| Blogtrottr <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Sep 14 08:26PM +0100 Führe uns den gerade Wegs Facebook-Pinnwand Führe uns den gerade Wegs Facebook-Pinnwand Empressez-vous d'accomplir le Hadj Le Prophète () a dit : « Hâtez-vous d'acco... http://www.facebook.com/FuhreUnsDenGeradeWeg/photos/a.339790759461049.65457.339787562794702/583473635092759/?type=1 Sep 14th 2014, 18:45 Empressez-vous d'accomplir le Hadj Le Prophète () a dit : « Hâtez-vous d'accomplir le pèlerinage – c'est-à-dire le pèlerinage obligatoire -, car nul d'entre vous ne sait ce qui pourrait lui arriver. » (Ahmad) « Que celui qui désire accomplir le Hadj s'empresse de le faire, car il peut tomber malade, être exposé à la pauvreté, ou perdre sa monture.» [Ahmad, Ibn Mâdjah (Al-Albâni : Hassan) Dans ces deux hadiths, le Prophète () ordonne aux membres de sa communauté de s'empresser d'accomplir le Hadj par peur que des obstacles ne surviennent et les empêchent de l'accomplir : maladie paralysante, emploi de temps très chargé, insécurité des routes … Ils constituent l'une des preuves sur les lesquelles se sont basés les oulémas qui optent pour l'obligation d'accomplir le Hadj dès qu'on en a la possibilité. C'est l'avis entre autres des deux imams Abou Hanîfa et Ahmad, qu'Allah leur fasse miséricorde, et c'est l'avis correct qu'étayent en plus des deux hadiths susmentionnés la parole d'Allah, exalté soit-Il (sens du verset) : « […] Et c'est un devoir envers Allah pour les gens qui ont les moyens, d'aller faire le pèlerinage de la Maison. […] » (Coran 3/97) et la parole du Prophète () : « Ô gens, Allah vous a commandé d'accomplir le Hadj, alors accomplissez-le. » (Mouslim) Ce sont des ordres d'Allah, exalté soit-Il, et de Son Messager () et la règle de base concernant un ordre est qu'il exprime une obligation immédiate, comme l'ont confirmé les savants en Usûl (science de la méthodologie juridique ou des fondements de la Jurisprudence) en se basant sur les nombreuses preuves qu'ils ont détaillées dans leurs livres. Une de ces preuves est qu'Allah, exalté soit-Il, ordonne de se hâter dans l'accomplissement des bonnes œuvres lorsqu'Il dit (sens des versets) • « Et concourez au pardon de votre Seigneur, et à un Jardin (paradis) large comme les cieux et la terre, préparé pour les pieux. » (Coran 3/133) • « […] Rivalisez donc dans les bonnes œuvres. […] » (Coran 2/148) Le fait d'ajourner l'accomplissement des bonnes actions est donc à l'opposé des caractéristiques des pieux et contrevient à l'ordre qu'Allah, exalté soit-Il, donne à Ses pieux serviteurs de s'empresser dans l'accomplissement des bonnes œuvres. Quant à l'avis selon lequel le Hadj est une obligation à accomplir lorsqu'on le désire et qui s'appuie sur le fait que le Prophète () n'a accompli le Hadj que lors de la dixième année alors qu'il fut prescrit lors de la sixième année, il n'est pas correct, car en réalité le Hadj fut prescrit lors de la neuvième année et non la sixième et le Prophète () n'accomplit pas le Hadj cette année-là en raison de la présence de polythéistes qui tournaient autour de la Ka'ba nus. Le Prophète () envoya alors Abou Bakr As-Siddîq, qu'Allah soit satisfait de lui, cette année-là et lui ordonna d'annoncer aux gens le jour du sacrifice qu'aucun polythéiste ne doit accomplir le Hadj après cette année et qu'aucune personne ne doit accomplir le Tawaf autour de la Ka'ba nue. (Boukhari) Le grand savant Cheikh Ibn 'Uthaymîn, qu'Allah lui fasse miséricorde, a dit : « Quant à la prescription du Hadj, l'avis correct est qu'il a été prescrit lors de la neuvième année de l'Hégire et non la sixième et Allah, exalté soit-Il, ne l'avait pas prescrit avant cela, car sa prescription avant cela aurait été contraire à la sagesse. En effet, la tribu de Quraych avait interdit au Prophète () d'accomplir la 'Omra et il était donc prévisible qu'elle lui interdise d'accomplir le Hadj. De plus, avant sa conquête, La Mecque était une ville tenue par les mécréants et elle ne se libéra de leur emprise qu'après sa conquête. L'obligation du Hadj pour les gens vint donc au moment opportun. Quant à la preuve que le Hadj ne fut prescrit qu'en l'an neuf de l'Hégire, elle réside dans le fait que le verset concernant l'obligation du Hadj se trouve au début de la sourate Al 'Imrân et que le début de cette sourate fut révélé lors de l'année des délégations. » Si l'on demande donc : pourquoi le Prophète () n'a-t-il pas accompli le Hadj en l'an neuf de l'Hégire alors que vous affirmez qu'il faut l'accomplir sans attendre, la réponse est que le Prophète () n'a pas accompli le Hadj cette année-là pour plusieurs raisons : 1- Un grand nombre de délégations vinrent le trouver cette année-là et c'est pourquoi l'an neuf de l'Hégire fut nommé l'année des délégations. Il ne fait donc aucun doute que l'accueil des musulmans venus rencontrer le Prophète () afin qu'ils apprennent leur religion était une chose importante. On pourrait même dire que c'était une obligation pour le Prophète () afin de transmettre son Message aux gens. 2- Il était prévisible que les polythéistes aillent accomplir le Hadj en l'an neuf de l'Hégire, comme ils avaient l'habitude de le faire. Le Prophète () voulut donc retarder l'accomplissement de son Hadj afin qu'il ne soit accompli que par des musulmans et c'est effectivement ce qui s'est produit lorsqu'il annonça aux gens, en l'an neuf de l'Hégire, que nul polythéiste ne devait accomplir le Hadj après cette année et que nul ne devait accomplir le Tawaf autour de la Ka'ba nu. En effet, au début, les gens qui ne font pas partie de la tribu de Quraych tournaient nus autour Ka'ba car ils n'étaient pas autorisés à faire le Tawaf en portant leur propres habits. Ceux qui ne voulaient pas faire le Tawaf nus étaient obligés de porter les habits de l'un des Quraychites. Même les femmes accomplissaient le Tawaf nues.
