Russia officials advised to stay away from Gmail
Russian secret service agents have recently advised regional government officials across the country to stay away from foreign webmail services such as Google's Gmail and instead use domestic ones.
Three independent unidentified sources with knowledge of the development have told the Russian political and business daily Izvestia that the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) sent a memo to the telecom authorities of Russia's regions two weeks ago, strongly advising them against the use of Gmail and other overseas services.
Some local administrations in Russian southern Rostov region immediately followed the order.
The recommendations came following the revelations by US intelligence whistleblower Edward Snowden of Washington's spying and surveillance activities across the globe.
Snowden, who was granted political asylum in Russia in August, leaked two top secret US government spying programs under which the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are eavesdropping on millions of American and European phone records and the Internet data from major Internet companies such as Facebook, Yahoo, Google, Apple, and Microsoft.
Earlier in October, a new document leaked by Snowden revealed that the NSA "is harvesting hundreds of millions of contact lists from personal e-mail and instant messaging accounts around the world, many of them belonging to Americans," the Washington Post reported.
"During a single day last year, the NSA's Special Source Operations branch collected 444,743 e-mail address books from Yahoo, 105,068 from Hotmail, 82,857 from Facebook, 33,697 from Gmail and 22,881 from unspecified other providers, according to an internal NSA PowerPoint presentation. Those figures, described as a typical daily intake in the document, correspond to a rate of more than 250?million per year," the report added.

Israelis clash with protesters in West Bank
Israeli troops have clashed with Palestinians protesting the regime's plan to force tens of thousands of Bedouins out of the southern Negev desert.
On Saturday, the forces used tear gas against the protesters, who were chanting anti-Israeli slogans in the occupied West Bank.
In a demonstration in the city of Haifa, Israeli troops dispersed the protesters using water cannon.
Palestinian women of the besieged Gaza Strip also rallied in solidarity with the Bedouins.
Other protests were held elsewhere across Palestine against the Prawer plan, which would expel around 70,000 people and destroy around 35 Bedouin villages.
According to a letter signed by more than 50 public figures in Britain, what Tel Aviv intends to do is "forced displacement of Palestinians from their homes and land, and systematic discrimination and separation."
Prawer was formulated in September 2011 when the Israeli regime approved a so-called economic development plan.

Lavan warship, SH3D helicopter join Iran Navy fleet
A newly overhauled warship and combat helicopter have joined the Iranian Navy as the country takes steps towards improving its military equipment.
Rear Admiral Abbas Zamini, who is in charge of the Navy's technical affairs, said on Saturday that the Lavan warship is capable of "coastal bombardments as well as carrying choppers and armored personnel carriers."
He said that overhauling the combat vessel, which weighs 3,000 tons, took nearly 33 months.
Pointing to the specifics of the overhauled SH3D combat helicopter, Zamini said that the chopper, known as Sultan, has anti-submarine capabilities and can carry missiles and torpedoes.
In recent years, Iran has made great achievements in its defense sector and attained self-sufficiency in producing essential military equipment and systems.
In January 2013, Iran unveiled the combat helicopter Toufan 2 (Storm 2), which enjoys modern and advanced technologies, including high-precision targeting capability.
The then Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said that the Toufan 2 employs Iran's latest indigenous achievements in electronics, optics, laser and armament capabilities.
Iran has also held several military drills to enhance the defense capabilities of its armed forces and to test modern military tactics and equipment.
The Islamic Republic has repeatedly said its military might poses no threat to other countries, insisting that its defense doctrine is based on deterrence.

Most Americans don't trust each other
The poll indicated that only one-third of Americans say most can be trusted. Half felt that way in 172, when the General Social Survey first asked the question, The Associated Press reported. Now, a record high of nearly two-thirds say "you can't be too careful in dealing with people."
The survey found that Americans are suspicious of each other in everyday encounters. Less than one-third expressed a lot of trust in clerks who swipe their credit cards, drivers on the road, or people they meet when traveling.
"I'm leery of everybody," said Bart Murawski, 27, of Albany, NY "Caution is always a factor."
Political and social scientists are worried about the lack of "social trust" that, they believe, can bring good things. Distrust, however, encourages corruption, they say.
Even the rancor and gridlock in politics might stem from the effects of an increasingly distrustful citizenry, April K. Clark, a Purdue University political scientist and public opinion researcher, said, as reported by the AP
"It's like the rules of the game," Clark said. "When trust is low, the way we react and behave with each other becomes less civil."
