Antwort: Wa Alaikum As Salam Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuhu Geschäftsvorgänge von Islamischen Banken, welche sich Profit Verkäufe (murabaha) nennen, sind Geschäftsvorgänge, die im Widerspruch zur Schariah stehen, wie im Folgenden aufgezeigt wird: Erstens: Die Bank führt den Kaufvertrag mit dem Käufer bevor sie beispielsweise das Auto oder den Kühlschrank gekauft hat. Der Prophet (a.s.s.) hat den Verkauf von etwas, das man nicht besitzt verboten, von Hakeem Ibn Hizam, er sagte: Ich sagte: „Oh Gesandter Allahs, ein Mann kommt zu mir, um (ein Produkt) zu kaufen, aber ich habe nicht das wonach er fragt, ich verkaufe es ihm später vom Markt." Er sagte: „Verkaufe nicht etwas, das du nicht besitzt." [Überliefert bei Ahmad] Dieser Mann fragte den Propheten (a.s.s.) über den Käufer, der kommt, um ein Produkt von ihm zu kaufen, das er nicht hat, also geht er zum Markt und kauft es dort, dann verkauft er es an ihn. Der Prophet (a.s.s.) verbot ihm dies, es sei denn das Produkt befindet sich bei ihm und er präsentiert es dem Käufer, sodass er sich entscheiden kann es zu kaufen oder nicht. Derjenige, der die Bank nach einer finanziellen Anleihe fragt, wird von der Bank nach dem Grund gefragt, weshalb er die Anleihe oder das Geld leiht. Wenn die Bank ein Warenlager mit Produkten wie Kühlschränken darin hätte und sie der Person präsentieren würde, und sie sich dann entscheiden könnte zu kaufen oder nicht (wie auch bei allen anderen Verkäufern), dann wäre der Verkauf in Barzahlung oder Raten erlaubt. Zweitens: Es ist nicht erlaubt den Wert der Raten zu erhöhen, falls der Käufer die Bezahlung einer Rate verzögert, d.h. der Wert der Schulden erhöht sich. Denn das ist Riba (Zins) und nennt sich angesammelter Zins (riba an-nassi'a) und das ist was während der Zeit der Jahiliya praktiziert wurde, wenn die Zeit der Bezahlung stattfand und der Schuldner nicht imstande war das Geld am festgelegten Zeitpunkt zurückzuzahlen, so erhöhten sich seine Schulden, was im Islam absolut verboten wurde und gewährte dem Schuldner, der in Schwierigkeiten ist, dass der Wert der Schulden nicht erhöht wird. „Wenn jemand in Schwierigkeiten ist, dann gewährt ihm Aufschub, bis eine Erleichterung (eintritt). Doch wenn ihr mildtätig seid, so ist es besser für euch, wenn ihr es nur wüßtet." (Sure 2, Aya 280) Gemäß dem, was genannt wurde, sind solche Geschäftsvorgänge mit den Banken nicht erlaubt.
