As a mother I can't even imagine what her parents are going through but I know the worst of thoughts would be going through my head. Isn't that the reason why it's such a massive man hunt? Because we know how these cases can unfortunately unfold! Especially since the suspect who has also mysteriously disappeared is known to have committed sexual offences against young girls and a murder previously. Living in a society which promotes freedom and liberalism, I've witnessed myself over the years how boundaries are being pushed. The measurement of right and wrong under man made law is constantly changing based on personal pleasures. Which results in cases such as this where young vulnerable girls go missing, leaving the families hoping and praying for their safe return. I make dua that Alice does return home safely to her parents. But also, this case and others like them makes me realise even more so that the Liberal-democratic system has NOTHING to offer the Muslim world.
