 sharia - Social Mention: Et viktig og vakkert råd fra Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullah): "Så hvis læreren påbyr eller beordrer boikottelsen av en person og hans forsakelse og unngåelse eller å ta avstand fra han og lignende, så må dette (personen/saken) vurderes. Og hvis det så skjer at personen faktisk har begått en synd i følge Sharia da skal han straffes i henhold til den synden han begikk uten noen ekstra straff. Og hvis det så skjer at han ikke hadde begått en synd så er det ikke tillatt å straffe han med noe bare som en del av lærerens agenda eller for noen andre enn ham. Lærerne har ingen rett til å splitte folket og dele dem inn i grupperinger og lærerne skal ikke gjøre ting som forårsaker fiendtlighet og hat mellom dem (elevene). Snarere bør de være som brødre som samarbeider med hverandre på rettskaffenhet og gudfryktighet slik som Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala) sier: "Hjelp hverandre henimot rettskaffenhet og gudfryktighet, ikke mot synd og fiendskap." (5:2.) Det blir også feil av enhver av dem (elevene) til å avlegge et løfte eller gjøre en avtale om og alltid være enige med ham (læreren) ved alt han vil og å forplikte seg til og alltid vise støtte, lojalitet og beskyttelse til de som er enige med han og som støtter han (læreren) og samtidig vise fiendtlighet og hat mot de som motsetter seg han (læreren). Snarere er den som gjør dette av samme kategori og typen av folk som Djengis Khan og de som ligner på ham. Disse pleide å gjøre de som var enige med dem og støttet dem til deres venner og allierte. Og de som var uenige og motarbeidet dem, gjorde de til deres fiender, og de anså dem som tyranner og ugjerningsmenn som undertrykker dem og som overskrider grensene. I stedet er det som er pålagt disse menneskene og deres tilhengere er løftet og pakten med Allah og Hans sendebud, som er å adlyde Allah og Hans sendebud og å gjør alt det Allah og Hans sendebud beordret dem med, og å anse som ulovlige alle tingene som Allah og Hans sendebud har forbudt. Og også til å respektere, hedre og ta hensyn til de rettighetene som lærerne har på dem (elevene), slik som Allah og Hans sendebud har påbudt. Hvis en persons lærer blir undertrykt da bør han gis støtte, og likeledes hvis noens lærer er undertrykkende da skal han ikke gis støtte i undertrykkelsen hans, tvert imot skal han stoppes. Dette er ifølge den autentiske beretningen om at Profeten (ṣallā Allāhu ʿalay-hi wa-sallam) sa: "Støtt broren din om han er en undertrykker, eller om han har blitt undertrykt." Det ble spurt: " O Allahs sendebud, jeg kan støtte ham når han er undertrykt, men hvordan kan jeg støtte ham hvis han er en undertrykker? "Profeten (ṣallā Allāhu ʿalay-hi wa-sallam) svarte: "Ved å forby ham fra undertrykkelsen for sannelig er det din støtte for ham." (Bukhari og Muslim). (Majmu' al-Fatawa 28:15/16)

 kuffar - Social Mention: Ketika Busana Muslimah Dicampakkan Dewasa ini muncul busana muslimah dengan beragam corak dan mode. Bahkan terpajang di outlet-outlet penjualan yang biasanya dipenuhi baju-baju pengumbar aurat. Namun, kebanyakan busana-busana muslimah tersebut masih mempertontonkan lekuk tubuh, sempit, lagi ketat. Demikian pula aneka jilbab gaul dengan desain seperti topi yang hanya menutupi rambut belaka. Di sisi lain, busana muslimah hanya dipakai dalam acara-acara tertentu atau kegiatan keagamaan. Misalnya hanya ketika shalat, seorang wanita muslimah berusaha menutupi tubuhnya dari atas sampai bawah sehingga rambut dan kaki tidak terlihat. Namun, begitu salam telah diucapkan, maka keadaannya akan kembali seperti semula. Mereka keluar rumah dengan mengenakan baju yang mereka sangka telah berdasarkan aturan Islam, akan tetapi kenyataannya tidak memenuhi syarat untuk menutupi aurat. Sehingga masuklah mereka ke dalam kategori "berbusana tetapi telanjang". Seolah-olah menutup aurat hanya wajib ketika shalat semata atau sekedar kulit tidak terlihat lagi oleh mata lelaki lain. Wa ilallâhil musytaka (kepada Allâh Ta'âla lah tempat pengaduan). إِذَا الْـمَرْأُ لَـمْ يَلْبِسْ لِبَاسًا مِنَ التُّقَى تَقَلَّبَ عُرْيَانًا وَإِنْ كَانَ كَاسِيًا وَ خَيْرُ لِبَاسِ الْـمَرْءِ طَاعَةُ رَبِّهِ وَ لاَ خَيْرَ فِـيْمَنْ كَانَ عَاصِيًا Apabila seseorang tidak mengenakan baju ketakwaan, ia menjelma menjadi manusia telanjang kendati tubuhnya tertutupi. Sebaik-baik pakaian adalah ketaatan kepada Rabbnya, tiada kebaikan pada orang yang berbuat kemaksiatan. RAHMAT ISLAM BAGI KAUM WANITA Kandungan ajaran Islam, secara khusus sangat memuliakan derajat kaum wanita setelah pada zaman jahiliyah berada dalam level yang sangat rendah dan hak-haknya