I was with the All Progressives Congress train that went to Kano Government House to invite Governor Musa Kwankwaso to join the league of progressives in the country, determined to bring about the change we need. I joined the train courtesy of a friend of mine who was with one of the APC governors present in Kano. I joined the delegation from the airport, at the instance of my friend who insisted I shifted my flight due for Lagos that afternoon. I felt elated that I was being part of unfolding history. Indeed I still feel happy that I was there, especially after the fraternity I saw, the sign of hope for those looking for change as exhibited that day by the reception accorded the delegation by Governor Kwankwaso. Various members of the delegation spoke very well about the importance of joining hands together to remove the incompetent PDP government. Alas, the star attraction at the event, former military head of state, General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), delivered something that was every inch a sectional and even shallow. Addressing the crowd at the packed Government House hall, Buhari spoke of "strategic plan" to destroy the North, in reference to the Boko Haram insurgency. He took larger part of his short speech to whip up sentiments on why Boko Haram is "political strategy to destroy us". Who then are "us"? This politics of dichotomy coming from a man of his standing was, to say the least, unfortunate. It sent shivers of shock down my spine as I looked over my shoulders, to a largely Hausa Muslim audience that were really captivated by these remarks coming from someone who should know. To Gen. Buhari, the excessive bloodshed perpetrated by the insensitive Boko Haram killing squad was not about religion, it was a political weapon. For real? So all the church bombings, all the claims by the sect that it was waging a religious war were not enough for Buhari to realise the dimension of this danger? How would he want the families of those hundreds of people blown away by accursed suicide bombers to react to this? To put it in another way, Buhari was saying that "OUR youths are being USED to kill in the name of politics to destroy OUR region". This re-echoes what President Goodluck Jonathan said after the 2010 Independence Day bombing in Abuja: "My people cannot do this". For that commentary on Boko Haram, Buhari has fallen in the same category as President Jonathan. With what had happened to him in the three consecutive elections he stood, many political observers, like this writer, thought that Gen. Buhari will change his ways by recanting his slanted views on national issues. The Katsina-born General was roundly rejected by people outside his Hausa-Fulani-Muslim enclave in the elections he contested under various umbrellas in 2003, 2007 and 2011. The reason is not far-fetched. For a man who fought to keep Nigeria united and later come to head the country as military head of state, Buhari's latter .day comments fall below the lines of a nationalist, more so one who aspires to lead a country as complex and heterogenous as Nigeria. At the heat of the Sharia debate, a time when self-serving politicians moved to cover up their mess by invoking religion to divide people and win over hapless masses, General Buhari came out to join that charade. His words to the effect that Muslims should vote only for fellow Muslims, came not only as a shocker but eroded the respect many Nigerians have for General Buhari as someone with impeccable personal integrity. That actually set tongues wagging. However, the perplexing thing is, just as you think the man has abandoned his old ways, he would come with yet another myopic statement that would scare everybody around. And, the reality is no one can help him better than himself. A situation where one offends the sensibilities of people directly touched by such a carnage, there is no one else to remedy the situation. After all, the man is not new to such uncalculated utterances that often lead to needless controversy which also erode public confidence in him. Since the escalation of the Boko Haram carnage, Buhari has never come out to condemn the actions as being perpetrated by indigenous