    0595 - ... 'Abdullah Ibn Abu Qatada berichtete, dass sein Vater folgendes sagte:
    "Während einer Reise, die wir mit dem Propheten, Allāhs Segen und Friede auf
    ihm, unternommen haben, sagten einige unserer Leute:
    »Wir hätten es gern, wenn du mit uns Rast machen würdest!«
    Der Prophet sagte:
    »Ich fürchte, ihr werdet euch verschlafen und das Gebet verpassen!«
    Bilal aber sagte:
    »Ich wecke euch.«
    Demnach legten sie sich hin, und Bilāl lehnte sich an sein Reittier; seine Augen
    wurden ihm immer schwerer, und er schlief ein. Als der Prophet, Allāhs Segen
    und Friede auf ihm, wach wurde, und die ersten Konturen der Sonne am Horizont
    erschienen, sagte er:
    »Du Bilāl, wo ist das, was du uns gesagt hast?«
    Bilāl sagte:
    »Niemals wurde ich so von einem Schlaf überwältigt, wie von diesem!«
    Der Prophet erwiderte:
    »Wahrlich, Allāh nahm eure Seelen zurück, wie Er wollte, und Er gab sie euch
    wieder, wie Er wollte. Du Bilal, stehe auf und rufe die Menschen her zum Gebet!«
    Der Prophet wusch sich fürs Gebet, und als die Sonne etwas höher stand und ihre
    Strahlen kräftiger wurden, stand er auf und verrichtete das Gebet."

    This has got to be among one of the top 5 sensationalised lies against Muslims to add to the already monstrous entity that is islamaphobia, not for saying the wrong thing this time, but by not uttering a word!

    "The incident highlights how the Muslim is not really required to speak at all. A silhouette is enough, a shadow, the beard, the red-tinted profile of Badar on the festival's webpage (looking slightly demonic), the foreignness of the unpronounceable "Hizb ut-Tahrir" sound, and a couple of words here and some there, about honour, Islam, and the key word: "killing"."

    However, as disheartening as this may seem, I do believe that the ridiculousness of this slander will quickly turn on it's head. The media may have had their fun with this story but what the world is now keen to see is this 'demonic bearded hate preacher' from Hizb ut Tahrir, which essentially has just given our very articulate, well equipped brother a platform much larger than that he would have received at the #BODI event!
    I can see a very fruitful end to this lame excuse for condemnation by the so called #FreeWorld.
