Ich ging zum Arzt, welcher mir sagte: Deine Behandlung besteht im Trinken von Alkohol, weil Alkohol die Wirkung hat, die Nierensteine aufzulösen. Ich trank daraufhin Alkohol und errang dadurch einen großen Vorteil. Wird Allah mich für das Trinken von Alkohol zur Rechenschaft ziehen? Antwort: Alhamdulillah. Es ist dir nicht erlaubt, Alkohol zu trinken. Der Gesandte Allahs (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam) hat diese Frage beantwortet. In Sahih Muslim wird berichtet, dass Taariq ibn Suwayd sagte: „Ich fragte den Gesandten Allahs (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam): „Wie sieht es mit Alkohol aus, welchen wir für medizinische Zwecke herstellen?" Er (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam) antwortete: {لا ولكنها داء} „Nein, tatsächlich ist es eine Krankheit." Er bestätigte also, dass Alkohol eine Krankheit ist und darin keine Heilung liegt. Dieser Hadith zeigt an, dass er eine Krankheit ist und in der modernen Medizin gibt es den allgemeinen Konsens dass Alkohol in allen Fällen schädigend ist. Viele Forscher haben Bücher und Artikel darüber geschrieben, indem sie bestätigten dass das Gewebe eines vierzig Jahre alten Trinkers wie das eines sechzig Jahre alten Menschen ist. Selbst wenn du, was deine Nieren, betrifft, daraus Vorteile gezogen hast, indem der Alkohol eine positive Wirkung auf sie hatte, so werden andere Teile deines Körpers zwangsläufig Schaden erlitten haben. Denn Alkohol schadet in allen Fällen. Es ist dir nicht erlaubt, ihn zu trinken. Es gibt erlaubte Medizin, die du anwenden kannst, um deine Nieren zu behandeln, ohne Alkohol dafür zu benutzen. Der Prophet (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam) sagte: {عباد الله تداووا ولا تتداووا بحرام! فإن الله لم يجعل شفاء أمتي فيما حرم عليها.} „Diener Allahs, lasst euch medizinisch behandeln, aber tut dies nicht durch Haraam (Verbotenes)! Denn Allah hat kein Heilmittel für diese Ummah in Dingen, die Er verboten hat, erschaffen." Selbst wenn du einen Vorteil auf eine Weise erfahren hast, so wird es unausweichlich Schaden auf viele andere Weisen verursachen, wie im Hadith von Taariq ibn Suwayd oben angegeben, welcher bei Muslim überliefert wurde. Nitekim Allah Teâlâ bu olay hakkinda söyle buyurmustur : "Gecenin bir bölümünde, kendisine (kudretimize ve vahdâniyyetimize delâlet eden) birtakim âyetlerimizi gösterelim diye kulu Muhammed'i (bedeni ve ruhu ile uyanik bir halde iken), Mescid-i Haram'dan, çevresini mübarek kildigimiz Mescid-i Aksa'ya götüren O (Allah, her türlü kusur ve noksanliklardan) münezzehtir. Gerçekten O, her seyi hakkiyla isiten, her seyi hakkiyla görendir."1 Rasûlullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-'den tevâtür yoluyla rivâyet olunduguna göre o, yedi kat semâya çikarilmis, her semâya geldiginde kendisine o semânin kapisi açilmis, yedinci semâyi geçtikten sonra Rabbi, onunla diledigi sekilde konusmus, ona bes vakit namazi farz kilmis, Allah Teâlâ, bes vakit namazi ilk önce elli vakit olarak farz kilmis, ama Peygamberimiz Muhammed -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- Rabbinden elli vakitlik namazi hafifletmesini dilemeye devam etmis, nitekim Allah Teâlâ elli vakit namazi, bes vakte indirmistir. Bu namazlar, farz olarak bes vakittir, ama ecir olarak elli vakittir. Çünkü iyilikler(sevaplar), on kati ile karsilik görür. Bütün nimetlerinden dolayi Allah Teâlâ'ya hamd ve sükürler olsun. Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-'den gelen sahih hadislerde, Isrâ ve Mirac olayinin meydana geldigi gecenin, Receb ayi veya baska bir ayda oldugu hakkinda herhangi bir sey gelmemistir. Isrâ ve Mirac gecesinin tayini konusunda gelen hadislerin hepsi, hadis âlimlerince sâbit olmadigi tesbit edilmistir. Allah Teâlâ'nin, bu geceyi insanlara unutturmasinda büyük bir hikmet vardir. Bu gece belli olsa bile müslümanlarin bu geceye özel birtakim ibâdetleri tahsis etmesi ve bu geceyi kutlamalari câiz degildir. Çünkü Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- ve ashâbi -Allah onlardan râzi olsun- bu geceyi kutlamamislar ve bu geceye özel bir sey tahsis etmemislerdir. Sayet bu geceyi kutlamak, mesrû bir durum olsaydi, Rasûlullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-, ya sözü ile, ya da fiili ile bunu ümmetine mutlaka açiklardi. Ayrica böyle bir durum meydana gelmis olsaydi (yani Rasûlullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- bu geceyi kutlamis olsaydi), insanlar tarafindan bilinir ve yaygin bir hâle gelir, sahâbe de -Allah onlardan râzi olsun- tarafindan bize intikal ederdi. Oysa sahâbe -Allah onlardan râzi olsun-, ümmetin ihtiyaç duydugu her seyi Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-'den bize nakletmisler ve dînde hiçbir seyi ihmâl etmemislerdir. Aksine onlar, bütün iyiliklerde herkesten önce davranmislardir. Dolayisiyla Isrâ ve Mirac gecesini kutlamak mesrû olsaydi, insanlar içerisinde ilk önce onu sahâbe kutlarlardi. Ayrica Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-, insanlar içerisinde, insanlara en güzel ögüt veren insandi. Risâlet görevini en güzel sekilde teblig etmis ve emâneti yerine getirmistir. Sayet bu geceyi yüceltmek ve onu kutlamak, Allah Teâlâ'nin dîninden olsaydi, Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- bundan habersiz kalmaz ve onu insanlardan gizlemezdi. Bütün bu zikredilen seylerden hiçbirisi olmadigina göre, bu geceyi kutlamanin ve bu geceyi yüceltmenin, Islâm dîninden olmadigi açikça anlasilmaktadir. Çünkü Allah Teâlâ bu ümmete dînini kemâle erdirmis ve onlarin üzerindeki nimetini tamamlamis, izin vermedigi seyi dîn haline getiren herkesi inkâr edip reddetmistir. Nitekim Allah Teâlâ apaçik kitabinda Mâide sûresinde söyle buyurmustur : "Bugün size dîninizi (zaferi gerçeklestirmek ve seriatini tamamlamak sûretiyle) kemâle erdirdim. (Sizi câhiliyye karanligindan Islâm nûruna çikarmak sûretiyle) üzerinize nimetimi tamamladim ve dîn olarak da size Islâm'i seçtim (siz de Islâm'i kendiniz içindîn seçin)."2 Allah -azze ve celle- Sûrâ sûresinde de söyle buyurmustur : "Yoksa onlarin (müsriklerin) Allah'in izin vermedigi bir dîni mesrû kilan ortaklari mi var ? Eger Allah'in süre taniyarak onlara dünyada azap etmeyecegine dâir kazâ ve kaderi olmasaydi, onlarin aralarinda derhal azap etmek sûretiyle hüküm verilirdi. Süphesiz ki zâlimler (kâfirler) için (kiyâmet günü) acikli bir azap vardir." 3 Büyük tehlikesine karsilik Islâm ümmetini uyarmak ve onlari bid'atlari islemekten uzaklastirmak için, bid'atlardan sakinmak gerektigi ve bid'atlarin açikça dalâlet (sapiklik) oldugu Rasûlullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-'den gelen sahih hadislerde sâbittir. Nitekim bu hadislerden bazilari sunlardir : Buhârî ve Müslim'in sahihlerinde Âise'den -Allah ondan râzi olsun- rivâyet olunduguna göre Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- söyle buyurmustur : "Her kim, bu isimizde (dînimizde) onda olmayan bir seyi ona ihdâs eder (açik veya gizli Kur'an ve sünnette asli olmayan bir sey getirir)se, o ihdâs ettigi sey, kendisine reddolunmustur (bâtildir)."4 Müslim'in rivâyetinde ise Rasûlullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- söyle buyurmustur : "Her kim, isimiz (dînimiz) üzere olmayan bir is islerse, o isledigi sey reddolunmustur (bâtildir ve ona