Handys, die Betende / Zuhörer in der Moschee stören Schaykh Muhammad al-Uthaymīn Das Gebet (As-Salah) Gemeinschaftsgebete Frage: Vorzüglicher Schaykh, wir (Frauen) können diesem Treffen nicht zuhören, aufgrund der Störung von Kindern. Mich erreichte, dass ein Bruder sagte: "Es waren in dem letztem Treffen 20 Kinder dabei". Antwort: Wenn die Kinder die Zuhörer stören, ist es ihren Eltern nicht erlaubt, sie zu den Moscheen zu bringen, weil der Prophet (salla-llaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) denjenigen, die Zwiebel gegessen haben verbat, sich aufgrund der (Geruchs)Belästigung der Moschee zu nähern. Er sagte: {إن الملائكة تتأذى مما يتأذى منه بنو الإنسان.} „Die Engeln belästigt das, was den Menschen belästigt." [1] Solange es (das Kind) die betenden stört, darf es nicht in die Moschee. Hinzu kommt: Manche Leute beschweren sich über die Pager (heute: Handys / Smartphones). Von manchen Leuten sind die Pager (bzw. Handys / Smartphones) sehr laut. Manchmal piept er während er sich in der Sujuud (Gebetsniederwerfung) befindet, sodass er ihn nicht ausmachen kann, weswegen Unruhe aufkommt. So sagen wir: Wer einen Pieper bei sich hat, soll aufpassen. Dieser hat Knöpfe, mit denen er ihn ausschalten sollte, wenn er zum Gebet kommt, sodass die Leute vor seinem Übel geschützt werden. Und ist ein Stein ausreichend für Istijmaar? Antwort: Es ist beim Istijmaar erlaubt, alle reinen Materialien {الطاهرات} für die Reinigung zu benutzen, wie z.B. Kieselsteine, Ziegelsteine, sauberes Papiertaschentuch und Papier, welches nicht mit dem Namen Allahs beschrieben ist. Es wird auch in Sahih Muslim über Salmaan Al-Faarisii (radiya-llahu anhu) berichtet: {نهانا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن نستقبل القبلة بغائط أو بول، أو أن نستنجي باليمين، أو أن نستنجي بأقل من ثلاثة أحجار، أو أن نستنجي برجيع أو عظم.} „Der Prophet (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam) verbot uns sowohl in Richtung Qiblah zu urinieren oder zu defäkieren, als auch Istinjaa' mit der Rechten (Hand), als auch Istinjaa' mit weniger als drei Steinen, oder Istinjaa' mit Dung oder Knochen zu verrichten." [1] Ebenso wird in Sahih Muslim von `Abdullaah Bin Mas'uud (radiya-llahu anhu) berichtet: {نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يُسْتَنْجَى بعظم أو روث.} „Der Gesandte Allahs (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam) verbot Istinja' mit Knochen oder Dung." [2] und er sagte: {إنهما زاد إخوانكم من الجن.} „Diese sind die Nahrung eurer Brüder unter den Jinn."
