DER GLAUBE AN DAS SCHICKSAAL - QADAR
"Weißt du nicht, dass ALLAH kennt, was im Himmel und was auf der Erde ist? Fürwahr, das steht in einem Buch, das ist für ALLAH ein leichtes. " (Al Hadsch - 70)
Das heißt dass man daran glaubt, dass alles, was Gutes (Hayrr) oder Böses (Scharr) ist, von ALLAH, dem Erhabenen, bestimmt wird. ALLAH ist der Schöpfer aller Dinge, so auch der Zeit. Das heißt,
von der Vergangenheit, der Gegenwart und der Zukunft. Er ist der Schöpfer des freien Willens. Dadurch dass Allah der Schöpfer sämtlichen ist, so auch des freien Willens, folgt daraus, dass ALLAH
im Voraus weiß, wie diese Geschöpfe sich entscheiden werden und wie sie aufgrund dieser Entscheidung handeln werden. Aber ALLAH zwingt keinem Geschöpf ihre Entscheidungen und die daraus folgenden Handlungen auf. Genau deswegen tragen die Geschöpfe, wie Menschen und Dschinn vor ALLAH eine Verantwortung für ihre freiwillig verrichtete Taten. Sie werden zur Rechenschaft gezogen aufgrund ihrer freien Entscheidungen.
"Was euch an Unglück treffen mag, es erfolgt auf dessen, was eure Hände gewirkt haben. Und Er vergibt vieles. " (Asch Schura - 30)
"Für ihn (den Gesandten) ist eine Schar (von Engeln) vor ihm und hinter ihm, sie behüten ihn auf ALLAHs Geheiß. Gewiss, ALLAH ändert die Lage eines Volkes nicht, ehe sie nicht selbst das ändern, was in ihren Herzen ist. Und wenn ALLAH ein Volk zu bestrafen wünscht, so gibt es dagegen keine Abwehr, noch haben sie einen Helfer außer Ihm. " (Ar Rad - 11)
"Der Kampf ist euch befohlen, auch wenn er euch missfällt, aber es ist wohl möglich, dass euch etwas missfällt, was gut für euch ist und es ist wohl möglich, dass euch etwas gefällt, was für euch Übel ist. ALLAH weiß, ihr aber wisset nicht. " (Al Baqarah - 216)
Es gibt natürlich auch viele Gründe dafür, dass es das Unheil und das Böse in der Welt gibt. Ein Moslem sollte sich über die Gründe Gedanken machen, aber zugleich er es versteht oder nicht, hat er sich dem Willen ALLAHs zu unterwerfen und um Geduld zu bitten. Nur so kann man Wohlgefallen ALLAHs erlangen.
Dazu äußerte sich der heilige Prophet Mohammad (s.a.s.): "Der schlimmste Unglück trifft den Propheten, den Heiligen und ähnlichen zu" (Tirmisi)

Washington States that Even Azad (Liberated) #Kashmir is Disputed
The Indian media raised objection to the front page of a Pentagon report titled "Military and security developments involving the People's Republic of China for 2014," which displays the map of Asia and includes portions of Azad (Liberated) Kashmir as part of Pakistan. In contrast, the official US map on the State Department website depicts the Line of Control that separates liberated Kashmir from Indian occupied Kashmir, with a dotted line indicating dispute. The US State Department has clarified that Washington views all of Kashmir, including Azad Kashmir, as disputed between India and Pakistan. "You know our position hasn't changed. I'll check with them and see. I have no idea what happened with that map," said US State Department spokesperson Marie Harf on Friday 6 June when Indian journalists asked her to comment on the Pentagon report.
The US State Department stance is an assurance to the Hindu State, which claims rights over all of Kashmir, not just that which it brutally occupies, but also that which has been made Azad (liberated) by the Muslims. This assurance coincides with the return of the BJP to power. The BJP and its affiliates have strongly opposed Congress Party's long standing Nehruvian policy of non-alignment, and instead advocate closeness to the United States. Thus removal of the anti-American Congress Party from government by the pro-American BJP, provides America with an opportunity to forge an alliance with India against its competitors in the region, China and the Muslims of South and Central Asia. Pakistan's abandoning of Kashmir to Hindu oppression is part of the plan. Even if the Hindus allow nominal, limited independence to Kashmir, such a Kashmiri state will be too small to resist Indian domination once Pakistani support has been eliminated.
The Raheel-Nawaz regime will never make the principled stance that is required. Instead, at the bidding of its American masters, the regime is playing its role to facilitate the American-Indian alliance, by repeatedly offering India concessions. Only the Khilafah will unify the Muslims of South Asia that have been weakened by the kuffar colonialists through division. The Khilafah will restore the leadership of the region to the Muslims, as well as providing justice and protection to all the inhabitants of the region, be they Hindu, Sikh or Christian. This is because the Khilafah's foreign policy is not based on cowardly compromise with oppressors, but on spreading the light of Islam over the entire world, obliterating kufr rule wherever it is found.
RasulAllah (saw) said:
لَيَبْلُغَنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرُ مَا
بَلَغَ اللَّيْلُ وَالنَّهَارُ، وَلَا يَتْرُكُ اللَّهُ بَيْتَ مَدَرٍ
وَلَا وَبَرٍ إِلَّا أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ هَذَا الدِّينَ، بِعِزِّ
عَزِيزٍ، أَوْ بِذُلِّ ذَلِيلٍ، عِزًّا يُعِزُّ اللَّهُ بِهِ
الْإِسْلَامَ، وَذُلًّا يُذِلُّ اللَّهُ بِهِ الْكُفْرَ
"This case is sure to reach the horizon of night and day. Allah will not leave a single house settled or nomadic not only as setting this Deen with the glory of the glorious or the humiliation of the insignificant. Allah will exalt Islam with glory and demean disbelief with humiliation."

