Danach gründlich auswaschen und idealerweise, wenn man einen Toaster hat: den toaster etwas einölen und die Auberginen toasten. Danach bereitet man die anderen Zutaten vor, Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden und den Rest ebenfalls. Zitrone in große Scheiben schneiden, nicht ganz klein. Nun kann man das Gemüse Schritt für Schritt in die Auflaufform reihen. 1 Stück Aubergine, dann Tomate, Paprika usw.. Ich habe am Ende die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch drüber verteilt. Zu guter-letzt verrühren wir 1 EL Paprikapaste oder Tomatenmark mit ganz wenig Salz in etwas heißem Wasser und gießen das als Soße in die Auflaufform und etwas Olivenöl. Und etwas Pfeffer als Gewürz oben drauf. Das ganze kommt für ca. 25 Minuten in den Ofen, 5 Minuten vorher kann man noch wenn man mag den Käse aufstreuen und fertig ist das leckere Gericht. Man kann es mit Reis oder Bulgur-Reis servieren. Guten Appetit!
