Knock Out für Ralf Jäger!
Ein Schlag ins Gesicht für die Islamfeindlichen Behörden die unseren Bruder Sven Lau ohne haltbare Beweise ihrer absurden Vorwürfe Sven Lau heute am 21.05.2014 gehen lassen mussten.
Mit Großer Freude wurde Sven Lau heute von zahlreichen Brüdern in Wuppertal empfangen wo er anschließend ein Statement zu seine unrechtmäßigen Gefangenschaft abgab.
Sven Lau (Abu Adam) sprach über seine Gefühle und Erfahrungen die er wechselhaft im Zeitraum seiner Gefangenschaft machte. Er dankte ALLAH und lobpreiste IHN für die Kraft und Geduld die er von ALLAH bekam.
Die Entlassung kam für Abu Adam plötzlich und überaschend. Abu Adam sprach darüber das der heutige Tag anders war als die Tage in den letzten 3 Monaten. Er wachte heute mit sehr guter Laune auf und am Ende noch die Freilassung!
Das Video mit dem ganzen Statement ist in Bearbeitung und wird vorraussichtlich am 22.05.14 am frühen Abend veröffentlicht.

10 سنوات تخصم من عمر الوطن ..
10 سنوات أراحت ضمير "منصور صقر" الذي حكم ببراءة الضباط في قضية قتل شهيدين من ثوار ثورة 25 يناير فى الدقهلية ..
10 سنوات تعاقب بها من خرجت تطالب بحقها فى عيش وحرية وعدالة اجتماعيةوكرامة إنسانية ..

May 5, 2014 (KHARTOUM) – A Sudanese court has sentenced a heavily pregnant Christian woman to death by hanging and 100 lashes after convicting her on charges of apostasy and adultery. Amnesty International has described the sentence as "truly abhorrent". (Sudan Tribune, May 15, 2014) Meriam Yehya Ibrahim is eight months pregnant and currently in detention with her 20-month-old son. Her death sentence was handed down after she refused to recant her religion. "The fact that a woman has been sentenced to death for her religious choice, and to flogging for being married to a man of an allegedly different religion is appalling and abhorrent. Adultery and apostasy are acts which should not be considered crimes at all. It is flagrant breach of international human rights law," said Manar Idriss, Amnesty International's Sudan researcher. (Amnesty International, May 15, 2014)
Comment:
The highly publicized case of the Sudanese Meriam Yehya Ibrahim is widespread throughout the media particularly the American and UK news outlets. This stirred quite a dialogue among Muslims in the West who are trying to wrap their heads around this issue, especially of an 8 month pregnant woman to be lashed 100 times, it is an emotionally charged issue especially with Amnesty International releasing strong condemning statements like "Amnesty International believes that Meriam is a prisoner of conscience, convicted solely because of her religious beliefs and identity, and must be released immediately and unconditionally. The right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion, which includes the freedom to hold beliefs, is far-reaching and profound; it encompasses freedom of thought on all matters, personal conviction and the commitment to religion or belief."
Many Muslims outrightly declaring this is completely against Islam citing various details like being raised by her Christian mother and others trying to reason out the court verdict. The main point here is the mixed ruling system – one fully secular with a few sprinkling of Sharia rulings especially those related to apostasy and adultery. While it is important to note that Islam does not coerce anyone in the Muslim lands to convert to Islam but it does have a strict ruling against those who turn away from Islam after being Muslim. And for this there are plentiful straightforward evidences from the Quran and Sunnah.
However to mix a secular structured regime that has an undertone of Islamic inkling of rulings will not bring any form of justice to the population. As a result, we get cases like this which are completely being exploited by the West that inappropriately hurl accusations against Islam and its Sharia rulings completely ignoring the fact the regime's justice system or any of its systems for that matter have nothing to do with Islam except that it is applied by Muslims on Muslims and non-Muslims living in Sudan. In the end, the people of Sudan suffer from terrible injustices and confusion. This unfortunately left many Muslims to try to distance themselves from the wrongly misconstrued Sharia. This is a maddening situation as for a system to be judged and taken into context – the entire system must be implemented or else the end-result is catastrophic, leaving the people who love Islam and support Islam vulnerable to misguided attacks against their Sharia. And Muslims are not the only ones left with a miserable fallout from the crooked judicial systems but non-Muslims as well. Since they too are deprived from the just and compassionate Sharia of Islam which will duly protect them and protect the society of all vices be it adultery and apostasy when the Sharia is implemented in full and not with a dash of ruling here and there. As Muslims, we do not fall back on the human rights organizations to solve our problems, but we need to refer our societal problems with a system that will ward off the ills of man-made problems. Islam to be open to attack is simply unacceptable and thus Muslims and non-Muslims will only find true justice in a system free from man-made temporal self-serving interests and that justice system is solely found in Islam when implemented as a comprehensive way of life. So it is not what Amnesty International calls as flagrant – but the non-implementation of Islam by a holistic Khilafah State is flagrant.

