American Secretary of State John Kerry stated recently that the basis of the Geneva I Conference was to form a transitional government in Syria with the consensus of all parties; this is what Geneva II aims to implement. He threatened indirectly that the only alternative to a negotiated settlement would be the continuation of the killing operations if not their increase. He warned that the continuation of the war will result not only in the collapse of the Syrian State, it will lead to the formation of extremist groups and worsening of extremism in particular.
O Muslims who revolted in Ash-Sham to overthrow the State of oppression and humiliation: This is the blessing of the master of the Syrian Regime and its protector and the protector of the Assad family, the United State of America, upon you. After all the sacrifice that has no equal among all the revolutions of the world; after 100,000 martyred and missing, displaced persons and refugees, and tens of thousands of orphaned children, and women widowed and stripped of their sons they want to clone the system of oppression and corruption like the one that formed the Security State of Bashar and his father but with new faces, without any change to the security and intelligence mindset. How could it change? It could not, since the aim of such a state is to protect the borders and the security of the Jewish entity and to fight the sincere Muslims who call for the Islamic Khilafah Ar-Rashidah, the holders of the project of the Constitution of the Khilafah in the land of Ash-Sham, and to eradicate them under the pretext of fighting terrorism and to prevent them from reaching the stage of ruling by what Allah has revealed.
Therefore, to participate in Geneva II is to be involved in the shedding of the pure blood of the Muslims that was spilled by America in As-Sham by the mediation of its agents: Bashar, Hezb of Iran in Lebanon, the forces of Maliki, The Iranian regime forces (the American Agent), and all the Rulers of the Muslims who are partners in the crimes and killings (May Allah have no mercy on all of them); instead of mobilizing their armies to save us in Ash-Sham, they conspire against the Syrian people in the corridors of the Security Council and the United Nations, and cry crocodile tears for them in the corridors of the media and satellite Channels. Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاءَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
"O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you - then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people"(Al- Ma'ida:51)
They are the enemy, so be warned of them O the people of Ash-Sham, the patient ones, awaiting the reward of your Creator. Do not listen to them, may Allah fight them for their disgraceful positions that are clearly exposed and anti-Islam.
Any participation in the Western project to abort the revolution of the Ummah, the revolution of Ash-Sham, whether it is the participation in Geneva II or holding meetings and talks with the West regarding Syria or in the conference of Friends (Enemies) of Syria, or others; it is a betrayal of Allah, His Messenger and the Muslims. It is a betrayal of the Martyrs who fell during their pursuit to make Allah's word the highest in Ash-Sham.
We warn the honourable ones in the brigades and the battalions and those of chivalry, dignity, and glory and who seek the supremacy of Islam against their taking any place in this rotten swamp which displeases Allah. It is reported from the mother of the believers, 'Aisha (ra), that she said:
«مَنْ الْتَمَسَ رِضَا اللَّهِ بِسَخَطِ النَّاسِ كَفَاهُ اللَّهُ مُؤْنَةَ النَّاسِ وَمَنْ الْتَمَسَ رِضَا النَّاسِ بِسَخَطِ اللَّهِ وَكَلَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَى النَّاسِ»
"I heard the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم say: "The one who seeks the pleasure of Allah despite the displeasure of the people, Allah will protect him from their harm, and the one who seeks the pleasure of the people despite the displeasure of Allah, Allah will bring the people's harm on him." [Narrated by Tirmithi]
So only rely on Allah, O brave ones, for the glory of this life is in giving the pledge to the Khalifah of the Muslims in the house of Islam, in Ash-Sham, and it will be an honour for those who are steadfast and patient who are holding on to the rope of Allah.