terinjak-injak. Islam menetapkan aturan-aturan bagi dua jenis manusia, lelaki dan wanita sesuai dengan kodratnya. Islam juga menyamakan kedudukan lelaki dan wanita dalam persoalan-persoalan tertentu, dengan berkaca pada hikmah Allâh Ta'ala. Aspek-aspek perbedaan antara keduanya pun diakomodasi dengan sebaik-baiknya, sehingga tidak ada yang merasa dirugikan. Konsistensi kaum muslimah dalam menjalankan syariat Allâh, adab-adab Islam dan moralitasnya, itulah metode paling utama dan sarana terpenting bagi pemberdayaan kaum wanita dalam pembangunan umat dan kemajuan peradaban. Hal ini telah dibuktikan oleh sejarah, sehingga semestinya memperoleh dukungan dan penghargaan dari seluruh umat Islam. SLOGAN-SLOGAN MENYESATKAN BAGI KAUM MUSLIMAH Para musuh Islam sangat berkepentingan terhadap penyelewengan kaum muslimah. Pasalnya, mereka mengetahui benar posisi strategis seorang wanita muslimah dalam pembinaan dan pembentukan generasi Islam yang kuat. Melalui corong-corong (media massa) yang ada di negeri-negeri muslim, para musuh Islam itu melontarkan slogan-slogan yang bombastis, dalam rangka mengenyahkan kaum muslimah dari kesucian, benteng kehormatan dan peran penting pembinaan umat. Dengan mengatas namakan tahrîrulmar'ah (kebebasan bagi kaum Hawa), arraghbah filistifâdah min thâqatil mar'ah (pemberdayaan kaum wanita), inshâfulmar'ah (keadilan bagi kaum wanita/emansipasi) dan slogan-slogan yang berdalih modernisasi, para musuh Islam dan antek-anteknya mencoba memperdaya kaum muslimah. Slogan-slogan dan propaganda-propaganda ini diarahkan kepada satu tujuan. Yakni menyeret kaum wanita Islam keluar dari manhaj syar'i, dan menyodorkannya kepada ancaman eksploitasi aurat, kenistaan, kehinaan dan fitnah. Sebagian dari kalangan muslimah ada yang bertekuk lutut menghadapi propaganda yang tampaknya baik, yakni untuk mengentaskannya dari "penderitaan". Demikian yang dipersepsikan oleh kaum propagandis, baik dari kalangan sekularis maupun liberalis. Orang-orang semacam ini, yang menjauhi syariat Allâh terancam dengan kehidupan yang sempit lagi menyesakkan. Allâh Ta'âla berfirman:  Dan barangsiapa yang berpaling dari peringatan-Ku, maka sesungguhnya baginya penghidupan yang sempit, dan Kami akan menghimpunkannya pada hari kiamat dalam keadaan buta. (Qs Thâhâ/20:124) TRAGEDI PELUCUTAN DAN PEMBAKARAN BUSANA MUSLIMAH Gerakan "pembebasan" wanita sering unjuk gigi menggalang dukungan untuk menjauhkan kaum muslimah dari jati dirinya yang terhormat. Mereka melakukan demonstrasi dan menolak aturan yang menjaga kehormatan wanita. Hal itu bukan baru muncul belakangan ini, tetapi benih-benihnya sudah ada sejak tahun 1919 M. Pada waktu itu muncul demonstrasi kaum muslimah di Mesir tanggal 12 Maret 1919 di bawah komando Huda Sya'rawi untuk bersama-sama melepaskan hijab (pakaian muslimah yang sempurna). Ia adalah wanita Arab pertama yang melepaskan hijab. Selanjutnya, ia diikuti oleh istri Sa'ad Zaghlul. Wanita ini bersama wanita-wanita yang sudah terperdaya melepaskan hijab dan menginjak-injaknya. Dan kisah ini berakhir dengan pembakaran baju-baju yang menjadi identitas kaum muslimah tersebut. Kebebasan yang mereka tuju, sebenarnya malah menjerumuskan mereka dalam kenistaan. Pasalnya, tindakan tersebut merupakan awal tercampaknya kehormatan dan keutamaan mereka. PERLAKUAN ISLAM DAN MUSUH ISLAM TERHADAP MUSLIMAH Allâh Ta'âla menciptakan wanita sebagai sumber ketenangan bagi lelaki dan menjadikannya sebagai tempat penyemaian benih. Seorang wanita juga bertanggung-jawab atas rumah suaminya. Allâh Ta'âla mentakdirkannya untuk mengandung dan bertugas mendidik anak-anak. Lantaran sedemikian besar dan berat tanggung jawab tersebut, maka Allâh Ta'âla memberikan tanggung jawab kepada kaum lelaki untuk memimpin dan membimbing wanita. Sementara itu, kaum kuffar Jahiliyyah sangat membenci keberadaan wanita di tengah mereka. Bahkan ketika seorang anak perempuan lahir, tindakan yang mereka ambil, ialah membunuh dengan cara sadis atau menguburkannya hidup-hidup. Atau membiarkannya dalam keadaan nista. Pada masa itu, wanita pun tidak mempunyai hak waris, pendapatnya tidak pernah diperhatikan. Adapun seorang lelaki, ia boleh menikahi wanita manapun yang diinginkannya. Dia pun bebas untuk menyatukan banyak wanita di pelukannya, dan bahkan bebas untuk berbuat tidak adil kepada istri-istrinya. Kemudian Islam datang untuk menyelamatkan kaum wanita dari kezhaliman masa Jahiliyah dan memberinya hak waris. Lelaki hanya boleh menikahi sampai empat wanita saja, dengan syarat sanggup berbuat adil kepada istri-istrinya. Jika tidak mampu, maka hanya boleh menikahi satu wanita saja. Pandangan kaum kuffar zaman ini terhadap