The worse thing is that it's not easy to fix this problem of the American society, some studies suggest.
It's too late for most Americans alive today to become more trusting as the basis for a person's lifetime trust levels is set by his or her mid-twenties and unlikely to change, other than in some unifying crucible such as a world war," according to the studies, cited by the AP.

Progress made with Syria CW dismantling: OPCW
The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) says there has been a progress in the destruction of Syria's chemical arms.
Sigrid Kaag, the special coordinator for the mission to dismantle Syria's chemicals, made the comment at a press conference at the United Nations headquarters on Saturday.
< q>"We have been able to verify and inspect the functional destruction of chemical weapons facilities … warheads, and all that requires to run a chemical weapons program," Kaag said.
She also said the mission requires support by the international community in terms of packaging material and other logistic needs.
Kaag added that the security situation in Syria has forced the mission to plan for possible contingencies. She also praised the Syrian government's cooperation with the OPCW, calling it constructive.
On September 14, Russia and the United States agreed on a deal under which Syria would have its chemical weapons eliminated and the US would in return not carry out planned strikes on the Arab country.
The war rhetoric against Syria intensified after foreign-backed opposition forces accused the government of President Bashar al-Assad of launching a chemical attack on militant strongholds in the suburbs of the capital Damascus on August 21.
Damascus has vehemently denied the accusations, saying the attack was carried out by the militants themselves as a false-flag operation.
Syria has been gripped by deadly unrest since 2011. According to reports, the Western powers and their regional allies - especially Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey - are supporting the militants operating inside the country.
According to the United Nations, more than 100,000 people have been killed and millions displaced due to the turmoil that has gripped Syria for over two years.
The UN also says more than four million other Syrians will be forced out of their homes in 2014 by the escalating conflict in the country.
Two million Syrians are expected to take refuge outside the country while another 2.25 million are predicted to be internally displaced next year.

Mau G' Jadi Orang Fakir...??? KEUTAMAAN FAKIR MISKIN Abul Laits Assamarqandi meriwayatkan dengan sanadnya dari Anas bin Malik r.a. berkata: "Orang-orang fakir mengutuskan utusan mereka kepada Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. maka berkata: "Ya Rasulullah, saya utusan fakir kepadamu." Jawab Nabi Muhammad s.a.w.: "Selamat datang kepadamu dan kepada orang-orang yang mengutuskanmu, engkau datang dari orang- orang yang dicintai Allah s.w.t." Utusan itu berkata: "Ya Rasulullah, orang-orang miskin berkata: "Bahwa orang-orang kaya telah memborong semua kebaikan, mereka berhaji dan kami tidak dapat, dan mereka sedekah sedang kami tidak dapat, dan jika sakit mereka mengirim uang untuk tabungan mereka." Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. bersabda: "Sampaikan kepada orang fakir daripadaku: "Bahwa siapa yang sabar dari kamu akan mengharap pahala dari Allah s.w.t. Maka ia akan mendapat tiga macam yang tidak boleh didapati oleh orang-orang yang kaya yaitu: • Didalam syurga ada kamar dari yaqut yang merah, orang-orang syurga itu melihat tempat itu sama dengan orang dunia jika melihat bintang di langit, tidak dapat masuk ke situ kecuali Nabi yang fakir atau orang yang mati syahid yang fakir atau seorang mukmin yang fakir. • Orang fakir yang masuk syurga sebelum orang kaya sekadar setengah hari yaitu sekira lima ratus tahun, mereka bersuka- suka dengan bebeas leluasa dan Nabi Sulaiman bin Daud a.s. akan masuk sesudah nabi-nabi yang lainnya sekira-kira empat puluh tahun disebabkan oleh kerajaan yang diberikan Allah s.w.t. kepadanya. • Jika orang fakir membaca: Subhaballah walhamdulillah walaa ilaha illalah wallahu