Day before yesterday I recorded an interview at GRTS (Gambia Radio and Television Studios) for the "Education Forum" to be aired on Gambian TV at 7:30 PM on Tuesday Nov. 12th. I had along with me, Ousainou Allen, the IOU-Gambia's country representative and Boubacarr Barry, one of IOU's trustees in The Gambia, and Louie, the show's host. Prior to the recording, Louie had asked us for 4 questions and we identified which one of us would answer each question. Everything looked tight. However, as soon as the cameras started rolling, Mr. Louie turned the tables on us. He first started off with some questions of his own which we were unprepared for, but managed to answer effectively anyway. Then he directed our questions to other than the people whom we had chosen to answer them! But again everyone performed admirably and the complete 45 minute show highlighted, not only our Intensive Halaal English one year course for Arabic madrasah grads, but also the Islamic Online University; its programs and its relevance to the Gambia. Die Affäre um den Limburger Bischof Franz-Peter Tebartz-van Elst hat der katholischen Kirche viele Negativ-Schlagzeilen eingebracht. Das Vertrauen vieler Katholiken in ihre Bischöfe ist massiv erschüttert, auch die evangelische Kirche spürt Auswirkungen. Die Folge: Vielerorts in Deutschland kehren mehr Menschen ihrer Kirche den Rücken als üblich.
- In Köln hat sich die Zahl der Kirchenaustritte von September auf Oktober mehr als verdoppelt und stieg auf 571. Das sei ein Spitzenwert in den vergangenen Jahren, sagte der Sprecher des Amtsgerichts, Marcus Strunk. Auch die Zahl der Austritte aus der evangelischen Kirche stieg um knapp 80 Prozent auf 228. Je nach Bundesland sind Amtsgerichte, Standes- oder Einwohnermeldeämter für Kirchenaustritte zuständig. "Die Leute standen im Oktober morgens und abends Schlange", schildete Strunk.
- Ähnlich sah es in Paderborn aus. Nach Angaben des Amtsgerichts traten im Oktober mit 107 Katholiken dreimal so viele Menschen aus wie im Vormonat. Bei der evangelischen Kirche lag die Zahl mit 37 Austritten mehr als doppelt so hoch wie im September.
- Auch in Osnabrück und Bremen ging die Zahl der Kirchenaustritte im Oktober deutlich in die Höhe, ebenso in Bayern. In München gab es im Oktober 1250 Austritte, im Vergleich zu 602 im September. In Regensburg verdreifachte sich die Zahl nahezu. Insgesamt traten hier im vergangenen Monat 147 Menschen aus der Kirche aus, darunter 125 Katholiken. Ähnlich war die Entwicklung in Nürnberg und Passau.
Aus Rückmeldungen sei zu erfahren, dass die Affäre um den Limburger Bischof Tebartz-van Elst der Anlass für Kirchenaustritte war, sagte der Sprecher des Bistums Trier, André Uzulis. Das Bistum erhalte Briefe und Anrufe, in denen Katholiken ihrem Unmut Luft machten. In Trier traten im Oktober 97 Menschen aus der Kirche aus, wobei das Standesamt nicht zwischen katholischer und evangelischer Konfession unterscheidet. Im September waren es lediglich 38.
Dem Bad Homburger Amtsgerichtsdirektor Stephan Schmidt zufolge ist ein "Tebartz-Effekt" deutlich zu sehen. Dort wurden im Oktober 118 Austritte bei der katholischen Kirche gezählt - gegenüber 23 im Vormonat.
65 Prozent der Katholiken halten ihre Kirche für unglaubwürdig
Einer aktuellen Forsa-Umfrage zufolge erschütterte der Unmut über Tebartz-van Elst das Vertrauen in die katholische Kirche. 65 Prozent der deutschen Katholiken halten demnach ihre Kirche für wenig oder überhaupt nicht glaubwürdig. Rund ein Fünftel denke nach den Debatten über Vermögen und Verschwendung über einen Austritt nach.
Der Trend nach unten setzt sich fort
Für den Religionssoziologen Detlef Pollack von der Universität Münster reihen sich die jüngsten Zahlen aber in eine längerfristige Entwicklung ein. Die christlichen Kirchen in Deutschland müssten weiter mit sinkenden Mitgliederzahlen rechnen, sagte er. "Das Wohlstands- und Bildungsniveau ist so hoch und die soziale Absicherung so gut, dass immer weniger Menschen die seelsorglichen und sozialen Angebote der Kirchen nachfragen." Das gelte trotz Reformsignalen von Papst Franziskus und Neuerungen in den evangelischen Landeskirchen.