wanita sama saja dengan masa lampau. Mereka ingin agar kaum wanita menangani pekerjaan-pekerjaan kaum lelaki yang di luar kodratnya, supaya kaum wanita terlepas dari kemuliaan, kehormatannya, dan tampil menarik di hadapan para lelaki. Hingga dapat dimanfaatkan dengan harga murah dan mudah selama masih mempunyai daya tarik. Sebaliknya, jika sudah surut pesonanya, maka ia pun dipinggirkan. BERBUSANA MUSLIMAH HUKUMNYA WAJIB Persoalan hijab (busana muslimah yang sempurna) tidak membutuhkan ijtihad seorang ulama. Sebab dasar perintahnya sangat jelas terdapat dalam Al-Qur'ân. Allâh Ta'âla berfirman :  Hai Nabi, katakanlah kepada istri-istrimu, anak-anak perempuanmu, dan istri-istri orang mukmin agar hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka. Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal, karena itu mereka tidak diganggu. Dan Allâh adalah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang. (Qs al-Ahzâb/33:59) Ibnu Katsir rahimahullâh berkata: "Allâh berfirman untuk memerintahkan Rasul-Nya supaya menitahkan kaum muslimah mukminah secara khusus kepada istri-istri dan putri-putri beliau untuk mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka. Supaya dapat dibedakan dengan wanita-wanita jahiliyyah dan ciri khas budak-budak wanita. Yang dimaksud dengan jilbab, yaitu kain yang berada di atas khimâr (penutup kepala)." Syaikh as-Sa'di rahimahullâh mengatakan: "Inilah ayat yang disebut sebagai ayat hijaab. Allâh memerintahkan Nabi-Nya supaya meminta kaum wanita (muslimah) secara umum, dan Allâh memulainya dengan penyebutan istri-istri dan putri-putri beliau. Karena mereka merupakan pihak yang paling dituntut (untuk melaksanakannya) dibandingkan wanita lainnya. Orang yang akan memerintahkan orang (wanita) lain, seyogyanya mengawalinya dari keluarganya sebelum orang lain. Allâh Ta'âla berfirman:  'Hai orang-orang yang beriman, peliharalah dirimu dan keluargamu dari api neraka…' (Qs at-Tahrîm/66:6) Artinya, di sini mereka diminta untuk menutupi wajah-wajah, leher-leher dan dada-dada mereka. Kemudian Allâh memberitahukan hikmah yang terkandung di balik aturan ini. Yakni "Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal, karena itu mereka tidak diganggu". Ini menunjukkan, munculnya gangguan itu terjadi ketika kaum wanita tidak mengenakan hijab. Pasalnya, ketika tubuh wanita tidak tertutup dengan sebaik-baiknya (wanita tidak berhijab), mungkin saja timbul prasangka bahwa wanita itu bukan wanita baik-baik. Dampaknya, lelaki yang hatinya sakit akan mengganggu dan menyakiti mereka. Atau mungkin saja mereka akan dihinakan, karena dianggap budak. Karenanya, orang yang mengganggu tidak berpikir panjang. Jadi, hijab merupakan penangkis hasrat-hasrat para lelaki yang rakus kepada kaum wanita…" (Tafsir as-Sa'di secara ringkas). KAUM WANITA MESTI BELAJAR AGAMA Usaha perlawanan terhadap gerakan-gerakan yang membahayakan keutuhan umat wajib ditempuh, terutama oleh kaum wanita itu sendiri. Faktor terpenting yang telah menyeret wanita sehingga mengikuti budaya-budaya yang tidak bermoral, ialah karena unsur jahâlah (ketidaktahuan) terhadap agamanya. Kebaikan yang sebenarnya bagi kaum wanita, ialah munculnya motivasi dari diri mereka untuk mempelajari hukum-hukum agama, serta kewajiban-kewajiban yang wajib mereka pikul, supaya diri mereka suci dan terjaga dari moral rendah ataupun sumber-sumber kenistaan. Rasûlullâh shallallâhu 'alaihi wa sallam bersabda: مَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِـيْ الدِّيْنِ "Barang siapa dikehendaki kebaikan oleh Allâh padanya, niscaya Dia akan mencerdaskannya dalam masalah agama." (HR al-Bukhari dan Muslim) Secara historis, konsistensi kaum muslimah dengan aturan-aturan Allâh Ta'âla dan nilai-nilai Islam dan moralitasnya merupakan jalan terbaik, dan sarana paling penting untuk memberdayakan kaum wanita dalam pembentukan keluarga, perbaikan dan pengokohan peradaban umat manusia. KEWAJIBAN ORANG TUA DAN ULAMA Adanya fenomena negatif yang telah menghinggapi dan menyelimuti kaum wanita (remaja maupun dewasa), maka menjadi kewajiban orang-orang yang memegang kendali perwalian (wilayah) untuk memperhatikan mereka dengan sebaik-baiknya. Memberinya pendidikan dan pembinaan, serta membentengi mereka dari segala pengaruh yang merusak. Terutama pada masa belakangan ini yang sarat dengan gelombang fitnah dan godaan yang menyergap dari segala penjuru. Para wali itulah yang memikul tanggung jawab yang besar ketika anak perempuan, istri maupun wanita-wanita yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya melakukan tindak penyelewengan. Secara khusus, kebanyakan saluran informasi (media massa) yang