The Lebanese Army arrested in the town of Arsal one of the most dangerous man accused of being involved in the preparation and transfer of booby-trapped cars, Al-Manar correspondent reported.explosive materials
Al-Manar correspondent said that the operation took place in Baalbek on Saturday evening on the international road, where the man, Ali Amoun, was under watch and was being tracked until he was arrested. Amoun is now under investigation to unveil full details about his role in the terrorist bombings in Hermel and Beirut's southern suburbs.
The National News Agency pointed to the arrest of Amoun, and said he was one of the most dangerous fugitives wanted for sending booby-trapping cars to Lebanon.

Turkey Builds Barrier Wall to Secure Border with Syria
Turkey build wall barier on border with SyriaTurkey has started building a new wall along a fragment of its southeastern border with Syria as it struggles against smuggling, illegal migration and the threat from armed groups.
Slabs of concrete have sprung up in recent days, snaking for just over one kilometer over the rolling hills of Hatay province, a finger of land which was part of Syria until the late 1930s, dotted with villages that have thrived on an illicit cross-border trade in everything from fuel to cigarettes.
Turkey has kept an open-border policy throughout Syria's three-year civil war and has vowed to maintain it, providing a lifeline to the gunmen battling the national military by allowing supplies in and refugees out.
But the policy has had its costs. Smuggling has thrived, and a growing number of Syrians forced by the war to eke out a living where they can, swell the ranks of those trying to cross back and forth outside the official border posts.
In the face of such a challenge, the wall seems a symbolic gesture, starting in a village called Kusakli, which an official from the district governorate called an active spot for border trespassing, and following the contours for over a kilometer.
Local people doubted the barrier would do much more than deter a few opportunist smugglers, while punishing legitimate refugees.

Schwarzkümmelöl – Ein Juwel unter den Ölen
Etliche Studien belegen die hochwirksame Wirkung des Schwarzkümmelöls auf die Gesundheit. Schwarzkümmel (Nigella Sativa)
Bei "Echtem Schwarzkümmel" handelt es sich um ein Gewürz, welches in seiner Form schwarzem Pfeffer ähnelt. Schwarzkümmel wird bereits seit über 2000 Jahren im Orient als Medizin angewandt. Selbst heutzutage werden seine Samen ähnlich den Sesamkörnern auf frischem Fladenbrot verteilt. Innerhalb des asiatischen Raumes werden die Schwarzkümmelsamen als "Black onion seed" (schwarzer Zwiebelsamen) bezeichnet. "Echter Schwarzkümmel" ist eine Pflanze, welche zu den Hahnenfußgewächsen (Ranunculaceae) gehört und keinesfalls mit Kreuzkümmel oder Kümmel verwandt ist.
In Europa wächst eine verwandte Art des "Echten Schwarzkümmels": die "Jungfrau im Grünen" (Nigella Damascena). Sie wird oftmals als Garten-Schwarzkümmel bezeichnet. Sie stammt ursprünglich aus dem südlichen Europa und wurde in unseren Breiten kultiviert. Eine weitere verwandte Art des "Echten Schwarzkümmels" ist der Acker-Schwarzkümmel (Nigella arvensis), welcher vor langer Zeit in Mitteleuropa als Wildpflanze beheimatet war, heutzutage jedoch als ausgestorben gilt.
Schwarzkümmel als bewährte alternative Medizin
In der westlichen Gesellschaft ist der "Echte Schwarzkümmel" (nigella sativa) wenig bekannt, obwohl er seit Hunderten von Jahren als Hausmittel und Küchenkraut genutzt wird. Er wird zugunsten der teilweise geringer wirksamen Pharmazeutika vernachlässigt, obwohl durch ihn im Vergleich mit pharmazeutischen Produkten kaum Nebenwirkungen zu erwarten sind. Wer nun gegen etliche Beschwerden auf natürliche Weise vorbeugen will, sollte "Echten Schwarzkümmel"/Schwarzkümmelöl stets in seiner Küche verwenden.
