Procedure of Takfir
The kufr of apostasy is where a man commits one of the nullifiers of his contract with Allah.
The procedure of takfir on this person must follow certain steps. This steps are similar to those used in the Shari`ah court to convict someone of a crime.
1 - You must first established that the action was committed. So it cannot just be "hear say", there must be proof that the person carried this act.
2 - You then establish that the action itself is one of the nullifiers. Such as one of the acts of major kufr.
However some of these acts, there is consensus amongst the scholars, whereas other acts do not have consensus. In which case, the judge has the final say on which opinion he believes to be strongest on the ones where there is no consensus.
3 - The person must qualify as someone who can be judged. The scholars have mentioned that a person must fit a criterion before judging them. Such as him being an adult, sane, Muslim, etc.
4 - You must see if there are any preventative factors. What are the things that prevent the absolute ruling of kufr?
The preventative factors are:
• Ignorance behind the action
• Ta`weel
• Compulsion
• He may have committed an act, that he didn't intend to commit (this isn't to do with the intention, but rather the action itself.}
According to AhluSunnah wal-Jamaa, we judge the person on his Iradaa.
So we look at his external in order to judge the person.

JESUS - "PROPHET OF ALLAH"
Jesus said : "Verily, I am a slave of Allah, He has given me the Scripture (Gospel) and made me a "Prophet". [ The Qur'an, Chapter: Mary, Verse # 30 ]

Jesus said: "Do not think that I have come to do away with the Law of Moses and the teachings of the "Prophets". I have not come to do away with them, but to make their teachings come true. [Matthew 5 :17]
Jesus is rejected at Nazreath: Jesus said to them, "A Prophet" is respected everywhere except in his home town and by his own family." [Matthew 13 : 57]
Jesus added, a "Prophet" is never welcomed in his home town. [Luke4 : 24]
The Great Commandment: Jesus answered, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.........The whole Law of Moses and the teachings of the "Prophets" depend on these two commandments. [Matthew 22: 37 - 40]
What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazreath? Are you here to destroy us? I know who you are -- You are God's holy "Messenger!"
[Mark 1 :24], [Luke 4 : 34]
"Duty of the Prophets"
Jesus said: "I must preach the Good News about the Kingdom of God in other towns also, because that is what God sent me to do." [Luke 4 : 43]
So the Pharisees asked the man once more, "You say he cured of your blindness -well, what do you say about him (Jesus)?"
"He is a Prophet," the man answered. [John 9 : 17]
Jesus Prays on the mount of olives: Then he went off from them about the distance of a stone's throw and knelt down and prayed. "Father" he said, "if you will, take this cup of suffering away from me. Not "my will", however, but "Your" will be done." An angel (Gabriel) from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him. [ Luke 22 : 41 ]
Listen to these words, fellow - Israelities! Jesus of Nazreath was a "man" whose divine authority was clearly proven to you by all miracles and wonders which "God" performed through him. [Acts 2 : 22]
The Jesus answered, "Go away Satan! The Scripture says, 'Worship the Lord your God and serve Only Him!'" [Matthew 4 :10]
The Greatest Commandment
Jesus replied, "The most important one is this, "Listen, Israel! The Lord our God is the only Lord." [ Mark 12 : 29]
------------THE QUR'AN ----------------
Allah Says : And We sent not before you (O Prophet Muhammad) but "men" (as Prophets) to whom We revealed. So ask the people of the Reminder [Scriptures - the Torah, the Gospel] if you dont know.
And We did not create them (the prophets/Messengers with) bodies that ate not food, nor were they immortals.
And We did not send any Messenger before you (O prophet Muhammad) but We revealed him saying: None has the right to be worshipped but I (Allah), so "Worship Me Alone" none else.
And they say: "The Most Gracious (Allah) has begotten a son." Glory be to Him! They ( i.e. Angels, Jesus, Ezra) are but honoured slaves.
They (Prophets/Messengers) speak not until He has spoken,and they act on His Command.
Allah knows what is before them, and what is behind them, and they cannot intercede except for him with whom He is pleased. And they stand in awe for fear of Him.
And if any of them (Prophets) should say: "Verily, I am an Ilah (God) besides Him (Allah)," such a one We should recompense with Hell. This We recompense the polytheists and wrong-doers. [the Holy Qur'an 21 : 7-8, 25 - 29]
And remember when 'Isa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), said: "O children of Israel! I am the Messenger of Allah to you, confirming the Torah (Law of Moses) which came before me, and giving glad tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmed (the other name of Prophet Muhammad). But when he (Prophet Muhammad) came to them with clear proofs (.i.e. proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), they said: "This is plain magic.
[The Glorious Qur'an 61 : 6]
They have certainly disbelieved who say, "Allah is the Messiah, Jesus,the son of Mary" while the Messiah, Jesus has said, "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates others with Allah -- Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Hell-Fire. And there are not for the wrong-doers any helpers.
They have certainly disbelieved who say, "Trinity", Allah is the third of three. And "There is no God except One God". And if they do not desist from what they are saying, there will surely afflict the disbelievers among them a painful punishement of Hell.
So will they not repent to Allah and seek His forgiveness? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a Messenger; other Messengers have passed on before him. And his mother (Mary) was a supporter of Truth. They both used to eat food (while the Lord do not eat). Look how we make them the signs; then look how they are deluded. [The Qur'an 5 : 72 - 75]