beraneka-ragam bentuknya merupakan bagian dari panah beracun yang dibidikkan para musuh Islam untuk mengobrak-abrik para pembina generasi Islam dan pencetak ksatria masa depan (kaum muslimah). Setidaknya, para musuh Islam telah berhasil merealisasikan tujuannya saat para wali kaum muslimah kurang semangat dalam memikul tanggung jawab dan menyia-nyiakan amanah yang luar biasa besarnya itu, kecuali orang-orang yang dirahmati oleh Allâh. Allâh Ta'âla berfirman:  "Kaum laki-laki itu adalah pemimpin bagi kaum wanita…." (Qs an-Nisâ'/4:34) إِنَّ الرِّ جَالَ النَّاظِرِيْنَ إِلَـى النِّسَاءِ مِثْلُ السِبَاعِ تَطُوْفُ بِاللَّحْمَانِ إِنْ لَـمْ تَصُنْ تِلْكَ اللُّحُوْمَ أُسُوْدُهَا أُكِلَتْ بِلاَ عِوَضٍ وَ لاَ أَثْـمَانِ Sungguh, para lelaki yang melihat kaum wanita, bak serigala-serigala yang mengitari setumpuk daging. Jika singa-singa tidak menjaga daging-daging itu, niscaya akan disantap tanpa timbalbalik maupun harga Melihat adanya sejumlah orang yang mengadopsi dan mempropagandakan pemikiran liberalisme di tengah masyarakat muslim, dan lantaran muatan negatifnya dalam bentuk penentangan kepada Allâh dan Rasul-Nya, maka Syaikh Shalih Alu Syaikh berpesan, bahwa termasuk hal yang penting, yaitu adanya gerakan ulama, para mahasiswa, dan orang-orang yang mempunyai perhatian besar terhadap kebaikan untuk menghadang ancaman-ancaman itu, menumbangkan syubhat-syubhat mereka, dan membuka kedok mereka. Mereka keluar rumah dengan mengenakan baju yang mereka sangka telah berdasarkan aturan Islam, akan tetapi kenyataannya tidak memenuhi syarat untuk menutupi aurat. Sehingga masuklah mereka ke dalam kategori "berbusana tetapi telanjang". Seolah-olah menutup aurat hanya wajib ketika shalat semata atau sekedar kulit tidak terlihat lagi oleh mata lelaki lain. Wa ilallâhil musytaka (kepada Allâh Ta'âla lah tempat pengaduan). إِذَا الْـمَرْأُ لَـمْ يَلْبِسْ لِبَاسًا مِنَ التُّقَى تَقَلَّبَ عُرْيَانًا وَإِنْ كَانَ كَاسِيًا وَ خَيْرُ لِبَاسِ الْـمَرْءِ طَاعَةُ رَبِّهِ وَ لاَ خَيْرَ فِـيْمَنْ كَانَ عَاصِيًا Apabila seseorang tidak mengenakan baju ketakwaan, ia menjelma menjadi manusia telanjang kendati tubuhnya tertutupi. Sebaik-baik pakaian adalah ketaatan kepada Rabbnya, tiada kebaikan pada orang yang berbuat kemaksiatan. RAHMAT ISLAM BAGI KAUM WANITA Kandungan ajaran Islam, secara khusus sangat memuliakan derajat kaum wanita setelah pada zaman jahiliyah berada dalam level yang sangat rendah dan hak-haknya terinjak-injak. Islam menetapkan aturan-aturan bagi dua jenis manusia, lelaki dan wanita sesuai dengan kodratnya. Islam juga menyamakan kedudukan lelaki dan wanita dalam persoalan-persoalan tertentu, dengan berkaca pada hikmah Allâh Ta'ala. Aspek-aspek perbedaan antara keduanya pun diakomodasi dengan sebaik-baiknya, sehingga tidak ada yang merasa dirugikan. Konsistensi kaum muslimah dalam menjalankan syariat Allâh, adab-adab Islam dan moralitasnya, itulah metode paling utama dan sarana terpenting bagi pemberdayaan kaum wanita dalam pembangunan umat dan kemajuan peradaban. Hal ini telah dibuktikan oleh sejarah, sehingga semestinya memperoleh dukungan dan penghargaan dari seluruh umat Islam. SLOGAN-SLOGAN MENYESATKAN BAGI KAUM MUSLIMAH Para musuh Islam sangat berkepentingan terhadap penyelewengan kaum muslimah. Pasalnya, mereka mengetahui benar posisi strategis seorang wanita muslimah dalam pembinaan dan pembentukan generasi Islam yang kuat. Melalui corong-corong (media massa) yang ada di negeri-negeri muslim, para musuh Islam itu melontarkan slogan-slogan yang bombastis, dalam rangka mengenyahkan kaum muslimah dari kesucian, benteng kehormatan dan peran penting pembinaan umat. Dengan mengatas namakan tahrîrulmar'ah (kebebasan bagi kaum Hawa), arraghbah filistifâdah min thâqatil mar'ah (pemberdayaan kaum wanita), inshâfulmar'ah (keadilan bagi kaum wanita/emansipasi) dan slogan-slogan yang berdalih modernisasi, para musuh Islam dan antek-anteknya mencoba memperdaya kaum muslimah. Slogan-slogan dan propaganda-propaganda ini diarahkan kepada satu tujuan. Yakni menyeret kaum wanita Islam keluar dari manhaj syar'i, dan menyodorkannya kepada ancaman eksploitasi aurat, kenistaan, kehinaan dan fitnah. Sebagian dari kalangan muslimah ada yang bertekuk lutut menghadapi propaganda yang tampaknya baik, yakni untuk mengentaskannya dari "penderitaan". Demikian yang dipersepsikan oleh kaum propagandis, baik dari kalangan sekularis maupun liberalis. Orang-orang semacam ini, yang menjauhi syariat Allâh terancam dengan kehidupan yang sempit lagi menyesakkan. Allâh Ta'âla berfirman:  Dan barangsiapa yang berpaling dari peringatan-Ku, maka sesungguhnya baginya penghidupan yang sempit, dan Kami akan