Seit 1964 fanden zum "Echten Schwarzkümmel" (auch als "Ägyptischer Schwarzkümmel" bekannt) ungefähr 458 wissenschaftliche Studien statt, welche auch veröffentlicht wurden. Sie bestätigen sämtlich, was innerhalb der Kulturen in Nordafrika sowie im Mittleren wie auch Nahen Osten bereits seit jeher bekannt ist: Der "Echte Schwarzkümmel" ist ein wahres Allroundheilmittel für unseren Körper und unsere Gesundheit.
Anwendung von Schwarzkümmelöl zu Heilzwecken
Schwarzkümmelöl ist als wertvolle Ergänzung der täglichen Nahrung äußerst empfehlenswert. Es ist für jeden Menschen ausgezeichnet verträglich und hat einen guten Geschmack, sodass es auch von Kindern optimal vertragen wird und in keiner Küche zur gesunden Ernährung fehlen sollte.
Reines Schwarzkümmelöl kann zwecks Vorsorge oder zur allgemeinen körperlichen Kräftigung über eine Zeit von ungefähr 3 bis zu 6 Monaten 2 Mal pro Tag mit einer Dosierung á 20 Tropfen (= 1 Milliliter) eingenommen werden. Es muss dabei unbedingt darauf geachtet werden, dass nur geprüftes reines Schwarzkümmelöl verwendet wird. Die Fettsäuren des Schwarzkümmelöls helfen zudem bei der Stabilisierung der jeweiligen Cholesterinwerte und aktivieren die individuelle Fettverbrennung. Hierdurch werden wiederum Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen positiv beeinflusst und speziell Diäten auf einfache Weise unterstützt.
Zu Beginn der Kur kann beim „ersten Kontakt" manchmal leichtes Aufstoßen als Begleiterscheinung auftreten, welches jedoch bei längerer Einnahme (etwa eine Woche) eigenständig verschwindet. Eine spürbare Verbesserung des allgemeinen Wohlbefindens soll bereits nach wenigen Tagen zu beobachten sein. Eine äußerliche Anwendung von reinem Schwarzkümmelöl kann bei Hautproblemen wie zum Beispiel Akne oder Schuppenflechte erfolgen. Hierbei wird das kaltgepresste Schwarzkümmelöl direkt auf die betroffenen Hautbereiche aufgetragen und mittels leichter Bewegungen einmassiert. Im kosmetischen Bereich für Haut und Haare können Cremes/Packungen und Pasten sowie reines Schwarzkümmelöl direkt als ideales Pflegemittel für die Verbesserung des allgemeinen Hautbildes und der Haarstruktur ohne jegliche chemischen Zusätze genutzt werden. Als weiterer Kosmetikzusatz zur Haar -und Hautpflege eignet sich Neemöl!
Die ätherischen Substanzen im Schwarzkümmelöl wirken stabilisierend sowie ausgleichend auf jeden Körper. Aus diesem Grund kann es auch bei Schlaflosigkeit angewandt werden. Selbst hyperaktive Kinder profitieren von den ätherischen Ölen des Schwarzkümmels. Laut gezielter Beobachtungen wurden die Kinder bei einer regelmäßigen Einnahme wie zum Beispiel im Essen wesentlich ausgeglichener und ruhiger.
Schwarzkümmelöl – Natürliche Inhaltsstoffe
Der Schwarzkümmel wird zum Beispiel zur Gewinnung des Öls innerhalb der ägyptischen Wüstenbereiche in Oasen angebaut. Für das Schwarzkümmelöl werden die tiefschwarzen Samen aus den mohnähnlichen Fruchtkapseln der Pflanze verwendet, welche über einen anregenden Anisduft verfügen.
