Daher sieht man, dass wenn jemand müde wird und schläft, er erfrischt ist und seine Energie sich erneuert hat. Dies ist ein Segen und es ist ebenso eines der Zeichen Allahs, denn Allah sagt (ungefähre Bedeutung): „Und zu Seinen Zeichen gehört euer Schlaf bei Nacht und Tag und auch euer Trachten nach etwas von Seiner Huld." [30:23]„ Und Wir haben den Tag zur Lebensführung gemacht" [78:11] bedeutet leben, indem die Leute nach der Versorgung gemäß ihrem Status und ihrer Umstände trachten.
