    مشروع جينيف (2) ينقصه الآلية لتحقيقه ، لذلك يبحث مؤتمر جينيف (2) الآن آلية تنفيذه عمليا بعدما تم الإتفاق على بنود جينيف (1) ، التي تنص على بقاء النظام السوري في الجيش والمخابرات (أي الجهاز الأمني) ،ويكون الإئتلاف والمعارضة واجهة لسلطة لاتملك شيء من سلطتها على الحقيقة .
    يبدو أن أميركا وروسيا والحكومة السورية والإئتلاف ، يرون أن بنود جينيف (2) ، تشكل حل سياسي عام للأزمة ، لكنها عمليا ليست كذلك . فإتفاق الخارج ليس له تأثير في الداخل عمليا إلا من جهة النظام .

    لذلك ستكون الوسائل العملية لتحقيق جينيف (2) :

    1- هو جعل الإئتلاف الوطنى يعمل على ضم ممثلين من المعارضة المسلحة في الداخل وقد صرح الإئتلاف يوم أمس (12-2-2014) كما نقلت صحيفة روسيا اليوم بأنه ضم بالفعل معارضة مسلحه ستكون مشاركة معه في الحوار ) ، ويبدو أن الإئتلاف سيعمل على ضم أكبر قدر من الكتائب (الإسلامية ) .

    2- الكتائب التي ستقف أمام مشروع جينيف (2) ، سيكون وصف (الإرهاب ) لها كمبرر لمقاتلتها ، وستشترك الحكومة السورية وكتائب الإئتلاف لمقاتلتها ، وربما ستشترك بعض دول الإقليم لمحاربتها ، فقد صرح الابراهيمي سير المفاوضات السورية في جنيف: (عن تحضر مشروع قرار حول محاربة الإرهاب في سورية ) كما صرح ( وزير خارجية تركيا من يومين بأن سوريا للسوريين وعلى المقاتلين الأجانب مغادرتها وقال يتعين على الأجانب الذين يقاتلون في صفوف المعارضة المُسلحة مغادرتها. وأنه مستعد لتقديم المساعدة في ذلك ) فأميركا وروسيا مقتنعين تماما ، أن بنود جينيف (2) لايمكن أن تتحقق إلا بالتخلص من عقبة الكتائب الرافضة لمشروع جينيف والتي تطالب بالخلافة أو الدولة الإسلامية .

    أخيرا : هناك نقطة مهمة جدا يراها الطرفين وكذلك الدول العظمى ، أن جينيف (2) لابد أن ينتقل عمليا إلي دمشق ويتحول من جينيف (2) إلي دمشق (1) كخطوة عملية تتبعها مرحلة إنتقال السلطة ، ليكون بعدها ، دمشق (2) .
    وهو ماعبر عنه (وزير المصالحه ) على حيدر حين وجه له سؤال ، ماذا بعد جينيف (2) ؟!
    فقال : سيكون هناك دمشق(1)