youths. Instead, he uses almost every avenue to try to find excuses for what has been happening. The General is so much clung to his theory of conspiracy and the ultimate direction of the conspirators is people from the South or the Federal Government which is being "controlled" by people from the South. Does the former head of state mean Christian, who are in the minority in the North, are the ones throwing bombs amidst chants of "Allahu Akbar"? Or, does he mean the hundreds of families whose breadwinners and other members were killed by the insurgents sacrificed their loved ones to "destroy our region"? No stranger can go to the forests and deserts of Maiduguri to set up training camps and no government, no matter how heartless can start something that would threaten its sovereignty. It is indeed unfortunate that a man aspiring to lead this country at this point in time, will showcase not only sectional biases but also flawed understanding of issues. Militant Islamism is a global phenomenon that is worrying countries from the South Pole to the Northern hemisphere. For someone of Buhari's standing to fail to acknowledge that this is a problem afflicting Muslim communities all over the world, is worrisome. Boko Haram, as anybody with fair knowledge of world events today should know, is not an exclusive phenomenon. It is part of the global uprising that started from such countries as Afghanistan, Algeria, Somalia, Pakistan and others and influenced pockets of other Islamists in far and near countries. Why is it that Muslims in Northern Mali did not blame similar occurrence to their central government or the Christian in the South? Yes, politics is a game but it should not be such a nasty and brainless one. The formation of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has given hope to millions of Nigerians who have been completely lost hope in the current dispensation of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). However, if characters with biased minds and flawed thinking like General Buhari are the strongest selling points of the APC structure then I doubt if the ultimate aim of the merger could be really accomplished. Because while some of us still believe in the process and the personality of General Buhari (who is very unpopular down here, for his utterances and disposition) his statements are weakening our effort in selling him as a possible messiah for our country. Listening to him in Kano the other day cast a huge doubt in my mind if indeed this man can rule over a united Nigeria, devoid of sentiments. Venitis asserts that veil and headscarf are not welcome in Fourth Reich(EU), because they are symbols of women's subservience, repression, incivility, and an increasingly divided Fourth Reich. Veil and headscarf make women invisible, transfoms women to zombies, invalidate women's participatory rights, flag women as evil temptresses, oppress women with barbarity, are brands of misogynist Islam, and are a security threat. Ashton asserts that whenever we decide to act, there are two imperatives. First we must be clear on what the political strategy is * and ensure that means and aims are aligned. Second, we should always use a wide prism. None of the threats we face is purely military in nature. We demand EU to understand and lock horns with a terrorist ideology, masquerading as a religion, and rein in Muslims who seek to turn Europe into Eurabia, a theocratic state run by Mullahs and those who wield the sword of Islam. Europe is under threat because European tolerance and European generosity towards those of other countries and cultures are being used by intolerant people, in order to promote intolerance. This is a weakness which can be exploited by them for only so long. Ashton asserts that we should always mobilise the full range of tools at our disposal. But even if we have all our policies lined up and the political will to act, Europe alone will not be able to solve the Turcoterrorist problem. In a world of deep inter-dependence where threats are global, everybody needs partners. We need Uncle Sam to convince terrorist Turkey to get out of North Cyprus right now. Venitis points out secular society is rejected by religulous