Australia Refuses to Call East Jerusalem 'Occupied'
.Australia has decided to remove the term "occupied" when referring to east Jerusalem, a move blasted by Palestinians as "toxic" and an obstacle to peace and welcomed by 'Israel'.
The issue flared in the Senate this week with Attorney-General George Brandis issuing a statement to clarify Canberra's stance on the controversial question of the legality of settler homes.
"The description of areas which are the subject of nego
tiations in the course of the peace process by reference to historical events is unhelpful," he said Thursday.
"The description of east Jerusalem as 'occupied' east Jerusalem is a term freighted with pejorative implications which is neither appropriate nor useful.
"It should not and will not be the practice of the Australian government to describe areas of negotiation in such judgmental language."
He added that Canberra supported a peaceful solution to the dispute "which recognizes the right of Israel to exist peacefully within secure borders and also recognizes the aspiration to statehood of the Palestinian people".

Mossad General: 'Israel' Must Consider Hezbollah Threat of Invading Galilee
.Despite the Israeli military estimates which expect that Hezbollah, during any war, will just exhaust the 'Israel' internal front and target its infantry troops within the Lebanese borders, a Zionist intelligence officer called on considering Hezbollah threat of invading Galilee seriously.
Haaretz quoted the Zionist officer as saying that there are certain signals which indicate to Hezbollah readiness to invade Galilee, what reshuffled the military files of the encounter.
The Israeli officer cited Hezbollah official website which displayed in 2011 plans to invade Galilee, including geographic designs and explanation about the possible targets, like the surveillance and the air force bases as well as others.
According to Haaretz, the Zionist General said that Hezbollah conducted military maneuvers simulating Galilee invasion.
The Israeli General said that Hezbollah could also employ the military experience it gained from its intervention in Syria war.
He added that Hezbollah has turned to be an offensive military group which can penetrate the enemy's territories and employ large number of troops and brigades.
The Zionist general called on the Israeli military leadership to prepare for a Hezbollah ground invasion which will enable the party to victoriously end the war before it starts.

S. Nasrallah: Any Political Solution in Syria Must Be Attained with Pr. Assad

Sayyed NasrallahHezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah stressed that the presidential elections in Syria announced the failure of the international war against it and that any political solution must be attained with President Bashar Assad.
Sayyed Nasrallah, who was speaking during the memorial service of the head of Islamic Association for Education and Teaching, Sheikh Mostafa Qassir, emphasized that the Syrian government withstood in face of the Western pressures and insisted on carrying out the presidential elections.
"The Syrians challenged the American and the Western pressures through their historical turnout," Sayyed Nasrallah added, "Instead of exerting these pressures which aimed at confiscating the Syrians' will, the US and the West must have allowed the Syrian expatriates to vote at the Syrian embassies in the their countries."
"In some countries, takfiri fatwas were issued to prevent the Syrian from participating in the elections."
The farce was that head of the opposing Syrian coalition insolently threatened the Syrians of detonating car bombs during the elections, yet they rejected his warnings and participated heavily in the vote.
Regarding the Syrian vote in Lebanon, Sayyed Nasrallah said that the turnout surprised March 8 team as it surprised March 14 team, adding that accusing Hezbollah of obliging the Syrians to vote or of driving its members to vote is not based on any piece of evidence.
Sayyed Nasrallah noted that the Syrian Presidential elections confirmed the following points:
- The millions of the Syrian voters have preserved their country's integrity and permanence.
- The Syrian government is still able to manage the citizens affairs.
- The Syrians can determine their destiny, regardless of all the foreign wills.
- The battle is not between the Syrians and the regime. This popular turnout represents a major victory for Syria leadership.
- Who wants to reach a political solution in Syria must not ignore the results of the presidential elections.
Sayyed Nasrallah blasted those who labeled the Syrian vote as a farce and those who issue statements of insults to comment on the vote's results, saying that this shows their political failure.
"Any political solution must start and end with president Bashar Assad," Sayyed Nasrallah stressed.
His eminence considered that the political solution must be based on considering the results of the presidential elections and halting the military support to the militant groups.
"Blacklisting the terrorist groups is insufficient. Military support must be stopped," he pointed out, "Some regional countries blacklisted the militant groups in Syria yet kept supporting them financially and logistically."
Sayyed Nasrallah called on the terrorist groups in Syria to acknowledge their defeat as their military options are restricted and the horizons of their war are blocked.
Lebanese Presidential Elections
Sayyed Nasrallah called on all the Lebanese political parties to exert their efforts in order to elect a new president, away from the foreign wills and interventions.
Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah addressed March 14 team, "Since you accuse the Shiite duo of seeking presidential void in order to reach the tripartite power-sharing, you can deactivate the plan by electing a new president.
"Though we denied this baseless accusation, March 14 team insists on it, knowing that the French were the first party to raise this issue in Tehran."
"We have never thought of tripartite power-sharing, and we have never demanded it or sought to achieve it," his eminence asserted.
Sayyed Nasrallah also said that the Lebanese must not wait for the Iranian-Saudi negotiations to settle their stances regarding the presidential elections.
"The Iranians do not impose on their allies the political options because they respect them," he added, "The Saudis are preoccupied with other regional files and have reiterated that they will not intervene in the Lebanese presidential elections."
Sayyed Nasrallah concluded that the Lebanese themselves must conduct the presidential elections.
"In addition to the international will to pacify the situation in Lebanon, all the Lebanese parties are concerned with preserving the country's security and stability by mainly pacifying the political rhetoric and freeing it from the tone of sectarian incitement."
Sayyed Nasrallah also stressed the importance of enhancing the governmental plans to settle the security conditions in the country.
Miscellaneous Domestics Issues
Sayyed Nasrallah called on the parliament to pass the law which pertains the new salary scale in order to grant the teachers and the employees their rights.
Sayyed Nasralllah also underlined the importance of ending the Lebanese University's problem.

