When i asked him what, he said he thinks the reason could be I need to believe in Jesus. I said to him as a muslim we believe in Jesus as one of the mighty messenger of God. He then said that's not the right belief and we need to accept him as our God and saviour! I asked the brother if Jesus was God almighty then how come Mary never worshiped him in her lifetime and when Jesus prayed did he actually pray to himself? If he does so, then is it useful to pray to oneself? Also asked him if the followers of Christ called Christian then what should we call Jesus since it is inconceivable to believe that he followed himself he rather followed someone else! The Christian brother found it quite difficult to answer these questions so he said you know anything is possible for God! I was about to ask him can God create something so heavy that even he can not lift! Or choose not to exist any more or can he die? But the brother was already gone! I hope he will use his common sense & ponder over our conversation! Antwort Shaykh al Islam Ibn Taymiyyah sagte: „Allah (subhana wa ta'aalaa) bezieht sich manchmal auf sich Selbst in der Einzahl, mit Namen oder durch die Verwendung von Pronomen, und manchmal durch den Gebrauch des Plural, wie im Vers: {إِنَّا فَتَحْنَا لَكَ فَتْحًا مُّبِينًا} „Gewiss, Wir haben dir einen deutlichen Sieg verliehen" (Surah Al-Fath 48:1) und andere ähnliche Verse. Jedoch bezieht sich Allah nie auf sich Selbst durch die Verwendung des Dual, weil der Plural auf den Respekt verweist, den Er verdient, und er mag sich auch auf Seine Namen und Eigenschaften beziehen, während der Dual sich auf eine bestimmte Anzahl (und nichts anderes) bezieht, und Er frei davon ist." Al-'Aqidah al-Tadmuriyyah, S. 75 Und ebenso sagte er (rahimahullah): „Diese Worte „innaa" (wahrlich, wir) und „nahnu" (wir) sowie andere Formen des Plural können von einer Person benutzt werden, die von einer Gruppe spricht oder von einer Person für den Zweck des Respekts oder der Verherrlichung verwendet werden, wie es (auch) von einigen Monarchen getan wird, wenn sie Erklärungen oder Dekrete abgeben, indem sie sagen „Wir haben entschieden …" usw [1]. In solchen Fällen spricht nur eine Person, jedoch wird der Plural verwendet, als Respektsform. Derjenige, Der mehr als jeder andere Respekt verdient ist Allah (subhana wa ta'aalaa)! Wenn er also im Quran „innaa" oder „nahnu" sagt, so steht dies für Respekt und Verherrlichung, nicht um eine Plural-Anzahl zu indizieren. Wenn eine Ayah dieser Art Verwirrung verursacht, ist es entscheidend, auf die klaren und eindeutigen Aayaat zu verweisen, und wenn ein Christ z.B. darauf besteht, dass Aayaat wie {إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ} „Wahrlich, Wir sind es, die Wir die Ermahnung offenbart haben" (Surah Al-Hijr 15:9) als Beweis für die Trinität dienen, widerlegen wir diesen indem wir klare und eindeutige Aayaat wie {وَإِلَـٰهُكُمۡ إِلَـٰهٌ۬ وَٲحِدٌ۬ۖ لَّآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ} „Euer Gott ist ein Einziger Gott. Es gibt keinen Gott außer Ihm, dem Allerbarmer, dem Barmherzigen." (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:163) und {قُلْ هُوَ اللَّـهُ أَحَدٌ} „Sag: Er ist Allah, ein Einer" (Surah Al-Ikhlas 112:1), und andere, die nur auf eine Art und Weise interpretiert werden können. Somit wird Zweifel und Verwirrung für denjenigen, der nach der Wahrheit strebt, beseitigt werden. Jedes Mal, wenn Allah bezüglich sich Selbst den Plural verwendet, basiert dies auf dem Respekt und der Ehre, welche Er verdient, und der großen Zahl Seiner Namen und Eigenschaften und der großen Anzahl Seiner Truppen und Engel."
