Dies gelte für jeden erwachsenen Muslim, der ortsansässig ist (sich also nicht auf der Reise befindet) und dazu (finanziell) in der Lage ist. Für diese Meinung sprechen folgende Belege aus Quran und Sunna: 1. Allah der Erhabene sagt im Quran: „Also bete zu deinem Herrn und schächte." (Quran 108:2) 2. In einem Hadith hasan wurde überliefert, dass der Gesandte Allahs (Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm) am Tage von Arafat sagte: " Oh ihr Leute, es obliegt der Familie eines jeden Hauses, jedes Jahr ein Opfertier ....zu schlachten" (Hadith hasan bei Ahmad und Abu Dawud) 3. Abu Huraira (ALLAHs Wohlgefallen mit ihm) sagte: Der Gesandte ALLAHs (Friede und Heil auf ihm) sagte: „Wer die Möglichkeit dazu hatte, aber kein Opfer erbrachte, so lass ihn sich nicht unserem Gebetsplatz nähern." (Hadith hasan bei Ahmad) 4. Al-Bara berichtete: Ich hörte den Propheten, ALLAHs Segen und Friede auf ihm, während er eine Ansprache hielt, in der er sagte: "Das erste, mit dem wir an diesem unserem Tag beginnen, ist, dass wir beten, alsdann zurückkehren, um zu schlachten. Wer dieses tut, der verfährt nach unserer Sunna, und wer vor dem Gebet bereits geschlachtet hat, so ist das nur Fleisch, das er seiner Familie gibt und mit dem Opfern nichts zu tun hat." Da stand Abu Burda Ibn Niyar - der bereits geschlachtet hatte - auf und sagte: "Ich habe noch ein Schlachttier." Der Prophet sagte: "Schlachte es, damit dir der Lohn davon nicht entgeht." (Sahih Al-Buchary Nr. 5545) Auch in weiteren Hadithen, die sahih sind, forderte der Prophet denjenigen auf, der vor dem Gebet gebetet hatte, ein weiteres Schaf anstelle des ersten zu schlachten. Wäre das Schlachten nur Sunna und keine Pflicht, dann hätte der Prophet (Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm) diesen Befehl wohl nicht gegeben. Ein solcher Befehl drückt eine Pflicht aus. Diese Meinung vertritt Imam Abu Hanifa. Dies ist auch eine überlieferte Aussage von Imam Malik (ohne Einschränkung auf den Ortsansässigen) und eine überlieferte Aussage von Imam Ahmad, diese Meinung wird zudem überliefert von Al-Auza'i und Al-Laith. Die Mehrheit der Gelehrten sagt jedoch, dass das Schlachten keine Pflicht sei, sondern eine Sunna mu'akkada, also eine Sunna, die der Prophet so gut wie nie unterlassen hat. Imam Ahmad sagte in einer von ihm überlieferten Aussage, dass es verhasst sei, diese zu unterlassen, obwohl man dazu in der Lage sei. Based on the immunization campaign against Trachoma (a disease affecting the eyes) carried out by the Ministry of Health of Al Qadaarif District in the city of Al Qadaarif's districts' schools, houses, and markets in the areas of Wad Al Kabir, Al Tadamoun, Hay Kadiqly, Hay Al Jamarik, Hay Abkar Jibreel. Based on the immunization campaign completed in these districts and others, people rushed to the Al Qadaarif educational hospital carrying their children who were harmed by this vaccine. The hospital became overcrowded with patients mostly children, with numbers exceeding 500 children affected by this vaccine, to an extent that the children's hospital for accidents and the hospital's campuses could not accommodate all of the patients. As such, many of those who were affected had to sleep in the streets with the IV bags hanging from doors, windows, and even the gates of the hospital. The government didn't hesitate a second in gathering the riot police and security around the hospital to tighten its grip on the people and confiscate mobile phones of all those who raised their phones to take pictures of this tragedy! This tragic scene shows the depth of the crisis which the people live under the shade of these regimes that lack any understanding of attending to and caring about the lives of the people. It isn't enough that it strips away the people's right to receive health care and free medication, but it went beyond this to blackmailing and trading (investments!) in people's medication and treatment. It reached to an extent of marketing poisons of the Western organizations and their Kufr masters; who have gambled with the country and the people by marketing these poisons among school students and people in general; which impoverished them and weakened their bodies due to executing the orders of the Central Monetary Treasury and the Central Bank. It is with this callous doing of the district government of Al Qadaarif; which instead of being a custodian of the people's lives, it betrayed its protected ones and surrendered them to criminal projects that come from the enemy. Furthermore, it pays the enemy money to execute these projects via the hands of the Muslim people. Dr. Archie Callu Crinous, a famous pioneer in the science of immunization who received prizes and honor medals from many countries and many scientific and medical members, says in the matter of immunization: "The last thing I have reached in my experience and my research, after 40 or more years in the medical field, is that the unannounced politics of the World Health Organization, and the unofficial politics of the Treasury of Save the Children and other organizations promoting immunization are politics of killing and exterminating...!!" The Almighty Protector says, يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَخُونُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ وَتَخُونُوا أَمَانَاتِكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ "You who have iman! Do not betray Allah and His Messenger, and do not knowingly betray your trusts." (al-Anfal: 27) It is a duty upon the Muslims to hold these traitor rulers accountable and to uproot them so that the people can live in the shade of the Islamic lifestyle in a state that cares; the Khilafah Al Rashidah that is honest with the Muslim people, but with all the citizens of the state, and it cuts off the hand of the infidel West, its institutions, and its criminal projects away from the life of the Muslims. The diplomats also visited parts of Area C included in the so called "Nuweima plans" – an Israeli initiative intended to clear strategic parts of Area C, including E1, of Palestinian Bedouins and centralise them in urban areas to a site in Nuweima (adjacent to Jericho) as well as to a site in Al Jabal (near a dumpsite in Abu Dis) and to Fasayil (in the Jordan Valley). The EU diplomats met, listened to the concerns and discussed the situation with community leaders as well as with other representatives from the international community. The visit followed recent decisions on the case, highlighting an imminent threat of forcible transfer of the affected Bedouin communities. On 25 August, three of the six spatial plans constituting the township of Nuweima were deposited for public objections for a period of 60 days. The remaining three plans were published the following week. Most of the affected Bedouin communities have long since stated their wish to return to their original lands in the Negev, and pending that return, they wish to continue living in their current locations."
