24 ذو القعدة ) وفاة الشيخ عبد الله بن محمد بن حميد رحمه الله 20 من ذي القعدة 1402هـ هو العالم الجليل الشيخ عبد الله بن محمد بن عبد العزيز بن عبد الرحمن بن حسين بن حميد من بني خالد. ولد هذا العالِم الجليل بمدينة الرياض عام 1329هـ في التاسع والعشرين من شهر ذي الحجة ، وتربى تربية حسنة، وفقد بصره في طفولته، وقرأ القرآن وحفظه غيبًا، وشرع في طلب العلم بهمة ونشاط ومثابرة، فقرأ على علماء الرياض والوافدين إليها. شيوخه من شيوخه الشيخ حمد الفارس قرأ عليه في علوم العربية والحديث، والشيخ سعد بن حمد بن عتيق، قرأ عليه في أصول الدين وفروعه ، كما قرأ على صالح بن عبد العزيز آل الشيخ، ومحمد بن عبد اللطيف، ولازمهما سنين في أصول الدين وفروعه والحديث والتفسير، وقرأ على سماحة الشيخ محمد بن إبراهيم الأصول والفروع والحديث والتفسير وعلوم العربية، ولازمه زمنًا طويلاً، وكان يستشيره في القضاء وفي حل ما يمر عليه من عويص المسائل ، ونبغ في فنون كثيرة، واتسعت مداركه، فقد وهبه الله فهمًا ثاقبًا وذكاءً متوقدًا، وقوة في الاستحضار لا نظير لها ، وكان مشائخه يتفرسون فيه الذكاء، ويقولون سيكون لهذا الفتى شأن. عينه سماحة الشيخ محمد بن إبراهيم مدرسًا للمبتدئين ومساعدًا له، فمتى غاب انتهى التدريس إليه. أعماله عينه الملك عبد العزيز رحمه الله في محرم سنة 1357هـ قاضيًا في الرياض، وظل في منصب القضاء نزيهًا عدلاً في أحكامه، مثارًا للإعجاب في فراسته ومعرفته للمحق من المبطل، فكانت لا تخطئ فراسته. وفي عام 1360هـ في ذي القعدة عينه الملك عبد العزيز قاضيًا في سدير . وفي آخر عام 1363هـ تعين قاضيًا في بريدة وما يتبعها، وظل في قضائها وإمامة جامعها والمرجع في الإفتاء والتدريس فيها طيلة وجوده يمارس مهمة القضاء محبوبًا لدى الخاص والعام، مسددًا في أقضيته. و في أواخر عام 1377هـ طلب الإعفاء من منصب القضاء وأن يحال إلى المعاش التقاعدي حينما أنشئت هيئة التمييز، فتجرد للعبادة ونفع الخلق إفتاءً وتدريسًا، وظل في إمامة الجامع الكبير في بريدة. وفي عام 1384هـ تأسست الرئاسة العامة للإشراف الديني على المسجد الحرام، فاختاره الملك فيصل رحمه الله رئيسًا لها ومدرسًا في المسجد الحرام بين العشاءين ومفتيًا، فكان يجلس للطلبة وقتين في الحرم ، وكان الناس يفدون إليه زرافات يستفتونه فيما يشكل عليهم، وله ندوات في وسائل الإعلام المقروءة والمسموعة، ونشاط في الإفتاء منقطع النظير، وكان من ذكائه إعادة السؤال برمته ثم يجيب عليه وهو يعتبر من أعلام المكفوفين. وفي عام 1395هـ عينه الملك خالد رحمه الله رئيسًا للمجلس الأعلى للقضاء وعضوًا في هيئة كبار العلماء، ورئيسًا للمجمع الفقهي برابطة العالم الإسلامي، وعضوًا في المجلس التأسيسي للرابطة. مؤلفاته من أبرزها : - الرسائل الحسان في نصائح الإخوان . - توجيهات إسلامية - إيضاح ما توهمه صاحب اليسر في يسره من تجويز ذبح الهدي قبل نحره. - غاية المقصود في التنبيه على أوهام ابن محمود. - تبيان الأدلة في إثبات الأهلة - هداية الناسك إلى أحكام المناسك - كمال الشريعة وشمولها لكل ما يحتاجه البشر . - دفاع عن الإسلام ( في حكم الاشتراكية ) - حكم اللحوم المستوردة و ذبائح أهل الكتاب وغيرهم . - الإبداع شرح خطبة حجة الوداع - الفتاوى و الدروس في المسجد الحرام بإشراف ولده الشيخ صالح بن حميد إمام و خطيب المسجد الحرام وفقه الله. وفاته ولم يزل على حالته المثلى حتى وافاه أجله المحتوم مأسوفًا على فقده، فحزن الناس لفراقه حزنًا شديدًا، وذلك يوم الأربعاء الموافق 20 من ذي القعدة سنة 1402هـ الموافق 8 من سبتمبر سنة 1982م، وصلَّى عليه في المسجد الحرام، وخرج الناس في جنازته، وصار لوقع مصابه صدى في كافة أنحاء المملكة وخارجها ، رحمه الله تعالى و أحسن إليه . وفاة ابن النفيس ـ مكتشف الدورة الدموية الصغرى ـ 21 من ذي القعدة سنة 687 هـ : وهو أبو الحسن علاء الدين علي بن أبي الحرم المعروف بابن النفيس ، وهو طبيب وعالم ولد بدمشق سنة 607 هـ وتوفى بالقاهرة في 21 ذو القعدة 687 هـ . درس الطب في دمشق على مشاهير الأطباء ثم نـزل مصر ومارس الطب في المستشفى المنصوري "مستشفى قلاوون حاليًا" الذي أنشأه السلطان قلاوون ، وأصبح عميد أطباء هذا المستشفى ، وكان طبيب السلطان بيبرس ، قال المؤرخون عنه : لم يكن على وجه الأرض في الطب مثله ؛ ولم يأت بعد ابن سينا مثله وكان في العلاج أعظم من ابن سينا ، ولم تقتصر شهرة ابن النفيس على الطب بل كان يعد من كبار علماء عصره في اللغة والفلسفة والفقه والحديث وله مصنفات في غير الطب مثل : الرسالة الكاملية في السيرة النبوية . أما في الطب فله مصنفات عديدة : منها المهذب في الكحالة (أي طب العيون) ، المختار في الأغذية ، شرح مسائل حنين بن إسحاق ، والموجز في الطب وهو موجز كتاب القانون لابن سينا . وله موسوعة علمية هائلة سماها : "الشامل في الصناعة الطبية" وكان ينوي فيها أن تصل إلى 300 مجلد ، كل مجلد يتناول موضوعًا بذاته وخلال ثلاثين سنة قام بإتمام ثمانين مجلدًا من موسوعته "الشامل" وتوفى قبل تبييض بقية كتب الموسوعة ، وكان ابن النفيس معتدًا بمصنفاته إذ نقل المؤرخون أنه قال : لولم أعلم أن تصانيفي تبقى بعدي عشرة آلاف سنة ما وضعتها . * وقد اكتشف "ابن النفيس" الدورة الدموية