Einer Statistik der Deutschen Bischofskonferenz zufolge verliert die katholische Kirche in Deutschland seit 1990 jährlich mehr als 100.000 Mitglieder durch Austritte. Im vergangenen Jahr waren es 118.288. Auch aus der Evangelischen Kirche Deutschland traten zuletzt deutlich mehr als 100.000 Menschen pro Jahr aus. Beide christlichen Kirchen haben derzeit jeweils um die 24 Millionen Mitglieder.
Pollack sieht auch finanzielle Erwägungen als ein entscheidendes Motiv für Kirchenaustritte. "Man fühlt sich oft seit Jahren nicht mehr eng mit der Kirche verbunden und entscheidet sich dann in einer Situation des finanziellen Engpasses für den Austritt, um die Kirchensteuer zu sparen", sagte er.
WIE TRITT MAN AUS DER KIRCHE AUS - UND WELCHE FOLGEN HAT DAS?
Wer mit 14 Jahren religionsmündig geworden ist, kann aus der Kirche austreten. Je nach Bundesland muss der Austritt beim Standesamt, dem Einwohnermeldeamt oder dem Amtsgericht erklärt werden. Nach Vorlage des Personalausweises muss ein Vordruck unterzeichnet werden. Der Kirchenaustritt muss nicht begründet werden. In einigen Bundesländern wird für den Verwaltungsakt eine Gebühr von bis zu etwa 30 Euro erhoben.
Bereits mit der Unterschrift wird der Austritt rechtskräftig. Gegen Vorlage der Bescheinigung ändert das zuständige Finanzamt den entsprechenden Eintrag auf der Lohnsteuerkarte. Die Pflicht zur Zahlung von Kirchensteuer erlischt in der Regel aber erst mit Ende des Monats, der auf den Austrittsmonat folgt.
Protestanten können aus ihrer Kirche als Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts mit allen Rechten und Pflichten aus-, aber auch wieder eintreten. Die Katholische Kirche zieht schärfere Konsequenzen. So dürfen ausgetretene Katholiken nicht mehr die Sakramente der Buße, Eucharistie, Firmung und Krankensalbung empfangen - außer in Todesgefahr. Sie dürfen zudem nicht mehr Tauf- oder Firmpate werden. Auch Protestanten verlieren mit einem Austritt das Recht auf kirchliche Amtshandlungen wie Taufe oder Hochzeit. Ein kirchliches Begräbnis steht aber im Ermessen des zuständigen evangelischen Pfarrers. Vom Abendmahl sind sie nicht ausgeschlossen - generell sind dazu alle Getauften eingeladen.
Die Aufnahme in die Kirche läuft regional unterschiedlich ab. Der Pfarrer fragt in der Regel in einem Gespräch die Gründe für den geplanten (Wieder-)Eintritt ab. Ein Entgelt erheben die Kirchen dafür nicht.

Ich denke statt belanglose Diskussionen ob Schi'a oder Sunni Muslim ist oder nicht, ist für alle Muslime Wichtiger zusammenzuhalten und bestehende Gefahre die zum uns kommen mit Solidarität und Freundschaft beseitigen.
An alle Leute die in vergangene Tage uns und andere Muslime beschimpft haben,
Es ist klar dass Sie bis Tag der Auferstehung Zeit haben um anderen als Muslim oder nicht Muslime zu bezeichnen,
aber das ist doch Klarer dass diejenige die Sie rücksichtslos als nicht Muslim, Munafiq, Kafer, Muschrik und ... geschimpft haben, werden Enschaallah für sich Muslim bleiben und eine Islamischen Leben durchführen.
Ich denke, Sie wollen auch so etwas,
dann sehen Sie diejenigen die keine von beide wollen und dafür planen.

If this is what happened to this Dunya and its kings, then it is only natural that the implementation of the verse through Khilafah will likewise force the crowns of kings to fall off their heads! Allahu akbar!
