    اسرائیل گزشتہ پانچ سالوں سے پاکستان کو اسلحہ اور دیگر حساس سامانِ حرب فراہم کر رہا ہے

    خاص رپورٹ: جہادِ پاکستان

    اسرائیل گزشتہ پانچ سالوں سے مسلسل پاکستان سمیت چار دیگر عرب ممالک کو اسلحہ اور جنگی ساز و سامان، سامانِ حرب فراہم کر رہا ہے۔ اسرائیل سے اسلحہ و دیگر سامانِ حرب لینے والے مسلم ممالک میں پاکستان کے علاوہ مصر، الجیریا، متحدہ عرب امارات وغیرہ سرِفہرست ہیں۔

    یہ اہم انکشاف برطانیہ کے سرکاری ادارے ڈیپارٹمنٹ آف بزنس اینوویشن کی جاری کردہ ایک اعلی سطح کی رپورٹ میں کیا گیا ہے۔ ڈیپارٹمنٹ آف بزنس اینوویشن، برطانیہ کا سرکاری ادارہ ہے جو بین الاقوامی سطح پر مختلف ممالک کے درمیان حساس اشیا بالخصوص اسلحے کی تجارت پر خاص نظر رکھتے ہوئے مختلف ممالک کو لائیسنس یعنی اجازت نامہ فراہم کرتا ہے، اور اپنے جاری کردہ اجازت نامے کے تحت ہونے والی اسلحے کی تجارت کا تمام ریکارڈ بھی یہ ادارہاپنے پاس محفوط رکھتا ہے۔

    یہ ادارہ اقوام متحدہ کے قانون کے مطابق ہر سال ایک اعلی سرکاری رپورٹ بھی شائع کرتا ہے، جن میں سال کے دوران ہونے والی اسلحے اور مختلف حساس اشیا کی تجارت کے اعداد و شمار پیش کیے جاتے ہیں۔ اس ادارے کی شائع ہونے والی اعلی سرکاری رپورٹ میں بتایا گیا کہ سال دو ہزار گیارہ ۲۰۱۱ میں اسرائیل نے پاکستان کومختلف نوعیت کا حساس و خطرناک اسلحہ فراہم کیا جس میں زیادہ تر مندرجہ ذیل اشیا رہی ہیں۔

    بریٹیش ڈیپارٹمنٹ آف بزنس اینوویشن کی سرکاری رپورٹ میں مزید بتایا گیا کہاسرائیل اس قسم کا حساس اسلحہ گزشتہ پانچ برس سے پاکستان اور پاکستان سمیت دیگر مسلم ممالک کو فراہم کررہا ہے۔ رپورٹ کے ساتھ وہ تمام اجازت نامے یعنی لائیسنسز بھی فراہم کیے گئے ہیں جو اسرائیل نے پاکستان کو اسلحہ فراہم کرنے کیلئے اجازت نامے کے طور پر حاصل کیے تھے۔ رپورٹ میں پیش کیے جانے والے لائیسنز اور تجارت کی تفصیل کے مطابق اسرائیل نے متحدہ عرب امارات اور الجیریا کو ڈرون طیاروں کے بھی اہم پرزے فراہم کیے ہیں۔

    پاکستان نے قبائلی علاقہ جات میں تحریک طالبان کے خلاف باقاعدہ جنگ کا آغاز تقریبا پانچ سال پہلے کیا تھا اور رپورٹ کے مطابق اسرائیل بھی گزشتہ پانچ سالوں سے پاکستان کو حساس سامانں حرب فراہم کر رہا ہے، لہذا اس رپورٹ کے منظر عام پر آجانے کے بعد مختلف حلقوں میں خدشہ ظاہر کیا جارہا ہے پاکستان نے تحریک طالبان کے خلاف جنگ شروع کرنے کے بعد امریکہ سے ڈالر لینا اور اسرائیل سے خفیہ معاہدے کے تحت اسلحہ لینا شروع کیا اور یہ سامانِ حرب طالبان کے خلاف قبائلی علاقہ جات میں استعمال کیا جا رہا ہے۔