الصغرى ، وقال : "إن الدم ينقي في الرئتين " قبل "سرفيتوس" بثلاثة قرون . وكان مستقلاً في التفكير والرأي ويعارض الآراء وينقدها حتى ولو كانت من جالنيوس أو ابن سينا ، فخرج من ملاحظاته وخبراته إلى أن الدم ينساب من البطين الأيمن إلى الرئة ، حيث يمتـزج بالهواء ثم إلى البطين الأيسر وهي الدورة التي نسميها اليوم بالدورة الدموية الصغرى . وكانت تلك خطوة كبرى اعتمد عليها الطبيب البريطاني هارفي الذي كشف سنة 1628 م الدورة الدموية الكبرى . وفاة شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية في 20 ذي القعدة سنة 728 هـ : واسمه أحمد بن عبد الحليم بن عبد السلام بن عبد الله بن القاسم بن تيمية الحراني الدمشقي تقي الدين أبو العباس إمام الأئمة والمجتهد المطلق ، ولد سنة 661هـ ، قرأ القرآن والفقه وناظر واستدل وهو دون البلوغ ، وأفتى ودرس وهو دون العشرين وصنف التصانيف وصار من أكابر العلماء في حياة شيوخه . قال الحافظ الذهبي ـ وهو تلميذه ـ عنه : وكانت السنة نصب عينيه وعلى طرف لسانه بعبارة رشيقة ، وكان آية من آيات الله في التفسير والتوسع فيه ، وأما أصول الديانة ومعرفة أقوال المخالفين فكان لا يشق غباره فيه ، هذا مع ما كان عليه من الكرم والشجاعة ، والفراغ عن ملاذ النفس ، ولعل فتاويه في الفنون تبلغ ثلاثمائة مجلد بل أكثر ، وكان قوالاً بالحق لا تأخذه بالله لومة لائم ، وكان أبيض ، أسود الرأس واللحية قليل الشيب ، كأن عينيه لسانان ناطقان ربعة من الرجال بعيد ما بين المنكبين جهوري الصوت فصيحًا سريع القراءة تعتريه حدة ، لكن يقهرها بالحلم ولم أر مثله في ابتهاله واستعانته بالله وكثرة توجهه أهـ . ووقع له مع أهل عصره قلاقل وزلازل وامتحن مرة بعد أخرى في حياته وجرت له فتن عديدة ثم كان أمره الأعلى وقوله الأولى ، وما زلنا إلى يومنا ننهل من علمه ونرجع إلى قوله ، وصارت له بتلك الزلازل لسان صدق في الآخرين ، فإنه بعد موته عرف الناس مقداره ، واتفقت الألسن بالثناء عليه إلا من لا يعتد به ، واشتهرت مؤلفاته . وفاة الشيخ سيد سابق صاحب كتاب " فقه السنة " في 23 ذي القعدة 1420هـ : وهو العالم الفقيه الشيخ سيد سابق من مواليد عام 1915م ، ولد في قرية " اسطنها " إحدى قرى مركز الباجور بمحافظة المنوفية ، إحدى محافظات مصر ، حفظ الشيخ القرآن صغيرًا ثم التحق بالأزهر فأتم تعليمه فيه ، وتخرج من كلية الشريعة ، وبرع في الفقه فأصدر كتابه الشهير " فقه السنة " والذي ربما لا يخلو بيت منه في مصر وفي غيرها . و استطاع رحمه الله أن يحفر اسمه في سجل الفقهاء بكتابه " فقه السنة " ، وقد اعتمد الشيخ في كتابه هذا منهجـًا يقوم على طرح التعصب للمذاهب مع عدم تجريحها ، والاستناد إلى أدلة الكتاب والسنة والإجماع ، وما يتميز به كتابه سهولة عبارته ، وعمق تعليلاته ، والميل إلى السهولة والتيسير . انضم الشيخ سيد ـ رحمه الله ـ إلى الحركة الإسلامية مبكرًا ، أيام كان في جامعة الأزهر ، والتقى بالشيخ حسن البنا ـ رحمه الله ـ مؤسس حركة الإخوان المسلمين ، ودفع ضريبة العمل الإسلامي ، فاتهم بأنه صاحب فتوى مقتل رئيس الوزراء المصري النقراشي باشا ، ثم أعلنت المحكمة برأته واعتقل في سنة 1949م مع من اعتقل من أبناء الحركة الإسلامية في مصر ، ولقد شارك قبلها في حرب فلسطين سنة 1948م ، وتولى العمل بوزارة الأوقاف المصرية ، وشغل بها مديرًا لإدارة الثقافة ، ثم نقل بعدها إلى الأزهر فدرس فيه ، ثم انتقل الشيخ بعد ذلك إلى المملكة العربية السعودية ، فقام بالتدريس بجامعة أم القرى بمكة المكرمة ما يزيد على ثلاثين سنة أستاذاً للفقه ، ورئيسـًا لمعهد القضاء الشرعي وأشرف على عدد كبير من الأطروحات العلمية ، وفي سنة 1413هـ حصل الشيخ على جائزة الملك فيصل في الفقه الإسلامي ، ثم عاد إلى مصر ، وهناك وافته المنية في 23 ذي القعدة 1420هـ الموافق 27/2/2000م عن عمر يناهز 85 سنة . من Cuando me revertí al Islam esto fue un gran impedimento; las suplicas y la oración se me complicaban mucho, por estar pendiente de recordar la transliteración me desconcentraba de lo que debía recordar o estar sintiendo. Ni qué decir de la recitación del noble Corán. Recuerdo que en mi primer Ramadán, mientras varios de mis hermanos musulmanes rezaban, leían el Corán y hasta lloraban con la recitación del imam durante el Tarawih, yo solo pensaba: "No entiendo." Y eso me frustraba de gran manera. Sentía que perdía el tiempo e incluso llegué a pensar que no era tan buena musulmana como los que se desgajaban en lágrimas con cada "Al-lahu akbar". Un día, leí el siguiente hadiz: Se transmitió de Abu Musa, Al-lah esté complacido con él, que dijo el Profeta, Al-lah lo bendiga y le dé paz: "¡Memorizad el Corán y perseverad en su estudio! ¡Por Aquel que tiene el alma de Mujámmad cogida de su mano, que el Corán es más difícil de conservar en la memoria que el retener atados a los camellos!" [Bujari y Muslim] Para poder alejar estos sentimientos tan nefastos, y haciendo caso del hadiz, decidí aprender a recitar el Corán, los bellos nombres de Dios