    Traitorous Regime Strives to Secure a Permanent American Occupation on Pakistan's Doorstep

    After his substantial visit to Pakistan, in which he met key figures of the military and political leadership, James F. Dobbins, the US Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan, announced on May 13, 2014 that the US-led military presence in Afghanistan will remain "significant" despite this year's draw-down. Indeed, America is determined to remain in Afghanistan, its officials scurrying back and forth to Kabul to secure nine bases and over 100,000 personnel well beyond 2014. Then, America's men in Pakistan's leadership mobilized vigorously, holding meetings here and there, making statements and announcements. And what was prominent were the calls and preparations for security operations in two areas, North Waziristan and Karachi.

    As for North Waziristan, it is a major obstacle in the practical realization of America's ambitious, long-term plan to stay on the doorstep of the Muslim World's only nuclear power. Since 2001 until now, North Waziristan is the launching pad of the fiercest and most well planned resistance to the American occupation of Afghanistan. Indeed, throughout history, the hardy and clever Wazirs of this vital region have been the key fighters, and leaders of other fighters, against enemy occupiers, whether it is America today, Soviet Russia before that or the British Raj before that. Crippled by economic collapse, political crisis and a military paralyzed by fear, America is reduced to demanding Pakistan's armed forces to "do more," whilst raising prominently the dismantling of the Haqqani network of North Waziristan, which keeps their politicians awake in their beds and drives their soldiers to suicide or intoxication through all consuming fear.

    Moreover, America is alarmed at how much the Muslims of North Waziristan are held in high regard by the Pakistani armed forces and its intelligence wing, the ISI. This high regard is inevitable because Pakistan's military and intelligence worked closely with the Muslims of North Waziristan to uproot the then superpower Russia from its occupation of Afghanistan, bloodying its nose such that it never dared to return again. This high regard is inevitable because Pakistan's Muslim tribal people, military and intelligence all share the love for fighting in the way of Allah سبحانه وتعالى against the Kuffar enemy oppressors, denying them of any help, support or alliance. For Allah سبحانه وتعالى says,

    إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمْ اللَّهُ عَنْ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَنْ تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ الظَّالِمُونَ ْ

    "Allah forbids your alliance with those who fight you because of your Deen, and drive you from your homelands, or aid others to do so: and as for those who turn to them in alliance, they are truly oppressors." (al-Mumtahina 60:9)

    And He سبحانه وتعالى says,

    يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَاتِلُوا الَّذِينَ يَلُونَكُمْ مِنْ الْكُفَّارِ وَلْيَجِدُوا فِيكُمْ غِلْظَةً وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ

    "O you who believe! Fight those of the Disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allah is with those who keep their duty 'unto Him'." (Tawba 9:123)

    Thus, to prevent the natural unification of the Muslim military, intelligence and tribal people as one force against its occupation, America is using its tried and tested formula, that it uses all over the world, to divide and rule over other peoples. Today, American intelligence and private military are working day and night to launch "false flag" attacks in the name of the tribal Muslims, a viscous bombings and assassination campaigns, against the civilian and military, to create Fitnah and turn Muslims against Muslims. And as the Muslims count their dead from military officers, soldiers, police, ulema, doctors, lawyers and general masses, the traitorous Raheel-Nawaz regime raises its voice for operations in North Waziristan.

    And as another part of its efforts to prevent resistance to its continuous presence in the region, America demands operations in Karachi, for it has a great role in the Jihad against the Americans in Afghanistan. Karachi has the world's largest population of Pushtoon, more than even Kabul or Peshawar, who have strong relations with the fighting Pushtoon of the tribal areas. And since Pakistan's formation, Karachi is a grand center for the teaching of Islam and all its obligations, including Jihad against the Kuffar. That is why America's agents in Pakistan's leadership have launched an extensive and long campaign in Karachi and imposed a draconian law that gives legal cover for abduction, the Pakistan Protection Ordinance. They claim their actions are against kidnappers, extortionists and target killers, but they are actually a cover to assassinate, abduct, arrest or silence those who either fight or call for Jihad against America, including several key fighter commanders and Ulema. And the criminal regime maintains this lie, even though to end the bloodshed in Karachi only requires a few days, by sealing the American consulate and rounding up the personnel of America's Raymond Davis network.

    O Muslims of Pakistan!

    The Raheel-Nawaz regime has abandoned us as a loyal service to our enemies. It does not care for our lives and property, allowing us to burn in the fires of chaos caused by the American terrorist network that the regime has implanted in your cities. It does not care for our armed forces, intelligence or tribal people, for it creates division and hostility, weakening the Muslims against their enemies. It does not care for our hard earned nuclear weapons, for it is willing to settle America within striking distance of them. And it does not care for our Deen for it works to silence the call to Islam and its obligations, seeking for us to submit before those who disbelieve in Allah سبحانه وتعالى, fight us and occupy our lands.

    Raise your voice against these criminal operations whose sole purpose is to secure the American dominance of the region. Work with Hizb ut-Tahrir to abolish this traitorous regime and establish the Khilafah. Only then will the Muslims be led by a Khaleefah Rashid, who will conduct the operation that is actually required, the obliteration of the poisonous American presence within Pakistan and Afghanistan. RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم,

    «إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ»

    "Indeed the Imam is a shield, you fight under him and you are protected by him."

    O Muslims of Pakistan's Armed Forces!

    Have you still not seen enough of the treachery from the men who sit astride your shoulders, over your heads? It is still not too late for you to turn the American plan on its head. Remember who you are, sons of Muslims and inheritors of a legacy of hundreds of years of Islamic rule in this region. Give the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir under its Ameer, Shaikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, for the return of the Khilafah, which will end division and forge unity, stop the war of Fitna and initiate Jihad against the enemy, overturn defeat and secure victory. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,

    يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمْ انفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الأَرْضِ أَرَضِيتُمْ بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مِنْ الآخِرَةِ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فِي الآخِرَةِ إِلاَّ قَلِيلٌ، إِلاَّ تَنفِرُوا يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ وَلاَ تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْئًا

    "O you who believe! What is the matter with you? When it is said to you: Go forth in the Way of Allah, you are however down to the ground with heaviness. Do you take pleasure in the life of the world rather than in the Hereafter? The comfort of the life of the world is but little than in the Hereafter. If you do not go forth, He will afflict you with a painful doom and will choose instead of you a folk other than you. You cannot harm Him at all." (Tawba 9:38-39)