#Pakistan: Health Care is a Right for the People and not a Business
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Thursday 5 June approved the National Health Insurance Scheme. The Prime Minister laid the basis for further privatization of Pakistan's health care, by saying that, "the scheme will also enhance public-private partnership in Pakistan and will open up further avenues for investment". However, this scheme will worsen Pakistan's health care, which is already dominated by the private sector that has made health care a business not a right.
Consider that medical insurance worsened health care in the land of the masters of the Raheel-Nawaz regime, America, whose health service is dominated by the private sector. In the US, Democracy has converted patients into customers and health into a luxury. Democracy has privatized health care and drug research to benefit a small elite, who now profiteer from the misery of millions. Medical insurance was then instituted to help make medical payments. However, insurance has added to the problem, as it has allowed the drug companies and health providers to raise their prices. Insurance claims are complicated and insurance is often denied in expensive cases. So despite insurance, medical debt is now cited as the single biggest factor in 62% of all personal bankruptcy in the United States. Fifty million Americans do not have health insurance, as they cannot even afford that.
Approximately 18,000 of this fifty million die every year because they cannot afford health insurance, so cannot afford treatment. This is whilst a small elite represented by medical facility providers, drug companies and health insurance companies profiteer immensely from the misery of millions, through privatization of health, drug patency laws and insurance laws, all secured by Democracy.
And Pakistan will not fare any better. Currently, the private sector accounts for approximately 80% of all outpatient visits in Pakistan. Domination by the private sector has converted health care from a service into a business and health care into a luxury, not a right. Increasing costs of private doctors fees, medicines and diagnostic tests have made affordable treatment difficult for most people in Pakistan. Quality has suffered as quality addition is based on business profitability rather than health care requirements. So in Pakistan there is widespread, preventable life-threatening disease, inadequate patient health education, poor unaudited treatment protocols that are not based on medical evidence, lack of an integrated health system with primary, secondary and tertiary facilities, poor local clinical training and the absence of strong, original medical research strongly linked to local disease and health requirements.
Such pitiful private sector dominated health care is a far cry from the time of the Khilafah, where the state supported a strong predominately public health sector, in accordance with the commands of RasulAllah (saw), for example during the Ghazwah Khandaq he came across wounded soldiers and he ordered a tent be assembled to provide medical care. Public hospitals, or "Bimiristan" (Abode of the Sick) were a great relief for the people. They served all people regardless of their race, religion, citizenship, or gender. The al-Mansuri Hospital, established in Cairo in 1283, had accommodation for 8,000 patients. There were two nursing attendants for each patient, who did everything for his/her comfort and convenience and every patient had his/her own bed, bedding and vessel for eating. This hospital treated in-patients and out-patients giving them free food and medicine. There were mobile dispensaries and clinics for the proper medical care of the disabled and those living in the remote areas. This was possible because the Khilafah is a state that cares for its citizens and upon its return, soon inshaaAllah, it will be a beacon of relief for the sick and needy.

#Pakistan: Health Care is a Right for the People and not a Business
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Thursday 5 June approved the National Health Insurance Scheme. The Prime Minister laid the basis for further privatization of Pakistan's health care, by saying that, "the scheme will also enhance public-private partnership in Pakistan and will open up further avenues for investment". However, this scheme will worsen Pakistan's health care, which is already dominated by the private sector that has made health care a business not a right.
Consider that medical insurance worsened health care in the land of the masters of the Raheel-Nawaz regime, America, whose health service is dominated by the private sector. In the US, Democracy has converted patients into customers and health into a luxury. Democracy has privatized health care and drug research to benefit a small elite, who now profiteer from the misery of millions. Medical insurance was then instituted to help make medical payments. However, insurance has added to the problem, as it has allowed the drug companies and health providers to raise their prices. Insurance claims are complicated and insurance is often denied in expensive cases. So despite insurance, medical debt is now cited as the single biggest factor in 62% of all personal bankruptcy in the United States. Fifty million Americans do not have health insurance, as they cannot even afford that.
Approximately 18,000 of this fifty million die every year because they cannot afford health insurance, so cannot afford treatment. This is whilst a small elite represented by medical facility providers, drug companies and health insurance companies profiteer immensely from the misery of millions, through privatization of health, drug patency laws and insurance laws, all secured by Democracy.
And Pakistan will not fare any better. Currently, the private sector accounts for approximately 80% of all outpatient visits in Pakistan. Domination by the private sector has converted health care from a service into a business and health care into a luxury, not a right. Increasing costs of private doctors fees, medicines and diagnostic tests have made affordable treatment difficult for most people in Pakistan. Quality has suffered as quality addition is based on business profitability rather than health care requirements. So in Pakistan there is widespread, preventable life-threatening disease, inadequate patient health education, poor unaudited treatment protocols that are not based on medical evidence, lack of an integrated health system with primary, secondary and tertiary facilities, poor local clinical training and the absence of strong, original medical research strongly linked to local disease and health requirements.
Such pitiful private sector dominated health care is a far cry from the time of the Khilafah, where the state supported a strong predominately public health sector, in accordance with the commands of RasulAllah (saw), for example during the Ghazwah Khandaq he came across wounded soldiers and he ordered a tent be assembled to provide medical care. Public hospitals, or "Bimiristan" (Abode of the Sick) were a great relief for the people. They served all people regardless of their race, religion, citizenship, or gender.