itibar edilmez)."5 Yine, Müslim'in sahihinde Câbir'den -Allah ondan râzi olsun- rivâyet olunduguna göre o söyle demistir : "Rasûlullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- Cuma günü hutbesinde söyle derdi (hutbesine söyle baslardi) : Süphesiz sözlerin en hayirlisi, Allah'in kitabidir. Yollarin en güzeli, Muhammed -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-'in yoludur. Islerin en serlisi, (dînde asli olmayip) sonradan çikarilan yeniliklerdir (dîndeki bid'atlardir). Her bid'at da dalâlettir."6 Nesâî, "ceyyid" (iyi) bir senedle su fazlaligi da rivâyet etmistir : Her dalâlet (in sahibi) de, atestedir."7 Irbâd b. Sâriye'den -Allah ondan râzi olsun- rivâyet olunduguna göre, o söyle demistir: "Rasûlullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- bize çok tesirli bir ögüt verdi. Bu ögütten dolayi gözler yasardi ve kalpler ürperdi. Biz : - Ey Allah'in elçisi ! Bu ögüt, sanki ayrilmak üzere olan birinin ögüdüne benziyor, o halde bize bir tavsiyede bulunur musun ? Dedik. Bunun üzerine Rasûlullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- söyle buyurdu : - Size, Allah'tan korkmanizi, basiniza bir köle bile emir olsa, onu dinleyip itaat etmenizi tavsiye ederim. Benden sonra sag kalip uzunca bir hayat sürenler pek çok ihtilaflar görecekler. O zaman sizin üzerinize gerekli olan, benim sünnetime ve benden sonraki dogru yolu bulmus râsid halîfelerimin sünnetini alin ve onlara, azi dislerinizle isirircasina simsiki sarilin. (Dînde asli olmayip) sonradan çikarilan yeniliklerden sakinin. Çünkü (dînde) sonradan çikarilan her yenilik, bid'attir. Her bid'at, dalâlettir (sapikliktir)."8 Bu anlamdaki hadisler pek çoktur. Rasûlullah -sallalahu aleyhi ve sellem-'in ashâbi -Allah onlardan râzi olsun- ile onlardan sonra gelen selef-i salih, insanlari bid'atlardan sakindirip korkuttuklari sâbittir. Bunun da sebebi; bid'atlarin dîne sonradan eklenen bir fazlalik olmasi, Allah Teâlâ'nin izin vermedigi bir dîn olmasi, dînlerine onda olmayan fazlalik ekleyen ve Allah'in izin vermedigi dînde yenilik çikaran Allah'in düsmanlari yahudi ve hiristiyanlara benzemekten dolayidir. Çünkü bid'atlari kabul etmek, Islâm dîninin eksik oldugunu ve kâmil olmadigini itham etmeyi gerektirir. Bu düsüncenin büyük bir fesat ve çok çirkin bir münker oldugu, Allah -azze ve celle-'nin su sözüne ters geldigi bilinen bir seydir : "Bugün size dîninizi (zaferi gerçeklestirmek ve seriatini tamamlamak sûretiyle) kemâle erdirdim. (Sizi câhiliyye karanligindan Islâm nûruna çikarmak sûretiyle) üzerinize nimetimi tamamladim ve dîn olarak da size Islâm'i seçtim (siz de Islâm'i kendiniz içindîn seçin)."9 Yine, bid'atlari kabul etmek, bid'atlardan sakinmayi ve onlardan uzaklasmayi emreden Rasûlullah -sallalahu aleyhi ve sellem-'in açik hadislerine aykiri bir davranistir. Bu bid'ati, yani Isrâ ve Mirac gecesini kutlama bid'atini reddetmek ve ondan sakindirmak gerektigi ve bu bid'atin hiçbir sekilde Islâm dîninden olmadigi konusunda hakki arayan kimse için bu zikrettigimiz delillerin yeterli ve iknâ edici olmasini ümit ederim. Allah Teâlâ müslümanlara ögüt vermeyi ve onlara mesrû kildigi dîni açiklamayi farz kilip ilmi gizlemeyi haram kilinca, birçok ülkede yayginlasan, hatta kimi insanlarin dînden oldugunu zannettikleri bu bid'at konusunda müslüman kardeslerimi uyarmayi kendime bir görev saydim. Allah Teâlâ'dan bütün müslümanlarin hallerini düzeltmesini ve onlari dînde bilgili kilmasini, bizi ve onlari hakka simsiki sarilma ve hak üzere sâbit kalma konusunda muvaffak kilmasini, hakka aykiri olan seyleri terketmeyi nasip etmesini dilerim. Süphesiz ki O, bunun üstesinden gelen ve buna gücü yetendir.