Der Muslim glaubt nicht an Zufälle
Auflösung der Elternrechte – Staat übernimmt schleichend und hinterhältig die Kontrolle unserer Kinder
Deutschland legt gesetzlich fest, dass Eltern keine Rechte mehr an ihren Kindern haben, sondern der Staat behält sich nun alleinig das Recht vor, die Kinder zu erziehen und zu bilden, und Eltern haben keine Wahl mehr zu entscheiden. Am 11. September 2013 hat das Bundesverwaltungsgericht folgendes entschieden : „Mit ihr
(der Schulpflicht) haben die Eltern hinzunehmen, dass der Staat als Bildungs- und Erziehungsträger im Umfang des schulischen Wirkungsfeldes an ihre Stelle tritt, womit ihre Möglichkeit, unmittelbar in eigener Person pädagogisch auf ihr Kind einzuwirken, auf den außerschulischen Bereich beschränkt wird."
Damit verstößt Deutschland wieder einmal mehr gegen das Grundgesetz. Denn laut Artikel 6 im Grundgesetz haben die Eltern das Recht, dass sie selbst bestimmen können, nach welchen Vorstellungen, Weltanschauungen oder Religionen sie ihre Kinder erziehen.
Es folgt, dass das Einschulungsalter in einigen Bundesländern bereits auf das Einschulalter auf 5 Jahren herabgesetzt wurde. In weiteren Bundesländern arbeiten sie ebenfalls daran. Hinzu kommt die steigende Tendenz der Ganztagschulen.
Es ist doch offensichtlich, dass sich nun folgende Frage stellt: Wann bleibt den Eltern noch Zeit den eigenen Kindern ihre persönliche, individuelle Weltanschauung nahezubringen?
Den Eltern bleibt kaum noch die Chance den eigenen Kindern, das zu lehren, wovon sie überzeugt sind, dank des sinkenden Einschulalters sowie das zeitraubende Konzept der Ganztagschulen.
Was hat das zu Folge?
Unsere Kinder werden bereits ab dem 6. Lebensjahr dazu gezwungen den staatlichen Vorstellungen über Weltanschauung anzunehmen und zu folgen. Von Klein auf werden sie praktisch so erzogen wie Vaterstaat es gerne haben möchte. Zeit und Möglichkeit für objektive Meinungsbildung zu einer individuellen Persönlichkeit gibt es nicht mehr. Diese Entwicklung führt dazu, dass unsere Kinder der Kontrolle des Staates ausgesetzt sind und sie beispielsweise in einer Gesellschaft leben werden, wie die Menschen zur Zeit der DDR, China oder zur Zeit des Dritten Reiches. Und das ganze hat letztendlich nichts mehr mit Demokratie zu tun...

Alles eines Muslims ist unverletzbar für seinen Muslimbruder: sein Ruf, sein Besitz, sein Blut. Gottesfurcht ist hier (zeigt auf sein Herz). Es ist genügend schandbar für jemanden, seinen Muslimbruder herunter zu machen."
Also, es ist nicht nur verboten, üble Nachrede zu begehen, es ist auch verboten, ihr zuzuhören und selbst, sie in seinem Herzen zu tätigen, also seine Gedanken nicht zu kontrollieren, sollten sie in einem aufsteigen!

In Damaskus, Syriens Hauptstadt, verhungern die palästinensischen Flüchtlinge im Flüchtlingscamp Yarmouk, aufgrund der derzeitigen Lage in Syrien. Täglich kommen viele Kinder und Frauen, wegen unzureichender medizinischer Versorgung und Lebensmitteln, ums Leben. Die Camp-Bewohner mischen Gewürze mit verdorbenem Gemüse und Tierfutter zusammen, um etwas zu essen zu haben.
Deshalb startet Rahma Austria eine Nothilfe-Aktion, in Kooperation mit vielen anderen internationalen Hilfsorganisationen.

Liest was der Gesandte Allahs, Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm sagte:
Der Gesandte Allâhs sagte: „Die anbetend Dienenden treten an keinem Tag in den Morgen ein, ohne dass zwei Engel herabkommen, von denen der eine sagt: »O Allâh, gewähre dem Gebenden Nachkommen! « Und der andere sagt: »O Allâh, gewähre dem Geizigen Verlust!«"
