The number of children involved in crime recorded at security forces reached 273,571. While experts are discussing possible measures in the light of such terrible data, they also raise concern about the possible increase of the problem in the near future, as the closer school environment builds the most important drug market for the 16 million 400 thousand pupils who started with school. Accordingly, 57.9 percent of the children are aged between 15-17; 25 percent between 12-14; and 17.1 percent are aged between 11 and 6 years, while this ratio has increased by 14.5 percent in 2013 and those are only cases reflected on the date of security units. Comment: For years, the reporting of the increase of the scourge of drugs, the publishing of newer numbers each passing day, has neither stopped nor reduced the drug affliction among our Muslim youth and even children. On the contrary, we continue to be bystanders while from day to day more of our young people are falling victim to this Western imported scourge. Drugs, crime and drug-related criminal actions have created serious problems that cost the youth and their environment dearly. Instead of a youth who should live a life full of hope, struggle to achieve positive changes in the world, continue and increase their parent's efforts, there occurs new generations of living dead, who strive to complete their days in this world. The reasons lying behind the increasingly wider and younger generation of youth drawn into a vortex of drugs are explained by a lot of researchers with the search after an identity, as well as the economic, educational and social environmental problems and the inexperience in finding solutions to these problems. What is always and commonly expressed by almost everybody is that drug abuse is not an individual but rather a social problem, which cannot be solved by simply adjusting legal regulations. On the other hand, since the establishment of the Republic in Turkey, the pure Muslim youth who was never involved in any crime, in particular the youth of Hizb ut Tahrir, who is struggling to aid people out of the troubles caused by the non-Islamic way of life, is locked up in prisons while slandered as terrorists and criminals. Therefore once again we as the Women of Hizb ut Tahrir want to remind everyone who sincerely seeks for a rescue from these and similar troubles surrounding our youth of the unique solution: 1. Allah (swt) says that He created mankind that it solely serves Him (swt). O Muslims, Muslim teachers, scholars, doctors, researchers! Teach our youth this Aya, the unique formula, which is solely able to prevent it from entering the wrong way in the search for identity: وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ "And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me." (Ad-Dhāriyāt: 56) 2. Secularism and democracy make people as servants of their own lust and desires and not of Allah (swt). In a system which is in violation of this Aya, no matter how much you teach this Ayah, you will not be able to have success and finally, as you confessed by your selves, you constantly will be forced to bring new legislations. Moreover, any legislation you will bring, will be enrolled to primarily serve this secular and democratic system and will be restricted to it. If it was not so, why than is the most secular and the most democratic West still struggling with a growing drug problem? Therefore, you shall first change this system for a system which is implemented according to the laws of Allah (swt), the Qur'an and Sunnah and that is obliged to serve you, your efforts and our youth. Because a system which embraced the basic principle to be Allah's servant will never raise a human who is servant to human desires. الَر كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ النَّاسَ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَى صِرَاطِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ "Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] a Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that you might bring mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord - to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy." (Ibrāhīm: 1) 3. Together with this advice, we also invite you to protect your brothers and sisters who advice you in the right and patience, who advice emr-i bi'l ma'rûf and nahy-i-anil munkar to you. Because they do not want anything else than goodness for you. Surely their goodness is nothing else than revealing the failure of this system which made our youth to drug-addicts and opened the doors to all evil and turned this world and the next to a dungeon for them. Your brothers of Hizb ut Tahrir are treated as terrorists and criminals although they do a work which is praised by Allah (swt), and although they are not struggling in another way for the rescue of the youth - not only in Turkey but all over the world - than the ideological and political way that Rasulallah (saw) did. Oh Muslims! Salvation and improvement is not through easing a part of the problems of one part of the society. On the contrary, taking the utmost advantage of the