Beraneka macamlah pokoknya. Jadi, burung Garuda itu memang tidak ada di dunia nyata dan tidak pula asli dari Indonesia. Selain di Indonesia, burung Garuda juga dijadikan lambang kerajaan Thailand. Jadi, memang bukan khas lambang negara Indonesia saja seperti yang kita sangka selama ini. Hanya saja, gambar Garuda yang ada di Thailand itu memang jauh berbeda dengan yang ada di sini. Tidak murni berupa burung, tetapi manusia setengah burung seperti yang juga sering terdapat pada lukisan karya seniman India. Bisa Anda lihat pada gambar di samping. Ini sebenarnya agak membingungkan juga kenapa kerajaan Budha itu memilih simbol Hindu untuk negaranya. Nampaknya ini sisa-sisa sinkretisme dari zaman lampau. Sinkretisme semacam ini terdapat juga di Kamboja karena istana kerajaan di Phnom Penh dihiasi oleh gambar burung Garuda pula. Perancang Lambang Negara Indonesia atau Garuda Pancasila adalah Sultan Hamid II. Jika melihat fakta yang ada sekarang ini, tentu kita harus melihat perjuangan dalam waktu penjajahannya juga. Lalu bagaimana dengan sosok Sultan Hamid II? Sultan Hamid II adalah sebuah gelar dengan nama asli Syarif Abdul Hamid Alkadrie. Ia mewarisi darah masonik dari garis Abdul Rachman, Sultan Pontianak yang terdaftar dalam Freemason di Surabaya pada 1944. Jenjang pendidikan Sultan Hamid II adalah sekolah dasar Belanda, bahkan termasuk salah seorang Indonesia yang disekolahkan di sekolah militer Belanda di Breda. Pemujaan kepada nenek arwah nenek moyang ini juga masih bisa kita temui pada tradisi pemberian sesajen kepada arwah para mbah buyut yang telah wafat, yang sekarang ini seringkali berupa ketupat dan segelas kopi, atau bisa juga disertai makanan lain yang disukai simbah tersebut semasa hidupnya. Kalau kopi itu setelah beberapa lama ditinggal diketahui isinya berkurang atau malah habis sama sekali, maka sang pemberi sesajen itu lantas dengan yakin menyatakan bahwa itu adalah "bukti" bahwa sang simbah memang sedang kehausan di alam baka sana dan lantas menyeruput kopi sesajen itu sampai habis. Mungkin arwah simbah itu memang habis jogging ngos-ngosan keliling stadion sehingga sampai kehausan sedemikian rupa. Tetapi, bila mau diselidiki lebih lanjut, sebenarnya kopi tadi telah diseruput secara diam-diam oleh anak tetangga. Demikian kepercayaan yang masih terdapat di masyarakat Indonesia hingga saat ini. Di Barat misalnya, sisa-sisa dari keyakinan semacam itu bisa kita dapati pada perayaan Halloween dan tradisi menghias pohon Natal. Halloween bermula dari tradisi masyarakat Keltik untuk menandai awal musim salju gelap dan dingin sehingga lalu dibumbui dengan beragam kisah hantu, sedangkan tradisi menghias pohon natal bermula dari kepercayaan suku-suku Jerman pagan yang menganggap pohon tersebut sebagai simbol kesuburan, dan setelah itu sekarang mengadaptasinya sebagai simbol kelahiran kembali. Bila ternyata tidak asli digali dari bumi Indonesia lantas dari manakah asal kepercayaan kepada Tuhan YME itu? Tidak lain dan tidak bukan monoteisme tentunya berasal dari Timur Tengah, antara lain dari tiga agama Ibrahim, dan inilah yang kemudian turut dianut di Indonesia. Islam masuk ke Indonesia sekitar abad ke-14 atau ke-15 M melalui jalur perdagangan dan cara-cara damai. Walisongo mulai menyebarkan Islam di tanah Jawa sekitar tahun 1470-an, ini bila dihitung dari berdirinya Masjid Agung Demak. Setelah itu, disusul agama Kristen pada awal abad ke-16 yang masuk bersama dengan para serdadu Eropa. Datangnya hampir bersamaan memang, tidak sampai 100 tahun selisihnya, terutama di pulau Jawa. Dan setelah itu berdoalah agar anak buah Sharon tidak pernah mengadakan Exodus besar-besaran ke sini. Cukuplah mereka ber- exodus ke tanah Kanaan saja. Itu pun sudah cukup untuk menimbulkan keributan besar sampai sekarang ini. Secara formal agama Kristen itu memang disebut sebagai agama monoteis. Tetapi, sebetulnya mazhab Kristen yang paling setia dengan keyakinan ini hanyalah kaum Unitarian karena mereka tak menganut trinitas. Unitarianisme, gerakan keagamaan yang menegaskan kesatuan tak terbagi dari Allah, sebagai lawan untuk Trinitas, dan kemanusiaan Yesus, daripada keilahian-Nya. Para ahli Agama menekankan tanggung jawab pribadi dan ketergantungan pada hati nurani dan alasan yang agak dari pada doktrin atau otoritas