Natürliches Schwarzkümmelöl enthält nachweislich 21 Prozent äußerst hochwertiges Eiweiß sowie 35 Prozent Pflanzenfette. Diese setzen sich aus fetten und ätherischen Ölen zusammen. In den fetten Ölen befinden sich ungefähr 60 Prozent kostbare, mehrfach ungesättigte Fettsäuren, welche für die Erhaltung und Stabilisierung des menschlichen Immunsystems überlebenswichtig, essenziell sind.
Die enthaltenen Linolen- und Gamma-Linolsäuren ermöglichen eine Synthese der immens wichtigen immunregulierenden Substanzen wie zum Beispiel dem Prostaglandin E1. Die Linolsäure wirkt stabilisierend auf die Zellmembranen und das Prostaglandin (hormonähnliche Substanz) wirkt sich entzündungshemmend auf den Organismus aus. Somit werden gesundheitsschädliche Immunreaktionen, welche chronische Erkrankungen auslösen können, unterbunden. Des Weiteren sind diese Inhaltsstoffe für das Zellwachstum sowie die Zellbildung verantwortlich.
Reichhaltige immunstärkende Substanzen
Das ätherische Öl ist in der Hauptsache das edle "Nigelon Semohiprepinon", welches bei Bronchialasthma sowie Keuchhusten eine immens schnelle Wirkung erzielt. Dieses ätherische Öl enthält zudem 10 Prozent Fettsäure-Ethylester (FSEE). Während der Lagerung ergeben sich aus Dithymochinon und Thymochinon höhere Oligokondensations-Produkte vom Nigellon.
Schwarzkümmelöl ist des Weiteren mit etlichen lebensnotwendigen Aminosäuren wie beispielsweise Cystin und Arginin, Glycin sowie Asparagin, Glutamin, Leucin, Methionin und Lysin ausgestattet. Zudem beinhaltet es Phytosterole wie Campesterol, Cholesterol und Sitosterol wie auch Stigmastanol, welche meistens mit Fettsäuren chemisch reagieren. Schwarzkümmelöl kann mit diversen Vitaminen aufwarten, die eine äußerst gesunde Ernährung begünstigen. Hierbei handelt es sich um die Vitamine des B-Komplexes sowie die Vitamine A und C, D sowie E. Die Mineralien Magnesium, Selen und Zink sowie Folsäure und Biotin ergänzen das gesunde Spektrum des Schwarzkümmelöls.
Die traditionelle Wirkung von Schwarzkümmelöl
Etliche Studien und wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen bestätigen die äußerst antimykotischen wie auch antibakteriellen Eigenschaften des Schwarzkümmelöls. Es wirkt laut Experten ebenso allergischen und entzündlichen Prozessen im menschlichen Organismus entgegen. Des Weiteren wurde bei zielgerichteten Untersuchungen festgestellt, dass Schwarzkümmel einen bedeutenden Effekt im Bereich Blutdrucksenken aufweist. US-amerikanische Forscher erstellten kürzlich einen wissenschaftlichen Bericht zur Anti-Tumorwirkung des Schwarzkümmelöls, welches krankmachende Immunreaktionen verhindert, die eventuell als Ursache diverser chronischer Erkrankungen (von Heuschnupfen über Akne bis zu Krebs) gelten.
Heutzutage ist bekannt, dass bei atopischen (allergischen) Krankheitsbildern die Synthese zwischen Gamma-Linolensäure, den Prostaglandinen PGE1/PGE2 sowie der Arachidonsäure wesentlich gestört ist, was auf einen Enzymdefekt hindeutet. Da Allergiker vermehrt lebensnotwendige, mehrfach ungesättigte Fettsäuren aufnehmen müssen, bietet sich die Nutzung von Schwarzkümmelöl an, da die alltägliche Ernährung diesen Kraftakt kaum schaffen kann. Fachärztliche Untersuchungen haben in Deutschland die exzellente Wirkungsweise des ägyptischen Schwarzkümmelöls an mehr als 600 Personen erprobt und konnten bei 70 Prozent der Probanden die Ausheilung allergischer Erkrankungen wie Neurodermitis, Stauballergie sowie allgemeine Immunschwäche, Akne und Asthma belegen.