freaks. They demand a special position, insisting on special consideration of their religulous feelings. But this is incompatible with freedom of speech, where one must be ready to put up with insults, mockery, and ridicule. Journalists should treat religulous freaks the same way they treat atheists, cultists, spiritualists, spirituals, politicians, philosophers, scientists, artists, and businessmen, integrating them into the Graecoroman tradition of criticism and satire, because they are part of society, not strangers. Blasphemy is including, rather than excluding, religulous freaks. Ashton asserts that we need an effective system of rules and institutions. Global governance is an overused phrase but a vital concept. In many respects the existing system is under pressure * both in terms of effectiveness and legitimacy * just when we need it most. With NATO in the Balkans (Bosnia and Kosovo)and Afghanistan. With the African Union in Somalia. And with the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe(OSCE) in the Balkans and Georgia. Fyrom must stop robbing the name and culture of Greek Macedonia. We also see the OSCE as the primary place for discussions on the Russian initiative for a European Security Treaty. We are open to discussing any idea that could enhance European security against Turcoterrorists. Not all is well on our continent, with Turcoterrorists making our lives miserable. Distrust lingers. Some conflicts are far from frozen. Some treaties, for instance on conventional weapons are not functioning as they should. And many new security challenges loom. In all this it is important that we anchor our discussions. Germany's Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle calls for Fourth Reich to live up to its role as global player. The long-term goal is the establishment of a European army under full parliamentary control to fihgt Turcoterrorists. Fourth Reich must be able to respond quickly, flexibly and to take a united stand against Turcoterrorists. Westerwelle wants strong European crisis management. This is not intended to replace other security structures. More Europe is not a strategy directed against anyone. No one has any reason to fear Europe, but everyone should be able to depend on Europe. The concept of a European army has been set out in Fourth Reich's Lisbon reform treaty.  sharia - Social Mention: When will Gen. Buhari change his ways? I was with the All Progressives Congress train that went to Kano Government House to invite Governor Musa Kwankwaso to join the league of progressives in the country, determined to bring about the change we need. I joined the train courtesy of a friend of mine who was with one of the APC governors present in Kano. I joined the delegation from the airport, at the instance of my friend who insisted I shifted my flight due for Lagos that afternoon. I felt elated that I was being part of unfolding history. Indeed I still feel happy that I was there, especially after the fraternity I saw, the sign of hope for those looking for change as exhibited that day by the reception accorded the delegation by Governor Kwankwaso. Various members of the delegation spoke very well about the importance of joining hands together to remove the incompetent PDP government. Alas, the star attraction at the event, former military head of state, General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), delivered something that was every inch a sectional and even shallow. Addressing the crowd at the packed Government House hall, Buhari spoke of "strategic plan" to destroy the North, in reference to the Boko Haram insurgency. He took larger part of his short speech to whip up sentiments on why Boko Haram is "political strategy to destroy us". Who then are "us"? This politics of dichotomy coming from a man of his standing was, to say the least, unfortunate. It sent shivers of shock down my spine as I looked over my shoulders, to a largely Hausa Muslim audience that were really captivated by these remarks coming from someone who should know. To Gen. Buhari, the excessive bloodshed perpetrated by the insensitive Boko Haram killing squad was not about religion, it was a political weapon. For real? So all