menghimpunkannya pada hari kiamat dalam keadaan buta. (Qs Thâhâ/20:124) TRAGEDI PELUCUTAN DAN PEMBAKARAN BUSANA MUSLIMAH Gerakan "pembebasan" wanita sering unjuk gigi menggalang dukungan untuk menjauhkan kaum muslimah dari jati dirinya yang terhormat. Mereka melakukan demonstrasi dan menolak aturan yang menjaga kehormatan wanita. Hal itu bukan baru muncul belakangan ini, tetapi benih-benihnya sudah ada sejak tahun 1919 M. Pada waktu itu muncul demonstrasi kaum muslimah di Mesir tanggal 12 Maret 1919 di bawah komando Huda Sya'rawi untuk bersama-sama melepaskan hijab (pakaian muslimah yang sempurna). Ia adalah wanita Arab pertama yang melepaskan hijab. Selanjutnya, ia diikuti oleh istri Sa'ad Zaghlul. Wanita ini bersama wanita-wanita yang sudah terperdaya melepaskan hijab dan menginjak-injaknya. Dan kisah ini berakhir dengan pembakaran baju-baju yang menjadi identitas kaum muslimah tersebut. Kebebasan yang mereka tuju, sebenarnya malah menjerumuskan mereka dalam kenistaan. Pasalnya, tindakan tersebut merupakan awal tercampaknya kehormatan dan keutamaan mereka. PERLAKUAN ISLAM DAN MUSUH ISLAM TERHADAP MUSLIMAH Allâh Ta'âla menciptakan wanita sebagai sumber ketenangan bagi lelaki dan menjadikannya sebagai tempat penyemaian benih. Seorang wanita juga bertanggung-jawab atas rumah suaminya. Allâh Ta'âla mentakdirkannya untuk mengandung dan bertugas mendidik anak-anak. Lantaran sedemikian besar dan berat tanggung jawab tersebut, maka Allâh Ta'âla memberikan tanggung jawab kepada kaum lelaki untuk memimpin dan membimbing wanita. Sementara itu, kaum kuffar Jahiliyyah sangat membenci keberadaan wanita di tengah mereka. Bahkan ketika seorang anak perempuan lahir, tindakan yang mereka ambil, ialah membunuh dengan cara sadis atau menguburkannya hidup-hidup. Atau membiarkannya dalam keadaan nista. Pada masa itu, wanita pun tidak mempunyai hak waris, pendapatnya tidak pernah diperhatikan. Adapun seorang lelaki, ia boleh menikahi wanita manapun yang diinginkannya. Dia pun bebas untuk menyatukan banyak wanita di pelukannya, dan bahkan bebas untuk berbuat tidak adil kepada istri-istrinya. Kemudian Islam datang untuk menyelamatkan kaum wanita dari kezhaliman masa Jahiliyah dan memberinya hak waris. Lelaki hanya boleh menikahi sampai empat wanita saja, dengan syarat sanggup berbuat adil kepada istri-istrinya. Jika tidak mampu, maka hanya boleh menikahi satu wanita saja. Pandangan kaum kuffar zaman ini terhadap wanita sama saja dengan masa lampau. Mereka ingin agar kaum wanita menangani pekerjaan-pekerjaan kaum lelaki yang di luar kodratnya, supaya kaum wanita terlepas dari kemuliaan, kehormatannya, dan tampil menarik di hadapan para lelaki. Hingga dapat dimanfaatkan dengan harga murah dan mudah selama masih mempunyai daya tarik. Sebaliknya, jika sudah surut pesonanya, maka ia pun dipinggirkan. BERBUSANA MUSLIMAH HUKUMNYA WAJIB Persoalan hijab (busana muslimah yang sempurna) tidak membutuhkan ijtihad seorang ulama. Sebab dasar perintahnya sangat jelas terdapat dalam Al-Qur'ân. Allâh Ta'âla berfirman :  Hai Nabi, katakanlah kepada istri-istrimu, anak-anak perempuanmu, dan istri-istri orang mukmin agar hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka. Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal, karena itu mereka tidak diganggu. Dan Allâh adalah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang. (Qs al-Ahzâb/33:59) Ibnu Katsir rahimahullâh berkata: "Allâh berfirman untuk memerintahkan Rasul-Nya supaya menitahkan kaum muslimah mukminah secara khusus kepada istri-istri dan putri-putri beliau untuk mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka. Supaya dapat dibedakan dengan wanita-wanita jahiliyyah dan ciri khas budak-budak wanita. Yang dimaksud dengan jilbab, yaitu kain yang berada di atas khimâr (penutup kepala)." Syaikh as-Sa'di rahimahullâh mengatakan: "Inilah ayat yang disebut sebagai ayat hijaab. Allâh memerintahkan Nabi-Nya supaya meminta kaum wanita (muslimah) secara umum, dan Allâh memulainya dengan penyebutan istri-istri dan putri-putri beliau. Karena mereka merupakan pihak yang paling dituntut (untuk melaksanakannya) dibandingkan wanita lainnya. Orang yang akan memerintahkan orang (wanita) lain, seyogyanya mengawalinya dari keluarganya sebelum orang lain. Allâh Ta'âla berfirman:  'Hai orang-orang yang beriman, peliharalah dirimu dan keluargamu dari api neraka…' (Qs at-Tahrîm/66:6) Artinya, di sini mereka diminta untuk menutupi wajah-wajah, leher-leher dan dada-dada mereka. Kemudian Allâh memberitahukan hikmah yang terkandung di balik aturan ini. Yakni "Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal, karena itu mereka tidak