Damals hat man sich unter dem Dach des Tauhid vereint gefühlt. Sowas wie ghulat khawarij gab es nicht. Man diskutierte höchstens mit Mushrikin über die Uluhiyya. Es wurden Seiten eröffnet, auf welchen Ayat und Ahadith geteilt wurden. Ah und dann gab es noch dieses "ich will heiraten " Syndrom. Heute versucht man alle anderen aus dem Dach des tauhid rauszuwerfen, analysiert ob Abu den Asludin verstanden hat. Wirft die Takfir Keule durch die Gegend. Und alle ehemaligen Geschwister die unter dem "ich will heiraten " Syndrom litten haben neulich den "alle Männer/Frauen sind schlecht "Syndrom eingefangen. Heutzutage diskutiert man nicht mit den Mushrikin sondern mit Geschwistern die im Grunde die selbe Aqidah besitzen. Und ja, die Seiten mit Ayat und Ahadith wurden mit Depressionssprüchen aka Einsamkeit des Todes ersetzt. Dies ist bedingend (von einer Bedingung abhängig). In diesem Fall beabsichtigte er nicht, dass seine Frau haraam für ihn werden soll, sondern, dass seine Frau dies/diese Tat unterlassen soll. وكذلك : أنت علي حرام ، قصده أن يمتنع من زوجته ، فنقول : هذا يمين ؛ لقوله تعالى : ( يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ لِمَ تُحَرِّمُ مَا أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ لَكَ تَبْتَغِي مَرْضَاةَ أَزْوَاجِكَ …) إلى أن قال : ( قَدْ فَرَضَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ تَحِلَّةَ أَيْمَانِكُمْ ) وقوله : ( مَا أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ لَكَ ) "ما" اسم موصول يفيد العموم ، فهو شامل للزوجة وللأمة وللطعام والشراب واللباس ، فحكم هذا حكم اليمين . قال ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما : إذا قال لزوجته : أنت علي حرام فهي يمين يكفرها . والاستدلال على ذلك بالآية ظاهر Gleichermaßen bedeutet 'Du bist haraam für mich', dass er von der Intimität mit seiner Frau Abstand nehmen will. Und Allah ist euer Schutzherr, und Er ist der Allwissende und Allweise.} [66:1-2] Im Satz „was Allah dir erlaubt hat" ist das Wort ma (übersetzt als „(das), was…") ein Relativpronomen mit einer allgemeinen Bedeutung und schließt die Frau, die Sklavin, das Essen, das Trinken und die Bekleidung jemandes ein. Dieses Urteil ist das Urteil eines Schwurs. Ibn 'Abbaas (möge Allah zufrieden mit ihm sein) sagte: 'Falls er zu seiner Frau „Du bist haraam für mich" sagt, dann ist dies ein Schwur (yamiin), für den er Sühne leisten muss.' Als er sagte „Du bist haraam für mich", beabsichtigte er sie zu verlassen und dies ist talaaq, da diese Worte Trennung bedeuten und der Gesandte Allahs (عليه الصلاة والسلام) sagte: „Die Taten sind nur entsprechend den Absichten, und jedem Menschen steht das zu, was er beabsichtigt hat." الحالة الثالثة : أن يريد به الظهار ، ومعنى الظهار أن يريد أنها محرمة عليه ، فهذا قال بعض أهل العلم : إنه لا يكون ظهارا لأنه لم يوجد فيه لفظ الظهار . وقال بعض العلماء : إنه يكون ظهارا ؛ لأن معنى قول المظاهر لزوجته : أنت علي كظهر أمي ، ليس معناه إلا أنت حرام ، لكنه شبهها بأعلى درجات التحريم وهو ظهر أمه ، لأنه أشد ما يكون حراما عليه ، فهذا يكون ظهارا ) انتهى من "الشرح الممتع" (5/476). 3 – Es ist Dhihaar, falls er dies beabsichtigte. Dhihaar heißt, dass er meint, dass sie für ihn unerlaubt sei. Einer der Gelehrten sagte: „Es ist nicht dhihaar, da es nicht Worte des dhihaar beinhaltet." Ein weiterer Gelehrter sagte, dass es zihaar sei, da der Satz des dhihaar „Du bist für mich wie der Rücken meiner Mutter" keine andere Bedeutung außer „Du bist haraam" habe. Er hat sie mit einem der für ihn am meisten verbotenen Dinge vergleichen, nämlich dem Rücken seiner Mutter, und weil dies eines der unerlaubtesten (haraam) Dinge für ihn ist, ist es dhihaar.
