Mustafa Kemal war ein uneheliches Kind (wahrscheinlich) von Abduş und Zübeyde. Ali Riza ist der Stiefvater von Mustafa Kemal der mit seiner Mutter Zübeyde erst 1885 als Kemal 5 Jahre alt heiratete. Hier zeigen wir euch ein Urteil des Landgerichtes Thessaloniki, in dem auf Grund der unehelichen Geburt Mustafa Kemals ein Anspruch auf das Erbe des Vaters Abduş zurückgewiesen wird (Siehe Abb.). Das Gericht sah es auf Grund von Zeugenaussagen als erwiesen an, dass Zübeyde mit ihrem unehelichen Sohn Mustafa Aufnahme in einem Bordell fand und erst dort den Raufbold Abduş kennenlernte, der sie als Konkubine zu sich nach Hause mit ihrem zweijährigen Sohn Mustafa mitnahm. Hier die Übersetzung des Urteils: Landgericht Thessaloniki Urteil Verkündungsnummer: 451 Nach dem Tod von Abduş behauptet Zübeyde in der durch sie selbst eröffneten Erbschaftsklage, die Ehefrau von Abduş gewesen zu sein. Wie auch behauptet sie, dass ihr Kind, der Sohn von Abduş sei. In der Gegenklageschrift gaben die Geschwister von Abduş an, dass Zübeyde in keiner Zeit mit Abdus verheiratet gewesen sein soll. Vielmehr, hat er sie aus dem Bordell als Konkubine mit sich nach Hause geschleppt. Sie habe damals den zweijährigen Mustafa auf ihrem Schoss getragen und Abduş sei ohne eigenes Kind verstorben. Ferner beantragten die Geschwister, dass die Angelegenheit durch eine Anfrage im Bordell überprüft werden möge. Auf das Schreiben an das Bordell traf beim Gericht die folgende Antwort ein: „Zübeyde betrat unser Bordell am 19. Juni 1297 (Rumi-Kalender) (gregorianisch 1 Juli 1881) mit ihrem Sohn und verließ uns am 11. April 1298 (Rumi-Kalender) (gregorianisch 23 April 1882), nachdem sie sich mit einem Raufbold aus Yenişehir namens Abduş verständigt und zusammengetan hatte." Ich habe ihn sehr geliebt, so viel Zeit in unsere Beziehung investiert. Eines Tages sah ich, dass er den Lieferanten gewechselt hatte. Nun hatte er Fleisch von einer Produktion, der man nicht vertrauen kann. Ich war verletzt und enttäuscht, wollte lange (5 Tage) keinen Döner mehr sehen, aber ich wusste ich muss weiterziehen... Irgendwo wartet ein guter Döner auf mich.
