Fatwa über das Vorziehen eines Kindes vor den anderen bezüglich Reichtum und andere Dinge
301. Frage: Ist es mir erlaubt, einem meiner Kinder etwas zu geben und dem anderen nicht, weil das andere wohlhabend ist?
Antwort: Es ist Ihnen nicht erlaubt, eines Ihrer Kinder, männlich oder weiblich, vor den anderen auszuordnen. Es ist Ihre Pflicht, gerecht unter ihnen zu sein, in Betracht auf ihr Erbe oder ihnen alles hinterlassen. Der Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم sagte:
"Fürchtet Allaah und seid gerecht unter euren Kinder." Dies wurde von al-Bukhary und Muslim berichtet.
Wenn sie allerdings akzeptieren, dass eines eine bevorzugte Behandlung erhält, ist dies erlaubt, solange jene, die ihre Zustimmung gaben, erwachsen und fähig sind. Dies wäre beispielsweise der Fall, wenn eines der Kinder in Not wäre und aufgrund einer Krankheit oder einem anderen Grund nicht in der Lage, für sich selbst zu sorgen und keinen Sohn oder kein Kind hätte, das ihn unterstützt und kein Geld zur Unterstützung vom Staat bekäme. In diesem Fall wäre es Ihre Pflicht, zu seinen Gunsten für seine Bedürfnisse aufzukommen, bis Allah سبحانه وتعالى ihn wieder sein Auskommen selbst sichern lässt.

Bilder von Lebewesen sind verboten
305. Frage: Wir hörten von einigen Leuten, dass Bilder verboten sind und dass die Engel kein Haus betreten, in dem Bilder sind. Ist das wahr? Bedeutet das, die Bilder, die Gestalt von Menschen und Tieren haben, also dreidimensionale Statuen oder so etwas? Oder beinhaltet es auch zweidimensionale Bilder, die zur Erinnerung aufgehoben werden oder die sich auf dem Geld befinden? Wenn das Verbot sie alle umfasst, was ist dann die Lösung, um diese Bilder aus seinem Haus loszuwerden?
Antwort: Ja, Bilder von jeglicher lebender Kreatur, Mensch oder Tier, sind verboten, egal ob es sich um dreidimensionale Statuen oder zweidimensionale Malereien oder Farben auf Papier oder Stoff handelt usw. Die Engel betreten kein Haus, in dem sich Bilder befinden, wie die allgemeine Aussage des authentischen Hadith anzeigt.
Eine Ausnahme bildet das, was benötigt wird, wie Bilder von kriminellen und Ähnliches um sie zu erkennen, Bilder auf Pässen und zu Identifizierungszwecken. Wir hoffen, dass solche Bilder nicht die Engel davon abhalten, das Haus zu betreten, wegen der Notwendigkeit sie zu haben und aufzuheben.
Dasselbe gilt für Bilder, die auf Kissen oder Vorhängen herabgewürdigt sind. In einem Hadith zu diesem Thema sagte der Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم :
"Die Künstler, die diese Bilder herstellen, werden am Tag der Wiedererweckung bestraft werden. Es wird zu ihnen gesagt werden: <<Gib dem. was du geschaffen hast, Leben.>>" Dies wurde von al-Bukhary berichtet.
Es wurde unter Berufung auf Abu Juhaifah رضي الله عنه überliefert, dass der Prophet denjenigen verfluchte, der Zinsen nimmt, der Zinsen zahlt und der Bilder malt. (1)

Meine Bittgebete wurden nicht beantwortet
285. Frage: Seit über zehn Jahren bete ich zu Allah سبحانه وتعالى , mich mit einem frommen Ehemann und frommen Kindern zu versorgen... Wie auch immer, nichts davon ist eingetreten und dies ist, was Allah سبحانه وتعالى wollte und niemand kann Seinen Erlass zurückweisen.
Meine Frage ist folgende: Ich hörte schließlich damit auf, dieses Du´a zu machen, nicht aus Verzweiflung keiner Antwort von Allah سبحانه وتعالى zu erhalten, sondern weil ich zu denken begann, dass diese Angelegenheit wohl doch nicht das Beste für mich war, wenn Allah سبحانه وتعالى mein Gebet nicht erhört. Ich beschloss das Du´a einzustellen, weil Allah mehr Wissen darüber besitzt, was gut für mich ist, ungeachtet meines großen Verlangens und meiner großen Hoffnung darauf, meine Gebete beantwortet zu sehen. Was ist an dieser Stelle meine Pflicht? Sollte ich weiterhin dieses Bittgebet machen oder sollte ich mich damit zufrieden geben, dass diese Sache nicht das beste für mich ist und das Gebet einfach einstellen?
Antwort: Es wird im Hadith erwähnt, dass das Gebet eines Dieners beantwortet wird, solange es nicht eilig ist. Eile wurde so erklärt, dass die Person, wenn die Antwort langsam kommt, aufgibt und das Du´a einstellt. Sie sagten dann: "ich betete und betete, aber mir wurde nicht geantwortet." Allah سبحانه وتعالى kann dir Antwort auf ein Gebet aus allgemeinen oder speziellen gründen verzögern. In einem Hadith wird festgelegt, dass derjenige, der Bittgebete macht, drei Dinge von Allah سبحانه وتعالى erhält: Entweder beantwortet Allah سبحانه وتعالى sein Du´a und gibt der Person, worum sie bat, oder Allah سبحانه وتعالى hebt etwas für sie im jenseits auf, oder Allah سبحانه وتعالى hält manchen Schaden von ihr fern, der sie durch Seinen Erlass ereilen sollte. Aus diesem Grund, Schwester, sollten sie nicht hastig sein, sondern ihre Bittgebete fortsetzten, auch für eine Anzahl von weiteren Jahren. Auch sollten sie einen geeigneten Mann, der um ihre Hand anhält, nicht abweisen, wenn der um ihre Hand anhält, auch wenn er älter oder bereits verheiratet ist. Vielleicht gibt Allah سبحانه وتعالى Ihnen durch ihn eine Menge Gutes.