akbar dengan tulus ikhlas dan orang kaya membaca itu, maka orang kaya itu tidak dapat mengejar orang fakir meskipun ditambah dengan sedekah sepuluh ribu dirham. Demikian amal-amal kebaikan yang lain-lainnya Maka kembalilah utusan itu memberitahu kepada orang-orang fakir miskin apa yang disabdakan oleh Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. itu kepada mereka, maka mereka berkata: "Kami ridho, ya Tuhan, kami puas, ya Tuhan." Abul Laits meriwayatkan dengan sanadnya dari Abu Dzar r.a. berkata: "Saya dipesan oleh junjunganku Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. tujuh macam yang tidak sampai saya tinggalkan dan tidak akan saya tinggal semua itu yaitu: • Saya dipesan supaya suka kepada orang- orang miskin dan mendekati mereka • Saya dipesan supaya selalu melihat kepada orang-orang yang di bawahku dan tidak melihat pada orang-orang yang di atasku • Saya dipesan supaya tetap menghubungi kaum kerabat meskipun mereka jauh dan memutuskan hubungan • Saya dipesan supaya memperbanyakkan membaca: Laa haula walaa quwwata illa billahi, karena itu sebagai perbendaharaan kebaikan atau tabungannya • Saya dipesan supaya jangan minta apapun dari sesama manusia • Saya dipesan supaya jangan takut di dalam melaksanakan hukum Allah s.w.t. dari cela (ejekan) orang-orang yang mengejek • Saya dipesan supaya selalu berkata benar meskipun pahit dan berat Dan adanya Abu Dzar jika jatuh pecut dari tangannya sedang ia diatas kendaraannya, maka tidak suka minta tolong kepada orang untuk mengambilkannya. Abul Laits meriwayatkan dengan sanadnya dari Al-A'masy dari Khaitsamah berkata: "Malaikat berkata: "Ya Tuhan, hambaMu yang kafir itu Engkau lapangkan dunianya dan Engkau jauhkan daripada bala." Jawab Allah s.w.t.: "Kamu buka tempat siksanya." Dan ketika dilihat oleh malaikat mereka berkata: "Ya Robbi, tidak berguna apa yang mereka dapat dari dunia itu." Lalu malaikat itu berkata: "Ya Tuhan, hambaMu yang mukmin Engkau jauhkan daripadanya dunia dan Engkau hidangkan kepada bala." Allah s.w.t. berfirman:" Bukalah tempat pahalanya." Maka jika telah dilihat oleh malaikat, mereka berkata: "Tidak apalah bagi mereka apa yang mereka derita di dunia." Abul Laits meriwayatkan dengan sanadnya dari Abu Dzar Alghifari r.a. berkata: Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. bersabda (Yang berbunyi): "Almuktsirun humul asfalun, illa man qaala bilmaali hakadza wahaa kadzaa waha kadza wahaa kadza wa qaliilun maahum." (Yang bermaksud): "Orang- orang yang banyak hartanya itu kelak yang paling bawah tempat mereka kecuali yang menggunakan harta itu begini dan begini dan begini dan begini dan begini (Yakni sedekah kekanan, kekiri, kemuka, kebelakang) Dan sedikit yang sedemikian." Abul Laits berkata: "Orang kaya itu tempatnya dibawah orang yang miskin baik di syurga atau di neraka, kecuali orang yang selalu sedekah ke kiri kanan, depan belakang dan sedikit sekali yang sedemikian sebab syaitan laknatullah merintangi mereka untuk sedekah." Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. bersabda: "Syaitan laknatullah berkata: "Orang kaya tidak dapat selamat dari tiga macam yaitu: • Saya perhias di dalam pandangannya sehingga tidak dikeluarkan kewajibannya atau • Saya ringankan tangannya sehingga dikeluarkan tidak pada tempatnya atau • Saya cintakan dalam hatinya sehingga ia berusaha mendapatkannya walau tidak halal Abud-Dardaa r.a. berkata: "Ketika Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. diutuskan, sedang saya ingin akan menghimpun antara dagang dengan ibadat, maka tidak bisa, maka saya tinggalkan dagangan dan tetap melakukan ibadat. Demi Allah yang jiwaku ada ditanganNya, saya tidak ingin mempunyai toko di dekat masjid sehingga tidak ketinggalan sembahyang jamaah dan mendapat untung tiap harinya empat puluh dinar untuk bersedekah fisabilillah." Ketika ditanya: "Mengapakah tidak suka itu?" Jawabnya: "Kerana beratnya perhitungan hisab pada hari kiamat." Abu Hurairah r.a. berkata Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. bersabda (Yang berbunyi): "Allahumma man ahabbani farzuqhul afafaa walkafaafa, waman abghadhani faaktsir malahu wawaladahu." (Yang bermaksud): "Kefakiran itu sukar didunia senang di