Raheel-Nawaz Regime's Enthusiasm over Modi's Victory is a Treason Against the Blood of Muslims
The Raheel-Nawaz government hurriedly extended a visit invitation to Modi, even before he has assumed the office of Prime Minister. Yesterday afternoon, Nawaz Shariaf called Modi, the butcher of Gujrat, congratulating him and offering his good wishes. Hizb ut-Tahrir asks the Raheel-Nawaz regime that how could they congratulate a person who oversaw the slaughter of thousands of Muslims and rape of chaste Muslim women? Is the Raheel-Nawaz regime representing extremist Hindus such that they rejoice in Modi's victory, abandoning other more pressing engagements in order to call him? The pleasure shown by Raheel-Nawaz regime shows that they have no concern for the pain, trauma and ordeal of Muslims. They are even ready to welcome a person whose entire person is drenched with the blessed and oppressed blood of Muslims, not merely his hands!
As for the Raheel-Nawaz regime's expectation that the region will enjoy peace and stability because of Modi's success, it is the dream of insane. The success of the BJP will now revive US plan for the region, which was stalled during the Congress Party rule, which is to establish India as regional power to oppose the rising power of China, Indeed, Modi is already proclaiming to make this century "India's century," reviving the Hindu sentiment for "Greater India" (Akhund Bharat).
During the previous BJP government, America arranged major concessions from Pakistan through its agents, Nawaz Sharif and then Musharraf. These included withdrawal from Kargil, ban on Kashmir's Mujaheedin, abandoning of Pakistan's historical stance regarding the Kashmir occupation, relocation of armed forces from Indian border to Afghan border and opening of Pakistan's economy for Indian goods, so that India can become the dominant state in the region. Now that BJP is back in power, the Raheel-Nawaz regime is set to further compromise Pakistan's security and economic interests for the fulfillment of American's vision for India.
Muslims of Pakistan must mobilize in order to force the rulers to abandon this American project. Indian superiority in the region will reduce Pakistan to the mercy of the Hindu mushrikeen. Muslims cannot accept this situation, for their forefathers did not sacrifice their lives in hundreds of thousands to establish Pakistan, only then to have it thrown under the Hindu State's feet. Hizb ut-Tahrir calls the Muslims of Pakistan and their armed forces to establish the Khilafah in Pakistan, to become the launching point to unify all the Muslim land and its people under the leadership of a single Khaleefah, thus liberating all the people of the region from the oppressive rule of the Hindu mushrikeen. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلاَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ
"Those of the People of the Book who are kafir and the idolaters do not like anything good to be sent down to you from your Lord. But Allah selects for His mercy whomever He wills. Allah's favour is truly vast."
(al-Baqara 2:105)

رجب کے کونڈے جائز ہیں یا نہیں؟ برائے مہربانی تفصیلی جواب مرحمت فرمائیں۔
جواب:
22 رجب کو جو کونڈے پکائے اور بھرے جاتے ہیں ان کی بعض باتیں درست ہیں اور بعض غلط۔ شرعی مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ کوئی نیک کام کر کے آپ اس کا ثواب کسی زندہ یا مرحوم مسلمان کو پہنچا سکتے ہیں۔ فقہائے اسلام فرماتے ہیں:
الاصل فی هذا الاباب ان الانسان له ان يجعل ثواب عمله لغيره صلوة او صوما او صدقه او غيرها عند اهل السنه والجماعه، لما روی عن النبی صلی الله عليه وآله وسلم انه ضحی بکبشين املحين احدهما عن نفسه و الاخر عن امته ممن اقربو حدانية الله تعالیٰ.

اس مسئلہ کی اصل یہ ہے کہ انسان اپنے نیک عمل کا ثواب نماز ہو، روزہ ہو، صدقہ ہو یا کچھ اور، اہل سنت و جماعت کے نزدیک دوسرے کو پہنچا سکتا ہے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے روایت ہے کہ آپ نے دو چتکبر مینڈھے قربانی دیئے۔ ایک اپنی طرف سے اور دوسرا اپنی مسلمان امت کی طرف سے۔
ایصال ثواب کے ثبوت میں بے شمار دلائل ہیں مگر اختصار کے پیش نظر ایک حوالے پر اکتفا کرتا ہوں۔ کونڈے بھی ایک صدقہ ہے جس کا ثواب امام جعفر صادق رضی اللہ عنہ کو پہنچایا جاتا ہے لہذا کار ثواب ہے۔ ہاں ہمارے جہلاء نے جو بیہودہ قیدیں اپنی طرف سے لگا رکھی ہیں وہ درست نہیں۔ مثلاً اس موقع پر ایک چھوٹی کتاب بی بی فاطمہ کا معجزہ یا کونڈوں کے متعلق عجیب و غریب حکایتیں جو پڑھی اور بیان کی جاتی ہیں سب غلط اور جھوٹ کا پلندہ ہیں۔ اس سے پرہیز کرنا چاہیے۔
عوام میں یہ مشہور ہے کہ کونڈے گھرے سے باہر نہ نکالے جائیں، اس جگہ کھائیں۔ یہ بھی غلط ہے کہ صرف حلوہ پوری اور کونڈوں کو ضروری سمجھیں تو یہ بھی غلط ہے۔ خواہ حلوہ پوری ہو یا کچھ اور، یونہی کونڈوں میں رکھیں یا کسی برتن میں سب جائز ہے۔ جو چاہے کھائے۔ مسلم، غیر مسلم سب کو دیں، ثواب مل جائے گا۔

السؤال المكرر متى نصر الله ؟؟
تهزنى هتافات من نوع ( لن تركع امة قائدها محمد - أودينى وبعشقه ولو كل الدنيا ضده انا لازم أنصره ) فحين تكون المعركة صفرية مع الاسلام فالنتيجة محسومة لصالح الاسلام بشرط ان يقدم المسلمون كل ما لديهم بغض النظر عن موازين القوى على الارض
وأذكر مقولة للشيخ الغزالى رحمه الله ( لو ان للنصر 100 سبب وامتلك المسلمون 97 سببا وقدموا 96 منها لم ينصرهم الله ولكن لو امتلكوا 36 سببا وقدموها كلها فان نصر الله يتنزل عليهم )
ذلك انهم فى الحالة الاولى كانوا اكثر عدة وعتاد لكن بخلوا ولو ب 1% اما فى الحالة الثانية فكانوا فى حالة ضعف لكنهم قدموا كل ما يملكون
فلنخلص ولنقدم اقصى ما نملك وسنجد نصر الله اسرع مما نأمل 2