Die weitreichenden Anwendungsbereiche des Schwarzkümmelöls
Aktuelle und belegte wissenschaftliche Studien zur Wirkungsweise des "Echten Schwarzkümmels" finden sich zum Beispiel zu:
- der analgetischen und antibakteriellen Wirkung ( z.B. gegen Herpes)
- einer schützenden und entzündungshemmenden Art bei Geschwüren
- seiner antifugalen und blutdrucksenkenden Merkmale
- einem antiviralen und krampflösenden Aspekt.
Es hemmt zudem die Gluconeogenese, wirkt also antidiabetisch und erweitert auf optimale Weise die Bronchien. Der "Echte Schwarzkümmel" übt eine Leber- und Nierenschützende Wirkung aus, begünstigt die Interferonbildung und wirkt positiv auf die Insulin-Empfindlichkeit ein. Der Tumornekrosefaktor-alpha wird dagegen durch den "Echten Schwarzkümmel" gehemmt.
Im Speziellen haben Studien ergeben, dass Schwarzkümmel bei Personen, die an akuter Rachen- und Mandelentzündung leiden in kurzer Zeit eine schmerzlindernde Wirkung bewirken kann, die Symptome einer allergischen Rhinitis lindern und den Typ-2-Diabetes positiv beeinflusst kann. Der "Echte Schwarzkümmel" senkt zudem erhöhten Blutdruck, vermindert epileptische Anfälle und befreit Patienten von spezifischen Pilzen oder Candidose.
Vorbeugung sowie kulinarische Anwendung mit Schwarzkümmelöl
"Echtes Schwarzkümmelöl" ist die optimale Ernährung innerhalb der Krebsprävention wie auch innerhalb der Krebstherapie. Im Mittleren und Nahen Osten gilt Schwarzkümmel seit jeher als eines von den wirksamsten Heilmitteln gegen Krebserkrankungen. US-amerikanische Wissenschaftler aus South Carolina fanden heraus, dass "Echter Schwarzkümmel" die neutrophilen Granulozyten aktivieren kann. Hierbei handelt es sich um die vermehrt auftretenden weißen Blutkörperchen des Menschen, welche Krebszellen bekämpfen und zerstören, bevor sich Tumore bilden können.
Laut dieser offiziellen Studie ist Schwarzkümmelöl im Allgemeinen an der Bildung von Immunzellen wie auch Knochenmark beteiligt. Es unterstützt zudem die Bildung des Interferons, bildet antikörperproduzierende B-Zellen, zerstört jegliche Art Tumorzellen und bietet den normalen Zellen stets Schutz vor gesundheitsschädlichen Auswirkungen gewisser Viruserkrankungen.
Schwarzkümmel verfügt über ein feines nussig/würziges Aroma und kann aus diesem Grund im Ganzen oder auch gemahlen in etlichen Speisen verwendet werden. Schwarzkümmelöl eignet sich speziell für Salate oder als krönender Abschluss auf diversen Gerichten. Des Weiteren kann die gemahlene Variante des Gewürzes mit Wasser vermengt werden, sodass ein Gel entsteht. Diese Mischung kann einerseits getrunken und andererseits beim mehl- und glutenfreien Backen als Ei-Ersatz optimal genutzt werden.
Darreichung und Vorkommen von Schwarzkümmel
Das reine Schwarzkümmelöl ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Naturheilkunde und wird vermehrt ein Heilmittel innerhalb einer evidenzbasierten (mit empirischen Belegen gestützt) Heilkunde bei Psoriasis, Asthma und Allergien, Neurodermitis, der Regulierung von Immundefekten, Chemotherapien und Bluthochdruck sowie der Tiermedizin angewandt. Innerhalb der indischen Heilkunst gilt Schwarzkümmelöl bevorzugt als Hilfsmittel bei Schwangerschaftsbeschwerden.