akhirat dan kekayaan itu kesenangan di dunia dan kerusakan di akhirat." Anas bin Malik r.a. berkata Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. bersabda (Yang berbunyi): "Inna likulli ahad hirfah, wahirfati itsnataan: Alfakru wal jihad, faman ahabbahuma faqad ahabbani waman abghadhahuma faqad abghadhani." (Yang bermaksud): "Tiap orang ada kesukaannya (pekerjaannya) dan kesukaanku fakir dan jidah, maka siapa suka pada keduanya berarti suka kepadaku dan siapa membenci keduanya itu bererti benci kepadaku." Abul Laits berkata: "Seharusnya seorang muslim suka kepada orang fakir meskipun ia kaya, sebab cinta kepada orang fakir itu berarti cinta kepada Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. dan juga Allah s.w.t. menyuruh Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. supaya cinta kepada orang-orang fakir miskin sepertimana firman Allah s.w.t. (Yang berbunyi): "Wasbir nafsaka ma alladzina yad uuna robbahum bil ghadaati wal asyiyi yuriduuna wajhahu." (Yang bermaksud): "Dan sabarkan dirimu berkumpul dengan orang-orang yang selalu berdoa kepada Tuhan pagi dan petang semata-mata kerana mengharap keridhoaanNya." (Surah Alkahfi ayat 28) Sebab turun ayat ini karena Uyainah bin Hishin Alfazari tokoh Bani Fazarah masuk ke tempat Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. sedang di situ ada Salman Alfaritsi. Shuhaib bin Sinan Arrumi dan Bilal Alhabasyi dan lain-lainnya dari kaum dhu'afaa' (yang lemah lembut), mereka dengan pakaian yang jelek dan berbau peluh mereka, maka Uyainah berkata: "Kami ini adalah bangsawan dan mempunyai harga diri, maka bila kami masuk kepadamu, maka keluarkan orang- orang itu sebab mereka mengganggu kami dengan bau dan berilah kepada kami waktu sendiri duduk bersamamu." Maka Allah s.w.t. melarang Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. mengusir mereka dan diperintahkan supaya sabar berkumpul dengan orang-orang yang tidak meninggalkan sembahyang lima waktu kerana mengharap keridhoanNya. Allah s.w.t. berfirman (Yang berbunyi): "Walaa ta'du ainaka anhum turiidu ziinatal hayatidduniya, wakaana amruhu furutha." (Yang bermaksud): "Dan jangan engkau palingkan pandanganmu dari mereka karena menginginkan kemewahan dunia, dan jangan menurut kepada orang yang telah Kami lalaikan hatinya dari peringatan (ajaran) Kami, dan hanya menurutkan hawa nafsunya, maka semua urusan halnya sia-sia belaka." (Surah Alkahf ayat 28) Dan perintah kepada Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. ini berlaku kepada semua kaum muslimin sampai hari kiamat, kerana itu seharusnya tiap muslim harus suka dan baik kepada orang fakir miskin, serta berbudi kepada mereka karena mereka orang-orang terkemuka di sisi Allah s.w.t. dan dapat diharapkan syafaat mereka. Alhasan berkata Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. bersabda: "Pada hari kiamat kelak akan dihadapkan seorang hamba, lalu Allah s.w.t. berkata lunak kepadanya sebagaimana seorang yang minta maaf kepada kawannya, maka Allah s.w.t. berfirman: "Demi kemuliaan dan kebesaranKu, Aku tidak menyingkirkan dunia daripadamu kerana hinamu dalam pandanganKu, tetapi kerana Aku telah menyediakan untukmu kemuliaan dan kurnia. Keluarlah hai hambaKu ke barisan-barisan itu dan lihatlah siapa yang dahulu pernah memberi makanan atau pakaiannya kepadamu dengan ikhlas keranaKu." Maka peganglah tangannya dan ia hakmu, maka berjalanlah ia di tengah-tengah manusia yang sedang tenggelam dalam peluhnya, lalu melihat orang yang dahulu pernah berbuat baik kepadanya lalu dipegang tangannya dan dimasukkan ke syurga." Alhasan berkata Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. bersabda: "Perbanyaklah kenalan orang-orang fakir miskin dan berbudilah kepada mereka kerana mereka kelak akan mendapat kekuasaan." Sahabat bertanya: "Apakah kekuasaan mereka, ya Rasulullah?" Jawab Nabi Muhammad s.a.w.: "Bila tiba hari kiamat maka dikatakan kepada mereka: "Perhatikan siapa yang dahulu pernah memberimu makanan atau minuman seteguk atau pakaian sehelai baju, maka peganglah tangannya dan tuntunlah ke syurga." Abul Laits berkata: "Ketahuilah bahwa bagi orang fakir miskin itu akan mendapat lima kemuliaan yaitu: • Pahala amalnya lebih dari