    Terrorismus ist, zu Allāh ́s Gesetzten auf zu rufen. Terrorismus
    ist, Allāh zu dienen, wie Er dir befohlen hat. Terrorismus ist,
    Erniedrigung, Knechtschaft und Unterordnung (zu den Kuffar)
    abzulehnen. Terrorismus ist, als Muslim zu leben, wie ein Muslim
    zu leben hat, in Ehre, Macht und Freiheit. Terrorismus ist, auf
    deine Rechte zu beharren und diese nicht aufzugeben.
    Aber Terrorismus beinhaltet nicht, Muslime in Burma zu töten
    und ihre Häuser niederzubrennen. Terrorismus beinhaltet
    nicht, Zerstückelung und ausweiden der Muslime in den
    Philippinen, Indonesien und Kaschmir. Terrorismus beinhaltet
    nicht, dass töten von Muslimen im Kaukasus und sie aus ihrem
    Land zu vertreiben. Terrorismus beinhaltet nicht, Massen-
    gräber für die Muslime in Bosnien und Herzegowina zu
    machen und ihre Kinder zu Schlachten. Terrorismus beinhaltet
    nicht, die Zerstörung von muslimischen Häusern in Palästina,
    ihr Land zu besetzten und die Verletzung und Entweihung
    ihrer Heiligtümer und Familien. Terrorismus beinhaltet nicht,
    Moscheen in Ägypten niederzubrennen, Zerstörung von
    muslimischen Häusern dort, vergewaltigen ihrer reinen Frauen
    und unterdrücken der Mujāhidīn auf der Sinai Halbinsel und an
    anderen Orten. Terrorismus beinhaltet nicht, das extreme Foltern
    und die Entwürdigung der Muslime in Ost-Turkistan und Iran und
    sie zu unterbinden ihre einfachsten Rechte zu bekommen.
    Terrorismus beinhaltet nicht, die Gefängnisse mit muslim-
    ischen Gefangenen zu füllen. Terrorismus beinhaltet nicht,
    einen Krieg gegen Keuschheit und den Hijāb in Frankreich,
    Tunesien zu führen. Er beinhaltet nicht, die Verbreitung von
    Verrat, Prostitution und Hurerei. Terrorismus beinhaltet nicht,
    den Herrn der Gewaltigkeit zu beleidigen, das verfluchen der
    Religion und Verspottung unseres Propheten (Sallallahu alayhi
    wa sallama). Terrorismus bedeutet nicht, die Muslime in Zentral
    Afrika wie Schafe zu schlachten, während keine Träne für sie
    vergossen wird und niemand dieses Schlachten anprangert.
    All dies ist kein Terrorismus. Eher ist es Freiheit, Demokratie,
    Frieden, Sicherheit und Toleranz! Allāh ist uns ausreichend
    und Er ist der beste Verwalter der Angelegenheiten!!!!

    रमज़ान 2014 पर विशेष तीसरा रमज़ान

    रमज़ान की 5 ख़ास इबादतें और 5 ख़ास इन्आमात

    इस्लाम धर्म के पाँच फर्ज़ो में से एक है रमज़ान शरीफ़ के रोज़े रखना। यह वह मुबारक महीना है, जब चारों ओर अल्लाह की रहमत-व-बरकत की बारिशें होती हैं। इस मुबारक महीने के कुल चार नाम हैं। पहला नाम 'माहे रमज़ान' दुसरा नाम 'माहे सब्र' तीसरा नाम 'माहे मोवासात' और चौथा नाम 'माहे उस्अ़ते रिज़्क़'।
    रोज़ा सब्र है, जिसका बदला रब है। इस कारण इसे 'माहे सब्र' कहा जाता है। इस माह में लोगों से भलाई करना सवाब है। इस कारण इसे 'माहे मोवासात' कहा जाता है। इस मुबारक महीने में रिज़्क़ की फ़राख़ी भी होती है और इसमें ग़रीबों का भी ख़्याल रख़ा जाता है। इस कारण इसे 'माहे उस्अ़ते रिज़्क़' भी कहा जाता है।
    रमज़ान शब्द में कुल 5 अझर हैं। पहला 'रे', दुसरा 'मीम', तीसरा 'जोवाद', चौथा 'अलीफ' और पाँचवाँ 'नून'। रमज़ान के 'रे' से मुराद है "रहमते इलाही", 'मीम' से "मोहब्बते इलाही", 'ज़ोवाद' से "ज़माने इलाही", 'अलीफ़' से "अमाने इलाही" और 'नून' से मुराद है "नूरे इलाही"। इस में 5 ख़ास इबादतें होती हैं। वह 5 ख़ास इबादतें यह हैं। रोज़े, तरावीह, क़ुरआन की तिलावत, एतेकाफ़ औऱ शबे क़द्र। अल्लाह का जो बन्दा रमज़ान के मुबारक महीने में इन 5 ख़ास ईबादतों को करेगा, तो वह उन 5 इन्आमों यानी रहमते इलाही, मोहब्बते इलाही, ज़माने इलाही, अमाने इलाही और नूरे इलाही का हक़दार होगा।
    क़ुरआन में महीनों में सिर्फ रमज़ान महीनें का नाम आया है, किसी दुसरे महीने का नाम नहीं आया है। रमज़ान में सहरी व इफ़्तार के समय दुआऐं क़ुबूल होती हैं। यह मर्तबा किसी और महीने को हासिल नहीं है। हर महीनें में ख़ास तारिख़ें और तारिख़ों में भी ख़ास समय में ईबाइत होती है, मगर इसमें हर दिन, हर रात और हर समय ईबादत होती है। यानी रोज़ा ईबादत, इफ़्तार ईबादत, इफ़्तार के बाद तरावीह ईबादत, तरावीह के बाद सहरी के इन्तिज़ार में सोना ईबादत, फिर सहरी खाना भी ईबादत।