y lo que más pudiera de árabe. Haciéndolo me di cuenta que no es nada fácil, pero que yo contaba con una serie de herramientas que me ayudaban: en mi universidad una de las consignas es la autonomía, gran parte de mi formación universitaria se enfocó en aprender a aprender, en medio de esto aprendí algunos consejos que espero les sean útiles a todos los musulmanes que hacen un gran esfuerzo por estudiar el Din. Como siempre, recuerden que lo principal para que nuestras obras, entre ellas el estudio del Din, sean aceptadas, es la intención, que debe ser pura y dirigida solamente a nuestro Creador: Omar Ibnul Jatab narró que oyó decir al Enviado de Al-lah, sal-la llahu 'alaihi wa sal-lam: "Los actos valen por su intención. Todas las personas serán recompensadas según sus intenciones. Quien haya emigrado sinceramente por Al-lah y Su Mensajero, su emigración habrá sido por Al-lah y Su Mensajero. Pero quien haya emigrado para obtener algún beneficio mundanal o para casarse con una mujer, su emigración habrá sido por aquello que emigró". [Bujari y Muslim] 1.Un rincón de estudio: crear un espacio adecuado de estudio es fundamental. Un lugar confortable con todo lo que necesitemos a la mano. El objetivo es tener todo listo para estudiar en el menor tiempo posible. En estos tiempos modernos, el tiempo es algo cada vez más escaso; admiro mucho a mis hermanos y hermanas que sacan bocaditos de minutos para estudiar acerca del Islam, por eso este primer paso es de vital importancia. A veces solo tenemos media hora para estudiar, pero nos gastamos diez o veinte minutos buscando nuestro material, un esfero, los libros, la página en internet, ordenando las hojas sueltas de los apuntes que hemos tomado, etc. Y cuando nos damos cuenta, el escaso tiempo que teníamos para estudiar se ha diluido. Para evitar esto, es importante tener lo que necesitamos siempre listo. Cuando digo un rincón de estudio no me refiero a un estudio o un escritorio; si lo puedes tener mucho mejor, pero la verdad es que en ocasiones no contamos con el espacio. Por eso podemos crear un rincón virtual o portátil. ¿Cómoí Tener lo que necesitamos siempre listo: cuaderno, esferos, libros, hasta una botella de agua, en una maleta donde se pueda solo sacar las cosas, disponerlas y cuando terminemos guardarlas. Utilizaremos mucho mejor nuestro tiempo. De manera virtual podemos tener programas para memorizar Corán o de aprendizaje de árabe y otros, pero no dispersos en diferentes archivos sueltos, sino todo ordenado en un solo archivo, en lo posible de acceso directo, que cuando queramos acceder no sea necesario rebuscar por todo nuestro dispositivo portátil sino hacer un simple clic en el escritorio. Es importante aprender a identificar qué es necesario y que no, de lo contrario terminaremos llenos de esferos de colores, resaltadores, fotocopias, anotaciones… entre menos cosas mejor, siempre cubriendo el total del espectro. Esto varía con cada persona, alguien puede estudiar con un lápiz y una hoja en blanco, otra persona necesitara impresora, una taza de café caliente y un diccionario bilingüe. Lo que tú necesites está bien, pero que sea necesario en realidad. 2.Evita la procastinación: Procastinar es un verbo de moda, consiste en postergar nuestras obligaciones haciendo tareas que son más placenteras, este problema se ha disparado con el uso continuo de dispositivos portátiles, las redes sociales y el internet. El problema consiste en que estas actividades que realizamos son útiles, no estamos "perdiendo el tiempo" sino evitando cumplir con lo que nos aburre o nos es desagradable. ¿Cuántas veces nos ha sucedido entrar a internet a buscar un sura del Corán y terminar chateando en Facebook o viendo videos graciosos en YouTubeí La red es un gran servicio de aprendizaje, y a la vez una trampa de procastinación. El primer consejo: desconéctate de la Matrix. Nadie se va a morir por no revisar su Facebook cada diez minutos y el mundo no deja de girar por no contestar el Viber. Desconéctate cuando estés estudiando tu Din, dedícale ese tiempo a Al-lah y Él te lo recompensara. Recuerda lo que se narró: Ibnu 'Abbas narró que el Enviado de Al-lah dijo: "Mucha gente olvida agradecer dos favores que Al-lah concede: la salud y el tiempo libre." To talk about amending the family without the husband being part of it is to be sure that reformation