provisions of this world and of the Hereafter is only possible through the comprehensive and immediate implementation of the Laws of Allah (swt). يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اسْتَجِيبُواْ لِلّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُم لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ "O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered." Some of the gems that one can glean from its words, neither require one to know 13 Arabic sciences nor to have studied for 13 years. Knowing the effects of a single letter can change the story, the tapestry that the Quran creates for us. InshAllah examples like this will encourage us to drown ourselves in the ocean that is the Quran and to learn its language. Allah says in Surah Zumar 39/71: وَسِيقَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ زُمَرًا حَتَّى إِذَا جَاؤُوهَا فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّنكُمْ يَتْلُونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِ رَبِّكُمْ وَيُنذِرُونَكُمْ لِقَاءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا قَالُوا بَلَى وَلَكِنْ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ - قِيلَ ادْخُلُوا أَبْوَابَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا فَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى الْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ And those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in groups till when they reach it, the gates thereof will be opened. And its keepers will say: "Did not the Messengers come to you from yourselves, reciting to you the Ayaat of your Lord, and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours" They will say: "Yes," but the Word of torment has been justified against the disbelievers! Now let us take a look at the verse in the same Surah which talks about the people of Paradise 39/73-74: وَسِيقَ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا رَبَّهُمْ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ زُمَرًا حَتَّى إِذَا جَاؤُوهَا وَفُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ طِبْتُمْ فَادْخُلُوهَا خَالِدِينَ - وَقَالُوا الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي صَدَقَنَا وَعْدَهُ وَأَوْرَثَنَا الْأَرْضَ نَتَبَوَّأُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ حَيْثُ نَشَاءُ فَنِعْمَ أَجْرُ الْعَامِلِينَ And those who had Taqwa will be led to Paradise in groups till when they reach it, and its gates will be opened and its keepers will say: "Salam `Alaykum (peace be upon you)! You have done well, so enter here to abide therein forever.") (74. And they will say: "All the praises and thanks be to Allah Who has fulfilled His promise to us and has made us inherit the land. We can dwell in Paradise where we will; how excellent a reward for the workers!" These translations however, do no justice to a slight, beautiful, and amazing difference between these two which can only be made beautiful in the subtlety of Arabic. Let us take a look at these two again, focusing only on the first sentence of each verse - I have differentiated the parts that seem to be the only difference between the two: وَسِيقَ الَّذِينَ كَـفَرُواْ إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ زُمَراً حَتَّى إِذَا جَاؤُوهَا فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا And those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in groups till when they reach it, the gates thereof will be opened. and وَسِيقَ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْاْ رَبَّهُمْ إِلَى الّجَنَّةِ زُمَراً حَتَّى إِذَا جَاؤُوهَا وَفُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا Glancing quickly we may think the only difference between these two is that the first group is الَّذِينَ كَـفَرُواْ (those who disbelieve) and are being driven إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ (to Hell), whereas the second group is الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْاْ رَبَّهُمْ (those who feared and knew their Lord) and are being driven إِلَى الّجَنَّةِ (to Paradise). However, we missed something. In the second verse… instead of saying فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا (the Gates will be opened), Allah says وَفُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا (there is a letter و added) in front of the phrase. This letter و changes the image completely. Explanation: In the first group, the people who rejected belief in Allah and His Prophets, are being driven to hell in large groups. When they reach Hellfire…فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا! Suddenly and with no warning, the massive gates of Hellfire ambush them and open before them. They were being driven somewhere by the angels, prodded like cattle, and brought before this structure, and these massive gates SUDDENLY OPEN. Imagine their sound as Surah Mulk says, that Hellfire will be shrieking and yelling. It will be calling out for fuel. And its fuel is men and stones. "Indeed, Hell is a place of ambush" as is written in Sura Naba. The gates slam open as their FIRST ambush and the people are shown the eternal fate that awaits them. In the second group