Schwarzkümmelöl wird hauptsächlich in Braunflaschen abgefüllt sowie auch als Kapsel angeboten, wobei Kapseln wesentlich gezielter zu dosieren sind und sich über längere Zeit aufbewahren lassen. Schwarzkümmelöl aus hiesigen Apotheken oder Reformhäusern enthält normalerweise lediglich geringere Wirkstoffe, da es sich hierbei meistens um Mischöle handelt. Exzellente Schwarzkümmelöl-Qualität bietet dagegen zum Beispiel das kaltgepresste ägyptische Öl aus Samen, welche im trocken/heißen Bereich Oberägyptens auf den Sandböden (Al-Baraka-Qualität) gereift sind. In Europa ist es zum Beispiel Niederösterreich, wo Schwarzkümmel sehr erfolgreich gezüchtet, geerntet wie auch zu kostbarem Schwarzkümmelöl kaltgepresst wird. Diese Anbauflächen sind allerdings äußerst begrenzt.

Gibt es einen besonderen Vorzug im Fasten des Monats Rajab?
Antwort:
Alles Lob gebührt Allah.
Erstens:
Der Monat Rajabgehört zu den heiligen Monaten, über die Allah (in der ungefähren Bedeutung) sagt:
„Gewiß, die Anzahl der Monate bei Allah ist zwölf Monate, im Buch Allahs (festgelegt) am Tag, da Er die Himmel und die Erde schuf. Davon sind vier geschützt, Das ist die richtige Religion. So fügt euch selbst in ihnen kein Unrecht zu. "
[al-Tawbah 9:36]
Die heiligen Monate sind: Rajab, Dhul Qa´dah, Dhul Hujjah und Muharram.
Al-Bukhaari (4662) und Muslim (1679) überliefern von Abu Bakrah (Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm), dass der Prophet (Allahs Segen und Frieden sein auf ihm) sagte:"Das Jahr besteht aus 12 Monaten, von welchen vier heilig sind: Drei aufeinanderfolgende Monate, Dhul Qa´dah, Dhul Hijjah und Muharram und zwischen Jumada und Scha´baan liegt der Monat Rajab.
Diese Monate werden aus folgenden Gründen als heilig beschrieben:
1- Weil es in diesen Monaten verboten ist zu Kämpfen, außer wenn der Feind damit begann.
2- Weil Übertretungen der heiligen Gebote in diesen schlimmer ist, als zu anderen Zeiten.
Daher hat Allaah uns verboten Sünden in diesen Monaten zu begehen, indem Er sagte:
„So fügt euch selbst in ihnen kein Unrecht zu."
[al-Tawbah 9:36]
Obwohl es verboten ist während diesen Monaten und zu anderen Zeiten Sünden zu begehen, so ist es besonders in diesen Monaten verboten.
Al-Sa´di (Möge Allah ihm gnädig) sagte (S. 373):
In diesem Satz „So fügt euch selbst in ihnen kein Unrecht zu", kann der Pronomen so verstanden werden, dass er sich auf die 12 Monate bezieht. Allaah verkündet, dass Er für seine Diener eine gewisse Zeit bestimmt hat, welche sie Nutzen können um Ihn anzubeten und Ihn für die Segnugen danken können und Er sich um die Interessen Seiner Diener kümmert. Daher bewahrt euch davor in ihm euch Unrecht zu tun.
Der Pronomen kann auch so verstanden werden, dass er sich auf die vier heiligen Monate bezieht und dieses verbietet ihnen ausdrücklich sich selbst in diesen Monaten Unrecht zu tun, so wie es verboten ist, sich genrell Unrecht zu tun, aber es noch verbotener in dieser Zeit ist, da es schlimmer ist zu dieser Zeit, als zu anderen Zeiten. Zweitens:
In Bezug auf das Fasten im Monat Rajab, so existiert kein sahiih (authentischer) Hadith, welcher aufzeigt, dass es etwas besonderes ist teilwese oder den ganzen Monat darin zu fasten.