will not take place. The family will never attain stability and righteousness as long as the father remains far from the method and components of amendment. A family's life might lose stability and the Divine affection placed by Allaah The Almighty between the spouses might be abolished as a result of devilish and haphazard behavior on the part of the head of the family; the husband can turn his family's life into a nightmare, making the wife and children shocked by behavior that shakes their feelings, deprives their hearts of tranquility, and turns their life into confusion and trouble instead of affection and stability. Islam is keen on the stability of the family; therefore, it gave the wife different ways to amend the husband and restore him to his blissful family, pleasant life and great responsibilities. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {And if a woman fears from her husband contempt or evasion, there is no sin upon them if they make terms of settlement between them - and settlement is best. And present in [human] souls is stinginess. But if you do good and fear Allaah - then indeed Allaah is Ever, with what you do, Acquainted.} [Quran 4:128] Al-Qurtubi may Allaah have mercy upon him said, "'Contempt' in the verse stands for aloofness, and 'evasion' means not to speak nor be affable with her. In this verse, the Quran systematizes the husband's state of evasion when it is feared to occur and threaten not only the security and dignity of the wife, but also the safety of the entire family. No doubt, the hearts always turn from one state to another and feelings change from time to time; and Islam is a method of life to treat each particle and handle any changes." Islam made all the parties of the house share the responsibility for its stability, calmness and reassurance: it made the husband responsible for amending his house and his wife, and the wife, in turn, is responsible for maintaining and looking after her house, as well as for amending and looking after her husband. This responsibility is shared by both of them and is the safety-belt of the family to ensure that it is not disbanded or scattered. However, the Prophetic Sunnah that explains and explicates the Quran, clarified a lot of details concerning these responsibilities. Concerning the state under discussion i.e. the state of the husband's contempt and aversion, harshness and evasion of his wife, Islam allows the woman to intervene and handle the problem and restore the husband to quiet living and a blissful house, and to use different ways that vary according to the state of people and their way of living. Ways to amend the husband 1- Dialogue in the manner that is best: among the problems from which families suffer these days is the lack of ways that spouses communicate with each other, which are always cut off or at least rarely followed. The woman's wisdom to guard her house requires her to remove difficulties from the ways family members communicate, make them seem natural in the marital life, and avoid unreasonable contention and obstinacy which is one of the reasons why the gap between spouses widens. Although unreasonable contention is a destructive emotional ailment, it is easily cured. 2- Devotion to serving him; and it is required under Sharee'ah in normal cases, and more precisely in such cases, for it makes the husband closer and more likely to accept her and makes her swifter to enter his heart; furthermore, it strengthens the marital relations between them. There are countless verses and Hadeeths saying that it is obligatory for the wife to obey her husband. More importantly, the man should learn that his wife might be either a cause of happiness or wretchedness. For this reason, the woman should show to her husband the causes of happiness and bliss: "Three [things] are [a manifestation of] happiness for the son of Aadam and another three are wretchedness for him: it is bliss for the son of Aadam to have a good woman, a good residence and a good riding mount; and it is wretched for the son of Aadam to have a foul woman, a bad residence and an unpleasant riding mount." [Ahmad] Men should know the importance of having a good, righteous wife at home, as it is one of the most important causes of happiness in life; and this could be achieved only by her devotion to serve him and look after his household. 