diganggu". Ini menunjukkan, munculnya gangguan itu terjadi ketika kaum wanita tidak mengenakan hijab. Pasalnya, ketika tubuh wanita tidak tertutup dengan sebaik-baiknya (wanita tidak berhijab), mungkin saja timbul prasangka bahwa wanita itu bukan wanita baik-baik. Dampaknya, lelaki yang hatinya sakit akan mengganggu dan menyakiti mereka. Atau mungkin saja mereka akan dihinakan, karena dianggap budak. Karenanya, orang yang mengganggu tidak berpikir panjang. Jadi, hijab merupakan penangkis hasrat-hasrat para lelaki yang rakus kepada kaum wanita…" (Tafsir as-Sa'di secara ringkas). KAUM WANITA MESTI BELAJAR AGAMA Usaha perlawanan terhadap gerakan-gerakan yang membahayakan keutuhan umat wajib ditempuh, terutama oleh kaum wanita itu sendiri. Faktor terpenting yang telah menyeret wanita sehingga mengikuti budaya-budaya yang tidak bermoral, ialah karena unsur jahâlah (ketidaktahuan) terhadap agamanya. Kebaikan yang sebenarnya bagi kaum wanita, ialah munculnya motivasi dari diri mereka untuk mempelajari hukum-hukum agama, serta kewajiban-kewajiban yang wajib mereka pikul, supaya diri mereka suci dan terjaga dari moral rendah ataupun sumber-sumber kenistaan. Rasûlullâh shallallâhu 'alaihi wa sallam bersabda: مَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِـيْ الدِّيْنِ "Barang siapa dikehendaki kebaikan oleh Allâh padanya, niscaya Dia akan mencerdaskannya dalam masalah agama." (HR al-Bukhari dan Muslim) Secara historis, konsistensi kaum muslimah dengan aturan-aturan Allâh Ta'âla dan nilai-nilai Islam dan moralitasnya merupakan jalan terbaik, dan sarana paling penting untuk memberdayakan kaum wanita dalam pembentukan keluarga, perbaikan dan pengokohan peradaban umat manusia. KEWAJIBAN ORANG TUA DAN ULAMA Adanya fenomena negatif yang telah menghinggapi dan menyelimuti kaum wanita (remaja maupun dewasa), maka menjadi kewajiban orang-orang yang memegang kendali perwalian (wilayah) untuk memperhatikan mereka dengan sebaik-baiknya. Memberinya pendidikan dan pembinaan, serta membentengi mereka dari segala pengaruh yang merusak. Terutama pada masa belakangan ini yang sarat dengan gelombang fitnah dan godaan yang menyergap dari segala penjuru. Para wali itulah yang memikul tanggung jawab yang besar ketika anak perempuan, istri maupun wanita-wanita yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya melakukan tindak penyelewengan. Secara khusus, kebanyakan saluran informasi (media massa) yang beraneka-ragam bentuknya merupakan bagian dari panah beracun yang dibidikkan para musuh Islam untuk mengobrak-abrik para pembina generasi Islam dan pencetak ksatria masa depan (kaum muslimah). Setidaknya, para musuh Islam telah berhasil merealisasikan tujuannya saat para wali kaum muslimah kurang semangat dalam memikul tanggung jawab dan menyia-nyiakan amanah yang luar biasa besarnya itu, kecuali orang-orang yang dirahmati oleh Allâh. Allâh Ta'âla berfirman:  "Kaum laki-laki itu adalah pemimpin bagi kaum wanita…." (Qs an-Nisâ'/4:34) إِنَّ الرِّ جَالَ النَّاظِرِيْنَ إِلَـى النِّسَاءِ مِثْلُ السِبَاعِ تَطُوْفُ بِاللَّحْمَانِ إِنْ لَـمْ تَصُنْ تِلْكَ اللُّحُوْمَ أُسُوْدُهَا أُكِلَتْ بِلاَ عِوَضٍ وَ لاَ أَثْـمَانِ Sungguh, para lelaki yang melihat kaum wanita, bak serigala-serigala yang mengitari setumpuk daging. Jika singa-singa tidak menjaga daging-daging itu, niscaya akan disantap tanpa timbalbalik maupun harga Melihat adanya sejumlah orang yang mengadopsi dan mempropagandakan pemikiran liberalisme di tengah masyarakat muslim, dan lantaran muatan negatifnya dalam bentuk penentangan kepada Allâh dan Rasul-Nya, maka Syaikh Shalih Alu Syaikh berpesan, bahwa termasuk hal yang penting, yaitu adanya gerakan ulama, para mahasiswa, dan orang-orang yang mempunyai perhatian besar terhadap kebaikan untuk menghadang ancaman-ancaman itu, menumbangkan syubhat-syubhat mereka, dan membuka kedok mereka.  sharia - Social Mention: DIALOGUE AND THE CULTURE OF DIFFERENCE Difference amongst the people of truth is both permissible and a reality, and as long as it is within the boundaries of sharia and its regulations it is not blameworthy; rather, it is praiseworthy and a source of intellectual enrichment, and a means to arrive at a proper decision, for what is the principle of consultation (shura) as established by Islam except legislation for this praised difference. As the Quran says: "Consult them in the affair." After all, how many times did the Prophet – God bless him and give him peace – consult his Companions and listen to their opinions, and differed with their views on the decision to carry on in the campaign of Badr. When he consulted them in moving forward to battle the enemy after