A satanic plot was frustrated yesterday in Iraq's Samarra since ISIL terrorist invasion of the city would have immersed Mesopotamia and the whole region in a swamp of sectarian blood if it had achieved its targets.
ISIL (The Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant) attack against the city reminds of the terrorist explosion which targeted Askariayn shrine in Samarra in 2006, what led to inflame the sectarian sedition in Iraq and the region, thanks to the social media which plays a vital role in circulating the inflammatory and provocative news.
Is it a Saudi response to Syria vote? Did not the Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki say a year ago that Saudi Arabia "announced a war against Iraq"? A lot of political activists wondered how malicious those who plotted the terrorist invasion of Samarra are.
Yesterday, the Iraqis had held their breath till the security forces announced clearing Samarra from ISIL terrorists.
In details, the Iraqi army clashed with the invading terrorists of ISIL, killing and injuring dozens of them and destroying many of their vehicles.
The Iraqi army cordoned off Askariayn shrine and protected it from ISIL militants, summoning military reinforcement troops.
The Iraqi security forces also cleared in Samarra a sit-in which was a terrorist assembly and arrested many of al-Sahwa (Military group composed of local residents to fight Qaeda terrorists) members.
According to military experts, ISIL carried out the operation in Samarra to divert the army's focus on Fallujah in Anbar province where the army has achieved a remarkable battlefield advance.
The terrorist groups in Iraq have attacked the religious shrines several times in a continuous attempt to inflame the sectarian war in the region, what raises questions about the possibility of the recurrence of such attacks in the future.

96.: Die Religion liegt im Befolgen der Art und Weise des Gesandten und seiner Gefährten.
Und wisse – rahimaka Allaah, dass die Ahlu-l-'Ilm (Leute des Wissens) nicht aufhörten, die Aussage der Jahmiyyah zu widerlegen bis zur Zeit der Khilaafah von Banu-l-'Abbaas, als die Niederen und Abscheulichen in den Angelegenheiten der Allgemeinheit sprachen, die Überlieferungen des Gesandten Allaahs – sallaa Allaahu 'alaihi wa sallam – anfechteten und Analogie und Meinungen nutzten. Sie ernannten diejenigen, die mit ihnen uneinig waren, zu Ungläubigen. So übernahm der Unwissende, der Tor und derjeinige ohne Wissen ihre Aussage, bis sie in Unglauben fielen, ohne es zu wissen. Die Ummah wurde auf vielerlei Art und Weise zerstört, fiel auf vielerlei Art und Weise in Unglauben, wurde auf vielerlei Art und Weise ketzerisch, ging auf vielerlei Art und Weise in die Irre und erneuerte auf vielerlei Art und Weise. Außer demjenigen, der gefestigt war auf der Aussage des Gesandten Allaahs – sallaa Allaahu 'alaihi wa sallam – und worauf er und seine Sahaabah (Gefährten) waren, und der keinen von ihnen als fehlerhaft erklärte oder übertrat, worauf sie waren. Und ihm genügt, was für sie ausreichend war, und er weicht nicht ab von ihrem Weg und ihrem Madh-hab. Er weiß, dass sie auf dem korrekten Islaam und dem korrekten Iimaan waren. So folgt er ihnen in seiner Religion (und findet Ruhe) und weiß, dass der Diin (die Religion) im Taqliid (Befolgen) liegt. Und das Befolgen bezieht sich auf die Gefährten des Muhammad – sallaa Allaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
وَاعْلَمْ – رَحِمَكَ الله – أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْعِلْمِ لَمْ يَزَالُوا يَرُدُّونَ قَوْلَ الْجَهْمِيَّةِ حَتَّى كَانَ فِي خِلَافَةِ بَنِي أباسُ تكَلَّمَ الرُّوَيبِضَةُ فِي أَمْرِ الْعَامَّةِ, وَطَعَنُوا عَلَى آثَرِ رَسُولِ اللهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم, وَأَخَذُوا بِالْقِيَاسِ وَالرَّأْيِ, وَكَفَّرُوا مَنْ خَالَفَهُمْ, فَدَخَلَ فِي قَوْلِهِمْ الْجَاهِلُ وَالْمُغَفَّلُ وَالَّذِي لَا عِلْمَ لَهُ, حَتَّى كَفَرُوا مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ, فَهَلَكَتِ الْأُمَّةُ مِنْ وُجُوهٍ, وَكَفَرَتْ مِنْ وُجُوهٍ, وَتَزَنْدَقَتْ مِنْ وُجُوهٍ, وَضَلَّتْ مِنْ وُجُوهٍ, وَابْتَدَعَتْ مِنْ وُجُوهٍ, إِلَّا مَنْ ثَبَتَ عَلَى قَوْلِ رَسُولِ اللهِ – صلى الله عليه وسلم – وَأَمْرِهِ وَأَمْرِ أَصْحَابِهِ, وَلَمْ يُخَطِّئْ أَحَداً مِنْهُمْ, وَلَمْ (يخاوز) أَمْرَهُمْ, وَوَسِعَهُ مَا وَسِعَهُمْ, وَلَمْ يَرْغَبْ عَنْ طَرِيقَتِهِمْ وَمَذْهَبِهِمْ, وَعَلِمَ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ الصَّحِيحِ وَالْإِيمَانِ الصَّحِيحِ, فَقَلَّدَهُمْ دِينَهُ (وَاسْتَرَاحَ), وَعَلِمَ أَنَّ الدِّينَ إِنَّمَا هُوَ بِالتَّقْلِيدِ, وَالتَّقْلِيدُ لِأَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ – صلى الله عليه وسلم.
