Wenn wir denken, dass wir genug Zeit haben, werden wir eher Zeit verschwenden. Wir sollten sehr sparsam mit unserer Zeit sein. Vielleicht gibt es Sachen, die du nur an bestimmten Wochentagen machst und mit anderen Aktivitäten wechselst. Du musst z. B. nicht täglich Zeit für Freunde und Verwandte haben. Dafür brauchen die Ibadat und deine Kinder täglich deine Zeit. Monatsplan: Plane den Ramadanmonat, aber auch die Zeit davor und danach grob. Verschaffe dir einen Überblick, was in welcher Woche stattfindet. Das hilft dir, die Aktivitäten ausgewogen zu planen und dich nicht zu überfordern. Wie oben bereits erwähnt, sollten die letzten 10 Tage des Ramadans für die Ibadat freigehalten werden. Schreibe dir am besten vorher alles auf, was du zur Ramadanvorbereitung erledigen willst. Die vorherigen Schritte werden dir dabei helfen, alles Wichtige zu bedenken. Gehe die Liste dann täglich durch und frage dichm was du davon heute erledigen willst. Erledige das, wofür du die meiste Motivation hast, denn so wird dir die Vorbereitung leicht fallen und Spaß machen. Wenn du gar keine Motivation hast, erledige das, was dir am leichtesten fällt und für das du wenig Überwindung brauchst. It is wonderful and it is for many a big part of life. It embodies dreams about a brighter future for talented young boys & girls, with no fortune but a ball to kick and it creates team atmosphere and joy for a large part of the world's population. But it is not life. Life is something that many today are deprived of. For Palestinians, life is mostly a tough fight against discrimination, as they are prevented from exercising their favourite sports, or for that matter even enjoy a decent living. During Israel's attacks on Gaza in 2008/09, 2012 and the summer of 2014 - club facilities, stadiums and players (several were also murdered) were attacked several times. One of the arenas that was bombed was the national football arena, which was subsidized and built with European aid money. On a daily basis, Palestinian Football players face grave difficulties to play and they are forbidden from travelling to play against other teams, even within their own country. Players are also detained, harassed, tortured and jailed with no charges. Israel has been stopping matches and also denied foreign delegates, including FIFA, from visiting Palestinian teams. Within Israel, Palestinian players are discriminated against and in some clubs, they face severe problems. Five Israeli teams are also located on illegal settlements, which is in direct conflict with FIFA's own rules.In the last few Years, Israel has killed more than six thousands (6000) people, injured around twenty thousands (20000) and left one hundred thousand (100000) people homeless in Gaza. Occupation, siege and daily terror is what life means if your Identity-card states that you are a "Palestinian" , far from the conditions stipulated in the universal human rights charter as well as FIFA's own statues. FIFA rules are clear in terms of discrimination, which are also written in the statute. In an interview with the former football player and current FIFA's Anti-Discrimination team ambassador, Paul Elliott was asked whether it is the universality of football that makes everyone equal on the pitch, which also makes the game such a powerful tool? He answered that it definitely is so. "If you get a football to play with, it does not matter if you are black, white, Muslim, Jewish, Christian or gay. All players have the same conditions and all can forget their prejudices. Football is more inclusive than ever, and football can really make a difference," Elliott stated. That sounds good. It even sounds very good. But it is undoubtedly not the Palestinian Players's reality. Dreams about liberation, freedom and justice became true for every country living under colonialism, occupation and endless oppression. The calls for justice had also conquered many years of segregating Apartheid in South Africa. At that time, boycott had become a powerful tool to help the oppressed people regain their liberty, even if the Boer led government did not agree to it nor cheered for being shut out from many organisations. Israel will complain. Israel will complain out loud and accuse all countries, organisations and people choosing to boycott it of being unfair, Israel-haters and of course anti-Semitic. That is more unquestionable than the fact that there is ice on the glaciers. But what else can FIFA do when one of its members clearly ignores all international laws and rules of conduct? What can FIFA do when Palestinian players do not obtain basic rights, are treated as sub-humans and even murdered frequently? This case is clear beyond any doubt. All the facts are on the table. Endless amounts of reports have identified the occupation's cruel face, the detentions, the killings and even the targeting of children during the last attack on Gaza. All oppressive regimes come to a point where they become thoroughly ruthless and conduct more and more crimes, simply because no one is telling them to stop. Now, is the time to clearly tell Israel to stop. Now, is the time for Israel to face the consequences of sixty seven (67) years of brutal oppression of the Palestinian people. And it is beyond time for the international community to react and dare to challenge this destructive and unpunished behavior from a state that does not play within the established rules, but as an outcast squad that sets its own rules and where it shows no compliance to any ordinary guidelines. The Israeli spokesperson told FIFA that "This does not have a place at the FIFA congress. I believe football should be a bridge that shows governments that football brings people together, not be a weapon." But that is only true when bridges, and players have NOT been burned, or bombed to pieces for sixty seven (67) years. This is only true when weapons are not used against another people on a daily basis. Bridges do not hold for walking on as long as Israel does not submit to the same rules as the rest of the world. Just as FIFA and a collective outrage from the World challenged Apartheid, it is now crucial to hold Israel accountable and change the rules of the game, so that the oppressed is rewarded instead of continuously supporting the oppressor. The time has come for a bold but well-grounded decision. Every player that misbehaves on the pitch receives two (2) yellow cards and a final firm hand that shows where the exit is. Israel has been given an uncountable amount of yellow cards throughout the years. There is nothing to hesitate about anymore. Give a RED CARD to Israel. The world will back you up and call for sustainable change and justice - that is the foundation for any solution in the area. To expel Israel from FIFA will give the right signal to countries that are breaking the rules and it will create something so much more important, namely a real chance for peace.