Imam al-Qurtubi mentioned in his tafsir the following in his tafsir of that when Ayat al-Kursi was revealed:
"From Muhammad al-Hanafiyya who narrates that: when Ayat al-Kursi was revealed, every idol and every king in the world fell in prostration and the crowns of kings fell off their heads. Devils fled (harabat), colliding in one another in confusion until they came to their [chief] Iblis and they told him of this [event] and he sent them to find out what had happened so when they came to Medina they were told that Ayat al-Kursi had been revealed."[7]

من كرامات المجاهدين في مستودعات مهين..
رأيت والله في هذه المعركة مالم أره في غيرها..
لم أتذكر طيلة الوقت إلا قول الله سبحانه" ومايعلم جنود ربك إلا هو"
فقد أمدنا ربنا سبحانه بالعديد من جنوده..فإليكم بعضها..
الجندي الأول: الضباب.. فبعد حصار المستودعات كان لابد للأخوة الاقتحاميين
والأخوة المسؤولين عن الكونكرس من الاقتراب من المستودع بعد الفجر مباشرة ..
عادة ما ينقشع الضباب بعد طلوع الفجر بنصف ساعة .. لكن في يوم المعركة بقي الضباب موجودا لأكثر من أربع ساعات بعد الفجر تمكن المجاهدون خلالها من الاقتراب لنقط لم يكونوا يتوقعون أن يصلوا
إليها..دون أن يراهم جنود الأسد فسبحان الله
الجندي الثاني : الغيوم..
اليوم الأول للمعركة كان الأهم فبه تحسم أمور المعركة..
كان يوم المعركة الأول غائما إلى درجة لم يتمكن بها الطيران الحربي المقاتل من إصابة أي هدف من الأهداف التي كان ينوي قصفها وبالتالي أعطانا ربنا حظرا جويا ربانيا
الجندي الثالث: لطف الله بنا..
سقط علينا عشرات الصواريخ خلال أيام المعركة..
لكن معظم الصواريخ التي سقطت على بيوت فيها مدنيين أو مجاهدين لم تنفجر وقد صورنا أكثر من فيديو
لهذا الأمر
الجندي الرابع:
انفجار مستودع لصواريخ الغراد في اليوم الأول للمعركة ومستودع ثاني لذخيرة مدفع 23 في اليوم الثالث
ثم..
لم نصدق ماجرى..
كان انفجار هذه المستودعات سببا مهما في انتصار المجاهدين
فقد بدأت الصواريخ التي بداخل المستودعات التي انفجرت تتطاير باتجاه مواقع جنود الأسد
سواء كان بداخل المستودعات أو بالقرى الموالية للنظام..
وألحقت بهم خسائر فادحة..
جند الله.. هم أقوى جند.. "ومايعلم جنود ربك إلاهو"
اللهم أمددنا بجند من عندك يا قوي يا معين..

إن أمريكا قد حشدت كل قواها وأدواتها لعقد مؤتمر جنيف2 فلم تستطع أن تعقده. وسابقا أعلنت أنه سيعقد في نهاية شهر أيار/مايو الماضي فلم تتمكن، وصار يجري الحديث كل شهر على أنه سيعقد في الشهر القادم، وهكذا حتى أعلن عميلها الإبراهيمي عن طلبه بتأجيل عقده إلى بداية السنة القادمة بعدما تقرر عقده في 23-24 من شهر تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر.
