Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Yemen Rallies the People of Yemen to Rise and Work for the Establishment of the Khilafah on the 93rd Anniversary of its Destruction.
Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Yemen launched several campaigns last Rajab, by aiming to rally the people of Yemen to rise and carry out the work to resume the Islamic way of life by the establishment of the Khilafah, which is an obligation from Allah upon them and all the Muslims; and to remind them of the painful 93rd anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah, which the Kaffir crusader West worked for its destruction in collusion with a group of Arabs and Turks traitors. This was achieved, as the Khilafah was abolished in 28 Rajab 1342 AH corresponding to 3rd of March 1924 CE, this caused the humiliation, disgrace, and miserable lives of Muslims. They became an easy prey for nations' attack, like eaters rush to the food bowl, even though they are many in number. Their countries are divided, their honor are violated, their sanctities are desecrated, and their wealth is squandered, borders were drawn between them, the Shariah of Allah was removed from their life, and their rulers who control them are slaves to the West. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم was truthful when he said that we have become like the foam of the sea!
The campaigns that took place in Yemen include:
The first campaign:
The distribution of a written address on the painful 93rd anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah state; members of the Hizb delivered it specifically to Imams and scholars in several major cities of Yemen including: the capital Sana', Imran Province, Ta'iiz, Aden, Makla, Ibb, Dhimar, and others. Many addresses were distributed to the target personalities, and by the grace of Allah many Imams spoke about the topic and quoted from the address delivered to them. This allowed thousands of Muslims to remember that painful day and that great state and wish for its near return; this is not difficult for Allah to fulfil. The address included an explanation of the obligation to work for Khilafah and its importance in the life of Muslims and human beings. It mentioned some accounts of dignity and glory that Muslims enjoyed during the time of the Khilafah, which is missed by Muslims after the destruction of the Khilafah and specifically under the agent rulers appointed by the West to protect their interests who are humiliated slaves achieved only humiliation and disgrace for the Islamic Ummah.
The second campaign:
Large banners were hung in main areas in the major cities for people to see. Also by organized and eye catching writings on the walls of the main roads. Members of the Hizb hung many banners in all the cities mentioned above. They included words that encourage Muslims to work for the Khilafah and explain to them its importance and its uniqueness compared to other man-made systems. Here are some of the statements on the banners:
Khilafah is the Promise of Allah and Prophecy of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم
Khilafah is the source of our glory and our way to revival and the answer to our unity
We lived under Khilafah for centuries and we will lead the world once again
Khilafah is Shariah rules that illuminates darkness
The upcoming Khilafah is the way for liberation from all types of occupation
There are no colonial borders in the upcoming Khilafah - only one Islamic Ummah
No Civil State, No Democracy, Only Khilafah Islamiyyah
Praise be to Allah for the interaction this created among the people of Yemen. Many contacted us in support and expressed their readiness to work with us, except the few who cannot bear the mention of the word 'Khilafah' and who were fooled by the mirage of democracy and the civil state, and were blinded by filthy prejudice and cannot see the light.
It is mind baffling that some security officers or some who are associated to Islam and to Islamic parties, took down the banners, while the streets are full of slogans calling for democracy, the civil state, and implementation of the National Dialogue recommendations. And at a time when the streets are filled with the slogans of other parties calling for degenerative thoughts of patriotism, nationalism, communism, democracy, or for a specific school of thought, or the dreadful secularism, or calls for Fitna and killing between Muslims, leading to the corruption of the country and the people.