3- Mediation of the wife's father: if all these attempts fail, another step, more significant and serious in the sight of the husband, is required, i.e. the intervention of the wife's good righteous father. Great emphasis should be placed upon his being good and righteous, whose main concern is to protect the life and family of his daughter, and always seek to alleviate, wisely and rationally, the severity of tension between his daughter and her husband. This was the case of Faatimah may Allaah be pleased with her with her husband 'Ali may Allaah be pleased with him. It is narrated on the authority of Sahl ibn Sa'd As-Saa'idi may Allaah be pleased with him that he said: Once the Messenger of Allaah sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) went to the house of Faatimah but did not find 'Ali in the house. So, he asked: "Where is your paternal cousin?" She replied, "There was something [a quarrel] between me and him whereupon he got angry with me and went out without having a midday nap at home." The Messenger of Allaah sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) asked someone to look for him. That person came and said, "O Messenger of Allaah! He ['Ali] is sleeping in the mosque." So, the Messenger of Allaah sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) went there and found him lying with his upper garment having fallen to one side of his body to which some dust stuck. The Messenger of Allaah sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) started wiping the dust off him, saying: "Get up, O Abu Turaab [you dusty man]! Get up, O Abu Turaab!" [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim] The wife's father here had a big heart, mature awareness, fine speech, and a sense of humor that went to the heart and removed the anger and aversion that lurked there. 4- Mediation of good righteous friends: good righteous friends may influence the husband particularly if he respects them, their knowledge and trustworthiness and if their words have an effect on him and his behavior. In this respect, it is narrated on the authority of Abu Juhayfah may Allaah be pleased with him that the Prophet, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ), made a bond of brotherhood between Salmaan and Abu Ad-Dardaa' may Allaah be pleased with them. Salmaan paid a visit to Abu Ad-Dardaa' and found his wife Umm Ad-Dardaa' may Allaah be pleased with her dressed in shabby clothes (this was before Hijaab was ordained) and asked her why she looked like that. She replied, "Your brother, Abu Ad-Dardaa', has no need for [the pleasures of] this world." When (it was night and a part of the night passed and) Abu Ad-Dardaa' had gotten up to offer the night prayer, Salmaan told him to go to sleep and Abu Ad-Dardaa' slept. After sometime, Abu Ad-Dardaa' again got up but Salmaan told him to go back to sleep once more. When it was the last hours of the night, Salmaan told him to get up, and then both of them offered prayer. Salmaan told Abu Ad-Dardaa' may Allaah be pleased with them both, "Your soul has a right over you, your Lord has a right over you, your guest has a right over you, and your family has a right over you. So, give everyone who has a right over you their due right." Abu Ad-Dardaa' and Salmaan may Allaah be pleased with them went to the Prophet, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ), and narrated the whole story to him. The Prophet, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ), said: "Salmaan has spoken the truth." [Al-Bukhaari and At-Tirmithi] 5- Mediation of good righteous relatives: This might be needed in an advanced stage of dissension. In confirmation of that, Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {And if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and an arbitrator from her people. If they both desire reconciliation, Allaah will cause it between them. Indeed, Allaah is Ever Knowing and Acquainted [with all things].