the church bombings, all the claims by the sect that it was waging a religious war were not enough for Buhari to realise the dimension of this danger? How would he want the families of those hundreds of people blown away by accursed suicide bombers to react to this? To put it in another way, Buhari was saying that "OUR youths are being USED to kill in the name of politics to destroy OUR region". This re-echoes what President Goodluck Jonathan said after the 2010 Independence Day bombing in Abuja: "My people cannot do this". For that commentary on Boko Haram, Buhari has fallen in the same category as President Jonathan. With what had happened to him in the three consecutive elections he stood, many political observers, like this writer, thought that Gen. Buhari will change his ways by recanting his slanted views on national issues. The Katsina-born General was roundly rejected by people outside his Hausa-Fulani-Muslim enclave in the elections he contested under various umbrellas in 2003, 2007 and 2011. The reason is not far-fetched. For a man who fought to keep Nigeria united and later come to head the country as military head of state, Buhari's latter .day comments fall below the lines of a nationalist, more so one who aspires to lead a country as complex and heterogenous as Nigeria. At the heat of the Sharia debate, a time when self-serving politicians moved to cover up their mess by invoking religion to divide people and win over hapless masses, General Buhari came out to join that charade. His words to the effect that Muslims should vote only for fellow Muslims, came not only as a shocker but eroded the respect many Nigerians have for General Buhari as someone with impeccable personal integrity. That actually set tongues wagging. However, the perplexing thing is, just as you think the man has abandoned his old ways, he would come with yet another myopic statement that would scare everybody around. And, the reality is no one can help him better than himself. A situation where one offends the sensibilities of people directly touched by such a carnage, there is no one else to remedy the situation. After all, the man is not new to such uncalculated utterances that often lead to needless controversy which also erode public confidence in him. Since the escalation of the Boko Haram carnage, Buhari has never come out to condemn the actions as being perpetrated by indigenous youths. Instead, he uses almost every avenue to try to find excuses for what has been happening. The General is so much clung to his theory of conspiracy and the ultimate direction of the conspirators is people from the South or the Federal Government which is being "controlled" by people from the South. Does the former head of state mean Christian, who are in the minority in the North, are the ones throwing bombs amidst chants of "Allahu Akbar"? Or, does he mean the hundreds of families whose breadwinners and other members were killed by the insurgents sacrificed their loved ones to "destroy our region"? No stranger can go to the forests and deserts of Maiduguri to set up training camps and no government, no matter how heartless can start something that would threaten its sovereignty. It is indeed unfortunate that a man aspiring to lead this country at this point in time, will showcase not only sectional biases but also flawed understanding of issues. Militant Islamism is a global phenomenon that is worrying countries from the South Pole to the Northern hemisphere. For someone of Buhari's standing to fail to acknowledge that this is a problem afflicting Muslim communities all over the world, is worrisome. Boko Haram, as anybody with fair knowledge of world events today should know, is not an exclusive phenomenon. It is part of the global uprising that started from such countries as Afghanistan, Algeria, Somalia, Pakistan and others and influenced pockets of other Islamists in far and near countries. Why is it that Muslims in Northern Mali did not blame similar occurrence to their central government or the Christian in the South? Yes, politics is a game but it should not be such a nasty and brainless one. The formation of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has given