إن هذا ليدل على الفشل الذريع لأمريكا في تمكنها من مجرد عقد مؤتمر ناهيك عن قدرتها على إنجاحه أو إنجاح مقرراته حتى تتمكن من تنفيذ مشاريعها المتعلقة بسوريا والقاضية بالمحافظة على النظام السوري، ولكن بصورة معدلة، وهي تشكيل حكومة انتقالية من رجال النظام ومع المعارضة التي تقبل بالمشاريع الأمريكية التي تتمثل بإبقاء نفوذها مبسوطا على سوريا وإبقاء النظام العلماني قائما فيها حتى تحول دون عودة نظام الخلافة الراشدة.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم نريد ان نوجه نداء لكل من حمل السلاح وما زال يجاهد على ارض الشام لقد مر على عمر الجهاد على ارض الشام حوالي عامين وما زالت المعارك الدائرة تدورعلى اراضنا ويتحمل اهالي المجاهدين اعباءها ففي كل يوم تحاصر منطقة من قبل النظام وتباد اخرى وما استطعنا حتا الان تحرير منطقة او السيطرة عليها بالكامل فلماذا لا نعامل النظام بالمثل فبدل ان يحاصرنا النظام في مناطقنا لنحاصره نحن في مناطقه اي بإختصار فلننقل المعركة الى ارض النظام قال تعالى(فإماتثقفنهم في الحرب فشرد بهم من خلفهم لعلهم يذّكرون) اذا تمكنا من نقل المعركة من ارضنا الى مسقط راس النظام فبذلك نحقق ثلاث فوائد 1-كلنا نعلم ان الشعب السني دون غيره وعلى مدار عامين يعاني في مخيمات اللجوء البرد والجوع والظروف المعيشية السيئة ويشكل عبأ على كل المجاهدين في سوريا ويحملهم مسؤلية تشردهم فلنحمل بشار مسؤولية تهجير شعبه بنقل المعركة لارضه 2-بدل من ان تهدم قرانا تهدم قراهم لانه و بشكل طبيعي الطائرات التي تلقي البراميل المتفجرة علينا وفي اراضينا عند نقل المعركة ستقلي هذه الطائرات البراميل المتفجرة علينا في ارضه وبذلك تهدم قراهم وبيوتهم 3-الضابط الذي يقتل شعبنا هنا على ارضناواهله بآمان في منطقته لن يفكر بالهرب او العودة الى منطقته الا عندمايعلم بان قريتة و اهله و زوجته واولاده قد حوصرو فعندها سيترك مكان عمله في منطقتنا ويفر ليدافع عن اهله ومنطقته. والكل يعلم ان المنطقة الساحلية وجبال العلويين وريف حماه الغربي هي منطقة جبليةوان اراد النظام ان يسترجعها بعدان يمكننا الله من السيطرة فسيحتاج الى عدد كبير من المقاتلين وبذلك سيضطر الى سحب قواته من مناطقنا وستتحرر فورا دون خسائر مادية او بشرية ولا يقول احدكم ان هذه الحرب حرب طائفية ولا يفكر الخارج بان يلعب على وتر الطائفية فمنذ عامين والكل يعرف ان من يذبح هوالشعب السني فقط والعالم كله صامت ولم يقل طائفية فإن اردتم يا مجاهدين بلاد الشام ان يكون عملنا خالصا لوجه الله فلننقل المعارك الى عقر دار النظام كفانا خنوعاً وذلاً وكفانا خوفاً وجبناً لماذا لا نقاتل النظام في ارضه أهو أمر من الدول الداعمة أم هو شرط علينا أن لا نقاتل إلا في ارضنا أهكذا يكون الجهاد تباد قرانا قرية قرية وتحاصر مدننا فيوم تسقط القصير ويوم تحاصر الغوطة ويوم تحاصر حلب وحماه مازالت كاملة بأيدي النظام وحمص ابيدت بالكامل ونحن مازلنا نترك الاماكن التابعة للنظام آمنة فقط لكي لا تقول امريكا اننا نسعى إلى حرب طائفية فلتقل كما تشاء واقسم بالله العظيم ان اتقينا الله عزوجل واخلصنا عملنا لوجهه الكريم وحولنا ربع الامكانيات التي نمتلكها لحرب النظام في عقر داره سيرتبك النظام وسترتبك معه دول العالم وسيضطر النظام الى سحب كل قوته من المناطق التي يحاصرها الان ويتبجح بانهو يحرز الانتصارات بها وسيسعى لحماية اهله والموالين له في مناطقه وبدل من ان يكون هو من يضغط علينا نكون بذالك نحن من يضغط عليه في منطقته تعالو لنتوكل على الله ولنخطو هذه الخطوة ولنشكل غرفة عمليات يجتمع فيها المخلصين ولنسير اعداد كبيرة من المجاهدين لفتح جبهة الساحل وريف حماه الغربي ومن يتوكل على الله فهو حسبه وهذا ندائنا الى كل مجاهد على ارض الشام فهل من ملبي اخوكم بالله المجاهد جمال معروف قائد تجمع كتائب والوية شهداء سوريا