eksternal. Di Transylvania seorang pengkhotbah ke Raja John Sigismund, yang memerintah 1540-1571, dikonversi ke Unitarianisme karena ia bisa menemukan ada dasar dalam Alkitab bagi doktrin dari Trinitas. ("Unitarianisme", Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia). Doktrin Trinitas itu memang sebenarnya tidak ada di dalam Bible, tetapi dirumuskan oleh para ahli teologi. Setelah itu baru disahkan secara formal oleh Gereja. Mari kita lihat darimana doktrin trinitas tersebut berasal. Doktrin ini tidak diajarkan secara eksplisit dalam Perjanjian Baru, di mana kata Tuhan hampir selalu mengacu kepada Bapa, tetapi sudah Yesus Kristus, Putra, dipandang sebagai berdiri dalam suatu hubungan yang unik dengan Bapa, sementara Roh Kudus juga muncul sebagai pribadi ilahi yang berbeda. Istilah trinitas pertama kali digunakan pada abad ke-2, oleh Tertullian teolog Latin, tapi konsep ini dikembangkan dalam proses perdebatan tentang sifat Kristus. Pada abad ke-4, doktrin itu akhirnya dirumuskan, menggunakan istilah masih digunakan oleh para teolog Kristen, doktrin mengajarkan coequality dari pribadi Tuhan. ("Trinity", Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia). Begitulah, doktrin trinitas itu memang sekedar hasil pemikiran para ahli teologi dan sama sekali tidak pernah diajarkan oleh Yesus. Baru dirumuskan pada abad ke-2 M dan setelah itu dijadikan doktrin Gereja pada abad ke-4. Tidak pernah diajarkan oleh Yesus. Di antara beragam sekte Kristen yang ada sekarang ini, hanya kaum Unitarian yang paling konsisten dengan monoteisme. Tapi, Unitarianisme memang tak ada penganutnya di Indonesia. Doktrin trinitas itu nampaknya hasil pengaruh dari mitologi Mesir. Terlebih lagi bila kita mengingat bahwa kota Alexandria, Mesir, merupakan salah satu pusat agama Kristen saat itu. Dari mitos ini penciptaan datang konsepsi ennead, sekelompok sembilan dewa, dan tiga serangkai, yang terdiri dari AYAH ilahi, IBU, DAN ANAK. Setiap kuil lokal di Mesir memiliki ennead sendiri dan triad. Pentingnya mereka meningkat dengan adanya pengaruh politik daerah di mana mereka disembah. Misalnya, ennead dari Memphis dipimpin oleh tiga serangkai yang terdiri dari ayah Ptah, yang Sekhet ibu, dan anak Imhotep. Oleh karena itu, selama dinasti Memphite, Ptah menjadi salah satu dewa terbesar di Mesir. Demikian pula, ketika dinasti Thebes memerintah Mesir, ennead Thebes diberikan paling penting, dipimpin oleh ayah Amon, Mut ibu, dan anak Khonsu. Sebagai agama menjadi lebih terlibat, dewa sejati kadang- kadang bingung dengan manusia yang telah dimuliakan setelah kematian. Dengan demikian, Imhotep, yang pada awalnya menteri-3 penguasa Dinasti Djoser, kemudian dianggap sebagai setengah dewa. Selama Dinasti 5th para firaun mulai mengklaim keturunan ilahi dan sejak saat itu disembah sebagai Anak-anak Ra. (Mitologi Mesir, Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia) Gelar Son of Ra milik Firaun itu tak jauh beda dengan gelar Son of God, bukan? Mempertuhankan manusia itu nampaknya juga pengaruh dari tradisi Romawi-Yunani-Mesir. Para kaisar Romawi pada masa itu dianggap sebagai manusia setengah dewa. Setelah berkuasa di Judea mereka sering juga membantai orang Yahudi karena mereka ini suka membangkang dan tidak mau bersujud menyembah kaisar Romawi. Sedangkan di Yunani, Alexander juga dianggap manusia setengah dewa oleh pengikutnya. Sebagian orang Yunani berpendapat bahwa Alexander itu bukan putra Philipus, tetapi putra dewa. Dan setelah meninggal, ia pun lalu diangkat sebagai dewa. Pengangkatan manusia biasa menjadi dewa itu bukan hanya terjadi pada diri Alexander saja, tetapi juga pada banyak tokoh-tokoh besar Romawi-Yunani lainnya. Sudah menjadi tradisi mereka. Jadi, istilah Son of God itu agaknya karena pengaruh agama-agama lama yang ada di sekitar Laut Tengah. Yesus tidak pernah mengajarkan trinitas. Perumus pertama doktrin trinitas, yaitu Tertullian, adalah orang Romawi yang tinggal di Kartago, Afrika Utara. Kota yang terhitung masih bertetangga dengan Alexandria juga. Tertullian itu adalah putra seorang centurion (kepala pasukan tentara Romawi ) yang diposkan di kota Kartago. Selain yang berasal dari agama Ibrahim, ada juga monoteis versi yang lainnya. Tetapi, itu pun bukan asli Indonesia, tetapi berasal dari