pahala amal orang-orang yang kaya dalam sembahyang, sedekah dan lain-lainnya • Jika ingin sesuatu dan tidak tercapai di catat baginya pahala • Mereka lebih dahulu masuk syurga • Hisab mereka di akhirat lebih ringan • Penyesalan mereka sangat kurang sebab orang-orang kaya ingin seperti orang fakir di akhirat sedang orang fakir tidak ingin seperti orang yang kaya. Dan semua keterangan ini ada keterangannya dari hadis-hadis. Zaid bin Aslam berkata Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. bersabda: "Satu dirham untuk sedekah lebih afdal dari seratus ribu." I once encountered some people who tried to recruit me for terrorism. They told me that I need to go and fight against 'our' enemies and those that support them. I said that I do not want to join organisations that have a history of bombing and killing and torturing innocent civilians. They told me they only target 'military' or 'economic' targets, and that sometimes civilians can be targeted in wars for the greater good, and that civilians are not always innocent and sometimes harbour or provide support for 'our' enemies, even if indirectly. They argued that they wouldn't do it normally, but sometimes it is 'necessary'. I disagreed strongly, but asked to what purpose they fight? They said that war is necessary to spread their beliefs and way of life to the world, where all people should live under their system, and be 'saved' by it. Again I disagreed strongly and responded that no one should be forced to live according to beliefs and systems they do not believe in. They replied that it is a great virtue and honour to become martyrs for such a cause, and that I should join them to fight, and if need be die for the cause - and I will be honoured as a martyr. I was disgusted by their obsessive warlike culture demanded by their cause. Finally, they argued that it was a duty to fight for the defense of 'our people'. I argued that, how is the defense of 'our people' served by attacking far off countries and their people? They didn't understand, and persisted - so I left them. ...that's the last time I visit a British Army Recruitment Centre. This is poem was written in tribute to our young sisters in Egypt who have been sentenced to 11 years in prison for accounting the regime, some of them who are still school girls. Their bravery is astounding and I only make dua that Allah (swt) keeps them safe and sends them back to their families, including all the other brave dawah carriers from all over the world who are in similar situations to them. "Minus the girl, will Ka Freddie embrace Islam?" I was asked in my last post. Frankly speaking, I cannot answer this question because who am I to know an intention--a matter known only to the person intending and his God. But granting arguendo that he wouldn't embrace Islam if not for the girl, then we actually have a God "Who sees the truth but waits." He sees the blackest ant on the blackest stone under the cover of the blackest night. Nothing escapes His knowledge. He surely knows Ka Freddie's intentions for he is the All-Knower. We shouldn't be troubled by people who are taking advantage of His religion for He has bizarre ways of dealing with things. Actually, even if the whole mankind in the past, present and future connive, they can never put even a scratch on His throne nor can they ever succeed in an attempt to endanger His religion. We see only a small part while He sees the whole big picture. If Freddie is taking advantage of Islam, then let God deal with him for taking advantage of "His" religion. I believe it is not for me or for anyone to judge and bar anyone who wishes to enter the gate of "His" religion. It is "His" religion and it is therefore "His" right who to admit and to retain in "His" religion. Admission and retention policy is a prerogative of every school owner if simply put. We should be thankful ourselves that He blessed us with the precious gift of including us among the selected few whom He admitted in "His" religion. Si hacen justicia, todo lo que es recto y temen a Allah manteniéndose lejos de todo aquello que está mal; entonces Allah es el Todo Perdonador, el Más Misericordioso" COMENTARIO