    Missbrauch beim Freigang: Polizei fasst flüchtigen Sexualstraftäter

    Eine Woche dauerte die Suche nach Reinhard R., jetzt hat die Polizei den geflohenen Sexualstraftäter nahe der niederländischen Grenze festgenommen. Der 51-Jährige soll bei einem Freigang ein Mädchen äußerst brutal missbraucht haben.

    Osnabrück/Kleve - Der seit einer Woche flüchtige Sexualstraftäter Reinhard R. aus dem Gefängnis im niedersächsischen Lingen ist festgenommen worden. Zielfahnder fassten den 51-Jährigen am Samstagmittag in Emmerich am Niederrhein (Nordrhein-Westfalen), wie ein Sprecher der Staatsanwaltschaft in Osnabrück sagte.

    R. hatte die Justizvollzugsanstalt (JVA) in Lingen verlassen dürfen, obwohl er dort in Sicherungsverwahrung untergebracht war. Er soll während eines Freigangs ein 13-jähriges Mädchen missbraucht haben und war seitdem auf der Flucht. Die Staatsanwaltschaft Osnabrück spricht von einem "sehr schweren Vergehen, das weit über das Vorstellbare hinausgeht". Noch am Freitagabend war eine Großfahndung mit Hubschrauber und Suchhunden im Kreis Cloppenburg ergebnislos verlaufen. Zudem wurde nach R. mittlerweile auch im Ausland gefahndet.
    Hinweise auf Flucht in die Niederlande

    Laut gemeinsamer Pressemitteilung der Staatsanwaltschaft, der Polizeiinspektion Emsland/Grafschaft Bentheim und der Zentralen Kriminalinspektion Osnabrück waren der Festnahme "aufwendige und sehr personalintensive Ermittlungen vorausgegangen", an denen auch die Bundespolizei und der Koninklijke Marechaussee beteiligt gewesen sein sollen.

    Emmerich liegt nahe der niederländischen Grenze. "Dort hatten wir ihn absolut nicht erwartet", zitiert "Focus Online" einen Sprecher der Staatsanwaltschaft Osnabrück, "da er unseres Wissens nach keinerlei Verbindungen in diese Gegend hatte". Die Ermittler gehen davon aus, dass der Mann über die Grenze in die Niederlande flüchten wollte.

    R. ist vorbestraft wegen mehrerer schwerer Gewaltdelikte sowie wegen Kindesmissbrauchs. Er saß seit rund zwölf Jahren im Gefängnis, zuletzt im niedersächsischen Lingen. 2002 wurde er wegen schwerer Körperverletzung zu dreieinhalb Jahren Haft mit anschließender Sicherungsverwahrung verurteilt. Die Staatsanwaltschaft Osnabrück stuft R. als hochgefährlich ein.

    Da fragte ich: "O Gesandter Allahs, können denn die Herzen gewendet werden?", worauf er sagte: "Ja! Das Herz eines jeden Menschen, den Allah geschaffen hat, hält Allah zwischen zweien Seiner Finger. Wenn Er will, führt Er das Herz auf den richtigen Weg und wenn Er will, lässt Er es abweichen. Drum bitten wir Allah, unseren Herrn, dass Er unsere Herzen nicht von Ihm sich abkehren lassen möge, nachdem Er uns rechtgeleitet hat.     'Allāh, hilf mir, dass ich Deiner gedenke, und dabei, Dir zu danken und Dich in der rechten Weise zu verehren.'"