however, Allah says: وَفُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا. The people are being driven to the gates of Paradise. They are being taken there and they come upon Paradise….and وَفُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا - They find the gates ALREADY OPEN. They saw it while coming upon it, they saw it as they came upon it, they are able to gaze into the open doors. This SINGLE LETTER و causes the image of these gates to change by showing the state of the gates as the people come upon them. There is no surprise. There is no questioning. There is no wonder if this place is meant for them….it is meant for them. They are welcome. The gates are open already and it is why they have been taken there. Paradise is theirs and they are being called into it from these gates. A single letter tells us that the gates of hellfire will ambush the people of Hell, but that the gates of paradise will be wide open waiting for its inhabitants to enter. May Allah make us of those people who will be taken to the gates of Paradise. إِنَّآ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ Indeed, we have sent it down as an Arabic Quran in order that you might understand. Ich habe gelernt, wenn die Leute nein sagen, sagst du ja; wenn sie dich anstarren, wenn du mit Stolz gehst, und wenn sie über dich reden, erinnere dich einfach an Gott. In seinem Buch "Der Satan schläft nie" legt er die Methoden der Glaubensgemeinschaft offen Zwölf-Stämme-Aussteiger Robert Pleyer glaubt nicht daran, dass die radikal-christliche Gemeinschaft durch die seit 2013 laufenden Sorgerechtsverfahren geläutert wird. „Das Gegenteil ist der Fall", sagte Pleyer, der seit drei Jahren im bayerischen Wald lebt, in einem Interview des Nachrichtenmagazins FOCUS. „Aktuell fühlen sie sich als Verfolgte des bösen Staates. Das schweißt die Gruppe zusammen." Der Alltag sei die Zwölf Stämme schwieriger gewesen, weil einige Mitglieder ins Grübeln gekommen seien und unangenehme Fragen gestellt hätten. „Nun aber haben sie wieder gemeinsame Feinde - den Staat, Journalisten und mich." Kinder voll in Arbeitsalltag integriert Der Vater von vier Kindern erklärte, dass der Nachwuchs voll in den Arbeitsalltag der Zwölf Stämme integriert gewesen sei. Freizeit habe es für die Kinder nicht gegeben. So hätten sie etwa am Sonntag Schraubensätze für die gemeindeeigene Solarfirma zusammenfügen müssen. „Sobald sie dazu fähig waren, wurden sie voll eingesetzt", sagte Pleyer FOCUS. „Wenn wichtige Ernten anstanden, fiel sogar die Schule aus." Persönlichen Lohn hätten weder die Kinder, noch die Jugendlichen oder Erwachsenen erhalten. Die Familien hätten zwar ein Bankkonto – etwa zur Überweisung des Kindergeldes – besessen, die Pin-Nummern aber seien nur dem Ältestenrat der Zwölf Stämme bekannt gewesen. Pleyer war 20 Jahre als Bäcker und Lehrer bei den Zwölf Stämmen tätig. Am 1. Oktober erscheint sein Buch„Der Satan schläft nie", in dem er seinen Werdegang bei der umstrittenen weltweit agierenden Glaubensgemeinschaft schildert. Schläge mit Weidenruten Schon im September 2013 distanzierte sich Pleyer im Gespräch mit dem FOCUS deutlich von der Sekte. Wie alle Eltern bei den Zwölf Stämmen habe auch er seine „Kinder viele Hunderte Male mit einer dünnen Weidenrute auf den nackten Hintern geschlagen. Bis ihnen die Tränen flossen und ihr Wille gebrochen war." Es sei darum gegangen, den Kindern das natürliche Verhalten auszutreiben. "Ihr Tun musste sich stets auf Gott beziehen. Schon Kleinkinder durften nicht spielen und mussten bei Veranstaltungen stundenlang still sitzen. Jeden Tag wurde dort die Rute geschwungen." Züchtigungsräume im Keller Pleyer war Lehrer für die Gruppe, auch hier gehörten Schläge zum Alltag: „Sicher. Auf dem Gelände existieren im Heizungskeller der Schule und unter dem Versammlungsraum sogenannte Züchtigungsräume. Wenn ein Kind im Unterricht lachte oder redete, ohne sich zuvor gemeldet zu haben, führten wir es dorthin." Er habe Angst, „dass sie eines Tages meine Kinder holen. Es ist ihre Überzeugung, dass der Nachwuchs Gott und nicht mir gehört." Die urchristliche Glaubensgemeinschaft lebt nach den biblischen Geboten und will ihre Kinder „unbeeinflusst von modernen Strömungen" auf „das Königreich Gottes" vorbereiten. Mehrere Jahre hatte die Sekte in Klosterzimmern bei Deiningen auch eine eigene Einrichtung, in der rund 20 schulpflichtige Jungen und Mädchen unterrichtet wurden. Im Sommer 2013 entzog das bayerische Kultusministerium aber die Genehmigung - nicht nur, weil es keine ausgebildete Lehrkraft gab, sondern wegen der körperlichen Züchtigungen der Kinder mit der Rute. Keine Disziplin und „gottesfeindliche Philosophien" Aufgrund der Prügelvorwürfe wurden 40 Kinder aus den Gemeinschaften im schwäbischen Deiningen und im mittelfränkischen Wörnitz geholt und den Eltern das Sorgerecht entzogen. Seitdem wehren sich die Sektenmitglieder vor den Familiengerichten in Nördlingen und Ansbach gegen die Wegnahme ihrer Kinder – und suchen nun erneut die Konfrontation mit den bayerischen Behörden, indem sie sich erneut der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Schulpflicht widersetzen.