it was discovered the large size of their army in comparison to the Muslims, for example, the Prophet ﷺ listened to them and did not reprove anyone for an opinion expressed or a position adopted. As a result, no one became fanatical or partisan; truth was their aim and mutual interest guided them. The Prophet ﷺ acknowledged each of the differing parties without expressing any objection or preference, as in the matter reported in Bukhari and Muslim of his telling [a group of the Companions] to pray the afternoon prayer in Banu Qurayza: some of them prayed in the city they before reaching Banu Qurayza [within the proper prayer time] and some of them waited until reaching Banu Qurayza [and as a result prayed the afternoon prayer at the time of the night prayer] yet he ﷺ did not deal with anyone roughly. The issues and themes of difference are many but they are resolved through dialogue and compromise with recourse to the opinion of some. It is recorded that Umar, may God be pleased with him, often returned to the opinions of his fellow Companions and even confessed before the public saying, "A woman has said the truth and a man made a mistake." This is the institutionalisation of the golden rule: 'Ijtihad is not invalidated by ijtihad', a rule adopted by later scholars who advanced judgements of the rulings that were contrary to their opinions and ijtihad in the interest of ending the controversies and resolving disputes, which is the foremost matter on the ladder of priorities to the dissenting opinion, of which its author might be persuaded. The Prophet (s.a.w.s.) had assigned it so to be an example for all the women of his nation so that no man and no woman might remain unmarried because of high dowries. The Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said to Imam Ali (a.s.), 'O Ali, do you have something (to pay as dowry)?' Imam Ali (a.s.) said, 'I have a sword, an armor, and a horse.' The Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said to him, 'As for your horse, you need it, and as for your sword, you cannot do without it, but as for your armor, you can sell it.'[9] Imam Ali (a.s.) went to the market and sold his armor for four hundred and eighty dirhams and came back with the amount knotted in the end of his shirt,[10] and put it before the Prophet (s.a.w.s.). It was a very simple dowry and it was less than what the poor might pay for their wives. Her furniture The Prophet (s.a.w.s) took a handful of dirhams and gave them to Bilal to buy with them some perfumes for Fatima (a.s.), and other handfuls to Salman and Umm Salamah to buy some furniture. It was no long until all requirements of the wedding were prepared. The furniture of Fatima (a.s.) and Ali (a.s.) was the following: 1. A sheepskin to sleep on 2. A pillow of leather stuffed with palm-tree fibers 3. A bed made of palm-tree branches 4. A quern 5. A water skin 6. Two jars 7. Some pottery vessels This furniture was very simple and cheap in people's consideration, but it was too valuable in the Islam's view. It was more precious than jewels and expensive things that kings and wealthy people give to their wives. The furniture was put before the Prophet (s.a.w.s.). He looked at the pottery and said, 'Blessed are the people of a house whose most vessels are of pottery.' Allama al-Fartoosi described this house of Imam Ali and Fatima in the following poem by saying, "And your house that is too simple with what its four corners contained. In a corner a mat beside it a jar was put, And in another a bed of palm-tree branches there was, And clay vessels that were the cups which were made by their owners hands, And a quern was there that blistered the hand that milled barley, As if humbleness with what it contained was a sign that everything worshipped."[11] Lomnice concluded from the simplicity of Fatima's wedding that the Prophet (s.a.w.s.) hated Fatima because he married her to a poor man and that the furniture of her house was too simple. The ignorance of Lomnice regarding Islam led him to this conclusion. His mind was built by the Western life that did not understand Islam. Islam hates excessive dowries so that to make marriage easy for all. The Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, 'The best women of my community are those of less dowries.'[12] Imam as-Sadiq (a.s.) said, 'A man, during the time of the messenger of Allah, got married to a woman for a sura from the Qur'an,[13] a dirham, or some wheat.'[14] Once, the Prophet (s.a.w.s) married some man from his companions who possessed nothing to a woman for a dowry of that he should teach his wife one sura from the Qur'an.[15] That dowry was called "the dowry of the sura". The Islamic Sharia encourages marriage with little dowries and cancels superiority between spouses. It makes a Muslim man equal to a Muslim woman, but these values were ignored by Lomnice who looked at things only from the material angle.