DE LOS EXPERTOS INTÉRPRETES ACERCA DE LA ALEYA: 1. Imám Abdur Rahman Ibn Nasir As-Sadi (muerto en el 1376 H) comenta de la siguiente manera estos versos (página 208): "Alláh, el Más Alto, nos informa que los esposos no tienen la habilidad para ser completamente justos con todas sus esposas porque la justicia completa requiere un igual amor y atracción pero esto es imposible; por eso Allah ha perdonado aquello que uno no es capaz (de hacer), pero le ha prohibido aquello de lo cual uno si tiene la habilidad mediante Su dicho: "Así que no se inclinen demasiado hacia una de ellas abandonando la otra" Significando, no se inclinen excesivamente hacia una, llegando al punto de no respetar sus derechos obligatorios; por el contrario hagan todo lo que esté en su poder para ser justos (entre ellas). Así que es obligatorio sobre vosotros el ser equitativos para con ellas en la manutención, la vestimenta, la división del tiempo, etc… ya que la animadversidad, la inactividad sexual, etc… de cuando el esposo abandona a esta esposa es como si la dejara, ni divorciada como para casarse, ni casada donde ella reciba sus derechos". (Fin de las palabras de As-Sadi) 2. "El Imám de la gente de Tafsír", At-Tabari (رحمه الله), dijo en su comentario sobre este verso (9/284): "Esto significa: ¡Oh hombres! Ustedes no tienen la capacidad, en cuanto a sus sentimientos, para ser (totalmente) equitativos con sus esposas, así como para ser imparciales, respectivo al cariño, entre ellas; ustedes no las amaran por igual, porque esto es algo sobre lo que no tienen control aún si ello es su ardiente deseo, pero no dejen que sus sentimientos les hagan dedicarse absolutamente hacia una; llegando a oprimir a sus otras esposas, abandonando sus derechos en cuanto a la división del tiempo, la manutención y los buenos sentimientos hacia ellos; dejando a aquellas que ustedes menos aman como si no estuvieran ni casadas ni divorciadas". 3. Ibn Kazir (رحمه الله) dice en su Tafsir (2/392-393): "Ustedes nunca serán capaces de tratar justamente (al 100%) a vuestras esposas, aún si ello es su ardiente deseo" Significa que ustedes nunca serán capaces de igualar, desde cada perspectiva, entre sus esposas, con lo que aún si la división del tiempo es igual entre ellas, una noche por una noche, ciertamente habrá inequidad en amor, deseo y relaciones sexuales; como fue dicho por: Ibn Abbas Ubaidah Ibn As-Salmani, Muyahid, Al-Hasan Al-Basri y Adh-Dahak Ibn Muzahim. Ibn Abi Hatim dijo: Abu Zurah nos narró: Ibn Abi Shaybah nos narró: Al-Hasan Al-Yufi nos narró sobre la autoridad de Zaidah de Abdul Aziz Ibn Rufi sobre la autoridad de Ibn Abi Mulailah, quien dijo: "Esta aleya fue revelada acerca de Aishah (رضي الله عنها), porque el Profeta (صلى الله عليه وسلم) la amaba más que a ninguna otra (mujer)" Su Dicho: "así que no se inclinen demasiado hacia una de ellas" significa: si ustedes se inclinan hacia una de ellas (en sentimientos, relaciones sexuales, amor) no se pasen, inclinándose completamente "… para que sí dejen a la otra colgada" significa: abandonar a la otra. Declararon Ibn Abas, Muyahid, Said Ibn Yubair, Al-Hasan, Adh-Dahak, Ar-Rabi Ibn Anas, As-Sidi y Muqatil Ibn Hayan: "Ello significa ni casada ni divorciada" Y Su dicho "Y si ustedes hacen justicia y hacen todo lo que es recto y temen a Alláh manteniéndose lejos de todo aquello que está mal; entonces Alláh es el Todo Perdonador, el Más Misericordioso" significa: si ustedes apropiadamente ponen sus asuntos en orden y son equitativos en lo que son capaces, y temen a Alláh en todos sus asuntos, Alláh los perdonará a ustedes por su inclinación (en el pasado) hacia una mujer por sobre la otra" (Fin de la declaración de Ibn Kathir) 4. Imám Al-Bagawi (رحمه الله) dijo en su Tafsir (2/295-296): "Declaró Sulayman Ibn Yasar acerca de esta aleya sobre la autoridad de Ibn Abbas: "En el caso de que ella fuera a darse por vencida en alguno de sus derechos de la división de los días, y la manutención; entonces eso es permisible tanto como ella esté complacida con ello" Declaró Mutaqil Ibn Hayan acerca de esta aleya: "(Si) Un hombre casado con una mujer vieja se vuelve a esposar, con una mujer joven, y le dice a su esposa más