What we also find it strange are the statements of some hired Imams who do not comprehend the scale of responsibility on their shoulders that Allah put on them. Instead of teaching people about their Deen, and the obligations upon them, we see the opposite; they teach people about their National Day festivities, democracy, the republic system, and the recommendations of the ominous national dialogue. They even wage a campaign against the Khilafah which is the obligation of all obligations, with the pretext that the Ummah is not ready for it, or that to call for it at this time will cause Fitna?! They have fallen in Fitna!
We thank the Imams who answered the call of truth, and delivered it to the people, fearless of any blame for the sake of Allah سبحانه وتعالى. We say to them, may Allah سبحانه وتعالى bless you and reward your deeds. This is an obligation upon you and is rewarded immensely by Allah سبحانه وتعالى. So continue to proclaim the truth and encourage people to establish the Khilafah and remind them of its importance and greatness, and work with the sincere workers, the members of Hizb ut Tahrir for this great obligation, the work for it is not seasonal, and not for the sake of crying over ruins, but it is a diligent and continuous work with resolve that shakes mountains, and patience that defeats all the ignorant, until the Islamic life returns under the rightly guided Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood. By this, we would have gained the pleasure of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and saved ourselves from the sin when we meet Him سبحانه وتعالى and rescued our Ummah from its loss and from the conniving West's hegemony.
O people of Yemen, O people of Iman and Wisdom:
Hizb ut Tahrir invites you to answer the call of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, so that you live as Allah سبحانه وتعالى has decreed, and not by the dictates of the West to follow their way of life. We have pledged allegiance to work for Allah's cause and implement His سبحانه وتعالى Shariah. Despite what the actions of some who are associated to the Ummah, which tarnish the Khilafah and those who work for it, they are the ones mobilized by the rulers to carry out this role which we became accustomed to in order to distract people away from the Khilafah and those who are working for it, so that those rulers and rotten systems; monarchies, republics, democracies which are in their last breath, to live on, so let them dream!
The sun will not be hidden by the dust of the revolutionary, the Khilafah will not return by the hands of the one who does not proclaim it in front of a tyrant ruler. The Ummah will follow the one who carries the projects of the Kaffir West, even if they were successful in fooling the Ummah for a while. O people of Yemen, know that the Khilafah is coming, by the permission of Allah, even if the West and the humiliating tyrants detest it.
Here is the Ummah surrounding the sincere workers for the Khilafah all over the lands. Whenever the war against the Hizb and its members intensifies, the more they are embraced by the Ummah and the more it is elevated to a higher status, and it is by the grace of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, and the strength of resolve and patience of the Dawah carriers, so work with the sincere workers for the establishment of the Khilafah, do not be distracted away from the work by the ones who spread lies. Know that Hizb ut Tahrir does not carry out material action, it does not carry weapons as a way to establish the Khilafah and does not carry out assassinations, and is not seduced by democracy and positions and ministries. It only works for the establishment of the Khilafah following the method of our noble Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم which he صلى الله عليه وسلم followed according to the Command of Allah سبحانه وتعالى until he established his State.
وَقُلِ اعْمَلُواْ فَسَيَرَى اللَّهُ عَمَلَكُمْ وَرَسُولُهُ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ
"Say: 'Act, for Allah will see your actions, and so will His Messenger and the Believers."
(At-Tawba: 105)