    Menghargai kehidupan Kehidupan ini bagi orang yang singkat pemikiran ialah cuma sekadar masa-masa yang berlalu. Mereka tidak mengerti kepentingannya, tidak menghargai waktu dan selalu merasa bosan dengannya. Sungguh seandainya mereka mengetahui bahawa berlalunya waktu itu bermaksud telah hampir kematian dengan diri mereka dan telah berlalu usia dan kehidupan mereka maka nescaya barulah mereka akan sentiasa memanfaatkannya dengan bersungguh-sungguh. Benarlah kata Imam Hasan al-Basri rahimahullah yang diriwayatkan berkata; يا ابن آدم إنما أنت أيام ! ، فإذا ذهب يوم ذهب بعضك 'Wahai anak Adam, kamu sesungguhnya hanyalah sekadar himpunan hari-hari. Lalu apabila sehari telah berlalu maka sebahagian daripada dirimu juga telah hilang.' [Hilyah Al-Awliya, Abu Nuaym] Kerana itu disebut bahawa الوقت هو الحياة waktu itu ialah kehidupan. Jika masih bujang, segeralah bernikah, jika sudah bernikah segeralah beranak dan mencari pekerjaan, jika sudah bekerja, segeralah membina perancangan hidup dan mempertingkatkan kualiti kehidupan dan jika sudah berkeluarga maka segeralah beramal dan membuat persediaan untuk membesarkan anak-anak. Jika masih belajar, manfaatkan waktu dengan ilmu, jika sudah mengajar maka manfaatkan waktu dengan beramal dan menyampaikan ilmu. Jangan dibuang masa ke arah yang tidak berguna dan menjadi penyesalan di hari kemudian. Andai masih punya waktu terluang di rumah, buatlah kuih, keluar menghadiri majlis ilmu, menziarahi sanak-saudara, orang sakit, ahli keluarga atau meluangkan masa mendidik anak-anak dan menjalinkan hubungan cinta antara suami dan isteri. Jangan sesekali membuang waktu, kerana mereka yang sudah berada di dalam kubur pasti sangat mencemburui dirimu ! (via Ustaz Emran Ahmad)