306. Frage: Ist es erlaubt, Bilder zur Erinnerung zu sammeln?
Antwort: Es ist keinem Muslim, Mann oder Frau, gestattet, Bilder von lebenden Geschöpfen, Menschen oder andere zur Erinnerung zu sammeln. Man muss sie tatsächlich zerstören, denn der Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم sagte zu Ali رضي الله عنه
"Lass kein Bild, sondern [statt dessen] tilge es und lass kein Grab erhöht, sondern ebne es." (1)
Es wird auch von ihm صلى الله عليه وسلم bestätigt, dass er Bilder im Haus verbot. Als er صلى الله عليه وسلم die Kaaba nach der Eroberung Makkahs betrat, sah er Bilder auf ihren Wänden und bat um Wasser und ein stück Stoff und wischte sie weg. Es ist nichts Falsches an Bildern von Dingen ohne Seele, wie Berge, Gebüsch und so weiter.

As-Salaam; er selbst ist der Friede, und er ist der Verleiher des Friedens,sich Ihm zu unterwerfen, bedeutet inerren Frieden zu finden, und nur die Gesellschaft oder Gemeinschaft, die seine Anordnungen befolgt, findet wirklichen Frieden. Auch der oft erwähnte Weltfrieden kann nur dann erreicht werden, wenn alle Menschen ALLAH als solchen anerkennen und seine Gesetzt befolgen.

Die Gottesfurcht ist der Grundbaustein für alles. Wenn Du diesen besitzt, so besitzt Du wahrlich alles. Du redest, siehst, hörst, berührst und läufst bedacht, weil Du weißt, dass egal, was Du tust, ALLAH Dich bewacht. Dabei zeichnet sich Deine Gottesfurcht durch Dein rechtschaffenes Benehmen, Deine Ehrlichkeit, Deine guten Taten und insbesondere durch Deine Scham aus. Du kannst das Gute vom Schlechten und das Schlechte vom Guten unterscheiden und bist stets vorsichtig, um die Grenzen ALLAHs nicht zu überschreiten.
Du spürst, wie Deine Seele und Dein Herz weinen, wenn Du sündigst. Du schämst Dich für Deine Fehler und wenn Du einen Fehler begangen hast, so bereust Du und bittest mit Tränen in den Augen ALLAH um Vergebung.
Wer gottesfürchtig ist, hat einen edlen Charakter; denn alles, was sein Charakter ausmacht; ist durch diese wundervolle Eigenschaft umhüllt,
Ma schaa ALLAH.
So strebe stets nach der Gottesfurcht, denn diese Eigenschaft lässt Dein Herz von innen und außen strahlen und schenkt Dir einen Charakter, der wertvoller ist, als alles Gold dieser Welt, alhamduliLLAH !!

SCHUTZ DER SYRISCHEN BEVÖLKERUNG GEGEN GIFTGASANGRIFFE
Salam alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
unser Ärzteteam in Syrien teilte uns mit, dass sie dringend Gegenmittel zu dem Nervengas Sarin benötigen. Wir haben die letzten Tage Preisnachfragen dazu in Syrien gemacht und diese verglichen. Wir möchten so schnell wie möglich die Feldkrankenhäuser mit allen Mitteln gegen Nervengas versorgen und auch Vorsorge treffen, indem wir mehr als den jetzigen Bedarf einkaufen, damit – Allah bewahre –falls wieder ein Nervengasangriff sein sollte, die Bevölkerung darauf vorbereitet ist und ihnen so schnell wie möglich geholfen werden kann.
Wir benötigen ebenfalls Spenden für den Einkauf weiterer Krankenwagen. Wir befürchten, dass die Lage in Syrien sich in den nächsten Tagen noch mehr verschlimmern wird und dort zu helfen noch schwieriger sein wird. Daher müssen wir so schnell wie möglich Vorsorgemaßnahmen treffen. Handle bitte JETZT ohne Zeit zu verlieren und unterstütze uns.