Sometimes we endure pain, and it places us in another dimension. We find ourselves staring in to thin air, with eyes which are fixated on nothing, merely because the heart is in pain, yet ironically it feels nothing. It is empty. It is hollow. It is cold.
That very heart which pumps blood around the body, which keeps the body alive and warm. That same heart feels lifeless, dead. It beats, yet there is no movement. The pain is piercing yet leaves you feeling numb.
And during such pain, the mind is restless from looking for a cure.
The tongue does not know what to utter. People ask, 'are you okay?'
And it utters 'Alhamdulillaah.'
It has no answer, except for Allah's praise. Why? Because it wishes to please the heart. How? By concealing its pain and leaving it unknown to the onlooker. Yet known by the one who sees that which is deep within the heart. The One who looks at the heart. And only some, a handful maybe, only they understand, maybe. But not the way He does, not the way He knows.

Mit der linken Hand essen und trinken ist verboten!
Frage:
Was ist das Urteil über das Essen mit der linken Hand?
Antwort:
Es wurde authentisch von der Autorität des Ibn Umar (radiAllahu anhu) berichtet, dass
{النبي – صلى الله عليه وسلم – أمر بالأكل باليمين والشرب باليمين.}
„Der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) befahl, mit der Rechten (Hand) zu essen und zu trinken." [1], mit der Begründung, dass der Schaytan mit der linken Hand isst und trinkt. In einem anderen Hadith, überlieferte Jaabir (radiyallahu anhu), dass der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) das Essen mit der linken Hand verbat, indem er sagte:
{لا تأكلوا بالشمال فإن الشيطان يأكل بالشمال.}
„Esst nicht mit eurer Linken (Hand), denn der Schaytan isst mit seiner Linken." [2] Diese Ahadith indizieren klar das Verbot mit der linken Hand zu essen und zu trinken, um damit nicht unserem Feind, dem Schaytan, zu ähneln.
In dem Hadith des Mädchens und des Beduinen, denen der Schaytan zum Essen brachte, ohne den Namen Allahs erwähnt zu haben, hielt der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) ihre Hände, damit der Schaytan kein Nahrung durch ihr Essen bekommt. Der Gesandte Allahs (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) begründete seine Handlung mit den Worten:
{إن الشيطان يستحل الطعام أن لا يذكر اسم الله عليه، وإنه جاء بهذه الجارية ليستحل بها فأخذت بيدها، فجاء بهذا الأعرابي ليستحل به فأخذت بيده، والذي نفسي بيده إن يده في يدي مع يدها.}
„Der Schaytan macht das Essen für sich erlaubt, worüber nicht das Name Allahs ausgesprochen wurde. Er (Schaytan) versuchte das Mädchen dazu zu bringen, das Essen für ihn erlaubt zu machen, doch ich griff ihre Hand. Dann versuchte er den Beduinen dazu zu bringen, das Essen für ihn erlaubt zu machen, doch (auch) seine Hand ergriff ich. Bei Dem, in Dessen Hand meine Seele ist, nun ist seine (Schaytans) Hand in meiner Hand zusammen mit ihrer Hand." [3]
Der Wortlaut einer anderen Überlieferung lautet {مع يدهما} „mit ihren Händen". [4]
Und der Erfolg ist bei Allah. Möge der Frieden und Segen auf unserem Propheten Muhammad, seiner Familie, und seinen Gefährten sein.

Was ist das Urteil über das Essen mit der linken Hand?
Antwort:

"Wollt ihr den Menschen das Rechte gebieten, während ihr euch selbst vergesst, wo ihr doch das Buch lest? Begreift ihr denn nicht?" (2:44)
RasulAllah ('alayhi salatu wa sallam) sagte:
„Am Tage des Gericht wird ein Mann gebracht und in die Hölle geworfen werden, und seine Eingeweide werden dort aus seinem Bauch herausbrechen, und er wird sie festhalten und taumelnd im Kreise gehen wie ein Esel in der Mühle. Die Bewohner der Hölle werden zu ihm kommen und sagen: 'Oh Soundso! Was ist das? Batest du die Leute nicht, Gutes zu tun und Übles zu meiden?' Und er wird sagen: 'So ist es. Ich schloss mich anderen an und bat Sie, Gutes zu tun, aber ich tat es selbst nicht, und ich verbot ihnen, Übles zu tun, aber ich tat es selbst.'" (Al-Bukhari und Muslim)

"Ich verspreche demjenigen ein Haus im Vorort des Paradieses,
der den Streit verlassen wird, selbst wenn er Recht hat;
und ein Haus in der Mitte des Paradieses, demjenigen,
der die Lüge verlässt, selbst wenn es zum Scherz ist;
und ein Haus auf dem Gipfel des Paradieses, demjenigen,
der einen guten Charakter besitzt."
(Abu Dawud, Tabarani, Scheikh Albani stufte dieses Hadith als hasan (gesund) ein)
