    „Als der Prophet, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, an die Byzantiner schreiben lassen wollte, wurde ihm gesagt, dass diese kein Schreiben lesen wollten, das nicht mit einem Siegel versehen sei. Da nahm sich der Prophet einen Siegelring aus Silber - als ob ich heute noch dessen Glanz in seiner Hand sähe - und er ließ darauf gravieren:
    „Muhammadun Rasul'Allah ( = Muhammad der Gesandte Allahs).""

    Zwischen der US-Regierung und Jerusalem kriselt es zwar wegen der Gaza-Offensive. Doch just dafür erhält Israel Munitionsnachschub für 750 Millionen Euro und beruft 16.000 Reservisten ein. Unterdessen wird wieder eine UN-Schule in Gaza getroffen.