Was einige Leute tun, indem sie einige Tage vom Monat Rajab zum fasten aussuchen und dabei glauben, dass diese besser sind, als die anderen, so hat dies keine Grundlage in der Scharia.
Doch es gibt ein Bericht vom Propheten (Allahs Segen und Frieden sein auf ihm), welcher darauf hinweist, dass es mustahab (erwünscht) ist, in den heiligen Monaten zu fasten (und Rajab ist einer von den heiligen Monaten). Der Prophet (Allahs Segen und Frieden sein auf ihm) sagte:"Fastet einige Tage von den heiligen Monaten und nicht in den anderen." Überliefert von Abu Dawud, 2428; Eingestuft als Da´if von Al-Albani in Da´if Abu Dawud.
Selbst wenn dieser Hadith sahih (authentisch) wäre, so weißt er darauf hin, dass es mustahab (erwünscht) ist, in den heiligen Monaten zu fasten. Wenn also eine Person aus diesen Gründen im Monat Rajab und in den anderen heiligen Monaten fastet, so ist darin nichts falsches. Jedoch einige Tage Auszusondern vom Monat Rajab um darin zu fasten, ist nicht korrekt.
Scheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (Möge Allaah ihm gnädig sein) sagte in Majmu´ al-Fatawaa (25/290):
Für das spezielle Fasten in Rajab, so sind alle ahadiith zu dieser Angelegenheit da´if (schwach) und in Fakt sogar mawdu´ (erfunden). Die Gelehrten berufen sich auf keine von ihnen. Sie gehören nicht zu den Ahadiith, welche über die Vorzüge berichten, viel mehr sind die meisten von ihnen erfunden und falsch. In al-Musnad und anderswo gibt es ein Hadith, welcher besagt, dass der Prophet (Allahs Segen und Frieden sein auf ihm), in den heiligen Monaten nämlich Rajab, Dhul Qa´dah, Dhul Hijjah und Muharram gefestatet haben soll, jedoch bezieht sich dies auf das Fasten in all diesen Monaten und nicht nur im Monat Rajab. Ibn al-Qayyim (Möge Allah ihm gnädig) sagte:
Jeder Hadith welcher über das Fasten im Monat Rajab und das Gebet während einiger seiner Nächte berichtet ist falsch und erfunden." Zitat Ende von al-Manaar al-Muniif, S. 96
Al-Haafiz ibn Hajar sagte in Tabyiin al-´Ajab (S. 11)
Es gibt keinen sahih (authentischen) hadith welcher als Beweis herangeführt werden könnte, der über die Vorzüge vom Monat Rajab berichtet, noch über das Fasten in diesem Monat, ob teilweise oder vollständig, oder das verrichten von Nachtgebeten in einiger seiner Nächte.
Scheikh Sayyid Saabiq (Möge Allaah ihm gnädig sein) sagte in Fiqh al-Sunnah (1/282):
Das Fasten im Monat Rajab ist nicht besser, als das Fasten in irgendeinem anderen Monat, außer das es einer der heiligen Monaten ist. Es gibt keinen Bericht in der sahiih Sunnah (authentischen Sunnah), welcher vermuten lässt, dass es irgendwas besonderes ist in diesem Monat zu fasten. Was auch immer darüber Überliefert wurde, kann nicht als Beweis genannt werden. Zitat Ende.
Scheikh ibn ´Uthaimiin (Möge Allaah ihm gnädig sein) wurde über das Fasten am 27. Rajab und über das Beten in der Nacht darin befragt. Er antwortete:
Am 27. des Monat Rajab zu fasten und die Nacht im Gebet zu verbringen ist eine bid´ah (Erneuerung) und jede bid´ah ist ein Irrweg.