I woke up when I was fasting during the day in Ramadan, and I found that I was emitting maniy (semen), but I do not know whether it was accidental (i.e., from a wet dream) or deliberate (i.e., from masturbation), because when I woke up I found my hand touching my penis. What should I do? Praise be to Allah. Firstly: Wet dreams are a means of releasing sexual energy in both sexes, and the individual plays no part in that; rather they happen to him when he is asleep, and are part of the nature of the human being. The individual will not be brought to account for that, because the Pen is lifted from one who is asleep (and his deeds are not recorded). This has been discussed previously in fatwa no. 9208 Secondly: If the emission of maniy from you during the day in Ramadan happened because of a wet dream, then this does not invalidate the fast, because this is something that is beyond a person's control and he cannot prevent it. Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, said: "On no soul does Allah place a burden greater than it can bear" [al-Baqarah 2:286]. Ibn Qudaamah said: If a person has a wet dream, it does not invalidate his fast, because it was involuntary on his part. It is similar to the case if something enters his throat whilst he is sleeping. End quote from al-Mughni by Ibn Qudaamah (3/128). I woke up when I was fasting during the day in Ramadan, and I found that I was emitting maniy (semen), but I do not know whether it was accidental (i.e., from a wet dream) or deliberate (i.e., from masturbation), because when I woke up I found my hand touching my penis. What should I do? Praise be to Allah. Firstly: Wet dreams are a means of releasing sexual energy in both sexes, and the individual plays no part in that; rather they happen to him when he is asleep, and are part of the nature of the human being. The individual will not be brought to account for that, because the Pen is lifted from one who is asleep (and his deeds are not recorded). This has been discussed previously in fatwa no. 9208 Secondly: If the emission of maniy from you during the day in Ramadan happened because of a wet dream, then this does not invalidate the fast, because this is something that is beyond a person's control and he cannot prevent it. Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, said: "On no soul does Allah place a burden greater than it can bear" [al-Baqarah 2:286]. Ibn Qudaamah said: If a person has a wet dream, it does not invalidate his fast, because it was involuntary on his part. It is similar to the case if something enters his throat whilst he is sleeping. End quote from al-Mughni by Ibn Qudaamah (3/128). Firstly: because it is a forbidden action, as has been explained previously in fatwa no. 329. He also has to repent from masturbating during the day in Ramadan, because by doing this deed he has violated the sanctity of the fast. Then after repenting, he has to make up that day on which he invalidated his fast. Shaykh Ibn Baz said: Masturbation on the day of fasting invalidates the fast if it was done deliberately and he emitted semen. He also has to make up that day if it was an obligatory fast, and he has to repent to Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, because masturbation is not permitted at the time of fasting or otherwise. It is what people call "the secret habit." End quote from Fataawa ash-Shaykh Ibn Baaz (267/15). Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If the fasting person masturbates and ejaculates, he has broken his fast and he has to make up the day on which he masturbated. But he does not have to offer expiation, because expiation is only required in the case of intercourse. He also has to repent from what he has done. End quote from Fataawa Arklan al-Islam (p. 478) As you are confused and you do not know whether this maniy was emitted because of a wet dream or masturbation, it is to be taken as the result of a wet dream, because the basic principle with regard to the sleeper is that he is innocent and is not accountable at that time. So we should act on the basis of this principle and not do otherwise except on the basis of certainty. This ruling does not change even if the emission of maniy came about as a result of you playing with your private parts, so long as you were asleep, because an action done by one who is sleeping is as if it did not happen, because he is not accountable at that time. Shams ad-Deen al-Asfahaani said: There is no differentiation between one who is dead, one who is sleeping, and one who is out of his mind with regard to the ruling being waived for them, because we know on the basis of reason that one of the conditions of accountability is that one should be aware of what he is doing.
