, mais par rapport au peuple qui vient voir massivement mes spectacles puisque cette année ce sont les zéniths remplis entre 5000 et 7000 personnes qui viennent m'applaudir. J'ai bénéficié d'une promotion exceptionnelle avec la mobilisation de tout le gouvernement, Manuel Valls en première ligne, et aussi Jean Marc Ayrault et le Président lui- même François Hollande, qui lors de son dernier discours a précisé qu'il fallait tout faire pour interdire les spectacles de ce monsieur Mbala Mbala. Voilà qui est Dieudonné Mbala Mbala, un humoriste qui essaye de faire son travail le mieux possible. Je me suis aperçu qu'on pouvait rire de tout et, notamment en France, les humoristes ne s'étaient pas privé de rire des africains depuis longtemps. C'était un sujet particulièrement utilisé, crêpé on va dire. Et moi, ils m'ont dit que je n'avais pas le droit, moi, humoriste franco camerounais. C'est comme ça qu'ils m'appellent maintenant ! Alors que je fais juste mon travail honnêtement. Je n'ai jamais incité à la haine envers qui que ce soit mais simplement à voir, à rire, comme on rit de moi », précise longuement Dieudonné qui revient ensuite sur la polémique de la Quenelle.
    Dieudonné s'attaque à Israël et aux sionistes

    Ce geste jugé « potache » par Dieudonné a depuis crée un vent de polémique en France, pas de quoi s'inquiéter selon l'humoriste controversé qui maintient sa définition. « La quenelle c'est un geste d'émancipation. C'est un geste très important parce qu'au départ c'était un geste très potache, un sketch et puis avec le temps on l'a vu avec la quenelle de Nicolas Anelka, les footballeurs, les sportifs de haut niveau qui ont fait ça après avoir marqué un but ou après avoir réalisé un geste technique exceptionnel ! C'est une façon de dire à cette société occidentale…c'est terminé. C'est un geste encore une fois de fierté de petites gens. Evidemment beaucoup d'Africains se reconnaissaient là-dedans mais aussi les petits Français qui subissent le système. On s'aperçoit qu'il y a ceux qui dirigent et ceux qui subissent et c'est pareil dans les pays du monde entier. Et donc, il y a cette fraternité et cette solidarité du petit qui fait ce geste. C'est comme ça que moi je vois la quenelle » affirme Dieudonné qui par la suite justifie la polémique.

    « Simplement parce que la France est dirigée par un lobby sioniste et que ses dirigeants ont besoin de fabriquer de l'antisémitisme maintenant. Ils savent très bien que Dieudonné Mbala Mbala n'est pas antisémite mais ce n'est pas le problème. L'antisémitisme est un business qui permet de renforcer la politique de l'Etat d'Israël. Vous savez Israël s'est fabriqué grâce à l'antisémitisme. On a dit à partir du moment où il y a eu cette guerre et les atrocités de la guerre qui ont existé, eh bien, on va créer un Etat. Tout est basé sur la culpabilité du monde entier envers la communauté juive. Mais cette communauté qui doit aussi accepter son histoire, qui a gagné beaucoup d'argent sur le commerce triangulaire des esclaves, ne peut pas imposer sa souffrance. On peut à la limite partager une souffrance. Ce serait une souffrance universelle, mais sans hiérarchisation et sans compétition », confie Dieudonné qui devrait faire bondir de nouveau bon nombre d'associations en reprenant des propos pour lesquels il a été condamné en France.

    Par la suite, Dieudonné a accepté de s'expliquer sur deux autres accusations. Tout d'abord les 650 000 euros retrouvés à son domicile qu'il justifie comme la recette de ses spectacles. « Ca peut paraitre une somme phénoménale pour beaucoup de gens notamment ici au Cameroun, mais ça représente environ deux jours de travail lorsqu'on fait le zénith en France. Et comme nous avons changé de banque, eh bien on ne pouvait plus déposer d'espèces. Et c'est La raison pour laquelle on avait gardé cet argent ».

    En fin d'entretien, Dieudonné s'est enfin penché sur l'entreprise qu'il possèderait au Cameroun et se dédouane de tout business. « Alors, là- dessus je ne peux pas en parler parce que c'est à eux de le faire. J'ai aidé la famille à lancer quelque chose mais je préfère que ce soit eux qui en parlent. Et puis, c'est une activité dans laquelle je n'interviens pas et il faut donc qu'elle se déroule en dehors de ma propre aura pour éviter qu'ils aient à subir les mêmes choses que moi ».

    En vacances au Cameroun avant un nouveau rush de représentations d'Asu Zoa, Dieudonné risque de relancer les accusations qui l'entourent depuis plusieurs mois. Un buzz qui lui profite comme il le reconnait.

Unsere Partner vor Ort haben sich die Lage angeschaut und die Räumlichkeiten befinden sich nicht weit von den Waisenkindern entfernt.     Wir haben es uns nun zur Aufgabe gemacht um c.a 40 Waisen zu kümmern, in der Türkei sind gerade c.a 80 Waisen.