Islam hates excessive dowries so that to make marriage easy for all. The Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, 'The best women of my community are those of less dowries.'[12] Imam as-Sadiq (a.s.) said, 'A man, during the time of the messenger of Allah, got married to a woman for a sura from the Qur'an,[13] a dirham, or some wheat.'[14] Once, the Prophet (s.a.w.s) married some man from his companions who possessed nothing to a woman for a dowry of that he should teach his wife one sura from the Qur'an.[15] That dowry was called "the dowry of the sura". The Islamic Sharia encourages marriage with little dowries and cancels superiority between spouses. It makes a Muslim man equal to a Muslim woman, but these values were ignored by Lomnice who looked at things only from the material angle.

Minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'. We will not tolerate disrespect of our Russian culture . We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation. The muslims are taking over those countries and they will not take over Russia. The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways Sharia Law and Muslims. When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the Russian national interest first, observing that the Muslims Minorities Are Not Russians. The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a five minute standing ovation.

 sharia - Social Mention: Wife drags husband to court over alleged starvation A 30-year-old housewife, Balaraba Tanimu of Hayin Tudun Wada, Kaduna, has dragged her husband, Sani Abubakar, to Magajin Gari Sharia Court II, accusing him of starving her for eight months. Tanimu told the court on Monday that the accused was not feeding her and their five children throughout the period on the excuse that life was very difficult for him. The complainant said that she and the children had been suffering from hunger and deprivation because the accused had failed to discharge his responsibilities. According to her, Abubakar has also abandoned her and the children since he married another wife, making her parents to shoulder the responsibility of taking care of them. Tanimu also told the court that the accused was indebted to her to the tune of N60,000 and prayed the court to recover the money for her. The complainant prayed the court to dissolve the marriage since Abubakar cannot meet the demands of basic family responsibilities. The accused pleaded not guilty to the charge. He told the court that the complainant was just jealous of his new wife, saying that she had given him no peace since he married another wife. "She reported me to her parents and the father advised me not to worry over her attitude because she is just jealous,'' he said. Abubakar denied collecting money from her, saying it was his mother-in-law that gave him N30,000 credit to repair his taxi cab. The wife, however, insisted that the N60,000 was the money he asked her to spend over time in feeding the family, as well as money spent on purchasing clothes for the children during the last Sallah. The accused told the court not to dissolve the marriage as he still loves his wife. The Presiding Officer, Khadi Ibrahim Mohammed, asked both parties to come with their parents in the next sitting for testimony. Mohammed adjourned the case to Nov. 27 for continuation of hearing.     Has anyone else noticed this? The victim card comes into play when a sunni decides that all the atrocities in the "muslim world" are caused by shias (or other muslim sects depending on location), and that the shias are the ones that are abusing and persecuting sunnis, especially in pakistan. You cannot quote them major Pakistani papers, because they are owned by shias. Nor can you quote the kuffar papers documenting wahabism. Additionally, arabic language papers are also been diluted by shia owners. In the case of my friend, all 7 hundred suicide/bomb attacks against minorities and secularists in pakistan have been by...shias. Also, he argues that the restrictions and extremist attitudes of arabs towards non arabs is also implemented by the shias. He ACTUALLY wholeheartedly believes this along with complete denial when shown pictures of carnage, videos of executions, and confessions etc. He knows that I am no longer muslim, so he says these things pretty casually.
