Dazu zählt das Seitheben am Kabelzug, das Rudern im Stehen sowie die Shurgs. Im Verlauf folgen noch die weiteren Übungen sowie Split Trainingspläne! Wenn die Schulter trainiert wird, ist ein gutes Aufwärmen Pflicht! Beim Schultertraining ist besonders darauf zu achten, dass man nicht mit zu viel Schwung arbeitet! Auf dauer ist das nicht gut für die Gelenke. Vor allem ist das Verletzungsrisiko bei schlechter Ausführung enorm hoch. Dementsprechend eher weniger Gewicht wählen, dafür aber die Übungen sauber ausführen! Bei den Übungen wähle ich mein Trainingsgewicht so, dass ich max 12 Wdh. je Satz schaffe. Der gezeigte Trainingsplan richtet sich eher an fortgeschrittene Sportler!