} [Quran 4:35] Nevertheless, this is an important means of healing that gives life to the marital life, clears the atmosphere, and removes the small impurities of ignorance from it. Here both arbitrators should show both parties their rights and duties. However, the wife's indulgence and negligence in following up on the mistakes of her husband in an attempt to rectify and reduce them bring about many dispensable problems that are unnecessary for the house, including: · The husband's contempt, evasion and aversion. · Alienation between spouses i.e. psychological divorce. · Children torn between their conflicting parents. · The loss of the marital bond. Ich würde euch gerne die Situation erklären: Wir sind eine größere Gruppe von jugendlichen Brüdern mit den unterschiedlichsten Landsleuten: Tschetschener, Russen, Ukrainer, Araber, Deutsche, Türken und Aserbaydschaner... Wir sind al-hamdullah zusammengekommen durch Islam und die meisten von uns sind seit mehr als sechs Jahren praktizierend. Bisher haben wir das Islamische lebensgefühl sehr gut verstanden und trotz vieler Fehler, die wir haben, immer sehr bemüht gewesen, uns möglichst zu verbessern. Nach einer Diskussion um den Armenienkrieg und nachdem, was nun in Iraq (ISis) passiert, sind wir von Politik, Vermuttungen und verschwörungen darauf gekommen uns damit zu befassen, wie der gerechte Islamische Krieg eigentlich aussieht. Wir haben einiges Basiswissen aber einige Dinge die wir vielleicht nicht verstehen, vielleicht falsch verstehen und einige Dinge die wir gar nicht verstehen haben einige von uns inzwischen so wiet gebracht dass wir mit schrecklich grausamen Gedanken herumlaufen und sie versuchen zu schlucken, so sehr unser islamisches Herz dabei sich auch zerreißt. Deshalb wende ich mich an die Gemeinschaft und versuche Antworten zu finden und zu verstehen. Letztenendes, im letzten Schritt, egal wie die Wahrheit und Realität aussieht, keiner von uns ist gewillt den islam zu verbiegen oder Allahs Wort schön zu reden oder schlecht zu reden. Möge Allah uns alle inshallah, bis inkl. zum Jungsten, von den jenigen machen die ALLES AKZEPTIEREN, was von unserem Herrn kommt. Amin. Folgende Punkte bereiten uns starke Kopfschmerzen. Je mehr wir recherchieren desto mehr verwirrt sind wir. Wer hats erraten, es geht natürlich um Skalven. WIr haben alles uns mögliche versucht und Leute befragt aber die kommen meistens mmit aussagen wie: "Was fragst du da? Willst du etwa Sklaven nehmen?" oder "Ja is halt so nehms hin, keine Ahnung, was interessiert es dich?" oder die schlimmste indirekte Aussage "Ja, Allah hat gesagt *vertreibt sie, wie sie euch vertreiben*" und er meint damit tatsächlich mehr oder weniger dass Vergewaltigung im Krieg schon ok ist bei Allah. Audubillah kann ich nur sagen. Ich will nicht mit Vergewaltigern am jüngsten Tag versammelt werden. Durch solche Aussagen sind wir sehr verwirrt und finden nichts, was uns aufklärt. Weder in russischen, noch in türkischen oder arabischen Quellen, die uns zur Verfügung stehen. Deshalb bitte ich euch darum, euer Wissen, wenn es begründet ist hier mit uns zu teilen. Dieses Thema bringt meiner Meinung nach tatsächlich nichts. Jedoch ist es außerordentlich wichtig für uns jetzt das richtige zu erfahren, zwecks Bildung der Aquida. Einige der Brüder haben schon hingenommen dass einnige Dinge, die ich mir beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen kann dass es so ist, so sind. Ich bitte euch sehr darum, nicht mit Isis oder mit Hamas oder Palästina oder Israel zu befassen. Ich möchte NULL Politik als Antwort haben liebe Brüder. Und bitte vor allem bitte ich euch am dringendsten darum, nicht um den heißen Brei zu reden und versuchen mich davon zu überzeugen dass dieses Thema egal ist. Denn genau dies war der Grund warum 95% aller Versuche, richtiges Wissen zu sammeln bei mir gescsheitert ist. Letztenendes geht es uns darum: 1. Allahs WAHRES Wort verstehen und egal wie es ist, bedingungslos zu akzeptieren. 2. Allahs WAHRES Wort und nicht irgendwelche unbegründeten Meinungen, herauszufinden. 3. Das thema richtig zu verstehen um richtige Aquida zu entwickeln. 