hope to millions of Nigerians who have been completely lost hope in the current dispensation of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). However, if characters with biased minds and flawed thinking like General Buhari are the strongest selling points of the APC structure then I doubt if the ultimate aim of the merger could be really accomplished. Because while some of us still believe in the process and the personality of General Buhari (who is very unpopular down here, for his utterances and disposition) his statements are weakening our effort in selling him as a possible messiah for our country. Listening to him in Kano the other day cast a huge doubt in my mind if indeed this man can rule over a united Nigeria, devoid of sentiments. ملاحظات على كلام الشيخ عثمان الخميس حول الانقلابات العسكرية والوصول إلى الحكم     تعليق على هذا المقطع وفيه إجابة للشيخ عثمان الخميس: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMR-SNPnqNQ&feature=youtube_gdata_player       من أخطر من يمكن أن يقع الداعية أسيرًا له هو تلك "الثنائيّات" النكدة التي يحصر طرحه فيها، وفي المقطع التالي يجيب الشيخ عثمان الخميس على سائل حول الانقلاب العسكري وكونه طريقة للوصول إلى الحكم. وقد وقع الشيخ في أخطاء جسيمة سأحاول أن أشير إليها بإيجاز:   - حصر الشيخ التعامل مع أشكال الوصول غير الشرعي إلى الحكم بخيارَيْن؛ فالأمرُ بحسب كلامه إمّا أن "ننقلب" على الحاكم الطاغية (وفي ذلك ما فيه من المفاسد)، أو نسمع له ونطيع ولا ننقلب عليه. ومكمن الانحراف في هذا الطرح أنّه يهدر بشكل فجّ دور هذه الأمة، خير أمّة أخرجتْ للناس.. دورها في التقويم والإنكار والتصحيح والتغيير، فيظلّ الشيخ يردّد في كل مرحلة: ماذا سنفعل؟ ننقلب عليه؟ وسيأتي في آخر هذه الكلمات الردّ الشرعيّ المفصّل الذي يبيّن دور الأمة تجاه هذه الأوضاع، وكيف أن لها مساحة واسعة من المواقف العملية بين (الخروج على الحاكم بالقوة) و(السمع والطاعة والصبر عليه). - ولذلك وجدنا الشيخ عثمان الخميس يذكر مثال الانقلاب ويقول: "فإذا كان هذا الذي انقلب على الحكم أمسك بالحكم، أمسك زمامه، فإننا نسمع ونطيع ولن ننقلب عليه، لأنّ المسألة لن تنتهي أصلا، ونسأل الله أن يهديه ويكون أحسن من الذي مضى". ثم يقول: "فهل إذا وصل إلى الحكم ننقلب عليه نحن، وإذا انقلبنا عليه سينقلب علينا غيرنا وغيرنا سينقلب عليه غيره وستفسد حياة الأمة". - ويقول الشيخ إنّه لو قدّر وصول أحد الحكّام من خلال النصّ عليه ممّن قبله "فإنْ كان رجلا صالحًا فالحمد لله، وإنْ كان رجلا غير صالح ففي ذمّة الذي ولّاه أمرنا". هكذا يختزل الشيخ القضية في أفراد ويضع الإثم على من ولّاه.. وكأنّ مصير خير أمة أخرجتْ للناس ينبغي أن يكون مرهونًا لأهواء الأفراد الذين يتحكّمون بها، وكأنّ هذه الأمة لا تملك من وسائل التغيير ما تعمل به على تغيير هذا الواقع الفاسد.. وهذا نابع من ذات المشكلة التي ذكرتها في البند السابق؛ وهي إهدار دور الأمة ممّا سوف نفصّله في التالي. - وكذلك لم يذكر الشيخ عثمان حال هذا الحكم؛ هل يقيم دين الله أو هو حكم خياني كفري عميل يحارب دين الله والدعاة إليه؟! فالقضية ابتداءً ليست بمجرّد "طريقة الوصول"، فإنْ سلّمنا له بخنوع الأمة تجاه وضع يقيم الدين لكن ينحرف ويظلم ويصل بطرق غير شرعية (وهو ليس صحيحا مما سوف نبيّنه في التالي) فلا يمكن إسقاط هذا الكلام على الأوضاع المعاصرة على سبيل المثال؛ لأنّها – جميعها – أوضاع فاقدة للشرعية، بل ومحاربة لدين الله وخائنة عميلة للغرب! فأيّ حديث عن طريقة الوصول في ظلّ حكم الأمّة بأنظمة وظيفيّة خيانيّة؟!     بقي علينا أن نذكر الحالات (وبالتعبير الفقهي "المناطات") المختلفة التي تكون بين (الخروج على الحاكم بالقوة) و(السمع والطاعة والصبر عليه)، كما هي في صحيح الأحاديث النبوية، وهو ممّا تعلّمته من شيخنا الجليل عبد المجيد بن يوسف الشاذلي رحمه الله وجزاه خير الجزاء.. الرجل الذي علّمني كيف ينبغي أن نردّ إلى هذه الأمة دورها الغائب في إقامة دينها وسياسة أمورها:   * أولا: في أنّ السمع والطاعة والصبر يكون للحاكم الذي يقيم دين الله ويقود الأمة بكتاب الله، وأنّ الحكّام لو نكصوا عن ذلك كان الواجب إسقاط شرعيّتهم، وكانت معاداتهم مشروعة:   - عن أم حصين الأحمسيّة عن رسول الله - صلّى الله عليه وسلّم - أنه قال: "إن أمّر عليكم عبد حبشي مجدع فاسمعوا له وأطيعوا ما قادكم بكتاب الله" (صحيح ابن ماجة، وصحّحه الإمام الألباني). - عن معاوية بن أبي سفيان: "أنه سيكون ملك من قحطان، فغضب، فقام فأثنى على الله بما هو أهله، ثم قال: أما بعد فإنه بلغني أن رجالا منكم يحدثون أحاديث ليست في كتاب الله، ولا تؤثر عن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -، وأولئك جهالكم، فإياكم والأماني التي تضل أهلها، فإني سمعت رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "إن هذا الأمر في قريش، لا يعاديهم أحد إلا كبه الله في النار على وجهه، ما أقاموا الدين" (صحيح البخاري). - عن أبي هريرة عن رسول الله - صلّى الله عليه وسلّم -: "إنّ لي على قريش حقا وإنّ لقريش عليكم حقا ما حكموا فعدلوا وائتمنوا فأدوا واسترحموا فرحموا" (ذكره الإمام أحمد في مسنده بسند صحيح، وصحّحه أحمد شاكر).   * ثانيا: تأتي الأحاديث الصحيحة دالة على إسقاط السمع والطاعة بالكليّة عن كلّ من تجاوز حالة الإتيان بالمعصية إلى حالة تعريف الأمة ما تنكر وإنكار ما تعرف، وفيه معنى إضلال الأمة:  - عن عبادة بن الصامت من رواية طويلة قال: "سمعت رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: أبا القاسم محمدًا يقول: إنه سيلي أموركم بعدى رجال يعرّفونكم ما تنكرون، وينكرون عليكم ما تعرفون، فلا طاعة لمن عصى الله، فلا تعتلوا بربكم" (صحّحه الألباني في صحيح الجامع، والسيوطي في الجامع الصغير بألفاظ متقاربة وذكره ابن كثير في جامع المسانيد والسنن). - عن عبادة بن الصامت عن رسول الله - صلّى الله عليه وسلّم -: "ستكون عليكم أمراء من بعدي، يأمرونكم بما لا تعرفون، و يعملون بما تنكرون، فليس أولئك عليكم بأئمة" (حسّنه السيوطي في الجامع الصغير). - عن عبدالله بن مسعود عن رسول الله - صلّى الله عليه وسلّم -: "إنه سيلي أمركم من بعدي رجال يطفئون السنة ويحدثون بدعة ويؤخرون الصلاة عن مواقيتها قال ابن مسعود: يا رسول الله كيف بي إذا أدركتهم؟ قال: ليس يا ابن أم عبد طاعة لمن عصى الله، قالها ثلاث مرات" (ذكره أحمد في مسنده بسند صحيح، وصحّحه أحمد شاكر، والألباني في السلسلة الصحيحة، والذهبي في المهذّب).   *ثالثًا: حتّى لو كان الحاكم يقيم دين الله، فليس الواجب تجاهه هو "السمع والطاعة" و"الصبر" فقط، بل هناك مناطات أخرى نبدؤها بالإنكار؛ على الأمة واجب الإنكار على الحكّام ردّا لمنكرهم: - قال تعالى: ﴿لُعِنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عَلَى لِسَانِ دَاوُودَ وَعِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ ذَلِكَ بِمَا عَصَوْا وَكَانُوا يَعْتَدُونَ (78) كَانُوا لَا يَتَنَاهَوْنَ عَنْ مُنْكَرٍ فَعَلُوهُ لَبِئْسَ مَا كَانُوا يَفْعَلُونَ﴾ [المائدة: 78، 79]. - وفي مسند الإمام أحمد بسند صحيح عن قيس بن أبي حازم، عن أبي بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه أنه خطب فقال: "يا أيها الناس إنكم تقرؤون هذه الآية وتضعونها على غير ما وضعها الله ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْفُسَكُمْ لَا يَضُرُّكُمْ مَنْ ضَلَّ إِذَا اهْتَدَيْتُمْ﴾ [المائدة: 105] سمعت رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: إنّ الناس إذا رأوا المنكر بينهم فلم ينكروه يوشك أن يعمّهم الله بعقابه"، (مسند الإمام أحمد، إسناده صحيح، صححه الإمام أحمد شاكر). - عن أم سلمة رضي الله عنها أنّه عليه الصلاة والسلام قال: "إنه سيكون عليكم أئمة تعرفون وتنكرون، فمن أنكر فقد برئ، ومن كره فقد سلم، ولكن من رضي وتابع، فقيل: يا رسول الله أفلا نقاتلهم ؟ قال: لا ما صلوا" (صحيح الترمذي). - عن جابر بن عبد الله عن رسول الله - صلّى الله عليه وسلّم - أنه قال: "سيد الشهداء حمزة بن عبد المطلب، و رجل قام إلى إمام جائر فأمره و نهاه، فقتله" (صحّحه السيوطي في الجامع الصغير، والألباني في السلسلة الصحيحة). - عن أبي قبيل عن معاوية بن أبي سفيان رضي الله عنه أنه صعد المنبر يوم القمامة فقال عند خطبته: "إنما المال مالنا والفيء فيئنا فمن شئنا أعطيناه ومن شئنا منعناه"، فلم يجبه أحد، فلمّا كان في الجمعة الثانية قال مثل ذلك فلم يجبه أحد، فلما كان في الجمعة الثالثة قال مثل مقالته، فقام إليه رجل ممن حضر المسجد فقال: "كلا، إنما المال مالنا والفيء فيئنا فمن حال بيننا وبينه حاكمناه إلى الله بأسيافنا"، فنزل معاوية فأرسل إلى الرجل فأدخله فقال القوم: "هلك الرجل"! ثم دخل الناس فوجدوا الرجل معه على السرير، فقال معاوية للناس: "إن هذا أحياني أحياه الله، سمعت رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول: "سيكون بعدي أمراء يقولون ولا يردّ عليهم، يتقاحمون في النار كما تتقاحم القردة"، وإني تكلمت أول جمعة فلم يردّ عليّ أحد، فخشيت أن أكون منهم، ثم تكلمت في الجمعة الثانية فلم يردّ عليّ أحد، فقلت في نفسي: إني من القوم! ثم تكلمت في الجمعة الثالثة فقام هذا الرجل فردّ عليّ فأحياني أحياه الله"! (مجمع الزوائد للهيثمي: رجاله ثقات، وصحّحه الألباني في السلسلة الصحيحة)، الشاهد: استدل الصحابي والخليفة معاوية بن أبي سفيان بقوله عليه الصلاة والسلام: "سيكون بعدي أمراء يقولون ولا يردّ عليهم، يتقاحمون في النار كما تتقاحم القردة" على فعل هذا الرجل الذي ردّ عليه ما قال ليردعه عنه، فارتدع معاوية رضي الله عنه واستجاب واعترف بخطئه وهذا من فضائله!   * رابعًا: وفي حالات يفحش حالهم أكثر، فيكون الأمر باعتزالهم كوسيلة للضغط وإظهار عدم الرضى عن حالهم: - عن عبد الله ابن عبّاس رضي الله عنه أنّه عليه الصلاة والسلام قال: "سيكون أمراء تعرفون و تنكرون، فمن نابذهم نجا، و من اعتزلهم سلم، و من خالطهم هلك" (صححه الإمام الألباني في صحيح الجامع). - عن أبي سعيد الخدري وأبي هريرة رضي الله عنهما أنّه عليه الصلاة والسلام قال: "ليأتين عليكم أمراء يقربون شرار الناس، و يؤخرون الصلاة عن مواقيتها، فمن أدرك ذلك منكم، فلا يكونن عريفا ولا شرطيا ولا جابيا ولا خازنا" (صحّحه الإمام الألباني في صحيح الترغيب). - عن كعب بن عجرة: "خرج إلينا رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - ونحن تسعة خمسة وأربعة أحد العددين من العرب والآخر من العجم فقال اسمعوا هل سمعتم أنه سيكون بعدي أمراء فمن دخل عليهم فصدقهم بكذبهم وأعانهم على ظلمهم فليس مني ولست منه وليس بوارد علي الحوض ومن لم يدخل عليهم ولم يعنهم على ظلمهم ولم يصدقهم بكذبهم فهو مني وأنا منه، وهو وارد علي الحوض" (سنن الترمذي، صحّحه أحمد شاكر والألباني وغيرهم ممّن سبقهم من المحدثين). - عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام أنه قال: "يهلك أمتي هذا الحي من قريش، قالوا: فما تأمرنا ؟ قال: لو أن الناس اعتزلوهم" (صحيح مسلم، وورد في صحيح البخاري بلفط "يهلك الناس").   * خامسًا: وفي حالات يتوجّب الأخذ على أيديهم وتقويمهم لردّهم إلى الجادة ومنعهم من الانحراف أكثر: - عن عبد الله بن مسعود عن رسول الله - صلّى الله عليه وسلّم - أنه قال: "إن أول ما دخل النقص على بني إسرائيل كان الرجل يلقى الرجل فيقول يا هذا اتق الله ودع ما تصنع فإنه لا يحل لك ثم يلقاه من الغد فلا يمنعه ذلك أن يكون أكيله وشريبه وقعيده فلما فعلوا ذلك ضرب الله قلوب بعضهم ببعض ثم قال ﴿لُعِنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عَلَى لِسَانِ دَاوُودَ وَعِيسَى ابْنِ

The Army Times reports: Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction John Sopko cited the contract with Zurmat Material Testing Laboratory in a Nov. 8 letter to Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel as part of a larger pattern resulting in $150 million of Pentagon payments to various concerns with insurgent ties. "The idea that U.S. taxpayer dollars are flowing into the hands of terrorist groups bent on killing Americans is unthinkable and unacceptable," Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., a member of the Senate's Armed Services and Foreign Relations committees, reportedly said in a statement on the matter. The U.S. Commerce Department noted the relationship between Zurmat and insurgents in early 2012 by citing the company having supplied bomb-making materials to enemy forces, according to Army Times. Then – and in September of 2012 – Marine Gen. James Mattis, who was at the time head of U.S. Central Command, reportedly requested the Pentagon ban the Zurmat Group, Zurmat Material Testing Laboratory's parent company, from doing work in the region under his auspices. Of course General Mattis is one of the senior officers who was forced into early retirement over the past year — perhaps this could have been an issue between him and the Obama administration? This news comes on the heels of the revelation, as reported by the Washington Free Beacon, that: The U.S. military is preparing to conduct military and special operations training for Libya's military and the training will risk including Islamist terrorists among the trainees, according to the commander of the U.S. Special Operations Command. During a panel discussion on the war on terrorism at the Reagan National Defense Forum, Admiral William McRaven disclosed that the Libyan military training would include both conventional forces training and special operations training and that there will be risks. "We are going to have to assume some risks," McRaven said. "Right now we have the authorities to do that training, and I think as a country we have to say there is probably some risk that some of the people we will be training with do not have the most clean records, but at the end of the day it is the best solution we can find to train them to deal with their own problems." The major risk is that the group responsible for the deaths of four Americans last year in Benghazi — Ansar al-Sharia, affiliated with Al Qaeda — operates openly in Libya and may be included in the training. I find it unbelievable that the lies of Benghazi have seemingly been so easily forgotten that we could now be training those associated with the deaths of US Ambassador Chris Stevens, State Department IT Specialist Sean Smith, and former Navy SEALS Ty Woods and Glenn Doherty.