    [ATENÇÃO: este vídeo contém cenas chocantes, + 18] Em represália ao governo por não terem suas exigências sendo cumpridas, e com o agravo de um ataque dos EUA ao grupo islâmico terrorista Boko Haram, eles mataram pelo menos uma, das mais de 200 meninas que continuam desaparecidas desde abril, e ainda em poder do grupo extremista islâmico que atacaram uma escola na Nigéria. A maioria delas eram cristãs e foram forçadas a converterem se ao islã e as outras já eram muçulmanas. O que se ouve, é um lamento infernal muçulmano como tema de fundo, e as cenas que se seguem causam uma angústia terrível de impotência. A garota tem seus pés amarrados e é colocada em uma cova até a altura do peito e começa o apedrejamento. O vídeo mostra de relance ao redor do local, vultos que se parecem a outras garotas que talvez foram obrigadas a assistir a morte da colega. A islamização na Nigéria é visível. O norte é muçulmano enquanto que no sul é cristão e muitos ataques a igrejas e milhares de mortes já foram registrados. No dia do sequestro, os extremistas haviam feito um ataque a bomba matando 75 pessoas pela manhã e a noite atacaram a escola onde as garotas dormiam na escola dormitório. O norte da África já foi islamizado, agora avançam para a região central africana e isso comprova se por notícias, pois ataques de extremistas vão desde a Nigéria, seguindo pela Rep. Centro Africana, Sudão (agora também no Sul) até o Quênia no outro extremo do continente. Vale lembrar que no Sudão houve recentemente um genocídio onde foram mortas 400.000 pessoas e outros 2.000.000 refugidos e tudo patrocinado pela Arábia Saudita aos terroristas Janjaweeds e também com a conivência do presidente corrupto Al Bashir Boko significa ''educação ocidental'' e Haram, ''não permitido ou pecado'', então o significado de ''Boko Haram'' é, ''educação ocidental é pecado'' e por isso o ataque a escola. O grupo teve início com um jovem que até inglês falava fluentemente, até que ele entrou em uma mesquita e recebeu educação muçulmana por um clérigo e logo depois ele e mais outros jovens fundaram o grupo fundamentalista, pois foi fundamentado no mais rigoroso estudo dos livros do 'profeta'. O islã diz que respeita o ''profeta Isa'', Jesus, mas eles, a exemplo dos fariseus, não entenderam nada da mensagem de Cristo. Seguem a antiga lei de julgamento e acusação contra ''pecadores'' e isso comprova se pela ''lei sharia'', onde clérigos apontam que tipo de pena o 'culpado'' deve sofrer, que vão de açoites a pena máxima que é a morte por enforcamento ou apedrejamento. João 8 3 E os escribas e fariseus trouxeram-lhe uma mulher apanhada em adultério; 4 E, pondo-a no meio, disseram-lhe: Mestre, esta mulher foi apanhada, no próprio ato, adulterando. 5 E na lei nos mandou Moisés que as tais sejam apedrejadas. Tu, pois, que dizes? 6 Isto diziam eles, tentando-o, para que tivessem de que o acusar. Mas Jesus, inclinando-se, escrevia com o dedo na terra. 7 E, como insistissem, perguntando-lhe, endireitou-se, e disse-lhes: Aquele que de entre vós está sem pecado seja o primeiro que atire pedra contra ela. 8 E, tornando a inclinar-se, escrevia na terra. 9 Quando ouviram isto, pesou lhes a consciência e saíram um a um, a começar pelos mais velhos até aos últimos; ficou só Jesus e a mulher que estava no meio. 10 E, endireitando-se Jesus, e não vendo ninguém mais do que a mulher, disse-lhe: Mulher, onde estão aqueles teus acusadores? Ninguém te condenou? 11 E ela disse: Ninguém, Senhor. E disse-lhe Jesus: Nem eu também te condeno; vai-te, e não peques mais. 12 Falou-lhes, pois, Jesus outra vez, dizendo: Eu sou a luz do mundo; quem me segue não andará em trevas, mas terá a luz da vida. 13 Disseram-lhe, pois, os fariseus: Tu testificas de ti mesmo; o teu testemunho não é verdadeiro. (segundo a lei judaica, teriam de haver 2 testemunhas, assim como no islã, mas eles não compreenderam a mensagem) 14 Respondeu Jesus, e disse-lhes: Ainda que eu testifico de mim mesmo, o meu testemunho é verdadeiro, porque sei de onde vim, e para onde vou; mas vós não sabeis de onde venho, nem para onde vou. 15 Vós julgais segundo a carne; eu a ninguém julgo. 16 E, se na verdade julgo, o meu juízo é verdadeiro, porque não sou eu só, mas eu e o Pai que me enviou. 17 E na vossa lei está também escrito que o testemunho de dois homens é verdadeiro. 18 Eu sou o que testifico de mim mesmo, e de mim testifica também o Pai que me enviou. 19 Disseram-lhe, pois: Onde está teu Pai? Jesus respondeu: Não me conheceis a mim, nem a meu Pai; se vós me conhecêsseis a mim, também conheceríeis a meu Pai. 21 Disse-lhes, pois, Jesus outra vez: Eu retiro-me, e buscar-me-eis, e morrereis no vosso pecado. Para onde eu vou, não podeis vós vir. Diziam, pois, os judeus: Porventura quererá matar-se a si mesmo, pois diz: ''Para onde eu vou não podeis vir''? E dizia-lhes: Vós sois de baixo, eu sou de cima; vós sois deste mundo, eu não sou deste mundo. Por isso vos disse que morrereis em vossos pecados, porque se não crerdes que eu sou, morrereis em vossos pecados. Disseram-lhe, pois: Quem és tu? Jesus lhes disse: Isso mesmo que já desde o princípio vos disse. Muito tenho que dizer e julgar de vós, mas aquele que me enviou é verdadeiro; e o que dele tenho ouvido, isso falo ao mundo. Mas não entenderam que ele lhes falava do Pai. Disse-lhes, pois, Jesus: Quando levantardes o Filho do homem, então conhecereis que EU SOU, e que nada faço por mim mesmo; mas isto falo como meu Pai me ensinou. E aquele que me enviou está comigo. O Pai não me tem deixado só, porque eu faço sempre o que lhe agrada. Dizendo ele estas coisas, muitos creram nele. João 8:22-30