Mesir, yaitu monoteisme versi Firaun Akhenaton dan monoteisme dari Persia, yaitu Mithraisme- Zoroastrianisme. Sebagian sumber memang menggolongkan Mithraisme-Zoroastrianisme sebagai agama monoteis. Di Catholic Encyclopedia yang antara lain disebutkan: "The Avesta system may be best defined as monotheism, modified by a physical and moral dualism, with an ethical system based on a Divinely revealed moral code and human free will." (CE. ii, 156.). Meski demikian, sebetulnya lebih tepat bila Zoroaster ini disebut menganut dualisme. Di luar Timur Tengah sudah tidak ada lagi wilayah yang menghasilkan kepercayaan monoteis, semuanya rata-rata menganut politeisme atau animisme, termasuk Hinduisme yang ada di India. Sedangkan agama Buddha yang dulu juga banyak pengikutnya di sini, ternyata malah tidak mengenal konsep Tuhan. Mereka hanya mengenal konsep nirvana dan reinkarnasi, dan itulah antara lain hal yang paling penting di dalam ajaran agama Buddha. Tidak ada Tuhan (atheis) di dalam agama Buddha. Ini memang benar demikian, tidak mengada-ada. Ini antara lain bisa Anda lihat pada dua kutipan di bawah ini : Buddhisme telah disebut sebuah agama ateis karena tidak mempostulatkan makhluk tertinggi. orang Jain sama-sama ateis, dan begitu juga mereka yang mengadopsi sistem sankhya filsafat dalam agama Hindu. Karena di luar Timur Tengah sudah tak ada lagi agama yang mengajarkan monoteisme, maka ajaran kejawen yang dulu seminggu sekali disiarkan di TVRI, dengan kepercayaan kepada Tuhan YME yang turut terkandung di dalamnya, tentu saja bukan asli Indonesia seperti yang diyakini oleh para penganutnya, tetapi itu karena pengaruh ajaran monoteisme dari Timur Tengah. CINQ HOMMES RISQUENT D'ÊTRE EXÉCUTÉS D'UN MOMENT À L'AUTRE Information Cinq hommes ont été transférés vers une prison de Bagdad connue pour procéder à des mises à mort, ce qui signifie qu'ils risquent d'être exécutés à tout moment. Ces individus ont été condamnés à mort en même temps que 19 autres personnes en février 2009 à Nassiriya. Il y a plusieurs mois, Abbas Sabti Mussa, Hussain Abd Hassan Mansur, son frère Ali Abd Hassan Mansur, Sabah Nuri Dagher et Dhiya Uthayeb al Dahmub ont été transférés vers la prison de sécurité maximale (Al Himaya al Quswa) de Camp Justice à Bagdad, connue pour procéder à des exécutions. Certains éléments laissent penser que les autorités se préparent à exécuter ces cinq hommes. Ces derniers faisaient partie d'un groupe d'au moins 24 hommes condamnés à mort le 26 février 2009 par le tribunal pénal de Dhi Qar à Nassiriya, au sud de Bagdad. Ils ont été déclarés coupables d'appartenir à un groupe armé et de commettre des homicides. La Cour de cassation a confirmé cette sentence le 30 juin 2011. Ces 24 hommes faisaient partie des dizaines de personnes appréhendées début 2008 par les forces de sécurité à Nassiriya, Al Amara et Bassora, à la suite de violents affrontements qui auraient fait 16 morts. Selon les autorités, ils seraient membres de la secte chiite Ansar al Mahdi et auraient défié l'autorité religieuse de la Marjaiyya (institution religieuse chiite) à Nadjaf, prétendant qu'elle était corrompue. Par conséquent, plusieurs éminents chefs religieux chiites ont appelé le gouvernement irakien à « éliminer » cette secte. Après leur arrestation, les 24 hommes ont été détenus au secret dans plusieurs lieux de détention non reconnus et des « aveux » leur ont été extorqués sous la torture. Parmi les méthodes utilisées figuraient les décharges électriques sur des parties sensibles du corps, la suspension par des menottes et les coups sur la plante des pieds (falaqa). Le tribunal a admis les « aveux » obtenus avant le procès et déclaré les prévenus coupables. Je désire vous faire part de mon inquiétude quant au fait que ces hommes n'aient pas bénéficié d'un procès équitable et je demande qu'ils soient rejugés dans le respect des normes internationales les plus strictes en matière d'équité. Je vous exhortes également à diligenter une enquête indépendante et impartiale sur les informations suggérant que les accusés se sont vu extorquer des « aveux » sous la torture et je vous pries d'instaurer un moratoire officiel sur les exécutions en vue de l'abolition de la peine capitale, et à commuer sans délai toutes les condamnations à mort.
