#Syria #Ummah #Accountability: "There are no words, wallahi there are no words that are sufficient. The worst description we can think of and express, it is worse than that. We have used all the words we can, we have no tears left to cry and there is no dua that we have not made...
We should truly be fearful of the day when over 100,000 innocent Muslims from Syria, including thousands upon thousands of defenceless women and children as well as the elderly, will point the finger directly at us (yes, you and I) and ask where we were. Why didn't we protect them? Didn't we know their blood was precious? Didn't we know that they were being mercilessly slaughtered? Didn't we hear the command of Allah swt to assist them and lift the oppression from them? The tragedy isn't the fact that they were killed, for (insha Allah) they will be counted amongst the shuhadaa, the tragedy is that we didn't protect them.
Do we think that it is an excuse to say we didn't have our Khilafah, we didn't have our own army, that we were individuals against states? If that was the case, then WHY did we not have those things? If we needed them to protect our brothers and sisters, WHY on Earth were we without them? How will we answer Allah swt when He asks us this? Did we do ALL in our power to put ourselves in a position through which we would be able to alleviate the situation of the Muslims? Do we honestly think that we've done enough?!
How naive were we to think that maybe our jobs, our houses, our cars, our families, our friends, our wealth, our spouses and our children were more important. They were more important right, since they are what we gave most of our time to? If we thought that the Ummah and her blood was more important, we would've given it more time, effort and energy. Brothers and sisters, none of us are doing ENOUGH for the Ummah. We may be involved in the work for Khilafah, or involved in charity work, or Islamic activism or any other activity that seeks to aid the Ummah, but we must not be fooled into thinking we are somehow safe. If we were to be judged on the extent of our efforts, we would ALL be in the hellfire! If it was not bad enough that our efforts are left wanting, then on the Day of Judgement we will have the children who were gassed in Syria pointing at us, the sisters who were killed in Egypt pointing at us, the families murdered by drones in Pakistan and Yemen pointing at us, the bearded brothers in Bangladesh who were attacked by atheist and secular thugs pointing at us, the impoverished Muslims of Burma pointing at us, the occupied peoples of Iraq and Afghanistan pointing at us, and so many more (countless) oppressed and killed Muslims pointing at us.
How can we ever feel safe? Even if we are working for Islam, are we doing enough? Fear the day upon which we will answer to the Muslims who needed us and when we will be held to account for our efforts. By Allah swt, we should truly fear that day and the thought of it should destroy us. We must beg, on our hands and knees, for His mercy as that is the ONLY thing that will save us."

Es ist schon erstaunlich, dass Menschen schaulustig sein können, indem sie einfach vorbei gehen oder zuschauen, wenn jemand auf offener Straße Hilfe braucht, wenn derjenige beispielsweise verbal oder non-verbal angegriffen wird.
Es ist das Mindeste an Menschlichkeit. Aber das haben viele nicht mal begriffen. Wie arm muss man nur sein.