    پاکستانی دفاعی انٹرنیٹ فورم اور سرکاری ویب سائیٹ برائے دفاعِ پاکستان ''ڈیفنس پی کے'' پر بھی اس خبر کے درست ہونے کی تصدیق ہو گئی ہے۔پاکستانی ویب سائیٹ برائے دفاع 'ڈیفنس پی کے' کے ایک اعلی ممبر کے مطابق اس نے خود پاکستانی ایف سولہ جنگی طیاروں کے اندر اسرائیلی حساس پرزے دیکھے۔ دفاعی ویب سائیٹ کے باقی ممبرز نے اس بات پر اصرار کیا کہ اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں کہ اسرائیل سے اسلحہ لیا جائے۔ ایک اور مکمل سینیئر ممبر کے مطابق اس نے یہ خبر تین سال پہلے پاکستانی فورم و ویب سائیٹ برائے دفاع پر شائع کر دی تھی مگر اس وقت اسکی بات کو مذاق بنایا گیا تھا، اس نے مزید کہا کہ آپ میری تین سال پہلے کی تحریریں اسی فورم پر دیکھ لیں۔ پاکستانی ویب سائیٹ براے ملکی دفاع پر اس خبر اور خبر سے متعلق ممبران کے تجزیات پڑھنے کیلئے نیچے دیے رابطے پر تشریف لے جائیں۔

    جو لوگ پاکستانی افواج و حکومت کے اقدامات پر نظر رکھے ہوئے اور ان سے بخوبی واقف رہنے والے ہیں انکے لئے بھی یہ خبر نہایت چونکہ دینے والی نہیں ہے کیونکہ وہ جانتے ہیں کہ پاکستانی افواج اسرائیل سے خفیہ معاہدے کر چکی ہے۔ بظاہر عوام کے سامنے ایسے بیان دیے جاتے ہیں جن سے ظاہر ہوتا ہے کہ پاکستان اسرائیل کو اپنا دشمن سمجھتا ہے۔ مگر حقیقت اس کے بر عکس ہے جو اب مکمل طور پر عیاں ہو چکی ہے۔

    اسی طرح پاکستانی حکومت اور افواج ڈرون حملوں کی بھی مذمت کرتی آئی ہے مگر حقیقت میں پاکستانی افواج خود ڈرون حملوں کی اجازت دیتے ہیں۔ مندرجہ ذیل تصاویر میں دیکھا جا سکتا ہے کہ امریکی ڈرون طیارے پاکستان میں موجود ہیں اور پاکستان اہلکار اور امریکی اہلکار ڈرون طیاروں کے ہمراہ پاکستان کے اندر ہی موجود ہیں۔ مگر پھر بھی عوام کو لاعلم رکھنے کیلئے نہ تو ان تصاویر کو میڈیا پر شائع کیا جاتا ہے اور نہ ہی ان کے متعلق کوئی وضاحت سامنے آتی ہے۔

    اسرائیل سے اسحلہ لینے والا معاملہ بھی بالکل اسی سلسے کی ایک کڑی ہے، حقائق موجود ہیں، شواہد موجود ہیں، دستاویزات موجود ہیں، ڈیفیس فورم پراہلکار بھی تصدیق کر رہے ہیں مگر پھر بھی فوجی و سرکاری سطح پر کوئی تسلی بخش وضاحت نہیں کی جاتی ہے اور عوام کو بے وقوف بنایا جاتا ہے۔(تعاجب ہوتا ہے ان عقلوں پر جو تمام حقائق و شواہد کو یکسر نظر انداز کر دیتے ہیں اور افواج اور حکومتی تردید کے جھوٹے بیان پر یقین کر لیتے ہیں)

    پاکستانی خبر رساں اداروں کے مطابق پاکستان افواج نے اس خبر کی تردید کر دی ہے مگر ان کی جانب سے ردید کی کوئی پریس کانفرنس ویڈیو یا تحریری دستاویز تاحال فراہم نہیں کی گئی۔ پاکستان کے تمام خبر رساں اداروں فوج کی طرف سے دباو کی وجہ اس اہم خبر کو یکسر نظر انداز کر دیا ہے اور اس اہم واقعے سے متعلق مزید تبصرے و پروگرام کرنے سے گریز کیا ہوا ہے ۔ خبر رساں اداروں کی طرف سے ہمیشہ کی طرح ایک بار پھر پاکستانی قوم کو اس اہم واقعے سے لا علم رکھنے کی کوشش کی جارہی ہے۔

    Israel on Sunday rejected a 3-hour humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza proposed by the International Committee of the Red Cross, a Hamas spokesman said Sunday.

    Sami Abu Zuhri said officials of the Red Cross contacted Hamas and suggested to broker a 3-hour ceasefire to enable ambulances to evacuated injured people and dead bodies.