4. Unsere Herzen beruhigen und weiterhin mit großer Motivation im Herzen den Islam lieben und praktizieren. Um konkret zu werden sieht es so aus bisher: Wir wissen dass Sklaven genommen werden dürfen. Laut Abu Hamza Vogel ist es eine Sache die nicht von Allah kommet aber in allen drei Relligionen, weder befohlen oder erfunden wurde, aber genausowenig abgeschafft wurde. Er und einige andere (auch sehr wissende Leute) sagen, dass Allah swt diese Sache nicht verboten hat, weil er durch seine Allweissheit weiss, dass dieses Werkzeug manchmal nötig sein wird. Also ist die Sklaverei mit folgender Aquida GENERELL erlaubt: Um zu verhindern, dass hinterbliebene Kafirun, nach einem Krieg zurückkehren und nochmal gegen uns kämpfen und um zu verhindern dass aufgrund des Krieges die hinterblieben Kafirun nicht die chance bekommen (wegen des Hasses, der sich wegen Verlust von Angehörigen entwickelt), Allahs Botschaft unvoreingenommen zu bekommen (dass die also eine reele Chance bekommen den Islam zu verstehen, und deren Hass nicht sie daran hindern kann, werden sie zu ihrem Glück gezwungen). Wir sind auch BESTENS damit vertraut, dass Sklaven sehr gut behandelt werden müssen. Wir wissen auch dass es erlaubt ist mit Sklavinen zu schlafen. Bis hierher hört sich das letztere echt übel an für die heutige Zeit der Ehefrau gegenüber zB, aber sei es so. Ich persönlich könnte das niemals machen aber, wenn es eine Erlaubnis von Allah ist, dann ist es so wir nehmen das hin und sind hamdullah zufrieden damit. Allah weiss es besser. Ich denke es gab logische Gründe oder Gründe die wir heute nicht verstehen oder Gründe, die ein Mensch nicht verstehen kann. Allah ist der Größte und wir wissen nichts, deshalb bis hierhin alles super. Doch dann auf der Recherche nach weiteren Dingen sind wir auf Dinge gestoßen die echt heftig sind und ich möchte mich davor bewahren, diese Dinge falsch aufzufassen und mit den falschen Dingen die ich mir grausam vorstelle herumzulaufen und falsche Aquida haben und einfach tot im Herzen. ganz genau kenne ich das Problem, es sind Leute die im Internet ihre vermutungen äußern oder voll in der Politik drin sind und nach außen tuen als würden Sie es für Allah machen, mit einfachen Worten ich bin brüdern begegnet, oder ich kann gar nicht sagen ob sowas überhaupt noch Muslime sind, ist nicht meine Erlaubnis das zu beurteilen aber die wollten schlicht und einfach Sklavinen haben, rein für Sex und ermahnen dich darin schelchtes zu Suchen weil es eine Erlaubnis bei Allah ist. Und zwingt nicht eure Sklavinnen (fatayaat), wenn sie ein ehrbares Leben führen wollen, zur Prostitution, um (auf diese Weise) den Glücksgütern (`arad) des diesseitigen Lebens nachzugehen ...bedeutet das, dass die Sahabi früher die Sklavinen zur Prositution gezwungen haben, bevor der Vers heruntergesandt worden ist? Audubillah ich wage es kaum auszusprechen, ich bezwifele diese Vermutung sehr Stark. Das kann nicht stimmen oder weiss jemand was genaues? ...Allah hat gesagt ..."wenn sei ein ehrbares Leben führen wollen"... Heißt es, wenn sie kein ehrbares Leben führen wollen, ist es erlaubt, sie zur Prostitution zu zwingen? Wenn ja, wer soll denn diese beschlafen? Das wäre doch Zina oder ist es für Ungläubige gedacht, also dass Kafirun mit denen schlafen? Audubillah ich denke das kann so nicht sein! Aber ich will nicht vermuten. Weiss es jemand genau? Vor einigen Jahren als ich wenig Wissen hatte, wäre sowas für mich kein Thema, ich hätte aus meiner Aquida sofort sagen können: Solche denkweise ist nicht von Islam. Aber ich habe Brüder getroffen, die ganz anderer Meinung dazu sind und mich verunsichert haben, ob denn meine Aquida richtig ist und ich weiss es jez nicht mehr sicher. Kann mir das nicht vorstellen. Als Umar's Nachricht überbracht wurde, war Dharar (schon) gestorben. (Khalid) sagte: Allah wollte Dharar nicht entwürdigen." ...wunderschöne Braut... ...bedeutet dass es eine verheiratete Kafira war? Ich hab so viele Vorwürfe gelesen, dass im Islam zwang zum Sex erlaubt sei, habe leider auch Muslime getroffen die der Ansicht waren. Könnte es denn echt so gewesen sein dass Dharar sie zum Sex gezwungen hat? Wenn NEIN, wieso haben sich die Frauen damals sich so leicht hergegeben. Oder wie war die Situation? Weshalb soll den eine Frau, gerne mit Ihrem Feind, der vllt. ihre Familie getötet hat, gerne kurze Zeit nach der Schlacht schlafen wollen. Gab es einen Druck der auf Sie ausgeübt worden ist, sodass sie ohne Gewalt jedoch mit anderen Druckmitteln dazu gezwungen war, oder gar mit Gewalt? Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das das so war, das kann nicht von Islam sein. Denke ich weiss einfach zu wenig. Aber diese Sache wird bei Ahlu-Sunna Forum heftig ausdiskutiert, das Problem ist dass da sich ein Junge voller verzweiflung sich ins Forum gewendet hat, und die Leute dort haben angefangen ihn zu beschimpfen. Nachdem ich die Sachen gelesen habe, frag ich mich: Was ist eigentlich mit Leuten die friedlich vor sich her leben und da der Islam neu gekommen ist, gar noch nicht mal was davon wirklich wussten und ihre Regierung oder ihre Führer des Stammes in dem sie leben haben bei einem Eroberungsdschihat, sich entschieden zu kämpfen gegen die Sahaba, (was menschlich ja nachvollziehbar ist). Können dann Leute dieser Art auch versklavt werden? Wenn es eine ruhige Familie zB ist, die sogar vllt, in Friendszeit den Islam sogar angenommen hätte. Kann doch nicht sein dass Leute dieser Sorte dann in Sklaverei gelangen und dann ist ja die Ehe einer Kafir Familie annuliert und die Frau muss/will Sex und der Mann sich am liebsten aufhängen bei dem Herzschmerz. (Es ist erlaubt, weil bei der Versklavung die Ehe eines Kafirs anuliert ist, bei Allah swt). Diese Sache kann unmöglich richtig verstanden worden sein. Das klingt nicht nach Islam. Kann mich jemand aufklären. Ich vermute bisher dass Frauen oft sich eingelassen haben auf ihre muslimischen Eroberer, weil sie vllt. froh waren oft, von ihren gewalttätigen Ehemännern los zu kommen. Aber selbst wenn das so war, das war sicher nicht 100% bei allen der Fall. Aber was ist dann mit dem Beispiel das ich nannte? Diese Frage haben sich viele gestellt und schlafen und wachen mit Herzschmerz. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das sowas von Islam ist. Das andere was ich mich Frage ist, wenn die Mudschahidin und Sahaba damals mit so vielen Sklavinen schliefen, wie sah es aus mit Krankheiten die die gefangenen Kafirun ihnen vllt verpassen konnten? Danach könnte es sein sie schlafen mit Ihren Frauen und stecken sie alle an. Wieso sollte Dharar gesteinigt werden? Ist es weil er Umar nicht gefragt hat ob er vllt. die Sklavin will oder weil er sie doch zum Sex gezwungen hat oder worum gehts hier? Was ist mit unrechtmäßig gemeint. Die konnten sich doch nicht darum gestritten haben, wer mit der Sklavin schlafen darf, mit dem trachten nach dem Geschlechtsverkehr? Immerhin würde das dem grundlegenden Gedanken, weshalb Allah die Sklaverei erlaubt hat widersprechen, weil es hier eben nicht darum gehen würde, die EX-Feinde zu rehabilitieren und zu islamisieren und ihnen eine Chance zu geben den Islam zu verstehen?! Da sind alles so quällende Fragen ich will diese "scheiß" Fragen loswerden. Aber ich will die Wahrheit. Deshalb hilft nur fundiertes Wissen. Ich muss das irgendie herausfinden. Ich selbst bin soweit, dass ich alles akzeptiere was von Allah ist. Aber ich will auch dass die neu konvertierten Brüder standhaft werden und nicht durch solche Behauptungen, Gedanken und Vermutungen verunsichert werden. Wenn die Wahrheit so aussieht dann will ich das auch annehmen, wenn es eine gute Sache ist bei Allah swt. Aber ich kann mir das nicht vorstellen. Das sind alles Fragen die ich von Leuten auf meinem Weg gesammelt habe, mehrheitlich von Brüdern die sich sehr Gedanken machen. Wie auch ich sehr herzschmerzen drum habe. Das hier ist nichts anderes als Dschihat mit sich selbst was wir/ich machen. Frage 3: Hadd-Strafe gibts für verheiratete Vergewaltiger oder auch für unverheiratete? Was ist wenn ein Muslimischer Missetäter gegenüber einer ungläubigen verherateten Frau das tut? Wenn Diebstahl mit Hand abschlagen vergolten wird und vergewaltigung nur mit 99 Peitschenhieben dann heißt es doch nicht etwa dass bei Allah Diebstahl schlimmer ist als Vergewaltigung? Ich weiss einfach zu wenig. Weiss auch nicht wie ich anderen Brüdern, die frisch konvertiert sind, darauf antworten soll. Ich weiss nur eins dass diese Sachen nicht von Islam sein können. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Liebe Geschwister ich hoffe sehr auf eure Hilfe und euer fundiertes Wissen. Leider wird dieses Thema uns nicht mehr in Ruhe lassen bis wir Klarheit haben, weil wir sehr besorgt sind. Unser Problem ist der teilweise auch der Einfluss von Übertrettenden Muslimen. Wie kann man nur sagen dass Vergewaltigung im Krieg OK ist und dann aufrichtig beten gehen und behaupten, man will das Gute, wie böse sind diese "Brüder"? Währen Allah swt sagt, keiner von uns kommt ins Paradies, ehe er gerecht handelt gegen alle Menschen. Ahmad Baraa behauptet dass Allah swt leute zu Islam rechtleitet, weil er in diesen Menschen etwas gutes (was sich der Mensch angearbeitet hat/sich erzogen hat) sieht und des halb den Menschen liebt und rechtleitet.