vieja: "Te daré una porción de mi riqueza para estar con esta mujer joven más días", y ella está de acuerdo, entonces no hay nada de malo, pero si ella rechaza esto entonces tiene que dividir (el tiempo) justamente entre ellas" Su dicho: "Ustedes nunca serán capaces de (perfectamente) tratar justamente entre las esposas" significa: que ustedes nunca serán capaces de ser equitativos en su amor, afecto y sentimientos "aún si ello es su ardiente deseo" para ser equitativos (en eso), "así que no se inclinen" hacia la que ustedes aman más "demasiado" en la división del tiempo y la manutención, o sea que no se dejen llevar por sus sentimientos "dejando a la otra colgada" significa que abandonen a la otra como si no estuviera ni soltera ni casada. Qatadah dijo: "Como si ella estuviera prisionera" (Fin de la cita de A-Baghawi) 5. Declaró Imám Ash-Shawkani (رحمه الله) en su Tafsir (1/665): "Ustedes nunca serán capaces de (perfectamente) tratar justamente entre las esposas" Alláh nos informó de la incapacidad del hombre para ser completamente equitativo entre sus esposas, porque una porción de su naturaleza es "materia sentimental" de ahí que ellos no controlen sus corazones". (Fin de la cita de Ash-Shawkani) CONCLUSION: EL TRATO PARA CON LAS ESPOSAS Así que como vemos, de todos los escolares de Tafsir a quienes hemos citado arriba, este verso esta dirigido a la equidad de la que el hombre humanamente es capaz; como la manutención y la división de los días; en cuanto a amar a una más que a otra, haber sido atraído físicamente hacia una sobre la otra; o ser sexualmente más activo con una sobre la otra; es algo en lo que él no tiene la habilidad para ser equitativo, el corazón se puede inclinar hacia una por cualquier razón, pero como el Imám Al-Baghawi mencionó: "no se dejen llevar por sus sentimientos" significando que porque ustedes amen a una más que a otra no tienen porque oprimir a las otras con respecto a la división del tiempo y la manutención o signos externos que lastimarían los sentimientos de aquella a la que aman menos. EL CASTIGO A QUIENES INCUMPLEN LA REGLA: En cuanto al castigo de aquellos quienes son injustos con sus esposas en aquello en lo cual ellos tienen capacidad de elección; esta referido el hadiz coleccionado, entre otros, en: TRASMISION DEL HADIZ: a) Sunan de Abu Dawud (nº 2133); b) An-Nasai en su Sunan (2/157); c) At-Tirmidhi en su Yami (1/213); d) Ibn Mayah en su Sunan (nº 1969); e) Ad-Darimi en su Sunan (2/143); f) y es autentificado por Al-Muhadiz Al-Albani en "Irwa al-Ghalil" (nº 2017), sobre la autoridad de Abu Hurairah quien dijo: EL HADIZ: "El Mensajero de Alláh (صلى الله عليه وسلم) dijo: "Quienquiera que tenga dos esposas y se incline hacia una de ellas, él Día del Juicio un lado de su cuerpo será sesgado" COMENTARIO DEL HADIZ: 1. Al-Imám At-Tirmidhi (رحمه الله) presenta este hadiz bajo el capítulo: "Todo sobre la igualdad entre las co-esposas". 2. Al-Muhadiz Al-Mubarakfuri da la explicación de este capítulo en "Tuhfatul-Ahwadhi" (4/247): "(La etimología árabe de co-esposa procede del verbo dañar) Las co-esposas de un hombre (son llamadas así porque) cada una de ellas daña a la otra con celos y la división (del tiempo), en cuanto a "El vendrá en el Día del Juicio y un lago de su cuerpo estará sesgado". At-Tibi dijo: "Significa que además del castigo, una mitad de él estará sesgada como signo de humillación ante los miembros de las familias, y esto no está limitado a aquel quien tiene dos esposas, este castigo está establecido también en el caso de tener tres, cuatro o más"" (Fin de la cita de al-Mubarakfuri). 3. Al-Muhadiz Al-Adhim Al-Abadi (رحمه الله) dice en "Awnul Mabud" (la explicación de la Sunan de Abu Dawud) sobre este hadiz (6/136): "Quienquiera que (por ejemplo) tenga dos esposas", "y se inclina hacia una de ellas sobre la otra" significando que él no es justo entre ellas, más bien muestra favoritismo hacia una en perjuicio de la otra, "un lado de su cuerpo estará sesgado" inclinándose. Este hadiz es una prueba de que es obligatorio sobre el hombre el ser justo entre las mujeres, y que está prohibido para él mostrar favoritismo hacia una sobre la otra" (Fin de la cita de Al-Abadi) 4. Al-Muhadiz Muhammad Ibn Adam Al-Izyubi (رحمه الله) en "Explicación de An-Nasai" (28/178-179), (sintetiza en "beneficios" este hadiz) el dice: "Entre los beneficios de este hadiz destacamos: La regla ha seguir en el tema del trato para con las esposas; no siendo permisible que el marido favorezca a alguna de sus esposas en particular, esto es causa del castigo mencionado en el hadiz. La obligación del trato igualitario para con las esposas. El mandato de la Sharíah de evitar los factores que causan enemistad y odio entre la Ummah; en efecto prohibió la discriminación entre esposas porque aquello trasciende hacia las familias de las esposas y trae la ruptura de un hombre y su familia, así que es obligatorio evitar eso. La Sharíah al ordenar la equidad, en este tipo de asuntos, nos invita a hacer gala del mejor carácter; así que no es permisible el mostrar favoritismo hacia un lado sobre el otro a menos que esté legislado; siendo este el caso de las esclavas; no es obligatorio ser equitativo entre ella y la esposa liberada; más bien ella tiene derecho a la mitad de los días que son dados a la esposa liberada Y Alláh sabe mejor." Escribió al-Qurtubi: "No hay diferencia de opinión en cuanto a; a) que el marido tiene que pasar el mismo numero de noches con cada uno de sus esposas, incluso la mayoría de los estudiosos creen en una misma división del día; no se puede incumplir la regla nocturna a menos que sea por alguna necesidad, llegando ha haber hasta aquí discrepancias en cuanto al grado de necesidad al respecto, en el libro de Ibn Al-Habib él lo prohíbe, si bien la mayoría de los estudiosos son de la opinión de que ello es permisible (Imám Malik y otros). b) La equidad en manutención y vestimenta esta relacionado con su status, no es igual si ellas son de diferentes situaciones". No obstante esta declaración de al-Qurtubi acerca de una pretendida desigualdad en base al status necesita pruebas específicas y con ello las pruebas generales de la obligación de la igualdad en la división (del tiempo y de la manutención)" (fin de la cita de Ibn Adam) ACERCA DE AMAR A DE LAS MUJERES SOBRE LAS DEMAS: HADIZ: En la Sunnah que se ha podido corroborar encontramos muchas referencias a hombres que amaron a una esposa más que a las otras; un ejemplo esta en "Sunan de An-Nasai", en el capítulo; "Acerca de los hombres que aman a una de sus mujeres sobre las demás", el hadiz sobre la autoridad de Aishah sigue así: "(En una ocasión) Las esposas del Mensajero de Alláh enviaron a Fatimah, la hija del Mensajero de Alláh, al Profeta. Él estaba yaciendo conmigo en mi Mirt (un tipo de prenda de lana), tras pedir permiso y entrar le preguntó: "¡Oh Mensajero de Alláh! En verdad que he sido enviada por tus esposas para preguntarte por tu trato con la hija de Abu Quafah (Aishah)". Yo permanecí callada y el Profeta le dijo: "¡Oh mi hija! ¿No amas a aquel que yo amo?". Ella dijo: "Por supuesto". Él dijo: "Entonces ama esto". COMENTARIO: Muhammad Ibn Adam dice en la explicación de este hadiz (28/187-188): "¡Oh Mensajero de Alláh! Efectivamente tus esposas me enviaron a preguntarte por la igualdad con la hija de Abu Quafah (Aishah)". Dijo Imám An-Nawawi: "se refiere a los sentimientos del profeta pues el Profeta acostumbraba a ser justo entre ellas en la manutención y noches, etc… Aunque él amaba mas a Aishah pues hay consenso de los musulmanes en que no pudo amar a todas ellas por igual, porque nadie tiene el poder sobre eso, excepto Alláh, y Él solamente ordenó igualdad en las acciones" Compilado por: Abul Hasan Malik Adam al-Akhdar Publicado por: http://www.troid.org/ y http://www.islammexico.net/

Ukraina nie podpisała umowy stowarzyszeniowej z Unią Europejską i wbrew temu, co się obecnie sądzi właśnie taki obrót sprawy jest zgodny z interesami Rzeczypospolitej. Można wręcz powiedzieć, że Polska kolejny raz miała więcej szczęścia niż rozumu. Nie ma bowiem żadnych racjonalnych podstaw do tego, by sądzić, że Ukraina w tzw. „Europie" byłaby dla naszego kraju kimś więcej niż tylko gigantycznym sojusznikiem Berlina na naszej wschodniej flance. Polecamy ciekawą analizę Zygmunta Gintowta - jak się wydaje głos rozsądku w amoku dominującym dookoła.
